1. Max is a literal baby and doesn’t understand basic sportsmanship
1.5 because people are HURT over my opinion that doesn’t even effect them, max is a great driver his 2nd place was well deserved especially starting from p15 but I just think this race showed early signs of a teammate battle when they should be working together for the constructors championship THATS ALL
2. Esteban and Pierre are bff’s compared to other duos on the grid
3. Mick is so pretty
4. Lando and Charles need to rethink their contracts
I'm going to rant about some things that i've read in social media after Jeddah.
The Verstappen- Checo discussion in social media is a mess from both sides. I think i'm impartial because being spanish i have sympathy for Checo, but i also really like Max because he reminds me somewhat about Alonso. You can't deny that Max is fucking with Checo's head and he's super paranoid because he's convinced the whole team is working against him, i think that's why he thought that the team was lying to him about the fast lap. But I don't think Max did anything wrong stealing him the fast lap at the end eventhough I'm convinced that he waited for the last lap so Checo couldn't react and try to get it back. It was to fuck with him, but every point counts and more if they're going to fight between them for the championship.
Leclerc is being destroyed in spanish media, they are saying that he's problematic and that he's exploding the atmosphere at Ferrari. He is, once againg, outperforming Sainz and they don't like it. Ferrari is a mess, it's falling appart and Leclerc is justified in being upset. He should be angry, Sainz should be doing the same, but Leclerc has more power in the structure. The spanish press is painting it as a teammate rivarly thing, but they get on very well so i think this is just a Leclerc being really disappointed with Ferrari and finally expresing it.
I also want to talk about McLaren. What i don't like at all is people now comparing Ricciardo's results to Piastri's. I get it, i also love Ricciardo, he was a great driver and he showed it at Redbull and Renault... but he didn't at McLaren. Last year McLaren would have won 4rth best team instead of Alpine by a lot if Ricciardo would have done something. The car was shit, but Norris got a podium and in the same race Ricciardo got 18th because he ruined his own race (and Carlos's). I'm faster with my opel corsa than Ricciardo was with that McLaren. The team being really nasty to him obviusly impacted his performance but you can't deny that he wasn't performing. Piastri is making what he can with that car (which is worse than the williams). Norris can't make that car work and he got to be the best of the rest with the MCL36. So people saying that McLaren made the wrong decision firing Ricciardo for Piastri are being delusional.
And that's it, i ranted about what i wanted to rant.
all i can think about is that one graph where the more powerful thirst traps they post the worse ferrari gets, we are not even getting to q3 today i fear
