Since Egypt, he's been more willing to endure the PDA. Mainly because that trip made him realise how human lives can easily fade out in a flash and it's a reminder that you're there. You're alive. You're with him.

On the other hand, he also gets jealous. A lot more than he used to.

He knows that you show love, both romantically and platonically, through physical affection and he knows it's practically second nature for you to hug your friends and share drinks with them without airing it. He knows. But that won't stop him from getting jealous.

I'd say it partially comes from being insecure. Your friends seem to be so much better than him. Talkative, not emotionally closed off, more likely to reciprocate your platonic PDA.

Sometimes he thinks it's selfish for him to be with you because of how different you are, so it takes a lot of reassurance from you. And not just with cuddles.

If you actually express your feelings verbally it would mean a lot more, because he sees how you'll hug just about anyone.

You hugged Josuke one time because you were proud of him and Jotaro dug his nails into the palm of his hand to restrain himself from doing anything rash.

Okuyasu was not so lucky.

He seems to like milfs (source: Tomoko and Shigechi's mum), so you can imagine how it went down when he met you and little seven-year-old Jolyne... especially when he didn't realise that was in fact Jotaro's family.

"I'm gonna head back to the hotel. See you guys later!" You waved goodbye as your other hand was occupied with your daughter's tiny hand. Spinning on your heel, you walked away and made for the hotel you and your family were staying at, just like you said.

"Not gonna lie, she's hot." Okuyasu blurted out and smirked.

"Okuyasu!" Koichi and Josuke yelled in response.

"What!?"

"That's my niece-in-law," Josuke began. "If that's a thing."

"Huh?" The more confident of the trio tilted his head in pure confusion.

"Oh my God- that's Jotaro's wife!" Josuke exaggerated his hand gestures as he motioned towards the adult that could feel his blood boiling at the very second.

Okuyasu felt his heart drop as soon as he was sent a ice cold, stern glare from the former delinquent. "You may still be a kid, but I won't hesitate to snap your neck like a twig if you continue with those remarks towards her. Do I make myself clear?"

"Y-yes sir!" Okuyasu was immensely regretting all of his life choices.

"That goes for all of you." He glanced at the other two students, who were petrified on their friends behalf.

"We know!"

"You'll only address her as Mrs. Kujo from now on, got it?"

"Yes sir!"

So he may have gotten a little verbally violent... oh well.

He had to remind himself that they are just kids and they'd never do anything weird, neither would you. You know, because you're not a criminal.

Speaking of kids, however, seeing Jolyne really calms him down for various reasons. One is that he was able to have such a cute little girl, and it was only possible with you.

The fact that you were even willing to start a family with him really makes his heart swell, and reminds him that he doesn't need to be jealous.

After a long day of work, coming home to see your little girl snuggled up on your chest settles his mind and he's able to forget his worries for a while.

During part 4, there weren't many other adults that Jotaro was in immediate contact with. There was only two main ones: one being the serial killer with a hand fetish, and the other being the ever-curious and work-driven mangaka.

Now for your friends, well you're more busy these days that you barely see them. Between taking care of your daughter, trying to spend time with Jotaro, and managing any other responsibilities you may have... there just isn't enough time.

This is enough for Jotaro, however. Enough for his envious tendencies to calm down and maybe even indulge more in your PDA.

"I love you, Jotaro." You said as you hung your arms around the back of his neck.

"I love you too, (Y/N)." He put his arms around your waist, bringing you closer to him. "More than anything."

Not a huge fan of any yelling or screaming, he usually lets Star Platinum deal with that. But he's gotten better with being more patient as he's aged. So he can handle some tears and a bit of a tantrum, but if it gets too much for him then he'll use his Stand to take care of the grandkids.

Pretty quiet still, he prefers to listen to the grandkids go on and on about their interests. Or have them sit next to him and watch some nature documentary. He does his best to answer any questions they might have about it too.

With how much he's mellowed out since his teenage years, he's a lot more lenient with his grandkids. If they want something then he'll get it for them (although if it's a toy then he makes sure they promise they'll actually use it and not get it just because it looks pretty).

I can see Jotaro wanting to take the grandkids to the beach or aquariums for education trips, but it's also kind of cute to see their eyes light up in wonder at the different fish and seashells that they might find. Is Jotaro trying to get them into Marine Biology? Who's to say.

Jotaro himself is a guy of few words and even fewer smiles, given that he mostly relies on his actions to express how he feels and what he wants

Less talking, more doing, if he had the choice to pick a method to deal with the majority of his feelings

But when it comes to his lover, he’d much rather watch every single emotion flit across their face, their expression spelling it all out for him

His favorite thing has to be their smile, though, and it’s been a long while since he’s come to that realization

After all, the dimples that peeked out every time they grinned at him (and they were the first person to ever do that; aside from his mom, that is) made them glow just a little, tiny bit brighter

Bright enough to bring a small, absentminded smile on his face every time they did, in all honesty

And sometimes when they spoke enthusiastically, Jotaro would glance their dimples digging into their cheeks for a few seconds and already feel his heart lightening in his chest

He might not be as expressive as they are, but he’s more than grateful for the gift of their smile every single time—even if he would rather trip and fall flat on his face than admit it to them out loud

If they catch him with that uncharacteristically soft look in his eyes and a quirk of his lips upwards as he watched them, they only grin wider at the sight of him

They know him so well that they don’t need him to verbally express what’s on his mind for them to understand his train of thought

That’s when they usually lean over and kiss his cheek, showing him just how much they cherish him and his own precious smile that he only ever shows to them and his closest people whom they can count on one hand (literally)

If Jotaro’s feeling like teasing them and allowing himself to be the teenager he is for a few seconds, he’ll poke one of their dimples mid-smile, and smirk down at them

It pulls an annoyed eye-roll from them every time he does that, but their face still flushes, knowing that it’s just his own way of being playful and acknowledging his favorite thing about them

They even grow fond of his poking, and eventually come to look forward to the teasing that might come with it—but that’s a confession they’d probably take to their grave too

For now, they’ll just keep genuinely smiling at him—an easy feat, considering just how happy they always are around him

Cool! May I request an aromantic!jotaro getting a hardcore squish on a nonbinary, cool but shy classmate that dreams of being a conservation biologist? Like he wants a queerplatonic relationship with them but doesn’t know how to go about it (this is kujo we’re talking about he struggles with the feels). It doesn’t help that they’re oblivious to his uncharacteristic interest in them (though they think his presence is nice) and he’s trying his best to get to know them without being an ass. How does their relationship come to be?

Fun fact: I had to force myself to sit down and actually write this, because I was so excited about it that I would just start to do stimming, flapping my hands and giggling, which obviously didn't help me write 💀

￫ all of you, but he really likes your hands. not in a creepy way, he just thinks they’re pretty.

￫ isn’t one for showing affection in public, but he loves holding your hand, especially if he’s anxious about something. having your hand in his soothes him. he’d lightly squeeze it sometimes, either to get your attention or just to make sure you’re there with him.

￫ kissing the palm and the back of your hands has to be his favorite thing to do. doesn’t matter where, whether your greeting one another, about to fall asleep, or just sitting down and enjoying one another’s company, he’d always gently grab your hand and bring it up to his lips.

GIORNO

￫ when you’re hugging each other or cuddling, you’d typically find him nuzzling into your cheek or leaving a few kissing there. he also likes to hood your face in his hands when you kiss so he can rub the skin of your cheek with his thumbs.

￫ he won’t pull your cheek or stretch them out but he will poke them from time to time, usually when in private. and he loves it when you lay on his chest with one of your cheeks pressed against him, he just finds your face looking a little squished really cute.

JOSEPH

￫ your nose. he LOVES your nose.

￫ he’s annoying but he’s so cute. he’d constantly boop your nose or pull “i got your nose” tricks on you while you sit there unamused. you could be just doing something mundane, driving somewhere, or anything really and he’s already poking your nose.

￫ on other occasions, he’s giving you little eskimo kisses and normal kisses on your nose and telling you how cute he thinks your nose is. if you happen to be insecure about your nose, he’s the one insulted. he’d be listing off all the things that make your nose perfect—which is everything—and how if anyone ever tried to prove him wrong, he’d kick them in their shit.

￫ he tries to make you smile or laugh best he can so if your ticklish, he’s definitely using that to his advantage. he just like the way your nose crinkles when you smile and laugh. and when your both about to go to bed or you’re already fast asleep, he gives you a kiss on the nose as a good night.

JOSUKE

￫ your shoulders and neck.

￫ it's kind of weird but not that weird but he loves to rest his head on your shoulder when he hugs you and likes to nuzzle into your warm neck and feel the faint beating of your pulse point. neck kisses are an always, especially if you’ve been away for some time then expect more neck kisses than usual.

￫ when the two of you cuddle or spoon, his head always finds its way on your shoulder or in the crook of your neck with his arms wrapped around your stomach. he tends to sleep heavy so you might as well stay in bed for the day.

￫ it’s not just in private either, he tends to involuntarily rest his chin on your shoulders in public whether he’s talking to you or someone else, and he usually stays there for quite a while. you could be shopping for clothes and asking if a shirt looked cute right before his chin softly meets your shoulder. he’d kiss the skin of your neck or shoulder before he moves away too.

JOTARO

￫ your eyes, simply because they tell him how you’re feeling at the moment and they look cute when you’re looking up at him.

￫ before actually kissing you, he’d look into your eyes—one: to check if you’re alright and two: just to admire them—before he gives you a soft kiss. he also leaves kisses in the space between your eyes right before you head off to sleep and just before he leaves for work or at random.

￫ he likes cuddling or spooning with you facing him so he can make sure you’re actually sleep and if you’re not he’d try to figure something out to fix that. he also uses contact as a form of confirmation, especially if you don’t feel comfortable verbally expressing that. you could be at dinner or somewhere else and he’d often look at you to make sure you’re comfortable.

￫ he doesn’t tell you he likes your eyes, like at all. even if you’re insecure about them he won’t vividly express his liking towards them but to whoever made you think of them that way, they suddenly have a fist with their name on it. he isn’t one for pet names or complements so don’t expect much, but you might hear a whispered “pretty” or “gorgeous” occasionally.

KAKYOIN

￫ your stomach.

￫ he thinks it’s cute. you’d often find him laying his head on it when you’re watching something together or when you’re cuddling and you might even catch him sleeping like that—his arms wrapped around your waist while he’s resting the side of his face on your stomach, fluffy hair tickling the skin.

￫ it’s embarrassing sometimes, like when you start to get hungry and your stomach starts growling. he’d look up at you with raised brows before get up and walking off to find his phone, so he can get you something to eat even if you insist you’re not hungry.

￫ when it comes to public affection, he could care less but if you’re uncomfortable with it then he’ll respect your boundaries. so usually when you’re out somewhere, he’d either have both arms wrapped around your stomach or just an arm wrapped around your stomach, in private too especially when you’re doing the most mundane things. if your stomach’s chubby, it’s even cuter to him.

MISTA

￫ your thighs. not really in a sexual way, he just likes how soft they are.

￫ he pokes them sometime when he’s thinking of things to do for the day. not harshly, if anything you barely feel it most of the time. he also love giving you piggyback rides or just having you on his shoulders so he can hold on to your thighs and rub a thumb over them.

￫ he kisses you everywhere but his favorite place to kiss you are your lips. he tries to get you to laugh or smile right before giving you kisses so he can feel you smile into the kiss. he’s not super giddy, he just loves your smile but he can be.

￫ he loves how expressive your lips are. he isn’t to crazy about when you’re mad or sad because he starts to feel bad, but when you’re pouting or playfully frowning, he thinks it’s the cutest thing. you’d often find him giving you quick pecks if he catches you frowning. you can’t be sad or mad for too long around him.

￫ when you two are cuddling, you have to be facing him. if he doesn’t have easy access to your lips, then you’re not doing it. especially when you’re about to go to bed, you’re facing him. he want to be able to kiss you as much as he wants even after you fall asleep. he’s like “aww, you look so cute. imma kiss you”. he knows when enough is enough, so if you don’t want any kisses at the moment he’s willing to wait.

Did anyone's parents ever tell them what celebrities they liked? (My dad had a big crush on Amy Lee)

I know for a fact Jotaro liked Sade, it makes too much sense. And when the No Ordinary Love MV dropped? Mermaid Sade? Say no more

I wonder what old music that Joseph showed him that he liked. My nana used to buy Best of [decade] CDs for road trips and I fell in love with a lot of music that way as a kid. This of course also depends on what Joseph listened to. I bet Jotaro likes some Beatles songs, the more upbeat ones, and probably a lot of jazz and big bands. Sinatra for sure, probably the whole rat pack, Glenn Miller and so on. Oh, and you know this man, probably closer to part 6, see's Elvis as a guilty pleasure.

You know how lots of American dads in the 90's and early 00's had a king fu movie phase? I feel like he'd really like Blaxploitation movies (Foxy Brown, Black Dynamite, Cleopatra Jones etc) and as a result like Curtis Mayfield and other artists of that time

Also, bros in Florida, and if you ever moved to the south (not from there but specifically moved) you know that even if you don't listen to it ever again once you leave, you have a few country songs you have a soft spot for. He'd definitely like Johnny Cash, maybe some Dolly songs.

His wife looks like an ABBA girlie, and I bet he'd sing and dance with her in their first apartment together

You know he's gotta like Prince, and specifically I hc the song 'In Love'. We're never gonna get to see what went on between the parts, and lots of people love to hc that Jotaro either needed to pass on the Joestar bloodline or got shot gun married, but I like to think he actually fell in love with Jolyne's mom. Imagine college Jotaro, adjusting to life at school in America and dealing with the horrors™️ from part 3 and finding someone he has such strong emotions for and for the first time imagines a future and a life with someone. (Personally In Love is the best love song ever made, it literally sounds like what it feels like to be giddy and infatuated with somebody)

He also glares at whoever laughs along with you but just ignores it afterwards. Though he gets visibly annoyed if anyone brings up the dumb nickname again.

Noriaki Kakyoin

Bro’s trying so hard not to laugh, he really is—

Covers his mouth and averts his eyes from Joot’s icy glare.

Gently pats Joot on the back to help him calm down (all the while facing away to hide a smirk)

He’s one of the more mature people in this situation but he loves a clever nickname when he hears one. “Jotato” may be childish but he was still not expecting it.

Jean Pierre Polnareff

He looks shocked before immediately bursting out laughing.

“PFFFTT— HAHAHAHA!! ‘JOTATO’!! AMAZING!!!”

You’d think you told him the funniest joke in the entire history of jokes.

Immediately shuts up when Jotaro glares at him but you can still hear him snickering ever so slightly afterwards.

May call Jotaro “Jotato” when he wants to mess with him.

Muhammad Avdol

He also looks a bit surprised but chuckles softly and shakes his head.

Strangely Joot doesn’t glare at him though.

He’s the most mature about it though so he doesn’t say anything or bring it up later.

Tells Pol to knock off the teasing because he doesn’t want the Frenchman to get his ass handed to him.

Joseph Joestar

Oh no, poor Jotaro.

Joseph bursts out laughing the moment he hears the new nickname.

You’re just as surprised that he didn’t think of it first. It’s such a “dad” nickname, but nevertheless you’re proud.

↘ I think definitely the first thing he will do when he sees that you are sad and your cheeks are wet with tears is to take a nice yellow handkerchief from his pocket and wipe your nose and your red eyes while giving you a little kiss right middle of the forehead. Then he will suggest a conversation and some water/tea to calm your raging thoughts.

↘ I think at such moments he perceives you more as a little child than as a partner, so expect a serious talk, some life tips and promises that in case you need to talk again, drink something or a book to read, he will be right next to you.
