Summary: It is commonly known that when a vampire turns two hundred years old they develop special powers. This is what Hakyeon, Taekwoon, and Jaehwan experienced when they turned two hundred.

Hakyeon

Hakyeon remembers the day he first discovered his powers very well. He had been having little glimpses into the future for several years, but he chalked that down to him being a vampire. He was sure Taekwoon and Jaehwan had been having dreams like him but they just didn’t feel like telling him. So it was a bit of a shock to him when his dreams became more and more frequent leading up to his two hundredth birthday. He finally opened up to Jaehwan and Taekwoon about his recent visions. They admitted to him that they had never had dreams like he had. Once he heard that Hakyeon became concerned. Why was he having such vivid visions of the future in his dreams? It all came to head on the day of his two hundredth birthday.

The day started out normally for Hakyeon. He woke up, got ready for the day, and proceeded to try to wake up the other two vampires living in the house. But something felt . . . off. As he put his hand on the the door knob to Taekwoon’s room he suddenly felt like he had floated out of his body. He saw himself opening the door, just to be met with Taekwoon throwing a pillow in his face. Then he heard Jaehwan banging at the closet door, screaming about how Taekwoon had locked him in there when he tried to wake him up earlier. Hakyeon then felt like he was being yanked back into his body. He gasped, letting go of the door knob in his shock. He wrapped his arms around himself, as if to confirm he hadn’t floated away. Hakyeon’s eyebrows furrowed as he reached for the door again. He twisted the door knob and pushed the door open wide. He was quick to dodge the pillow that was thrown at him. Hakyeon was more shocked as he ran over to the closet, and sure enough Jaehwan had been locked in it. Hakyeon took a few steps back. “Hakyeon are you okay?” Jaehwan asked when he saw how pale the older had gotten. “I think so?” Hakyeon replied his right hand coming up to rest on his temple. Taekwoon looked concerned as he quietly led Hakyeon to sit on the bed. “What happened?” He asked. Hakyeon shook his head a bit. “You know how I have dreams of the future?” Jaehwan and Taekwoon nodded. “I think that just happened, but while I’m awake.” There was a moment of silence in the room. Taekwoon’s eyebrows furrowed. “Hold on a minute.” Taekwoon walked over to the shelves he had in his room. He scanned over the titles until he found the one he was looking for. “Jaehwan could you get Hakyeon some water?” Jaehwan nodded and went to do so. Taekwoon read over the pages of his book.

“I think I have an idea about what’s happening.” Hakyeon turned over to Taekwoon. “What’s your theory?” Taekwoon sat on the bed next to Hakyeon. “You turn two hundred today. From everything that has been written by other vampire clans it would seem we get special powers when we turn two hundred.” Hakyeon tilted his head. “So I can see the future?” Taekwoon shrugged. “Only one way to figure out right? See if you can see what I’m going to do when Jaehwan comes back.” Hakyeon frowned. “How am I supposed to do that?” Taekwoon shrugged. “I don’t know. Think about him?” Hakyeon sighed as he closed his eyes and focused on Jaehwan. He felt light headed and was once again ripped out of his body. He saw Taekwoon walking over to Jaehwan and dumping the glass of water over the unsuspecting man’s head. When he returned to his body he looked to Taekwoon. “You were going to pour the water on his head?” Taekwoon smiled. “So you can predict the future.” Taekwoon looked back to his book. “You must be a really powerful vampire. Usually it takes months for other vampires to master their power.” Jaehwan came back into the room then, and he gave Hakyeon the glass of water. “So what’s going on?” Taekwoon patted Jaehwan on the shoulder. “Hakyeon can see the future.” Jaehwan looked confused. “But why is he getting that power now?” Taekwoon shrugged once more. “No one has been able to figure it out. I guess vampires just get more powerful when they reach two hundred.” Jaehwan hummed. “So it’s like vampire puberty?” Hakyeon snorted. “I guess you could call it that. I hope it’s nothing like actual puberty though.” The trio laughed before going to properly celebrate Hakyeon’s birthday.

Taekwoon

Taekwoon had been very fearful of his two hundredth birthday. He knew Hakyeon’s power had been easy to control since he was a very powerful vampire, but Taekwoon wasn’t as strong. He was so afraid of getting a power that was dangerous to the people around him. He could only hope that he didn’t get anything like fire or lightning. He knew he would never be able to live with himself if one of his friends, well more like family, was injured because of him. Taekwoon never could have predicted how his two hundredth birthday would go.

Hakyeon had been warning him all day that something was weird about that day. The trouble was Hakyeon couldn’t see what was going to go wrong. Every time he tried he would see nothing, which led Hakyeon to believe something terrible was going to happen. But Taekwoon didn’t listen to him. In hindsight, Taekwoon was being a complete idiot for not listening to the older vampire. Usually he would have listened and stayed home with his clan, which had just gained two new members. But for the last eighty years Taekwoon had done the same thing for his birthday, and he wasn’t about to break tradition. Taekwoon would bundle himself up and head to the shops. He hadn’t told anyone about his little collection of things he found pretty, which is why he would limit his shopping for such items to one day a year. He would spend the entire day looking for the perfect gift for himself. When he found it he would sneak himself back into the house with his prize and hide it in a room that was hidden in his closet. Taekwoon smiled at himself at the thought of his “pretty room” as he called it. On days he felt like the world was crashing around him he would sit there for hours and just look at his treasures, admiring the beauty he felt he didn’t deserve to possess. So, foolishly, he ignored Hakyeon’s warning and bundled himself up. He walked to the shops, making sure to check that none of his clan members had followed him. The day was hard, since the shops didn’t have anything he felt he could put in his collection. That was until he walked into the toy store.

There, in the far back of the shop, was a little doll. Her dress was a beautiful shade of green, which matched the color of her glass eyes. Her hair flowed in black curls down to her waist, and she had the cutest little bonnet on. Taekwoon picked the doll up, and that was when he heard something. He must be buying that dolly for his daughter. What a lucky girl she is to have such a pretty doll. Taekwoon whipped his head around. The voice sounded like one of a child. He turned around and sure enough there was a little girl standing behind him, looking longingly at the doll in his hands. I wish I could have a pretty dolly. Taekwoon nearly had a heart attack. The girl’s mouth wasn’t moving. That was when Taekwoon knew he needed to get home. Now. Before he left he paid for the doll, and he bought the little girl a doll as well since he knew the guilt would kill him if he didn’t. The second he walked out of the shop he regretted coming. The street was crowded with people. Taekwoon took a deep breath and walked through the crowd, hoping he could make it home without any incidents. But suddenly he heard whispers. They started off as quiet little whispers, but they were quickly getting louder and louder until it felt like every thought the people around him had was taking turns beating at his skull. It was so loud, and Taekwoon felt like his knees were going to give out from the pain the noise brought.

He didn’t know how he managed to stumble his way home, but he must have looked dreadfully ill if the way the crowd parted for him was any indication. Hakyeon tried to greet him at the door but Taekwoon pushed past him, saying he felt sick and would be back downstairs after a nap. Taekwoon crashed through his bedroom door and locked it behind him before he locked himself in his pretty room. He could hear the thoughts that his clanmates were thinking. Their thoughts felt like knives stabbing into his brain. He took the doll he had purchased and held it to his chest, trying to will the pain away. Finally, he had managed to calm himself down and the pain faded. The thoughts buzzing in his skull turned into soft whispers once more. He took a few deep breaths before he stood up from where he had crouched on the floor. He placed the doll in her place, fixing her dress and hair in the process, and went to tell Hakyeon about his new power.

Jaehwan

Jaehwan was one of the first vampires in their clan to be excited about turning two hundred. Hakyeon and Taekwoon had such cool powers. Hakyeon had predicted the lottery numbers that got them the money to buy the house they were currently living in. Taekwoon had used his power on almost every sugar daddy he had so he always knew what they wanted and their intentions. He was so excited to get a power. So when he woke up on his birthday to nothing happening he felt cheated. Was this some sort of joke? It had to be since he wasn’t presenting any new powers. Jaehwan huffed as he made his way downstairs.

“Good morning birthday boy!” Wonshik called as he made his way down to breakfast. Jaehwan pouted as he sat down. “This is a bust of a birthday. I don’t have any powers!” Hongbin looked concerned. “Really? Ummm, maybe you’ll be like Taekwoon and your powers won’t hit you until the end of the day?” Jaehwan brightened up a bit that the thought. “You’re right! Maybe my powers are just a little delayed.” With his hope restored he enjoyed the day. The clan had agreed to do anything he wanted for his birthday and he was excited to just have a day for the focus to be on him. Jaehwan decided to go shopping first. Taekwoon sheepishly walked up to Jaehwan. “Is it okay if I stay home for the shopping trip?” Jaehwan was disappointed. He really wanted this to be a shopping trip with the entire clan. Taekwoon looked incredibly guilty. “I’m sorry. I know you really wanted all of us to go but . . .” The older man took a deep breath. “I’ve been really scared of crowds since I got my powers. I’m afraid of losing control and having that pain from the first time come back.” Jaehwan’s eyebrows furrowed. Taekwoon had never been so forward with his emotions before. It was kind of shocking to hear the older man open up so much. Jaehwan smiled and rested his hand on Taekwoon’s arm. “It’s fine. You can stay home if you need to. We have plenty of things to do once we get home so you can join us then, okay?” Taekwoon gave him a little smile before nodding. “I’m sorry.” Jaehwan patted Taekwoon’s shoulder before making his way to the front door.

The shopping trip was fun, and Jaehwan had a lot of new things as a result. Once the group got home they were greeted with a decorated kitchen. Taekwoon stood in the middle of the room holding a cake. “Happy Birthday Jaehwan!” Everyone yelled. Jaehwan couldn’t help but smile as he blew out the candles. “You guys planned this all along didn’t you?” Jaehwan turned to Hakyeon. “We did. We’ve been planning this for about three weeks now.” Jaehwan looked shocked. “You’ve been planning this for three weeks?” Hakyeon looked confused. “How do you know that?” Jaehwan laughed. “You just told me silly.” Hakyeon looked more confused. Hongbin spoke up. “No, he said we decided to do this last minute.” Jaehwan’s smile fell. “But I heard him say you guys have been planning it for weeks.” There was a moment of silence before Taekwoon spoke up. “Jaehwan, tell me why I said I wanted to stay home today.” Jaehwan’s eyebrows furrowed. “You said the reason you weren’t gonna go was because you’ve been scared of crowds since you developed your powers.” Taekwoon looked shocked. “Actually I said that the reason I was staying home was because my stomach wasn’t feeling good.” Jaehwan couldn’t believe what he was hearing. Hakyeon seemed to catch on to what Taekwoon was implying. “Hongbin, lie about something.” Hongbin looked confused. “Why?” “Just do it.” Hongbin thought up a quick lie to tell. “I love Park Hyoshin.” Jaehwan rolled his eyes. “Hongbin, Hakyeon told you to tell a lie.” Hongbin looked offended. Hakyeon spoke up. “Hongbin did lie. He said he hates Park Hyoshin.” Jaehwan’s eyes widened. “But I didn’t hear that. I heard him say he loves Park Hyoshin.” Taekwoon smiled. “Looks like you’ve had your power this entire time.” Jaehwan turned to Taekwoon. “My power is?” Hakyeon answered the question. “You can only hear the truth. You’re like a human lie detector.” Jaehwan took a minute to process what Hakyeon had just told him before his eyes lit up. “I’m a lie detector!” Jaehwan screamed, jumping around with excitement. Jaehwan forced the clan to lie to him the entire night, enjoying the fact that he wasn’t cheated out of a power after all.

Untitled Ch1

I’ve already posted this on Ao3 and wanted to post here as well. Tho this was posted under the name jollychick, all future fics will be be posted under the name already_taekken. Turns out someone already has the name jollychick on here haha

Summary:

Jaehwan realizes he hasn't exactly killed his feelings for a particular Hamster after all.

Chapter 1

After promotions in Japan ended, along with all the slightly awkward interviews and botched attempts at Japanese, it was a short flight home. Home. Where his hyung had been for this entire promotional period. After debut, all six boys learned how much the group needed each member, and this was a stark reminder of that. It was more than just having to rearrange choreography or record a missing member's lines, it was like a hole had formed in the group and at the moment, there was a Jung Taekwoon-shaped void in VIXX. Jaehwan wasn't sure about the rest of his members, but he wouldn't feel at ease until his Daeguni-hyung was healthy, happy and being dorky beside him.... well, actually, Taekwoon would be standing between Wonsik and Hongbin but, you get the point.

As 5VIXX prepared to make their appearance through the airport on the way to their vans, Jaehwan felt excitement buzz beneath his skin at the thought of seeing Taekwoon. He grabbed his hat and pouch and stepped behind Hakyeon to begin the trek. He tried to smile for all the Starlight who'd shown up to welcome them back to Korea but, he couldn't keep his mind from wandering. Would Taekwoon be as excited to see Jaehwan as Jaehwan was to see him? It'd been a few weeks since they'd seen each other and while FaceTime and KakaoTalk helped, it wasn't the same as being next to his hyung.

He must have been really deep in thought because the next thing Jaehwan knew, Wonsik had slung an arm around him, effectively bringing him out of his reverie. The arm hooked around his neck as he heard a whispered baritone ask, "What's up, hyung? You look out of it...". Jaehwan managed a weak smile and tried to give his fans all the aegyo and finger hearts they could handle.

The members had already decided who'd get in which van before leaving the plane. After waving towards the fans that had been waiting outside, Wonsik, Hognbin and Hyuk loaded in to the first van while Hakyeon and Jaehwan got into the second. The ride began in silence. It always did. This was a time when the members would drift into a short nap, message family and friends or pop in a pair of ear buds and zone out. None of which happened for Jaehwan once Hakyeon, sitting in the front passenger seat, turned to stare at his dongsaeng.

Jaehwan stared back for a moment, before the feeling that Hakyeon could read his thoughts became overwhelming and he shifted his gaze towards his phone. The same group chat he'd been looking at for hours blared at him in the van's cool, dark interior. As he started to flick back to the beginning of the conversation, one he'd read at least a dozen times by now, he'd almost forgot about Hakyeon in the front seat. It wasn't until he heard a soft, "He's fine, you know?", that he remembered his leader had been searching his soul a few moments ago. He titled his head in confusion when he responded, "Huh? Who, hyung?" One dramatic eye-roll and sigh later, Jaehwan realized his pitiful stalling tactic hadn't worked. He set his phone to the side because he knew he couldn't escape this conversation. Not without having to jump from a moving car, and with the speed of traffic around them, he wasn't sure he'd survive.

"I think you know exactly who I'm talking about, Jaehwan-ah." was all Hakyeon said before turning back around in his seat to face the front. Jaehwan sat there, trying to get his thoughts together. He was surprised. Usually this hyung would continue to pepper him with questions until he relented.

"You don't have to tell me what's bothering you but, I figured now would be a good time if there was anything you wanted to vent about." Hakyeon did his best to keep the exasperation he felt out of his voice. He's always paid close attention to his members and while Jaehwan wasn't always as loud and mischievous as he appeared when the cameras were rolling, he'd been particularly quiet today. All his senses were telling him that the young man was worried about their band mate.

"It's not that big a deal. I don't have anything to 'vent' about, it's just..." Jaehwan's voiced trailed off. What was wrong? Taekwoon had gotten a clean bill of health. Their Japanese album had topped the Japanese charts for days and they'd ended promotions successfully. He looked at his discarded phone on the seat beside him and sighed. Hakyeon was still facing the front but Jaehwan knew his hyung was waiting for him to complete his sentence.

"...It's just... hyung, didn't he seem a little...different, in our group chat earlier?" he asked Hakyeon. Technically, he knew what his problem was, but that didn't make it any easier to discuss with his leader. His nervous tone must have alerted Hakyeon because the man once again turned around in his seat to stare at Jaehwan.

"I don't think so. I mean, he could try using a few more hearts and smiley faces when he replies to me! I tell him time and again that he needs to express his emotions more, and what better way than to use emoticons?! It's like he doesn't listen to me at all, you know?" Hakyeon enthuses, completely forgetting about the reason for this supposed heart-to-heart. As Hakyeon continued to lament over Taekwoon's reluctance to use emoji, Jaehwan thought that perhaps jumping from the car wasn't such a bad idea after all.

"-wan-ah. Jaehwan? Are you listening to me? And do you know he had the nerve to tell me-" Hakyeon continued. Jaehwan couldn't take it anymore. If he wanted this conversation to go anywhere he had to stop his hyung's rant.

"I wasn't talking about his use of smileys, hyung. Didn't you notice he only responded in our group chat whenever he was directly addressed. Usually he always replies to us with sarcastic comments or something, even when we aren't talking to him but, ever since he started resting..." Jaehwan let his sentence trail off again. What he really wanted to say is 'He hasn't been responding to my messages at all!' That was the real problem.

All their fans knew how shy Taekwoon had been when they debuted. Even three years after debut, he was still introverted, which added to his appeal. It was only within the last year and a half that his hyung had come out of his shell on camera and in front of their fans. The one thing that hadn't changed was, no matter how shy he was, Taekwoon would always respond to Jaehwan. He felt special when his quiet hyung would show bashful smiles and duck his head in laughter because of something Jaehwan had said.

It was no secret that Jaehwan had a special relationship with Taekwoon. The two had so much in common. They're both main vocals, have the same dream of being musical actors and because of that, they had similar worries as well. There was a time when Jaehwan thought that maybe his hyung looked at him in a similar fashion but, lately that hadn't been the case. Taekwoon was always purposely bothering Hyuk or messing with Hognbin or Wonsik and Jaehwan didn't care for it at all. He tried to keep his expression neutral whenever his hyung was in a playful mood and would poke, prod and giggle with any member aside from him. Taekwoon touching another member would be at the top of the "Things that put Lee Jaehwan in a bad mood" list. He felt a strange ache in his chest every time it happened.

When they'd filmed that travel program in Cambodia the year before, Jaehwan thought he'd hit the jackpot. Not only were they on "vacation", but he got to have Taekwoon all to himself for several days. All the years before, Jaehwan had never really considered why he found everything Taekwoon did and said so interesting. He knew what the fans said about the two of them, and sure, he played it up when the cameras were on, but it never occurred to him that it may have meant something more. To be honest, he just liked being around Taekwoon. He liked having his attention and making him laugh, and having his hyung depend on him, and receiving advice from him, sharing his thoughts with him and....well, he simply liked Taekwoon. He wouldn't allow himself to think any further than that.

"I know how you feel, Jaehwan." Hakyeon interrupted his thoughts. "Nothing matters, as long as he's there. Even the smallest happening becomes something you want to tell him, just to see him smile. And it hurts because he doesn't have a clue." Hakyeon was looking down at his own hands as he said this but when he met Jaehwan's eyes again, the miserable look in his eyes belied the smile he wore.

Jaehwan didn't know what to say to Hakyeon, so he said nothing at all. His mind was already racing with thoughts of all the things he wanted to tell Taekwoon when he saw him. Hakyeon summing up his situation so matter of factly presented feelings Jaehwan didn't have the courage to examine. Feelings he'd swear he'd already squashed, when LR started preparations for their debut, back in 2015. He couldn't open that chapter again, not when it meant he might ruin the relationship that had taken years to build with his hyung. They sat in a slightly depressing silence for the rest of the ride back to the dorm. It wasn't until much later that Jaehwan began to wonder who Hakyeon had been referring to with that look of defeat.

Triwizard Tournament! Kang Daniel | Part 1

my potterhead self is showing fuck

includes a teensy bit of harry potter spoilers!!

kang daniel

there wasn’t a being in the castle who didn’t know his name

the sixth year gryffindor beater who had a swarm of girls following him everywhere?

yeah, that’s him

the sorting hat had contemplated whether to place him in hufflepuff or gryffindor for a while in his first year

the hat was finally about to put him in hufflepuff until danny boy here hoped for gryffindor

the hat sighed lol

“is it because harry potter was in gryffindor?”

“no, the gryffindor animal is a lion right???? and a lion is basically a huge cat!!”

so the hat was like,

“uh, ok kid if that’s how you want it”

and then announced gryffindor to the whole school

everyone thinks that daniel’s a pure blood because??? he looks so natural with magic he must’ve grown up with it

but danik’s a half blood!

his dad was a pure blood who fell in love with a muggle

but he did indeed grow up with magic

his mom didn’t even care that his dad was a wizard lol

she was even excited about it!!

so magic was used around the house like any pure blood’s house lmao

“hey dad!! could you pass me the chips?”

“sure!! Wingardium Leviosa!!”

daniel got his first cat when he went shopping for textbooks with his dad in his first year

but fell in love with another cat when he went shopping with ong in his third year

and bought it on a whim

BUT

you’re only supposed to bring one pet to hogwarts :’)

so ong is forced to say that peter’s his pet in front of teachers :’))

daniel LOVES care of magical creatures

that one student that thinks blast ended skrewts are cute

and whenever daniel starts gushing over them, ong receives so much second hand embarrassment that he pretends to not know daniel

even though the whole school knows that they’re basically the second fred and george weasley

and so naturally, they were regulars at weasley’s wizard wheezes

filch hates all of them lmao

this particular year, it was rumored that there would be another triwizard tournament held at hogwarts

nobody knew who started the rumor

but ongniel heard of it the second they stepped foot on platform 9 ¾

they knew what it was obviously

you’d have to be a fresh new muggle born to not know

seongwoo was hYPED ASF

“LISTEN BUDDY,,,, WE HAVE TO TRY GET OUR NAMES IN THE CUP”

daniel just chuckled and went along with it

“it’s not like we’d get chosen anyways”

and lo and behold, after the sorting ceremony,

mcgonagall announces the tournament in a tone of, “i-opposed-to-this-idea-but-the-others-were-all-for-it-so-here-we-are”

she repeats 18305 times that,

“ONLY wizards and witches of the age SEVENTEEN AND OVER may participate”

while glaring at ongniel

ongniel snickers at this because,

“thERE’S GOTTA BE A WAY TO GET PAST LMAO”

you were a ravenclaw in the same year as daniel

you were also a muggleborn who had no idea that the magical world existed!

so you were curious and excited about everything

you’re eagerness to learn everything about the magical world led you to being sorted into ravenclaw

you were appointed prefect last year and you’d bEEN STOKED!!!!

because being a prefect meant!!!!

thaT THE PROFESSORS!!!

RECOGNIZED YOUR SKILLS!!!!!

you knew daniel of course, you had charms with the gryffindors in fourth year

you had even and shared a desk with daniel

because flitwick had enough of ongniel and split them up lmao

to your surprise you found daniel not as mischievous as you originally thought

and you also found yourself getting dragged into pranks with onglniel thanks to you getting along well with niel

“hey guys,,,, we shouldn’t be doing this,,,,”

“come one y/n!! live a little!!”

“bUT WHAT IF WE GET EXPELLED???”

“won’t happen. now keep watch for filch while we set these wet start no heat fireworks up”

you just stand there flabbergasted while daniel sends you the cutest smile

ong was way too busy with the fireworks to care about what you two do lmao

basically

you were the only sane one in the trio

kind of

so when mcgonagall announces the triwizard tournament

you mumble,

“i thought they weren’t doing that anymore after diggory’s death”

while turning your head to look at the boys at the gryffindor table

and to your expectation, they were whispering excitedly to each other

after the great feast, you wanted to talk the two out of it but head boy! minhyun who was also from ravenclaw catches you and reminded you that,

“y/n you are a prefect!!!!111!1 remember what a prefect has to do???”

and so you sigh and herd the junior students towards the ravenclaw tower

next day during breakfast, you zoomed over to the gryffindor table

not caring that all your ravenclaw friends were like,

“ooooooh is y/n gonna have breakfast with their boyfriend? ;))))”

ongniel didn’t even realize you were there until you slaMMED YOUR FIST ON THE TABLE

and congatulations!!!!111!1!1

you’ve officially got the two’s attention!1!!!

along with everyone else in the great hall

everyone kinda returns to their breakfast after a second tho because

“oh it’s that time of the week where y/n tries to stop ongniel from doing something stupid”

it happens so often it’s normal for everyone

“don’t even try put your name in the cup”

you hissed

Lmao once again can’t title but I’m back, and the request was for an award show or something but the isac’s where the other day and wanna one has never gone and I like to dream okay so I hope this is okay, i could do another at an actual show w another member if you’d like idk. Also props to whoever can tell whoever the idols faces at the isac’s I edited out of the pictures (That I don’t own btw credit to owners) for the header board thingy belong to hehe.

Summary: All your fans are shipping you with Daniel and you can’t say you disagree.

• The ISAC’s were always something you had mixed emotions about, • Your group was pretty popular and didn’t exactly need the promotion, but your company was small so it was a good idea to go anyway, even if it was just to have a bit of fun, • You enjoyed spending time with friends from other groups and sending your fans things you’d made, but you could be working on new songs and just the fact the day was so long, • But at least you got to wear a tracksuit like damn, • You were a self producing group who tried out most genres, generally more hiphop and R&B so you’d had many different clothing styles, but nothing beat the black tracksuit the event organizer handed you and the four others in your group, • But at way too early o'clock (honestly any time before 11 am) you pulled yourself out of the car with your group and made your way to the stadium, you all had unique styles; braided hair or sunglasses, • Wow y'all so beautiful and powerful looking I’m quaking, • Y'all known for singing about important matters and independence and basically being badass and are actually rlly respected for it and popular, • Don’t take no shit from no one, you’re out to win today, • And to compliment your friends about all their comebacks and catch up of course, • And then there’s the small matter of Mr Kang Daniel, • One of the boys of the Monster Rookie™ group Wanna One that had taken the nation’s hearts pretty much overnight, • The fans of your group and his had, continuously since their debut, been shipping you nonstop, • And yeah, you thought he was cute and funny but you’d never even met; the most you’ve done was nod to each other or complimented his group on passing after a performance, • And you’re slightly afraid that the shipping would now make it awkward for the two of you to meet and interact; afraid your Stan’s would take it way too far, • You just hope you can get a ‘hi’ or a quick conversation in today with him, although you know it may be difficult, • But your whole group is about not really caring about others’ standards, so you’re going have to remember that, • The opening runs smoothly, and you manage to sneak up to where the fans are and hand out your lunch boxes yourself, although the rules say you really shouldn’t go to the fans area, • (VIXX what trolls this year tho I love them) • You’re sat with Irene and Yeri, Seulgi quite literally asleep on your lap and your members teasing your fans not 10 feet away and honestly wow, • But then the archery gets called up and you have to slide yourself away, • Which breaks your heart because yanno when a puppy is asleep on you so you can’t move? • Like that, • But you grab Tae, the member you’re going to do archery with, and wander off, • You go second, so while you’re waiting you slip some black face paint out of your pocket, before painting some black streaks across Tae’s cheeks as she paints 3 down your face, • Because how else you gunna show you’re ready for war????? • As soon as your competitors look over to you they burst out laughing at the funny faces you pull, one of those competitors in waiting including Kang Daniel himself,

• You make sure to send him a goofy fake scowl, challenging him, to which he cracks up,

• Omg a beautiful sight, Daniel smiling? Those cresent eyes? Soft cheeks? WoW, • In essence - face paint is a very effective way to distract your competitors as well as amusing your fans, • And you totally ace the archery, • You walk away with a Silver medal and that’s totally good enough for you, • But then an interview reporter grabs you and you’re whisked away, • At this point you’re used to it, them Interviewers - they’re everywhere, • “Y/N congratulations on the silver medal! It must have something to do with the face paint?” • The lady smiles brightly and you laugh a little, • “It must be, it was Tae’s idea to show we meant business,” • The lady laughs at this, and starts to ask questions about your latest comeback and the paint, noting how you may have started a new fashion trend, the concept of your new song and making you rap a little bit of your verse, to which your fans scream, • Wow we love a supportive family, • They make your heart race as always as you wave to them, • “One quick thing before you go, Y/N, I don’t suppose you’ve heard your fans talk about you and wanna ones Kang Daniel?” • You’re heart drops at that and you blush, laughing nervously, • “I’ve seen a few things, but don’t know a lot about it,” • You’re such a great liar damn no one suspects a thing, • “Ah, quite a lot of fans are shipping you; saying you’d make a very cute couple,” • You know this is very much a breach of privacy and kinda rude, but you’re known for being quite laid back in your group, so you’re not thrown, although maybe a little lost for words,

• And answers, • And anything that won’t give away your small crush on the member of wanna one, • “ Ah, I think our fans are right, Daniel is very cute and charming, although I’ve not really got the opportunity to get to know him yet,” • Lmao smooth, • Yeah right, you’re pretty obvious, • Although you’re sort of mortified by the fact you’ve inadvertently just said 1) Daniel is very cute to thousands of people and 2) you basically ship the two of you, • You do your natural thing and play it off as if you just told them your first name, • You hear some laughing nearby and quickly glance to spot where you recognise Ong Seongwoo and Kim Jaehwan slapping Daniel himself on the back, way too close, his cheeks bright red and a soft smile on his face as the cameras, no doubt, zoom in on him, • He waves a little when he sees you looking, • Wow what is a normal heart rate,

• You laugh, • At least you’re not the only one to get a taste of this embarrassment, • You’re not alone in your suffering, • And you nearly run away to hide when the interviewer motions Daniel to come closer and he actually complies, • What a snake, • He greets the interviewer and the two of you bow to each other all flushed, not knowing how to stand next to each other, • It’s all very awkward wow, • You know you’ve all been in the situation where you’re with that family member and they’ve already asked about school/work and now have nothing to say, • yeah idk if that’s too specific, • “Daniel, I don’t suppose you’ve heard about the fans shipping either? How do you feel about it?” • You want to melt as Daniels eyes meet yours and a smile stretches across his face, • “I think y/n’s music is incredible and she’s very cute and I’d like to get to know her more,” • You’re dead, • Daniels whole face is red as his eyes skim everywhere and he laughs a little, • This is so weird and unheard of, don’t fans usually not want their idols to date? Aren’t there many things and rules about this? • (y'all it’s stupid it’s their own life let idols date if they want) • But here you are, stood next to your crush, both of you blushing messes, getting set up by your own fans, • “Well that’s very interesting, make sure to get to know each other later,”

• The MC/interviewer chirps and you laugh and stay cool as always, proud you haven’t let anything show except for maybe a slight blush, • Daniel goes to leave but quickly throws his arms around you, giving you a hug at the speed of light before flying away,

• You can hear the fans in the stadium squeal jeez, • Wow, what just happened??? • You quickly jog back to your group who’s hanging out with GFriend and Seventeen after having to send some aegyo to the crowd, • You nearly died of the embarrassment and cringe, but soldiered through, • Let’s just say you get roasted, • Apparently everyone in your group is a savage???? Do they hate you???? Wish for your torment????? • Nah they’re just your best friends, • And just when you’re forgetting about your interview ordeal, your group gets called for the relay race you’re all determined to conquer, having perfect harmony for the change over, • While you may not be the tallest, you’re all fast as hell, having run away from your manager a couple of times, • Lmao you just wanted boba tea, • But you draw more paint, all slightly different, onto the others’ faces before heading over to the track to show everyone what running actually is, • You run last, which is a lot of pressure wow, • And your member is running towards you and they’re neck and neck with a member of twice like damn, • But you take the baton smooth as hell and your legs move quicker than you can compute, almost leaving your torso behind as you focus your whole mind on faster, smoother, faster, • As you’re speeding past you spot Daniel out of the corner of your eye yelling and you can hear your name and wow, • Your heart starts hammering even harder and your head goes a little dizzy, your legs stumbling a little, • But nah you don’t let no boy get in the way of your gold medal as you steam ahead and wow, • 1st place what a gem, • I mean it’s your 3rd gold medal in relay, you guys holding the title, just champs I guess ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ • When sport 💪💪 is life ✌✌✌ can’t let anyone 👨👩 beat you 💃💃 • I hate myself, • But then Daniel’s doing relay as well so you make sure to cheer equally as loud, • Which is hard when you’re still catching your breath, • Who needs Oxygen anyway??? • And the little shit has the audacity to, very obviously, send you a wink, • An unmistakable wink, • What sort of out of the world confidence does he have, he was in 2nd place as well, • As much as you’re shook, it makes you a little soft, but no one will leT yOu lIVE, • All slapping your back or ruffling your hair, • The DeFianCe??? • But you go to get a water bottle and who do you run into? • Yeah, Daniel, • “Congrats on gold~” • His soft tone, • wow, • His soft smile, • Wow, • The two if you actually talking? • W o w, • “Hey I’m sorry about earlier, I didn’t mean to put you in the spot and-” • Lmao yeah, maybe you feel bad a lil for dragging him into what may be a nightmare of always being asked about each other, • “No it’s okay, I’ve wanted to talk to you for a long time, I meant it when I said you where cute,” • Wow you’re a goner for this rookie, • “So did I,” • Wow smooth, not awkward at all,

• It makes your hand tingle and you’re heart race at the close proximity, standing on your tiptoes and resting a hand on his shoulder for support, • It’s only when you’ve finished do you realise his is now pretty much identical to yours, • WhoOps ACcIDenTS HaPPEn, • But he still looks damn cute, • And you know a fancam of this will be all over the internet later, • Hey; you may even share it on a private account who can say????? • And wow if you don’t continue to spend the rest of the ISAC’s together, taking stupid pictures with people and giving the internet a heart attack, • By the end of the day it seems almost all idols have some sort of facepaint? • A star or a couple of lines of just a smudge done by a member of their group, • A trend starter? • But you’re all leaving the arena with the SqUAD, • But then a hand gently takes your wrist and Daniel leads you to the side of the corridor with your group mates sending teasing smirks over the shoulder to you, • With a shy smile he holds out a piece of paper folded neatly and you can see the outline of numbers written on it, • You laugh lightly, taking the paper and carefully tucking it into your pocket, • “Text me when you get home?” • You nod, knowing you’ll spend too long deciding whether to say 'heya’ or 'hi’ and then make a split second decision and put something else entirely, • And Daniel is just way too cute for you to take, • He makes a move to leave, eyes hovering over you, before slowly leaning over and gently placing his lips on your forehead, ever so sweet, before nodding, smiling quickly and sliding away

it was the night of the game

you were in a tight cheerleading crop top

and the classic cheerleading skirt

you had a practiced the routine with the cheerleaders

and you had your part down

it was really challenging to be a temporarily cheerleader and you had even more respect for them than before

you were actually kind of excited

contrary to your complaints of being a cheerleader

it was a weird feeling being with the cheerleaders than your soccer girls

but it was for one game

plus you loved supporting jinyoung and the other guys

you were waiting with all the other cheerleaders for the signal to go out to the stadium

there was a blare

and you put on your best smile as you ran out with the other girls

unbeknownst to you jinyoung had his eyes trained you

he couldn’t help but break out into a huge grin

you looked absolutely stunning

but you looked beautiful all the time so it wasn’t too much of a difference

even when you were sweating buckets in your soccer uniform

“damnnnn y/n is looking fine” seongwoo said light heartedly

jinyoung couldn’t help but send a glare at him

seongwoo chuckled at him then said “jinyoung just ask her out”

“it’s not that easy” jinyoung whined

“yes it is, you say y/n will you be my girlfriend and then boom done” daniel said exasperatedly

but minhyun smirked when jinyoung was turning back thinking of the plan

“guys shut up the cheerleaders are starting” sungwoon said while all the guys attention was on you

you performed the routine flawlessly

giving the right expressions, matching the beats and doing the more down scale tricks

“y/n was really good, damn!” guanlin said with a smile

“of course she was, it’s y/n” jihoon added proudly

jihoon was probably the second closest guy to you out of the group

you see the guys and you give them a quick wave and blow them a kiss

they wave at you back excitedly

you see the soccer guys leave knowing it was time for the game

both teams come on the field

after deciding the sides the match starts

jinyoung takes one look at you and clenches his jaw

he wants to do well for you

not because you expect him too but you were and always have been his motivation

jinyoung suddenly got possession of the ball

and runs down the field with it calling for the attackers

he sees woojin in the corner of his eye and smirks this was his and woojin’s classic move

jinyoung kicks the ball to woojin sharply then runs straight to the goal

with perfect timing woojin kicks the ball upwards and towards the goal

but jinyoung is there to header it straight into the upper corner of the goal

and their plan is executed perfectly

while jinyoung has a bright smile with the whistle

woojin and him do a manly grapple hug

the move took ages to get down but they did after hours of practice

the score board marks 1-0

everyone from your school was cheering

not as loud as you though

you were jumping up and down

waving your pom poms in the air

sungwoon was taking photos to tease you later

time passed and it was a super close match

the score was 4-3 to your school

there was only 5 minutes left

and there was a very thick tension in the air

the other school was in possession

and was passed the midfield

jinyoung was running right back to defence line to provide help

suddenly the strongest attacker of the opposing team kicked the soccer ball straight for the goal

in horror it was headed for a space where the goalie couldn’t reach

without even a second thought jinyoung blocked the space by jumping between the ball and the goal

SMACK

you could hear the sound from really far away

and everyone cringed at the painful sound

suddenly you heard a blare which meant the game ended

jinyoung was completely winded you didn’t even care about anything or anyone else

you sprinted there before even anyone could react

“jinyoung-ah are you okay? jinyoung-ah can you hear me?” you asked extremely worried

jinyoung wasn’t even moving but you could see him breathing

suddenly you could feel a crowd around you two

“EVERYONE GIVE JINYOUNG SOME SPACE OKAY?” jisung threatened loudly

you could hear a lot of people gulp as they stepped away

“jinyoung please tell me if you can hear me?” you say desperately

“can you just get to the kissing bit or “cpr”” teased daehwi

knowing perfectly well jinyoung was faking it since he was the one who usually woke up jinyoung

“yes please do” piped up guanlin since he was usually the backup to wake up jinyoung

you just glared at the two

now understanding jinyoung was faking it because the two were too sweet to say that in a serious situation

seongwoo, daniel and jaehwan a different story

then you poked jinyoung’s eye

“OW LADY THAT HURT!!!” jinyoung shouted while bolting right up

“WELL THAT’S FOR GIVING ME THE SCARE OF A CENTURY!” you shouted right back

everyone was just snickering and chuckling at you two

“WELL I WAS WAITING FOR YOU TO KISS ME” jinyoung shouted right back

then he blushed REALLY RED knowing that everyone heard that and he really shouldn’t of blurted it out

you just gape at him trying to process what he said

minhyun smirked knowing the plan was to put to action now

“KISS KISS KISS” he chanted

seongwoo and daniel with smirks of their own joined instantly

then in a few seconds everyone was

you look at jinyoung and you realise both of your cheeks are bright red

at least you knew he had feelings for you which made you all soft and warm

so you muttered “oh what the hell” and everyone could still hear you though

and without any warning to jinyoung

you leaned right in and softly planted a kiss on his lips

both of you instantly melted into the kiss

it was soft and sweet

and jinyoung couldn’t help but smiling

you probably died right there and went to heaven there

the two of you eventually parted to really loud cheers and a lot of cries of

“FINALLY!!”

“i think this was really overdue but i like you y/n, i like you a lot, your my best friend and no one else could even compare to you. so will you be my girlfriend?” jinyoung said sweetly to you

“i’d love to jinyoung, i’d absolutely love to” you say happily

still no believing the moment you were waiting for years was happening

“OUR PLAN WORKED! OUR PLAN WORKED!” screamed the wanna one guys

you look at them with a dangerous glint your eye “you guys had a plan?”

the guys gulped at your expression and looked a little fearful

jisung squeaked out a maybe

“any bets you placed on us will be paid to us understood?” you said with pnash and sass, arms crossed and everything

“no buts” you said sternly

“ugh fine whatever” he huffed

you softened your expression and smiled at them

“but thank you, come on we need to go to have celebratory pizza” you say sweetly

they all smiled at you and gave you a group hug where everyone was just laughing and smiling

it was great

afterwards

jinyoung put his arm around your shoulder looked at you in awe and said to you

“i still can’t believe your my girlfriend”

“well you better believe it buddy because you’re stuck with me” you say playfully

So you’ve never really been a fan of horror movies

But one day in the middle of December, winter break, your friends Jihoon and Woojin suggest the three of you watch the new horror movie that had recently came out

That was the worst decision you have ever made in your whole entire life

You couldn’t walk back home alone and made both the boys walk you

But either way it was scary

so Jihoon ends up walking in front of you and woojin walks behind you

b4 they leave they remind you that it’s not real and ghosts don’t exist

Their little assurance somewhat calms you

BUT YOU REALIZE YOUR PARENTS AREN’T HOME

IT’S LATE WHY AREN’T THEY HOMEEEEE

DID THEY DIE!? IF YOU GO IN THE BATHROOM WILL THEY BE LAYING THERE!?

you start running around the house and turn on every single light you have

you know you shouldn’t, but you really don’t wanna risk seeing a dark shadow in the mirror as you brush your teeth then be led to your death, so you don’t even step a meter near the bathroom

you change in the corner of your room so nothing would be able to stand behind you

You walk backwards into your bed then create a little house around your head with all your stuffed animals

you somehow fall asleep despite the feeling you had of someone watching you

But during the middle of the night you hear soft strumming of the guitar

At first you think that it must be your next door neighbor, Joshua playing his little morning warm-up

Then you see the time from your half opened eyes and holy shiz it’s only 2am

you start to hyperventilate and you can’t even close your eyes

Bc what if the killer ghost is hovering right above you when you choose to open them again

You can’t risk it

the strums come closer and closer to your window

and you feel yourself sweating more and your breathing becomes ragged

but then you hear humming of a soft, light tune

it makes you think back to third grade, first day of school

you remember a kid who always brought a ukulele to school

tbh you had a crush on that boy, but you couldn’t remember his name

he always sat with you whenever you mom was late to pick you up and he would play a short theme song like from a popular cartoon

his songs always assured you that your mom was coming to pick you up soon

and it helped you forget all the bullies and frights you had

the song that you were hearing rn was oddly familiar and it comforted you

The strums were nowhere near creepy, surprisingly and the hums lulled you back to sleep

When you wake up in the morning, you hear guitar strums again

your heart beats erratically but then you realize

The sun’s out

Which means

It’s bright and daytime

Which meanss

NO GHOSTS

Which meanssss

It was your cute neighbor joshua hong playing his guitar and singing with his heavenly voice

You just lay in your bed after opening your window a bit more so you can hear him sing

But then you realize….

It wasn’t joshua’s voice

Joshua had a softer, gentler voice

This voice was soft and gentle….

But there was strong emotion put into each word sung

way more emotion than a morning warm up

you slowly get up and peek out your window to see…

Nothing

You notice that the singing and guitar stopped as well

you slump back into your bed then think back to the horror movie from yesterday

It couldn’t be….

A GHOST!?!!?!?

You start screaming and crying at the same time when the scenes from the movie come rushing into your brain

You hear footsteps come up the stairs and you start screaming even louder

But stop when you see that it’s just your mom

“WHAT’S GOING ON!? IS EVERYTHING OKAY!?”

“MOOOOMMMMM!!! I THINK OUR HOUSE IS HAUNTEDDD!!”

cue your mom hitting your back and yelling at you

“I THOUGHT SOMETHING HAPPENED!”

“SOMETHING DID HAPPEN! I HEARD A GHOST SINGING!”

that just makes your mom even more mad

her slaps just drive you out of bed and you soon find yourself sitting out on your porch

You were currently rubbing your hands over your arms

bc it was FREAKIN cold

you couldn’t believe your mom had kicked you out of the house in the middle of December

you’re muttering to yourself how cold it is then you see a guy with a guitar slung over his shoulder walking down the sidewalk and across the street about to pass by your home

He seemed to be in a good mood

humming and all

but something just seemed off about him

he was rather….. pale

like transparent pale

you’re kinda worried bc what if this guy was rlly sick or something and he didn’t know about it bc he seemed to be in a good mood

“Hey!”

You yell from your chair and wave your arms

he turns to you and stares at you for a bit then keeps walking

you’re like “uh wut?”

you go down the steps and you honestly don’t even know what you’re doing

your feet were moving on their own

you felt like you had to help this person

“Excuse me?”

you call out, but the guy DOES NOT STOP WALKING

could he not hear?

you jog up behind him and reach your hand out to tap him

but

your hand goes through him

“AHHHH!”

the guy suddenly whips around in shock and looks at you with an equally bewildered look

you’re frozen on the spot

you can’t move no matter how creepy the situation is rn

“d-do you see me?” he almost whispers

“n-no”

He just starts laughing and it freaks the hell outta you

What kind of psychotic laugh was that!?

You felt shivers run up and down your spine as he tried to calm himself down

you slowly try to step away from him but Jaehwan does that creepy, nervous, cute looking smile

like do you know what smile im talking about

and he asks you “where are you going?”

your mind’s just going ‘GTFO GGTTFFOO”

you attempt to turn around and run, but you just fall flat on your face

How comedic would this look from your window?

“Are you okay?”

“STOP DON’T COME NEAR ME!”

tbh jaehwan is disheartened at your tone

He was ecstatic that someone could finally see him, but now they were getting scared bc of him

He just ignores those feelings and nervously chuckles

you don’t hear anything for a while and you start to stand up

then you hear music

Those guitar strums

that voice

Both those factors reminded you of that one boy who played to you

you frantically look around, but you couldn’t seem to see anything

then, you spot that ghost guy from earlier

he was sitting on the side of your house, leaned against the wall

If jaehwan remembered anything about humans, it was that they seemed to calm down when there was music

you slowly walk over to him, your feet making crunching noises on the fresh snow

You just stand across from him listening to his voice

when he stops you look at him in surprise and disappointment

“Why’d you stop playing?”

Jaehwan smirks

“You seemed pretty calm enough”

he stands up to take his leave

“Y-You’re voICE IS NICE!”

you’re still kinda creeped out about the fact that he’s a ghost AND WHY ARE YOU SEEING HIM!?!!?

but he just had this familiar comforting feel

you stop him by reaching out for his arm when he merely smiles at your compliment and starts to walk away from you

then remember he’s a frkn ghost

but as you retract your arm you feel the cloth of his jacket

why were you able to touch him!?!!

Jaehwan can feel after all these years

More like a few months but

“ARE YOU MY SOULMATE!?!?!”

you’re like “bro wtf?”

he proceeds to explain how if a human can see him and touch him, he gets a chance to go to the afterworld

for some odd reason, jaehwan was rejected bc he had someone in the real world who wasn’t ready to let him go

This usually wasn’t a problem but the wanting of his presence was REALLLLLYYYY STRONG

So he had to stay in the human world until he found that human and spent three weeks with them to convince them to let him go

“Are you saying it’s me?”

“There’s really no one else who could touch me”

He honestly didn’t know why you were able to touch him

Let alone SEE him

but he felt like you were the owner of that strong, unseen force of wanting his presence

you’re really confused tho bc you’ve never seen him b4

“IM JAEHWAN!”

he suddenly blurts then grins

“....y/n…”

and like JAEHWAN REMEMBERS YOU

You were that one girl who he always played his ukulele for in elementary school!

he had once seen you cry bc you’re mom was running really late and he walked home so he stayed an extra twenty minutes just singing and playing until you cracked a smile

But maybe you weren’t that girl bc he knew at least two other ppl named y/n

Anyways

he doesn’t mention that he may or may not know you and just follows you into your home

by then your mom is calmed down from this morning

there’s already a plate of pancakes set on the table for you

Jaehwan takes a tour around your home while you eat

You finish eating then hear his laugh again

You temporarily forgot there was a ghost in your home, so you freaked but then

“Right… jaehwan”

After you wash the dishes you go up to your room but jaehwan’s already in there

WEARING A FRKN BRA

you clamp your hand over your mouth so you don’t scream from the shock, but instead, you start laughing

“I WISH I COULD TAKE A PICTURE OF YOU RN!”

you’re literally on the ground and Jaehwan just smiles at you and sits on your bed

STILL IN YOUR BRA

“STOP TOUCHING IT!”

it’s only been a few hours of spending time w/Jaehwan in your room

but you feel like you’ve known him for years

he told you about the day his first tooth fell out all the way to the last time he was still existing

you had shed some tears during his talk about his death and what he had felt when he saw the car barreling towards him

soon, a week passed

It was Christmas

You open up your presents

You had asked for a guitar and there it was

You honestly had NO KNOWLEDGE about guitars whatsoever, but the instrument always caught your eye

But ya know

Jaehwans a pro at guitar

So he basically teaches you the basics and helps you get started

You bond even quicker bc of the guitar lessons

And seriously

You never realized you would be best friends with a ghost

Christmas passed by really quickly with Jaehwan hanging out w/you all the time

his presence was always comforting

butttt a lot of your relatives prob thought you were crazy from giggling out of the blue and appearing to talk to yourself

you wanted to tell jihoon and woojin about jaehwan but you couldn’t find the time to meet them during the break

Soon it’s December 31st

third week

Jaehwan had mentioned his past b4

Especially he was now 99% sure that you were the one not letting him go after seeing, from your pictures, that you WERE that girl from like 14 years ago

you didn’t even realize that you were holding on to him from leaving this world

you didn’t even know that you were always missing that one kid in elementary school, who always managed to put a smile on your face and brighten up your day

you now knew that you were the one keeping Jaehwan from leaving to where he belonged

behind the Heaven gates

you kept putting it behind

“I’ll talk to him tomorrow…in three days…. next week….”

until it was New Year’s Eve

10:05pm

You were sitting out on Ong Seongwoo’s empty patio w/Jaehwan

Ong Seongwoo - a freakishly rich dude that somehow became friends with Jihoon and Woojin despite the four year age gap

Seongwoo had thrown a New Year’s Eve party

there were mostly college kids, but a few high schoolers from jihoon and woojin’s dance team were also invited were at this party

You have no idea how you were at this party, but woojin had insisted you come

you had spent some time talking with some of the dancers’ girlfriends and with Jihoon and woojin, but decided to get some fresh air bc the loud music and smell of alcohol was too much

Jaehwan hadn’t come with you even tho he begged to come as long

you wanted jaehwan to stay home

Just in case you did something completely embarrassing

but one thing you should know

don’t ever trust kim jaehwan

Especially when he’s a ghost

you were just gazing out into the night sky when you saw a glowing figure

you were about to freak out

BC ANOTHER GHOST!? JAEHWAN WAS ALREADY A HANDFUL

but then you saw that it was just Jaehwan

the ghost that you had somehow fell in love with

You really wished he was a person

As jaehwan spent more and more time w/you

the less and lesser you would be able to tap his shoulder, give him a small hug, or even high five him

It was like the very first time you tried to tap his shoulder, the first time you met

your fingers just went through him

you knew that you couldn’t let go of him

you missed his presence whenever you would wake up and not see him there on the floor, gazing blankly at the ceiling

Jaehwan was prob just lowkey stalking your other neighbor, Hwang Minhyun

I mean he still couldn’t believe someone could be so…..

anyways

you don’t think you would be able to live without him

but that was just your selfish desires

You knew the longer jaehwan spent his time in the real world, the more dangerous it would become for him

Jaehwan would be turned into a human, but obviously he had to experience another death since he’s not supposed to be alive

but if that happened, he wouldn’t even get a chance to go to trial to go to Heaven

you didn’t want that

you would rather miss him for a bit then see him again in the form of an angel

so you decide to let him go at exactly 12am, January 1st of the new year

when jaehwan appears, he already knows you made up your mind

he could just tell from your eyes

both the sadness and determination

“Y/N?”

“Yes, Jaehwan?”

“I’m sorry I forgot I was a ghost the other day and tried to carry your guitar.”

you chuckle at his belated apology

“No worries”

The two of you spend the rest of the time talking about the three weeks you’ve spent together

it felt like you had been with him for years

Before you know it, it’s 11:58pm

ppl inside are already starting the countdown

Two minutes b4 the new year since seongwoo’s like that

Both of you know you’re running out of time

and you just suddenly break down in tears

you became so attached to the ghost in front of you in a matter of three weeks

It was like fate had brought you two together after he had died and give you the time to grow love for one another just to break you apart again

sure, it was only three weeks

But you already knew that you would be willing to spend the rest of your entire life with him

You had literally seen all sides of jaehwan

The good sides, the bad sides, the funny sides, the broken sides

“I love you, Y/N”

you look up in surprise

You were half expecting to be like

“AHhAHhahHAHkakkjakH LOVE YOUUUU”

And joke about it but

nope

you look in his eyes and you know he’s not joking around this time

your eyes were still half-filled w/tears, so you quickly rub them away in order so you can see jaehwan properly

But he’s fading away

WHY WAS HE FADING AWAY?

Jaehwan steps closer to you and you can actually feel… body heat?

you missed being able to actually physically touch jaehwan

he sadly smiles and all you see in his eyes are tears and genuinity

“I love you”

you hear the loud cheers of the people inside counting down from ten to finally celebrate the new year that will bring new New Year Resolutions and fresh starts

The countdown slowly fades away as you see the space between you and Jaehwan grow smaller and smaller

Just as you close your eyes and feel a light touch on your lips,

“ONEEEE WHOOOP!!!”

You hear cheers grow the loudest they’ve ever been that night

The touch…..

it’s gone

Jaehwan….

is gone

After Jaehwan just disappears into thin air, everything else is a blur

You remember woojin coming out to find you squatted down on the ground, about to cheer how it was the new year, but instead sees your face in your hands, and tears streaming down your face

he knew better than to ask what was wrong

he immediately takes you home and wishes you a Happy New Year and leaves a light, shy kiss on your forehead

if you hadn’t met jaehwan in the duration of your winter break, you prob would’ve been bursting with happiness rn

You had always had a small crush on woojin

but obviously it all changed when you had seen jaehwan

Instead, you offer a small smile, thank him for being such a supportive friend and bid him a safe walk back home

you trudge back into your room and fall face flat onto your bed

you want to cry

and…. you do

But as you struggle to calm down and get up to wash your face and move on with your life….

you hear a tiny crinkling of paper

you look over, confused and see a small piece of paper sticking out from the first fret of your guitar, fluttering from the wind that was being let in from your slightly open window

with trembling hands, you open it up and let some more tears fall

happy tears

“Merry New Year’s, Y/N! Don’t miss me too much. :P Move on with your life. Don’t forget about me though! I still want some attention you know lol (i used that slang word! Lol keke I saw it when you were texting that friend of yours lol) Thanks for letting me go. I will never forget you and all the things we’ve been through even though it’s been only three weeks. lol…

as you struggle to keep in your tears and not roll his eyes at his overuse of the “slang” word ‘lol’ you notice something falling out from the small note he had left

a/n: so i was cleaning my room and came across my journal that i wrote in when i was at the young age of T H I R T E E N and legit all i wrote about was about this crush i had that completely sisterzoned me within one minute of meeting r i p m e. and you can say i’ve never had a serious crush after that lmao and then i was getting all angsty so i decided to write a scenario based on it its super tragic and like i have not talked to him since like 6 years ago HAHAHAH but I DECIDED TO WRITE ON DANIEL so let me know what you think of this!!

your parents had signed you up to some sort of “cultural learning” camp that went for 2 weeks without telling you

you were from busan and the trip was to seoul during the school holidays

and for you being away from home for 2 weeks was a long time

and on the camp it was gonna be full of other high school students who were probably forced to go as well lmao

luckily your best friend doyeon was also going as your parents had discussed about this behind your backs

so here you were at the airport with a massive luggage and your best friend by your side

and you guys were surrounded by about 30 or so strangers who you’d never seen before and most looked just as distressed

there were also some adults that were like “leaders” for the camp but they were more like middle aged parents

you sighed

the leaders started marking the roll

“kang daniel?”

no one responded or raised their hand so the teacher moved on to the next name which was yours as you were also a kang

when she nearly finished marking the roll a boy ran to the teacher and he seemed to be breathless probably having just run in to the airport

“sorry i’m late!” chirped the boy

he was carrying a big duffel bag and held a weird looking racket in his hand

you couldn’t see his face but you couldn’t help but think that he had such a wide back and wide shoulders lmao

he talked to the leader for a bit and joined this other tall boy who was by himself and they gave each other a bro hug

finally the roll was done and everyone began to check in, then go through security etc.

finally everyone was at the boarding gate and there was still an hour til boarding time so there was time to mingle and get to know people

and at this point you and doyeon had not spoken to anyone at all as you were both really tired and ceebs

you glanced around curiously looking at those around you and seeing if there was anyone else that looked friendly that you and doyeon might be able to approach to make friends

your eyes landed and lingered on the boy who’d come in late

now that you could see his face he seemed really familiar and cute

“hey doyeon is it just me or does that guy who came in late look familiar to you?”

doyeon also looked over at him and after a few seconds she slapped your arm

“OMG Y/N I’M PRETTY SURE THATS KANG DANIEL FROM OUR SCHOOL IN THE YEAR ABOVE” shrieked doyeon excitedly

“really omg the basketball player???” you asked

doyeon nodded in response, “what the heck is he doing on this camp”

you didn’t notice that you and doyeon were actually pretty loud and daniel and his friend had heard you so they walked over to you guys

you and doyeon looked at each other in embarrassment and you wanted to dig a hole

“hey guys i think i heard you guys say that i go to your school” said daniel smiling as he approached you and doyeon

“yeah!” replied doyeon “we didn’t mean to be creepy you just looked familiar”

“that’s cool so you guys go to xx high school as well?”

“yeah! except this girl is transferring schools” replied doyeon as she patted you on the back sadly

the thing was your dad had gotten a new job on the outskirts of busan so your family was moving there

and now that the popular basketball player from the year above was talking to you you were slightly upset about transferring :((

“oh what that’s such a shame” said daniel

and he looked at you with a bunny smile and wow your heart started racing and it’ll be while since you felt that way

the friend who was with daniel introduced himself

“hey i’m ong seongwoo, not hong seongwoo not wong seongwoo but ong seongwoo” said seongwoo emphasising the ong i had to

you guys all introduced yourselves and seongwoo offered for you guys to all wait together as where they were sitting had a lot of space

daniel came over and helped you and doyeon take the luggage

you’d already started pulling your luggage but he took it from you

and you couldn’t help but be touched by such a small gesture

you guys all talked and got to know each other better

and it was cool how you guys all went to the same school

and honestly you became really sad at the idea of having to transfer schools…….you wanted to know daniel more honestly speaking

and maybe you guys would talk at school if you didn’t have to transfer

when it was time for boarding you ended up standing next to daniel and you were a little nervous bc before it was in a group so everyone was talking to each other and over each other

“hey y/n you know what i realised we have the same last name” said daniel

“yeah we do”

“you know i’m an only child and i’ve always wanted a younger sister and you’re just so small and cute so can i adopt you as my younger sister?” asked daniel

you were surprised at the request but you agreed happily

he said i was cute you kept repeating to yourself as you smiled

you were happy that he was going to call you sister bc that meant he wanted to be close to you and you couldn’t help but be happy at that

the funny thing was tho his older brotherly instincts turned on immediately as you didn’t think he would ACTUALLY treat you like a younger sister

he always called you sister or sis in this really cute tone

on the plane when you couldn’t finish the food he helped you eat it and ruffled your hair

he ALWAYS ruffled your hair and you loved it

when he found out you liked kpop he’d call you sistarrrrr and tease you about it

which was cute but annoying

during the camp he always cared for you and asked how you slept

he sometimes even bought you drinks and snacks and gave you medicine when you were unwell

one time when walking on the sidewalk a car passed by pretty closely and he made you walk on the inside

one time the elevator was super packed but you really needed to get in so you were kinda squished against daniel sort of against the wall while you awkwardly staring at his chest

one time everyone at camp visited some old building and you got a lot of dirt and dust on your jacket. when you guys came out daniel was like: “hey sis you got your jacket dirty i’ll get it off for you” and he just patted it all of straight away

one time everyone was taking a group photo and just before the camera clicked he’d put his arm around you

one time when walking around hongdae you’d stopped to pick up a call from your mum and daniel was the only one who patiently waited for you on the sidewalk

you just couldn’t figure him out bc honestly speaking he was such a nice guy and treated every girl really well

so those “moments” probably didn’t mean anything to him bc they were little things but they meant so much to you

but then it wasn’t like he waited for every girl??

you were an older sibling at home and were always the one watching out for others

but now that someone was watching out for you made you feel really special and loved

and he called you his sister which should be a clear sign of the sisterzone??

but you couldn’t help but think that maybe he did like you?? bc everything he did confused you

another time at night a few people were gathered playing the pocky game

daniel had the pocky and jisung spun the bottle……………and it landed on you

you were frozen and your mind was blank as you didn’t know how to react

you looked up and met eyes with daniel…and well they looked a bit hopeful? he was laughing and his eyes turned into crescents but they looked kinda hopeful

everyone else was cheering and chanting

before you could make a decision another guy jaehwan who was super hyper and getting impatient did it instead

you sat there in a daze, half regretting it bc you wanted to have your first kiss with someone you liked and you were sure you liked daniel

but you were scared and a nervous wreck

honestly though you liking daniel was a gradual process there wasn’t a defining moment on when you started to like him

but you knew when was the confirming moment of you liking daniel

the moment itself was pretty stupid because it wasn’t related to you but it made your heart melt

it was when everyone was at a two storey restaurant and suddenly daniel had to go downstairs

you were curious as to where he went so you excused yourself and went downstairs

and you saw daniel with an elderly couple which you soon found out were his grandparents

you observed the way he interacted with them and how tender he was with them

most 16 year olds who were the star basketball player of their year would not want to be seen in public with their relatives

but here was daniel, clinging onto his grandma and talking to her with the most admirable smile

you couldn’t help but feel you heart beat

a family oriented guy plus a nice personality and good looks what more did you need?

you smiled to yourself as you headed back upstairs

soon the camp came to an end and you enjoyed the 2 weeks so much

they were in fact the best 2 weeks of your life bc you’d met daniel

also by the end of the camp literally everyone was questioning whether you two were a thing or not and he always just gave a laugh and brushed it off as he said “look at y/n she’s my awesome sister”

at the airport he’d given you a big hug and you swear it was slightly longer than the hugs he gave to the other girls

he’d said to you “thanks for being the best little sister” and he’d ruffled your hair

you nodded and couldn’t even come up with a coherent answer because you wanted the past 2 weeks to go on forever

you didn’t want to not see daniel again

you wished you weren’t transferring schools

on camp daniel had whined a lot about you transferring schools

after the camp you and daniel became facebook friends and talked a few times

but you honestly were super awkward online and didn’t know what to talk about so after a month or so you and daniel lost contact even though there was the title of facebook friends

5 years went on like that

the school you had transferred to was an all girls school and you barely had any contact with any other guys

so daniel was basically the first and last guy you had really liked he was like your first love

but then again it was just a fleeting camp crush right?

during this time you did see some pictures of daniel on facebook from time to time

but that was it you never initated to talk to him on facebook because you were too scared and embarrassed to do so

plus you were sure you had moved on from him thats what you thought girl

but one day as you were mindlessly scrolling through facebook on the bus you came across a picture

of daniel kissing a girls cheek

and you suddenly felt your heart tear into pieces

and you didn’t even know why

also you guys never actually greeted each other properly

so anyways, you’re about to unlock your apartment before you heard a loud shriek from daniel’s apartment

now you’re not the type to be curious of those stuff like let’s be real here, it’s going to waste your resting time

but you had no choice but to witness a group of guys pushing each other, playing around and probably some arguing at the backcoming out from daniel’s place

and you literally have the “what-the-hell” look on your face like who are these people making extra sound pollution at night

you see daniel approaching you and tbh you just want to enter your apartment right now

but your feet stays on the ground like uh are you mesmerized by kang daniel……again…..

and no, you do not have a crush on him

it’s just that daniel looks hella good like 24/7 and it’s impossible not to like that

your mind right now: ok you need to chill because daniel is about to talk to you again-

“my friends are drunk so they’re doing dumb stuff”

“um excuse me, but i’m NOT DRUNK”

suddenly you see this jaehwan guy trying to fight with the other guy who 100% looks done with him (coughs minhyun coughs)

then you see another guy putting his arm on daniel’s shoulder while eyeing you

“so who is this?”

you really just want to get into your apartment…. but hello there another good looking guy

“i’m y/n”

you laugh, because firstly that’s actually a bad pick up line, EVER

secondly, it’s obvious that seongwoo is joking around???? he cute tho

but somehow you’re like more aware of daniel’s presence now

like you realized how you guys always go out from the apartment at the same time

and also when you guys go back home

after 3 years,,,,,,,,,,,

sometimes daniel greets you

and you get awkward sometimes when he does it… because you NEVER get greetings there

but daniel’s greets became like a routine and you expect it everyday now

and it’s super weird because one time he didn’t come out from his apartment in the morning

and you were 100% sure he had a class that day

and you felt empty when you came out the apartment alone,,,,

you lowkey needed his simple “hi, good morning”

but you highkey went like “pshh, i don’t need his greeting lol it’s getting annoying anywAYS”

but that’s obviously a lie

so that whole day you felt so grumpy like everyone was like

“are you okay”

“YES OF COURSE why would…i….not…be….okay”

“your face looks so stressed out, are you sure you’re okay–”

“CAN YOU STOP ASKING BECAUSE I AM 100% SURE THAT I AM FINE OKAY”

ANDDDD basically everyone just stops talking to you for that day

you didn’t mind though because you didn’t want to remind yourself it’s because of that neighbor of yours

but when you came back to your apartment that day

you hear the door beside yours open

before you could register it in your mind

there was daniel with his messy hair

and black hoodie with his ripped jeans

looking hella good AGAIN

“oh hi, y/n!! good evening”

“….”

daniel got confused because you didn’t answer back and it was making him feel awkward and he wanted to just leave,,,, but then you were like

“hi daniel!!!”

you suddenly hated yourself because your ass got too excited over a GREETING

everything got so awkward but daniel got shy????? his lips smiled so widely????? and he just????? nod his head cutely

you got so embarrassed tbh and you just unlocked your door and shut it quickly

your heart was beating quickly and you were so in denial over the whole thing with daniel

you: my heart is beating like this because i ran into my apartment too fast right”

…..speechless

daniel at the other side: are they going to make my heart flutter everyday,,,,,,,,, but i like it though…..

SQUEALS

so after that day, you get extra cautious over your reply to daniel

“hi, y/n”

“hi daniel……………..”

ok so you did make things alot awkward

but daniel is just a happy bean because he gets to talk to you everyday

he’s also sad that the only thing you both speak with each other is greetings only

but like he also tried to ask you about other stuff but he’s scared he asks too much and bothers you

and he also thinks that….you….might like….seongwoo

because apparently you didn’t “run” like what he told you to do when you see the guys

specifically seongwoo

you sometimes see seongwoo at your college because your department is near his

and he goes like “hey there!!! wanna go and have lunch together!!!”

you find him fun to hang out with tbh

even though 99% is him dragging you to eat lunch with him

daniel knows about you hanging out with seongwoo because seongwoo tells him everything,,,,,

“do you want to eat lunch with us”

“no it’s ok, you guys go ahead”

seongwoo tells you that daniel can’t make it again

and your smile just drops naturally but you just quickly try to act normal

TOO LATE

seongwoo figures out something you haven’t even realized it yourself

“on the scale of 0 to 10, 0 being the lowest, how much do you like daniel”

cue you choking on your drink because whaT THE

“of course it’s a zero”

“ah, so you’re at the denial phase”

“wHAT NO”

“ok, you’re at the second level of denial phase”

“shut UP SEONGWOO”

that’s when you finally listened to daniel about running away if you see the guys

and daniel thinks seongwoo did something to you because seongwoo hasn’t talk about you anymore

so for the first time ever

daniel knocks on your apartment door

and you thought it’s your other neighbor

but surprise!!!! it’s kang daniel

and you’re so lost when you see him

because you just finished watching a sad movie and your eyes are so teary

daniel thinks it’s because of seongwoo (lmao))

“are you okay???”

“I’M FINE”

“no no no, you’re not fine”

daniel pushes you into your apartment and makes you sit down on your couch and he sits across you

“tell me about it”

“about what”

“….did seongwoo rejected you….”

“seongwoo????”

“yes him,,,, you guys always hang out together and suddenly you guys are not….. what happened”

“daniel, it’s nothing–”

“what do you mean it’s nothing, he made you cry”

you literally just stay silent……… and looking at him…..

daniel sighs and goes like “just tell me”

you got nervous suddenly,,,,,,

Yoon Jisung

a very gentle vampire

you wouldn’t think he would be a vampire upon first glance

like he looks so happy and sunshine-y all the time that it doesnt seem like it

but then you know guanlin saw him sipping blood from a coffee mug labeled “#1 sucker” and that was that

he also had to convince guanlin that he didn’t go around randomly feeding on people

no one knows his age

“a wise man never reveals his age.”

“isnt it secrets?”

“shh daniel, go eat your red meat.”

he may be a creature of the night but he is literal sunshine

he works as a doctor

ha ha vampire as a doctor how generic

he genuinely likes helping people with his vast knowledge that he collected over the many many years hes been here

he lives in the little home above sungwoon’s shop

he drinks the packets of blood he gets from work that no one uses and is generally good about his feeding

he only ever needs to feed once every two weeks or so

when he’s missed out on a feeding session due to something he secludes himself from other people until sungwoon is able to make a replacement blood supplement for him

when he goes without blood for a prolonged period of time his eyes turn red

he tries to maintain his manners but he can only hold back the urges so long

don’t hurt his children he will bite

literally

hes very protective of those he has deemed as family

because he didn’t have a family for as long as he can remember

so the members are his family

Ha Sungwoon

he has everything

tonic for sickness?

got it

potion to make someone fall in love with you?

he sells those

Pepsi?

yes, but he keeps it in a vial for some reason and no one knows why

he is following in the footsteps of his previous master and is running the old shop

which has been altered to look more like a store to blend in with society more

“people were looking at the place weirdly hyung”

sungwoon didn't really grow up in society when he was training so he doesn't really get why he cant just rant about rabbits feet and troll leather and its magical properties in public

or why you cant just have this hut looking thing be inbetween large corporate buildings

the place where a lot of the members actually live is above his store

but yeah he is a potion maker if you want to be real about this and he sells potions that generally are just used for pranks and makes the big money.

but he also is the one to help jisung when he cant get blood in time and never charges him.

actually he never charges any of wanna one.

he denies any statements about being soft as “i owed you a favor im just repaying it”

“you made me hot chocolate hyung”

“you didnt trip me that one time thats why”

don’t let that tsundere attitude fool you hes soft for the members

overall him as an alchemist doesn't change much

he just has much more stuff

which = mess = angry minhyun

but overall he is a very smol potion maker who helps his friends with their ailments and cares a lot despite denying such

Hwang Minhyun

a literal Angel™

no really hes actually an angel

you can literally almost see the halo above his head

and he does have wings!

he just hides them

because he knows that walking around with large hulking wings is not normal in society

he came to earth a long time ago and is mostly done with humanity but still tries

its just hard sometimes

he came upon jisung a long time ago and despite,,, beliefs he had at first about what jisung was

(he literally tried to throw garlic at him and jisung just stared at him and laughed so hard he cried

minhyun was really confused)

he came to understand jisung and the two are close friends

nowadays he volunteers at local community centers and pounds

he says that he is a very responsible being but no one believes him

especially when he came home drenched wet holding a kitty in his jacket

“why didnt you just use your wings to cover you and the cat?”

“ill be honest, i didnt think of that at the time.”

he cleans the home they all live in because they are all such messes

well not all of them

actually its really only jaehwan

which he doesn't understand cause jaehwan is literally a ghost

he sings whenever he cleans and its the prettiest thing to hear

it enamors all of the residents of the humble home

tl;dr don’t hurt this precious man you’ll have a horde of angry supernatural after you

Ong Seongwoo

actually he’s just fully human

,,,

with a catch

he hunts down demons

not the ones who try to live peacefully like jisung

the bad ones that cause harm to people and other beings

a Good Demon Hunter ™

he doesn't necessarily live in the home with the rest of the gang

mostly due to the fact he really cant put any of his equipment there without giving minhyun a heart attack

who wouldnt get the scare of a lifetime when you see someone casually polishing a large katana that had blood on it

but hes basically there 24/7 when he doesn’t have a job to do

like it’ll be three am and daniel would be getting up to get a drink and nearly go wolf and attack in surprise at seongwoo casually sitting on the couch watching tv eating some ramyeon

daniel does help him with his job sometimes! but seongwoo doesn’t let him go to the dangerous ones

a. cause he cares about daniel

b. jisung would actually kill him

hes still a jokester and plays pranks with the others

tells spooky stories about demons hes hunted to rile up the kids

is then told off later by jisung who had to deal with daehwi nearly shooting his head off with a spell and woojin setting fire to his bed in alarm

“whoops”

when hes on the job tho

hoo boy

he turns so serious, a complete opposite from that jokester persona he puts on around the gang

there are a lot more jobs around halloween than any other time because hallow’s eve is when demons are at their highest activity rate

so that means he gets no sleep as he hunts down demons

he doesn’t stop until his job is done

so you could not see him for weeks

then all of a sudden hes just there eating corn flakes like

“sup, how ya doing?”

and he’ll have his arm in a cast, multiple limbs wrapped up, and be limping

but is just so casual about it

save this man

Kim Jaehwan

so funny story

hes dead

no like

he died a while ago but

hes a ghost now

hes learned how to manifest his energy in a more physical being though!

but this is also a bad thing because

he plays pranks

all the time

and he haunts sungwoon and minhyun so imagine how fun that must be for them

everyone jokingly calls him a banshee and says to move on already but they don’t actually mean that

he knows that too

so he just blows a kiss towards them and laughs as the cringe away

when he does become a more physical version of himself, he likes to play the guitar when minhyun sings

the combo is lovely

he lays on the other members who complain

and he just goes

“i’m a ghost you cant push me off thats disrespecting the dead”

they threaten with salt and its like wow suddenly he has to go water his roof

one time someone managed to break in and he scared them so bad by floating through the doors

he didn’t actually know that there was a burglar he was going to go try and get one of those vials that sungwoon made that lets him eat food so he can eat something

hes now the guard dog for the house.

he doesn’t remember how he died, no one does, and he doesn’t like to talk about it

overall, he’s a very mischievous ghost who does care about the people he haunts.

Kang Daniel

alright i think a lot of people saw this one coming

our boi is a wolf

actually, he’s pretty young for a wolf

he still has a hard time actually turning and prefers to just stay human to eat his food and do other things

he’s getting the hang of it don't worry

he has his hyungs and friends to help him

when he is able to turn he is just a big fluffy dog to be very honest

one time when they were having a picnic at the local park and daniel was in wolf form for the day, seongwoo jokingly threw a ball for daniel to catch, thinking he wouldn't

daniel chased it all the way into the forest and brought it back

needless to say he won’t be able to live that down

ever

“so pup, did you eat dinner yet”

“hyung stop, it was one time”

he cant really eat a lot of produced stuff well

it doesn’t sit right with him

he cant have chocolate either

which really bums him out

que sungwoon to the rescue again with a potion for everything

so he lives off meat and vegetables

but he is somehow able to eat gummies just fine

which he is scolded for but he still does it anyways

he dances in his free time when he isn’t in school

or you know hunting

he doesn’t hunt often, and when he does it is only with small creatures

he feels bad afterward and doesn’t come out of his room for a while

helps seongwoo with his hunts

as in he tracks them but isn't allowed anywhere near the site for his safety

he complains but begrudgingly goes back

Hwang Minhyun College/university!AU

hi everyone, im relatively new to this but I thought I’d give writing scenarios a shot! feel free to send in requests for Nu’est or W1!

• ok so you’re a second year college/uni student doing a science degree majoring in anatomy • you love it except when you have to do histology • like everyone around you seems to know what they’re looking at but you’re just like ?? • pink blobs EVERYWHERE • you and your best friend sit next to each other in the lab so it’s always enjoyable • plus there’s a super cute guy who sits opposite you • turns out he’s a 3rd year student taking some extra papers to prepare for his PhD • He was Daniel and Jaehwan’s senior at high school and they said that everyone loved him • “ohhh that’s Hwang Minhyun? he was class president and one of the top scholars!” • “I heard he aced all his papers last semester too which is crazy because he’s on the student association this year” • so yeah he’s super smart and always finishes work super fast and can leave the lab early • unlike you and your friend who tend to get distracted and take the whole 3 hours of the lab • although you havent really talked to him much you notice that minhyun glances over at you sometimes during labs • but you just think he’s looking at your friend lol he’s not tho, he looking at u • one day your friend gets sick so she couldn’t attend the lab • it sucks because this week’s lab happens to be more difficult than usual so you struggle to do everything by yourself • Minhyun looks over at you when you sigh in frustration • “you alright there?” • you just scrunch your nose and shake your head • he just chuckles good-naturedly at you and continues working • after a few minutes, you hear the scrape of the chair next to you and minhyun plonks down next to you • “how about we partner up for today then?”

• you’re taken aback but how could you refuse when someone asks so nicely • you end up whizzing through the majority of the lab super fast thanks to minhyun’s help but sometimes you get a bit distracted by his presence • like when he’s looking down the microscope and can’t see you, you cant help but admire his sharp jawline and adams apple and pink ears and - • you swear your heart is pounding so freaking fast as if it’s going to burst and you’re thinking you’ll end up examining your own heart under the microscope instead • (calm down calm down relaxuu) • “y/n?” • you blink rapidly trying to act like you werent checking him out lol • Minhyun just tilts his head slightly and raises his eyebrows in confusion, completely unaware wow he so cute • the two of you didnt really talk too much about stuff not relating to the lab, but you’re on name basis now, so that’s a start • “see you next week y/n!” • fast forward to next week, your friend is better now so shes at the lab • minhyun walks in and pouts slightly when he sees that the chair next to you isnt free • you dont notice him until he sits opposite you and you give him a bright smile • which he returns just as brightly and you feel yourself melting and you realise that wow this crush you’re harbouring is going to kill your heart • surprisingly Minhyun doesnt finish the lab early today • and as you’re packing up your things you look over at him, you notice he’s actually dozed off • “Minhyun?” you shake his shoulder gently, “hey…wake up, we can all head home now” • he blinks up at you slowly, before looking at his watch and looking back up at you in shock • “When did I fall asleep???” • “I’m not sure, maybe 20 minutes ago?” • his ears are bright pink in embarrassment and you both laugh at the situation • You make your way outside, and you realise that it’s POURING down with rain and you didnt bring your raincoat or your umbrella • your friend lives in the opposite direction from you so she literally just says “good luck” and runs off in rain • you just stare up at the sky and wonder what you did to deserve this luck • you’re about to brace yourself to run in the rain home, when an umbrella opens up next to you • “Going home?” • “Unfortunately, yes” you sigh • He laughs and gestures for you to stand under his umbrella, “I’m heading in that direction too, do you want to walk with me?” • At first you refuse because you feel bad, but then it starts hailing and you’re like screw it im going to share this umbrella with this cute boy i have a crush on because i aint walking in this shitty weather • Turns out Minhyun literally lives one block away from you • like literally 5 minutes away • so he insists on walking you all the way home • ”it’s on the way, dont worry, I dont want you catching a cold from getting rained on!” *cue blushing*

• During the walk, the two of you make small talk, and end up bonding over the fact that you’re doing the same major, and how you both have a passion for composing music and languages • And you find out that the two of you have quite a few mutual friends that it’s surprising that you’ve never actually met until this semester. • and the two of you talk so naturally as if you’ve known each other for ages • And when you finally get home he walks you right up to your doorstep so you dont get rained on and gives you a little wave and a shoulder bump • “see you next week y/n!” • as soon as you get inside you clutch your heart because the two of you were walking so close to each other because of the rain so sometimes your arms would brush against each others accidentally, and you could smell his cologne and just his presence and aura was so nice and comforting • ayyyy fast forward to anatomy group project time!! everyone’s fave thing to do not • you’re not looking forward to it at all bc everyone is randomly assigned a partner • when you go look at the list of names you spot your own and the name next to yours is - • "ooh I guess we’re partners then!” • minhyun (surprise surprise) beams down at you • you end up spending lots of time together • at first it’s because of the project, but in the end it became an excuse to see each other • like you’d study in the library together • or go to each other’s houses to work on the project • but you’d end up just talking for hours or watching a movie or eating snacks • and he’d still walk you home after your labs, even if it wasn’t raining • one day he mentions that he’s composed a song with his best friend Dongho and asks if you want to listen to it • and you’re like hell yeah of course! • and he puts his headphones onto your head so gently • and brushes the hair away from your face • he’s clearly nervous about your reaction • but like he literally has nothing to worry about because the song is straight up so good, you’re in awe • “this is amazing Minhyun!” • “You like it?!” • He’s so happy, he gets a bit carried away and sweeps you up in a big hug, and his hand is on the back of your head pulling you closer to his chest • You can feel his heart beating super fast • and you’re like “wow, my heart only beats this fast when im with you” • Minhyun’s pulled back and his eyes are wide like !? and he’s blushing like crazy • oh shit, did you say that out loud? • lol ok yeah you did • time to hide from minhyun forever, this is so embarrassing you cant believe you freaking said - • “your heart beats quickly when you’re with me?” • and you dont know what to do so you just blink and…….nod • and his face breaks out in the biggest smile ever and his eyes crinkle into cute little crescents and you can feel yourself melting away • and he pulls you back into his chest • “well clearly you have the same effect on me” • the two of you start dating, and when after you make it official all your friends are all like “god, took you long enough, we thought this day would never come” • And when the deadline for the project comes along you guys spend all your efforts together on it and you end up acing it and everyone thinks you two are life goals because there is just so much perfection in your relationship • and everytime it rains, the two of you remember that day you properly met and walked home together and it’s just super cute and loveableeee hope you enjoyed! taekwoon is the right hand man in the gang, but honestly he’s even more scary than the leader hakyeon. because at least hakyeon smiles……….. taekwoon does not smile. ever. at least not in public

when the gang started out it was really about money because they needed money but once it picked up taekwoon kinda fell into the role and became a lot stonier whereas hakyeon and jaehwan (the other main man) stayed mostly the same

he’s only ever seen wearing black and usually wears a white face mask and has dark circles from not sleeping well everyone (who isn’t vixx) in the gang is petrified of him, it’s been said that once a rival gang member heard the name “jung taekwoon” and that was all it took to get info out of them

hyuk is still sort of scared of him. he pretends that he’s over it but one time taekwoon tapped hyuk’s shoulder and he shrieked

his role in the gang is a lot of planning w/ hakyeon but he’s also really strong and tall and yknow terrifying so he’s been known to interrogate rivals and also sometimes do some physical damage to them

but you don’t know any of this!!! you only know the jung taekwoon who comes into your bakery with his niece and sister once every couple of weeks

because taekwoon may be a big scary gang member but he loves his family and he especially loves his little niece minyul, so he and his sister and niece spend a lot of time together and it just so happens that you run a bakery right by his sister’s apartment and minyul loves it

and he doesn’t talk to you other than ordering their food but you’ve sort of been entranced by this mysterious man since he first came in

because at first….. he looks scary, in his steel toed boots and heavy black wool coat and dark eyes, but when he talks to minyul (you know her and her mom because they’re regulars) his face gets soft and it’s like his whole persona shifts

and you can’t help but think that it would be nice to be on the receiving end of that sweet stare, plus it doesn’t help that he’s so handsome and has such a nice voice and carries himself like a prince

you feel silly, but whenever he comes in your heart picks up a little….. you tell yourself that it’s not like he knows so who cares

but he knows!!! because he has to notice when people are staring at him he can’t miss that sort of thing, it might get him killed

at first taekwoon is pretty sure that you’re a rival spy and are undercover to kill him because why else would you be staring like that??? but when he tells hakyeon about it hakyeon is like, “idk why they must be crazy but it sounds like they think you’re cute”

taekwoon is like: sounds fake but ok

but over time he picks up on things, like you always fumble with the plates when you clean them up from one of the tables and your hair usually has a bit of flour in it and either you’re really good at pretending to be a klutz or you’re actually a klutz, and a klutz would not make a good spy

it’s not like he’s watching u though……. he just…….. has to make sure you aren’t trying to kill him (hakyeon somewhere is laughing at this dummy)

one night you’re walking home from work and you hear footsteps behind you and at first you don’t think anything of it, but it’s been three blocks and the footsteps keep getting closer and you’re starting to get nervous

it happens in a split second but suddenly a hand is around your mouth and pulling you into an alley and at the same time you see taekwoon coming out of an apartment building from across the street(he was visiting his sister) and before the creep who pulled you into the alley could even take a breath ……..

u thought taekwoon was gonna be ur knight in shining armor???? sike, you took self defense classes for a reason!!!!! you bite down hard on the creep’s hand and bash the back of your head into his face as hard as you can

by the time taekwoon arrives the dude is cradling his bloody nose and looks like he’s about to grab you before you can pull pepper spray out of your bag

but then taekwoon steps in and decks him in the face and he literally

knocks him out with one hit???? and you’re like ???????????? before he looks at you and instinctively you’re like “i could’ve taken him”

and taekwoon is looking at you like you’ve grown a second head, here he thought you were just a klutz but it turns out you’re a klutz who can break a man’s nose?????

before he can say something you stumble a little bit and ur like hey should the world be spinning???????????can i sleep here?????

taekwoon’s like……….. no you probably have a concussion

hakyeon had told him he had to go pick up jaehwan but looking at you he knows that there’s no way he’s willing to leave you like this (because you remind him of a drugged puppy or something…. not because he thinks you’re cute and wants to take care of you…….)

so he mumbles “come on” and takes your hand (if you weren’t yknow just concussed you would pull away immediately but as is….. it’s happening) and brings you to where his car is and fastens your seat belt and is like. ok please stay awake i’m taking you to the hospital

but you already look like you’re dozing off so taekwoon has to fr*cking talk to you the whole 20 minute drive to the hospital to keep you awake, and if it was anyone else it would be the worst but your sweet little “mhms” to his stories about minyul make it slightly okay

but he would rather DIE than admit that

so you get to the ER and for some reason he gives the staff a fake name and waits by your bed until the doctor comes and runs some tests and is like “looks like it’s a very minor concussion, your s/o will be fine!!!!” and taekwoon is like … they’re not…… but the doctor has already dipped

he tries to get your address out of you but you’re practically asleep at this point and since the doctor said it was okay for you to sleep taekwoon is like fml guess i’ll take them home

when taekwoon walks into the big fancy apartment he shares with hakyeon with you clinging to his back (you refused to wake up and he had to CARRY you inside) hakyeon’s like …… literally wtf

taekwoon just sighs and puts you on the couch then brings out a blanket for you

because like…….. ur cute but ur not cute enough to get his bed……….

you do this thing …. where he tucks you in and is going to leave but your hand curls into taekwoon’s shirt trying to pull him closer and his heart STOPS and he blushes but he just gently gets you off of him and heads to bed because its like 1am at this point

he explains the deal to hakyeon first tho because otherwise he would get murdered

hakyeon is not amused ™ at first but when you wake up in the morning confused as hell he offers you breakfast

and honestly he finds it sorta cute because he’s never seen taekwoon blush before and it’d probably be good for the guy to date, maybe people will stop thinking he’s a psychopath

anyways when taekwoon wakes up and ur like um thank you so much for everything but also i gotta go home i called an uber he’s like…… give me ur phone

and u do because why not and he puts his number in and is like. text me when you get home and has to resist the urge to kiss you when you stammer and duck your head to hide your blush

it takes taekwoon like a whole month to work up the nerve to ask you on a real date (when it takes him .0001 seconds to get info out of a rival???) but during that month he like….. secretly sends you roses at your work labelled “from your admirer” and texts you every day asking if you’ve eaten and how you’re feeling and you’re practically head over heels by the time he asks you out to dinner

he takes you to a super fancy restaurant and when u see him in his fancy outfit (black blazer black fitted shirt tie black slacks) u……. gape and he’s like “what?????” and ur like “NOTHING”

he kisses you after seeing you to your apartment and you highkey invite him in but he just smirks and goes “next time”

(next time he does take you up on the offer)

there’s a month of honeymoon bliss and taekwoon is literally the perfect boyfriend except he has to leave at weird hours and sometimes he picks up your calls and is extremely cryptic and also what is his job???? and also why had he given a fake name at the hospital?????? and part of you knows something is up but you aren’t about to ask because you’ve fallen in love with him and as long as he isn’t getting hurt that’s okay

until one day he comes to your apartment with a black eye and split lip and you’re like. ok i have ignored weird things so far but That’s Enough What the Hell is Going On

taekwoon’s first instinct is to get angry but he’s also in love with you so he swallows that down and runs a hand through his hair and is like……………………… i’m in a gang…….

a long long long argument/conversation ensues and it ends with both of you tearfully confessing your love and he kisses you so so so softly and keeps murmuring he’s sorry until you finally fall asleep all tangled up in his arms

after you find out your dynamic is much different, you insist that he tells you what he’s doing when he’s able to and that he’s honest with you and you also insist that he does his best to avoid being hurt and to avoid hurting others

when he does come home hurt you kiss his bruises and bandage him up and he softly sings you to sleep so you don’t get upset

he pretty naturally starts to stay over at your place rather than his because you don’t have a roommate and also that way he gets to sleep with you engulfed in his arms

all of his closest friends know you and hakyeon likes to tease taekwoon for the way he goes soft for you but they’re all really grateful because you bring out the kind side of him that they worried was going to disappear

taekwoon in all black and you in a breezy white sundress at the beach: aesthetic

minyul calls you auntie!!! and whenever taekwoon sees the two of you interacting he thinks of raising a child with you and when he tells you that the first time you cry

he doesn’t pda much but he likes to hold your hand to remind himself that you’re there, and in private he always wants to have some contact with you, even if it’s just his hand in your hair, to know that you’re real and haven’t left him

eventually, a couple years after you meet, he leaves the gang and proposes to you and the two of you settle down to start a family and are incredibly domestic and love each other with your whole hearts

Hi!! I loved your Harry Potter au for Wanna one and if you're familiar with the Percy Jackson series (most ppl aren't so I wouldn't be surprised tbh), could you do w1 as demi-gods? Like how they got to camp, their godly parent, camp life etc

omg no percy jackson used to be my life when i was in highschool thank you so much for this ask!!!!!!! im mainly familiar with the first 5 books though, i havent really kept up to date on the roman versions so it’ll just be camp halfblood. also if theres any inaccuracies i apologise, i havent read them in a while :(

Jisung: Son of Hestia. (I kno Hestia is a Virgin Goddess so this is very out of canon but Hestia just fits Jisung so well). Jisung was born at the Camp, rising out of the Hearth itself. He was raised by Chiron, growing up and learning about the Gods and his Powers from day 1. He goes to school and university during the terms but for the most part he stays at camp, tending to their home. All campers know him, he’s the oldest camper there. Jisung has minor Pyrokinesis abilities, just small things like candle lighting. He often works in the kitchen, cooking up food for the BBQs. He also can sense when new campers will arrive and can often tell which cabin they belong to. He’s very caring and warm, making everyone feel welcome and often being the life of the party who everyone laughs with. He doesnt participate in Capture the Flag but loves cheering everyone on. Lives in the Big House with Chiron. Close to all the campers but becomes closest with Ong and Daniel, watching over them and keeping their powers in check.

Sungwoon: Son of Demeter. Had a pretty normal upbringing even though he used to get weird looks as a kid for singing to plants. Grew up pretty average, even with his ADHD and dyslexia. Thought he was a really normal guy, nothing special, wouldnt achieve anything. When he reached 15 his Dad told him about his Mother and Sungwoon didn’t believe him whatsoever. Until a Satyr named Taehyun showed up at his house telling him to pack his stuff for camp before a monster killed him. Was very quick to believe then. Hangs out mostly with Taehyun at camp, though hes a lot better at agriculture stuff like gardening and cooking than training. Often sings at campfires and enjoys Capture the Flag once in a while. Used to be really terrible with his powers, always accidentally tripping Taehyun with a vine, but with practise is getting better.

Minhyun: Son of Athena. His Father was a scientist who married another woman after Minhyun was born. He grew up thinking the woman was his Mother and didn’t learn the truth until he was attacked by a Hellhound at school. Fashioned a weapon out of his own stationary and got away with his life. Demanded answers out of his Dad but his Dad was ashamed of his Godly heritage and tried to hide it from him, calling him an abomination. Left home and eventually was given a sign by Athena as to the Camps location. Arrived at the camp safely and it didn’t take long for Chiron to explain his true heritage. He’d studied enough Greek Mythology growing up to understand quickly. Was placed in Hermes cabin until his first capture the flag game where he won using his wits and battle skill. Athena was impressed and claimed him almost instantly. Now lives full time at the camp but goes back to school during terms. Is one of the older campers and most well known. Younger campers are often scared of him and think hes too cold but he turns out to be super nice and caring, always helping them train and practise. Close with Son of Ares, Dongho, Son of Hecate, Ren and fellow Son of Athena, Jong who’s also Counselor of their cabin.

Ong: Son of Poseidon. Similar to Percy in that growing up he had a bit of a troubled childhood and was kicked out of school a few times. Was pretty young when his Mum was killed by a Manticore and spent a few years on the street, sleeping down by the docks or on the beach, hopping from place to place and not knowing what to do. It was only by fate that he stumbled upon the Camp and Chiron was very confused as to how and why he’d found it. Was put into Hermes cabin for a while and was happy to accept that his father was the God of Tricksters. Was almost disappointed when Poseidon claimed him but then was told he’s one of the most powerful demigods and was cool. Really good at capture the flag, one of the best players on the teams. Also pretty good at battle training, has very good reflexes. Also enjoys horseriding and chariot racing but is abysmal at studies and theory. Is kinda weirded out by his water powers initially but grows to love them. Even though he’s friends with everyone, he’s kinda sad that he’s the only one in his cabin, as well as the only Big 3 child so often spends time at the bottom of the lake when hes lonely. Is disappointed with the fact that even though he’s one of the most powerful, so far he’s never been given a quest.

Jaehwan: Son of Dionysus. Grew up in an orphanage and was pretty down on his luck his entire life. Went into foster care but left as soon as he was of age, kicked out of schools, found a shitty job and tiny one room apartment and did his best to keep up with his studies. Flunked out a lot due to his dyslexia. Once he reached a certain age his powers got stronger and he accidentally drove his classmate to insanity, leading him to run away again. Around this time, he was found by 2 other demigods, Sewoon and Gwanghyun who were on a quest, and they helped him find his way to camp. Greeted by a very confused Dionysus who wondered why he looked so familiar. Ends up becoming good friends with Dionysus and enjoys helping him with camp organising. It wasn’t until they were bonding over a can of diet coke when the god finally realised that Jaehwan was his son. Jaehwan initially didn’t want to move into his cabin since he resented his father for abandoning him but they eventually are able to become close once again. Realises he’s not very good at the plant control powers (tho sungwoon tries to help him) but very good at mania and insanity which is useful at times (tho many campers think he himself is insane when they hear him laugh). Enjoys playing guitar and singing with Sewoon by the campfire and a lot of campers think he should have been an Apollo child with his skills.

Jihoon: Son of Aphrodite. Grew up in a rich family, was very used to having things go his way and people listening to him. Almost to the point of a spoilt brat. Was the most popular boy in his class and had admirers from all of his classmates. The day a Harpy showed up and attacked him, Jihoon used his Charmspeak to convince it to leave him alone. Constantly did that with monsters who attacked him, allowing him to grow up without needing the camp. Was found by a satyr who was surprised he was so unscathed and offered to take him to camp. Jihoon initially refused, saying he didn’t need protection with his power but reconsidered after his Charmspeak failed him and almost cost him his life. Was claimed almost instantly by Aphrodite, didnt need to spend any time in Hermes cabin. Is the prettiest camper, even by Aphrodite standards and constantly has both girls and boys falling for him. Is always competing with Samuel from Apollo’s cabin who arrived at Camp at the same time as him and for some reason, is immune to his Charmspeak. Jinyoung teases him saying its cause Jihoon has a crush on Samuel but Jihoon refuses to believe it. Jihoon often participates in Capture the Flag and battle training, moreso than other Aphrodite campers and is one of the most skilled fighters. Ends up going on a quest and becoming very close with Samuel, Daehwi, Woojin and Jinyoung.

Woojin: Son of Hermes. Grew up with an abusive stepfather and alcoholic Mother. Ran away from home pretty early and found a group of homeless kids named Youngmin, Donghyun and Daehwi. Youngmin took care of them for a year, slowly trekking them across the country where he revealed himself to be a satyr and that the other 3 were demigods. They were all put into Hermes cabin at first, with Daehwi and Youngmin being claimed quite early on. Woojin stayed in Hermes cabin, kinda alone with so many kids around him and unable to make friends, waiting to be claimed by his Godly parent. When the Oracle announced a quest with him, Samuel, Jihoon, Daehwi and Jinyoung everyone was very confused, wondering why an unclaimed camper would be part of a quest. It wasn’t until the day they were leaving when Hermes himself stopped by to give Woojin some winged shoes and his blessing. Woojin got a loooot of praise from other campers for getting the attention of his Father. Ended up being an asset on the Quest, picking locks and avoiding traps and very skilled at sneaking past monsters. Gets very close to all of his quest mates and gains the attention of the other campers when he gets back and shows off his skills in capture the flag and training. Becomes a lot more social and proud of himself.

Jinyoung: Son of Hades. Was a weird kid growing up, kinda a loner. Used to see ghosts and his Mother took him to therapy until he learned to just keep quiet about it. He faded into the background a lot and was shy around living human beings. Accidentally Shadow Travelled to camp one day, ending up in Hades Cabin and being extremely confused and shocked as to how he got there. Stumbled out of the Cabin into the arms of Daehwi who immediately took him to Chiron where he passed out. Woke up to see a bunch of demigods and satyrs around him wondering how he managed to enter Hades cabin. Theyre all very surprised to hear that he Shadow Travelled and therefore must be one of the Big 3. Jinyoungs initially sad to learn that theres only one other Big 3 child (Ong) and that he has no cabin-mates. Gets called on the quest however and grows closer to them all, especially Daehwi who shines very brightly to him. Daehwi and Jihoon are both very intrigued by his ghost friends and Jihoon is a bit too interested in his undead army. Like Woojin, becomes more open and skilled with his powers as time goes by.

Daehwi: Son of Apollo. Grew up on the streets at a very early age and never knew his Mother. Was found by 2 older boys Donghyun and Youngmin who became his family. Was able to predict another boy joining them and travelling to Camp together. Woojin was very surprised when Daehwi already knew his name. At Camp, Daehwi was claimed very early, his musical and healing abilities, plus oracle like predictions were too great to ignore. He thrives in the Apollo cabin, sometimes when he gets happy he ends up glowing. His best forte is archery and his golden bow is his main weapon. He loves composing, singing and dancing, anything to do with music. He’s ok at Capture the Flag but prefers more artsy activities. He becomes very close with Jinyoung which leads people to be confused seeing as Jinyoung is dark and Underworld and Daehwi shines like the sun. But they make it work.

Guanlin: Son of Hephaestus. Grew up in an average family and went to a special school for kids with learning difficulties. Met his best friend Seonho there who also had dyslexia and ADHD and they bonded. Guanlin was always really good at the craft section, creating things and tinkering with objects. One day he saved Seonho from a chimera that attacked him at a construction site. Guanlin controlled the machines and managed to banish it. Both were very confused as to how he did it and Seonho exclaimed that he must be a superhero. A satyr found them soon after that when Seonho kept asking Guanlin to practise his powers on little machines, like his nintendo to get Shiny Pokemon. Wound up in camp together and Seonho joined Hebes cabin. Guanlin started living in Hephaestus’s cabin and everyone was so thankful that he didnt have pyro powers given his lack of awareness at times. Is very good with his hands though, and even though hes quiet, makes the best weapons and ends up creating the magical items for the other 10 members. Ends up going on a quest with them all and, while sad to leave Seonho behind, grows close to the rest of them.

Daniel: Son of Zeus. The newest camper. Doesn’t know his past, just woke up one day and is outside the camp. Knows only his name is Daniel and that he misses his cats. The day that he arrives, it’s announced by the Oracle (Eunki) that he shall lead a Quest made up of 10 other campers. No one knows why this random, new kid who hasnt even been claimed, nor knows who he is, will be able to lead. Ong is jealous that he gets given a Quest immediately while he has had to wait for years. Ends up clashing with Ong, who calls forth his water powers to attack him from the lake. Daniel accidentally loses control and brings forth a storm. Jisung watches worridly from the side and tells Ong to calm down. The storm gathers and begins to rain as all the campers run out to see the two circling each other. Before Daniel can stop it, lightning strikes Ong out of no where and he collapses, needing immediate medical attention and is carried off to the Big House. The rest of the campers show disdain for Daniel as he’s escorted to Zeus’ cabin. Chiron explains to him that Ong is a Big 3 son and therefore there might be continually clashes between them. Daniel is apologetic, being there for Ong to wake up so he can apologise. Ong’s pride is hurt but says he wouldnt mind having someone else who understands what its like being a child of the Big 3. They grow closest together, much to the surprise of everyone and work on their powers influencing each other, creating storms and hurricanes together. Daniel becomes the best player in Capture the Flag, though Jihoon and Ong both rival him. A month into his stay at the Camp, Eunki announces the rest of the team that shall take on the Quest and also lets Daniel know that his memories shall be found on this journey, though he may not want to know them. (These memories are his past where a younger demigod, Woojin, was killed by a monster and Daniel was unable to protect him. In his grief, he lost control of his powers, creating such a storm that he begged the Gods to take away his pain, leading to his amnesia).

The 11 of them take on the Quest with new weapons built by Guanlin such as Imperial Gold sword for Daniel and a small thin rapier for Jihoon. Though interactions with monsters and minor gods, they save each other and manage to complete the Quest, bonding and becoming a family.

together, the justice league + guanlin makes it their mission to get you two together before the show ends

starts off with the boys flirting shamelessly flirting with you

ends with that bcus Hyunbin’s confidence goes down again and that plan backfired

needed to get Jonghyun and Jisung to comfort that gentle giant again

ended up locking you two in the a closet because they were running out of time and it was Seongwoo’s idea

so here you two are stuck inside a small closet

ended up coming out as a couple

member: kang daniel genre: fluffy summary: prince au! it’s the ball and you’re in for one hell of a night to the engagements to defying the king and queen and meeting the crazy bunch of wanna one princes but at the end of the night let’s hope you’re engaged to daniel the love of your life and the prince requested: yes (kinda lol) if anyone wants to request seongwoo’s back story as a prologue y’all can even tho my requests are close part 1 | part 2 | part 3 (final)

*night of the ball*

you and your best friend were at the palace with the guys

daniel and seongwoo let you know

all four of you will enter together with a special entrance

and the guys will end up proposing during the night

and that they have a plan to make sure no one objects the proposals and that they won't tell you two just to trust them

which you both reluctantly did

it was weird knowing that your boyfriend was going to propose but eh you didn’t really care

you loved him and he loved you and that was the most important thing

3 hours before the entrance

all four of you were watching tv but you both decided to get ready

the guys complained

“whyyyyyy do you need to go early keep on cuddling with meeee” daniel whined cutely

“stayyyyy come onnnn” seongwoo added

“nuh uh we need to go and get ready” you quipped back

“such girls” seongwoo muttered under your breath

making your best friend hitting him in the head and him groaning ow

you both laugh and head to the guest rooms you both were assigned to

you individually shower

then get ready together

but first you just lip sync to songs and hilariously dance around

then you do each others hair and makeup

and then having a mini freak out sesh that you guys are actually gonna get engaged tonight

you finally put on your heels and get ready to go out with like a minute to spare

you walk out first and walk down a staircase which stops where the guys are waiting

you walk down with the most poise and grace you can muster

which you learnt from all those bloody princess lessons

which were the most boring things in the world

daniel sees you and all he wanted to do was kiss you right there and then

and more than that

you looked so beautiful

but to him the beaming smile you wore on your face was the thing he loved the most

you reach him and he swiftly kisses you on the lips and says

“you look beautiful, my future wife”

he then blushes so hard and cringes at what he said

and seongwoo just slaps him self in the head and just groans muttering about how daniel was so whipped for you

you laugh softly enjoying how adorable he looked and was

“you look handsome too, future husband” you say cutely

he smiles at you lovingly making you feel all warm

your best friend then comes down the stairs and seongwoo has nearly the same reaction to her as daniel did to you

which daniel of course teased seongwoo for

you guys all get ready to enter to the ballroom

they announce the crown princes and their dates

the doors swing open and you four walk gracefully on to the small platform which split into two staircases

you see the king and queen looking very confused and a bit pissed the fact you're not on seongwoo’s arm

seongwoo just smirks at them

he loves his parents but forcing him into an arranged marriage made him sour af

you look at your parents they both look a bit confused

you smile to yourself amused as you reach the ballroom

luckily this wasn’t a sit down dinner because if it was that would lead to a lot of awkward questions

you and daniel have to be the first to dance in the ballroom

being tradition and all

literally all you could think of is “DON’T TRIP” and “shit daniel looks soooo good”

as you start dancing both of you relax and actually enjoy it

everyone could see the love radiating off you two

the shy smiles, raising of eyebrows, small chuckles, and whispers

which they thought were compliments or sweet nothings

but no you guys were talking about whether mac n cheese is better with or without bacon

but

you two couldn’t take your eyes off each other

then daniel suddenly blurts out

“are you 100% sure you want to get married? because if you don’t want to i’ll call off everything and deal with the consequences alone. i want you to be happy and if that’s not with me i’m fine with that i just want to see you happy okay?” he says worriedly

you smile lovingly and you shake your head softly then reassuringly say

“daniel listen to me, i love you so much and i do not want to marry you anyone else but you. i want to build a family with you, see OUR children grow up, make memories with you, be the most in love and best king and queen this kingdom has ever seen and grow old together. okay? i want to do that with you”

by the time you end your little speech your noses are touching and daniel just looks at you with pure love and adoration

and his instincts just kick in

daniel after hearing that couldn’t help but stop dancing which makes you and everyone included super confused

daniel raises his hand cueing the music to stop which it does instantly

cause he's the bloody prince

seongwoo knows what happening and quickly grabs your best friend’s hand and heads to the entrance you went through to put daniel and seongwoo's plan into action making your best friend super confused

daniel checks to make sure seongwoo and y/b/f/n is at the small balcony in front of the entrance

then he kneels down making everyone gasp

and even you knowing he was going to propose

it felt like a million of butterflies of excitement and love fluttering everywhere

and you squeak as he starts speaking

“y/n gosh where do i start, you are absolute and utter perfection to me, gosh every time i look at you i smile and every single day i love you more and more if that’s even possible, you are my equal in every way possible and with you by my side i feel like i can do anything. i want you to be my queen literally and figuratively so y/n, i kang daniel, the crown prince is asking”

by this point you had happy tears streaming down your face and you genuinely never felt so happy in your life

lol emotional but me tho gosh i’d be so emotional i cry 24/7

but he finishes by saying sweetly

“y/l/n y/n, will you be my wife?”

you try to wipe your tears away and you try to nod multiple times

after you try to find your voice after croaking a bit you say in a shaky voice

“yes, yes, yes gosh kang daniel i love you so much and i will for eternity”

he laughs softly at you and he can’t help but feel like he was on the top of the world

he slides up the gorgeous ring up your finger and you’re smiling brightly while trying to dab your cheeks getting rid of the water

as he finishes putting the ring on you

he kisses you passionately

and you of course returned it

it was sweet and amazing

the best kiss for both of you

you part quickly grinning ear to ear

everyone is cheering including both of your parents

but before everyone can surround you

daniel says extremely loudly

“I HAVE SOMETHING TO ANNOUNCE”

“my wife to be”*cue his adorable grinning*”was originally betrothed to my brother seongwoo but since that contract is void, he has a chance to marry whoever he wants, so seongwoo everyone”

he then gestures to the balcony

and just as everyone’s attention turns there

seongwoo also kneels down making all the women and girls squeal

but the king and queen also look happy so you were secretly relieved

he starts just as your best friend also starts to tear up

seongwoo makes his proposal short and sweet

“y/b/f/n, i have loved you for years and you have always been the only one for me and you always will be, so will you do the honour of being my lovely wife forever and always?”

your best friend of course says yes but she only shed a few tears unlike you who basically sobbed

they walk back down with grins on their faces and everyone cheering and clapping

as they reach the bottom of the staircase you hug your best friend

and daniel and seongwoo bro hug each other while smirking hella proud theif plan actually somewhat worked

you guys end up taking the dance floor again

and you dance your hearts out

then after a few dances you talk to your parents

surprisingly everyone’s chill

and the kind and queen approve of your best friend and is also super happy with you just like they were before

your mum and dad are over the moon the fact your marrying the crown prince but also you’re happy

after talking to your parents

seongwoo and your best friend escape to the gardens to do god knows what

daniel whispers into your ear “let me introduce you to some friends”

he leads you to a rowdy group of guys

“y/n this is the single group of guys of our group, the other guys are good-looking enough to get dates” daniel cheekily introduces his group of friends

“YAH KANG DANIEL!! JUST CAUSE YOU’RE THE CROWN PRINCE DOESN’T MEAN YOU CAN INSULT US LIKE THAT”

a guy with brightest smile ever says with a fake frowning expression

everyone laughs and daniel introduces you to the 5 guys

hwang minhyun, yoon jisung, kim jaehwan, ha sungwoon, park woojin

lol all the oldies hehehehehe well not woojin eh whatever

you notice all of them are hella good-looking and basically all the women in the room are staring at them

you introduce yourself and they all say

“we know, daniel talks about you so much on the group chat”

which then daniel adorably blushes at and tries to change the subject quickly

“how come none of you have dates??”

“uh so well we agreed to all go solo except daniel and seongwoo of course but like daehwi and jinyoung are dancing with each other”

sungwoon says and points to two extremely cute looking guys dancing with each other, one shamelessly daehwi obvi lol and one looking super embarrassed but also really happy

you giggle at the sight of them

minhyun continues by saying

“and guanlin who came all the way from another kingdom is completely surrounded by girls. being the crown prince over there and his kingdom has sooooo much money it’s ridiculous”

“but he really isn’t handling the attention well” jaehwan said while smirking and gesturing at who you assume was guanlin

in an all black suit looking very mysterious but weirdly naive

and was being FOLLOWED by ALL the girls

who were offering him food, giving numbers and just shoving their boobs in his face

and him just stuttering the whole time and looking so panicked

‘sungwoon help him” you say taking pitying on the poor guy

“whyyy meeeeee” he groans

“cause i told you to” you reply sassily

"you've barely met me and you're already acting my sister" he complained

which you just glared back at him

he groans and heads towards the direction of guanlin making you smirk

woojin then says “and of course jihoon is surrounded by girls like he always is” while pointing at one of the guys who is surrounded by females of all ages

you laugh at him doing aegyo because of a little girl cried because he didn’t do it for her

which of course made him frantically doing all sorts of aegyo

after a while the whole group including seongwoo and your best friend end up hanging out all together

and the hours of the ball go so fast with all the guys keeping you company

you all became so close

they're all really like brothers to you

the ball ends at 4am with everyone bidding goodbyes and getting in their limousines, carriages, sports cars, and of course guanlin goes in style with a helicopter

which all the guys complained about

"he's the maknae and he gets the helicopter. what does that say about me?" jisung complained

"hes too lucky and tall" added sungwoon bitterly

everyone just chuckled at the two eldest hyungs

after everyone leaves

you head to daniel’s room after bidding seongwoo and your best friend, your parents and the king and queen goodnight

as you were getting ready to shower daniel cheekily says

“can i join you?”

“YAH KANG DANIEL!!!” you shout scandalised

“what we’re engaged??” he replies pretending to be clueless

“YOU DIRTY LITTLE SHIT OF COURSE YOU CAN’T JOIN ME IN THE SHOWER” you exasperatedly say

“b-but” he cheekily says

“no buts and no cuddling tonight” you end with a harrumph

daniel face just falls imagining not cuddling with you

making you want to comfort him instantly but instead you harrumphed and headed towards the bathroom

you were going to enter the bathroom but you squeal as you feel two muscular arms wrapping around your waist

daniel huskily whispers into your ear

“i’m not gonna let you ever get out of my arms if you don’t promise cuddles tonight”

your heart flutters and you smile at his actions but you face him and you reply

“nope no cuddles” you say in a firm voice trying not to laugh

then he showers with you small pecks making you giggle while saying stop stop

“only if you give me cuddles”

after a bit more of that and you try to stop laughing to say

“fine fine cuddles tonight just stoppppp”

“YAY!!” he cheers

while you giggle at his cuteness but before you can enter the bathroom again

daniel gives you a sweet kiss making you both smile

you quickly shower and change into your pjs

as you walk out of the bathroom your breath hitches

in just black basketball shorts

daniel is sprawled on the bed

shirtless

your heart flutter but you also chuckle remembering seeing him shirtless the first time eating gummy bears

and now here you are engaged and you’re going to be sharing your whole entire life together

for some weird reason the idea doesn't even scare you it makes you feel all happy

because you know you really can get through anything with daniel by your side

you run up to the bed and leap on it and land right next to daniel

he wakes up suddenly and he looks you in a half shocked half sleepy expression

you can’t help but chuckle at his adorable expression

he groans and puts the blanket over you two

he puts his arm around you and you snuggle into the crook of his neck

you put your arm around his bare torso

your touch making him shiver a little making you smirk

you feel so loved and cared for in his arms

and everything feels so right

but it’s also like 4:30am and you’re hella exhausted so you go to sleep in no time

daniel is about to pass out too but before he can

he can’t help but smile at you and kiss your forehead

and whisper something before he goes asleep

he will whisper it every single night to you and every single night he’ll mean it more and more

“i love you y/n, i always will”
