“Because he doesn't know which feels worst, the threats or the love. The loathing or the expectations. The hate or the responsibility.” - Us Against You
Something something Benji becoming exactly the person everyone in town wanted him to be. Because then he knows what he has to do to be loved. Because the best way to keep people from noticing you’re different is to let them think they know everything about you. Because being violent gives him a purpose, even when he knows how other people view him, even when he’s the protector, even when the person he’s most willing to hurt is himself. Because his own greatest fear is the responsibility that comes with being anything else.
I’d say one of the main themes across the whole Beartown story is how the best and worst of a person or a town (or a hockey club) tend to stem from the same place and wow the constant conflict that is Benji Ovich.

ATSV HEADCANON: the spiders as yanderes . . . ☆
Tumblr media
warnings - usual yandere themes, use of (bug) pet names like ladybug, no use of y/n or reader, stalking, manipulation, paranoia, a hint of kidnapping, a suggestion of stockholm syndrome, not proof read etc...
word count - 814
i was sleep-deprived while writing this request, so i apologize for any errors or mistakes, enjoy :)
main masterlist <33
Tumblr media
MILES - the delusional yandere.
Miles would be so deeply in-love with you that there wasn't much you could possibly do to get him away from you. You could kick and scream at the top of your lungs and he'd just laugh to himself thinking you wanted to play fight. He would go to the ends of the earth for you and he assumes you would do the same for him as well. You could tell him how much you hated his guts and he'd simply take it as you being a bit cranky and in need of a nap. There wasn't a single thing in this world that could make him think you hated him, and once you found out he was Spider-man, that tiny bit of assurance that you were safe was completely washed away and you no-longer felt secure in the city that was supposedly protected.
"you're shaking, bug..don't worry your friendly neighborhood spider-man is here."
GWEN - the overprotective yandere.
You were just a sweet quiet kid. You sat in the back of the class, constantly in your own world. You didn't disturb anyone, always got your work done, and simply just tried to make yourself invisible to the best of your abilities. But It didn't take long for gwen to take notice of you. (you did share multiple classes together..) gwen took pity on you for some time, you were so quiet and innocent...so weak. How could someone like you survive in this world without her? It didn't take long for gwen to take on an aggressively protective role over you. She just knew deep down in her heart that people were gonna walk all over you and she had to be the one to stop them before they reached you. You don't need to be involved with the filth of the world, you need to be with her. So, once she takes you please don't be mad, she only wants what's best for you.
"i finally got you in my arms, ladybug..shh, don't worry i'm not doing this to hurt you, i just wanna protect you."
PAVITR - the clingy yandere.
Pavitr becomes so emotionally attached to you that he truly believes a second without you by his side would shatter him completely. It was rough for him in the beginning, not being able to hold you, smother you in kisses, and talk your ear off about his endless amounts of love for you. But once you two became well acquainted enough to his liking, he won't hold back at all. Pavitr will always be able to slip in his obsession with you in any conversation you two have, always going a bit overboard when he mentions how the reason he's able to live and be the best version of himself is because of your very existence. He gets overwhelmed when you're not close by, it worries him when he doesn't know what you're doing 24/7. What if you're talking to someone else? Laughing at someone else's joke? Surely whoever you're talking to isn't as amazing as Pavitr and If you can't see that he'll just have to show you.
"being away from you causes too much pain, jalebi...we were meant to be one."
HOBIE - the manipulative yandere.
Hobie will make you feel like you can't live without him. That you need him for absolutely everything, wether it be running to the store, picking out an outfit for the day, or even eating food on your own. He will break you emotionally until you're fully dependent on him and feel absolutely useless. He wants you to ask him for everything, he wants to hear the sweet sound of your voice calling his name for help, He needs to hear you say that you need him. Because you do, don't you?
" I don' know why you continue to fight my affection, darling. I'm the only one who's gonna love you the way you need to be loved. Why don't you get that? "
MIGUEL - the possessive yandere.
Miguel wants to be wanted by you. He wants you to be so dependent on him that the only words that ever slip past your lips are silent pleas for his help. He wants you to cling to him and whine at the absence of his presence. He wants you to be fully dependent on him. Any ounce of freedom you used to have before you met him is completely stripped away. Whenever he feels as if you're being independent or going about your day without acknowledging him, he gets extremely upset. You are his and his only so he will not hesitate to remove family and friends from your life if he has to, because in reality you don't really need anyone but him, right?
"tsk. this is why you should always come to me for help, it's what i'm here for, baby."
Tumblr media
maybe i'll make a more descriptive one in the future, who knows...until then, send me some requests :)
likes, reblogs, and comments are always appreciated <33

Attention, there will be a VERY personal crossover with a ten years old game.
Tumblr media
What is the original Knock-Knock? We play as a scientist living in a house in the middle of a dying forest, who suffers from insomnia due to his loneliness and gradually goes crazy. He has nightmares that monsters from the forest have entered his house. In the end, the Lodger either locks himself in the house or leaves it, going into the forest.
"Wow. This is the certified Lamed moment," I thought, and this thought completely took over my attention!
Maybe I just liked the concept of "Lamed fighting off monsters in the Vault." But I just couldn't stop the flow of sketches. The Longer's replicas are perfect for Lamed. And the idea itself, too. Let's take it in order.
We have Elder Lamed trapped in limbo. It's been 1300 years since the Shattering, and she spends all this time cut off from the rest of the Vault's inhabitants. Even if her mind is as strong as steel, it begins to fall apart due to prolonged loneliness. Lamed begins to slowly but surely go crazy. In fact, anyone else in her place would long ago. But Lamed holds on because she is a rationalist who evaluates everything from the point of logic. She is completely coming to terms with the idea that there is nothing in this world that she can not explain.
Tumblr media
Lamed suffers from insomnia because she constantly has nightmares. To distract herself, after another awakening, she goes through the archives of the Vault to make sure that everything is in place, and most importantly, that the front door is locked.
Tumblr media
She has the same dream every night. It was as if darkness had penetrated the archives. In fact, the protective systems of Vault of Knowledge, although old, perform their task. But in Lamed's nightmares, all the walls have fallen, and the shadows are already inside, roaming the halls. Lamed is constantly on the border between two worlds, and he can not decide which is a nightmare and which is reality.
Tumblr media
Monsters are called guests here. There are two types of them in the game itself: seeking and hiding.
Tumblr media
Guests come only from dark rooms, and when they get into a light room, they break the light there. Sounds like a job for the familiars of darkness. In fact, they are not the size of a Lamed, but much smaller, but everything that happens in the second Vault is a bad dream, so things look a little different. Lamed is afraid of shadows. That's why she imagines them as her equals. The seeking guests move through the Vault behind the Lamed lamp light.
Tumblr media
The hiding guests are different. Unlike the familiars, they're not here to give old Lamed creeps. They are here just like that, that's why they don't move from place to place, but wait patiently. Perhaps they are more afraid of Lamed than she is of them. I thought about who to take on this role for a long time and still decided not to invent new shadows but to take tlp spirits. In principle, everything works pretty well, given that they are a distorted reflection of the Lamed's long-lost family, and the second Vault is a nightmare filled with all her fears.
Tumblr media
Everything that happens in the second Vault is a nightmare. Therefore, the guests can't really harm Lamed. Instead, they throw her back in time, prolonging the night. The goal of the whole adventure is to live until dawn so that the light will drive away Lamed's nightmares. Moreover, this is the goal not only in a dream but also in reality. In a real Vault. It's only there that time really goes by.
The original Knock-knock has three endings. The first one is game over. Some people really consider it a separate ending, and I can't blame them, considering how easy it is to get it in the second half of the game. The bottom line is simple: Lamed is going crazy. So simple.
Tumblr media
Ending two: Lamed becomes convinced of the danger of the outside world and decides to lock the entrance gate once and for all. Now, the darkness will not penetrate the archives, but Lamed herself is unlikely to ever be able to get out. And most likely later she will go crazy too, because she was already close to it in the beginning.
Tumblr media
Ending three: Lamed gets tired of running away from her fears and hiding. She decides to do something that will forever change her life. She wants to see her guests. Lamed opens the main gate, leaving the Vault of Knowledge and going out into the Wasteland. Most likely, she will immediately meet Tsadi, who has been guarding the entrance all these years, as he did during his lifetime.
Tumblr media
There is still a lot of content in the game itself that I have not described here. There is a second character, an invisible girl, who gives the Lodger fragments of reality and guides him throughout the game. There is a Buka. A monster that approaches the Lodger's house in reality and drives him crazy in the second half of the game. There is a lost Lodger's diary, which we collect as the game progresses, realizing that someone is actually wandering around the house. But I don't have the energy for that anymore. Let's talk about it next time, if at least someone appreciates this crossover. It's better to play Knock-knock yourself and feel its atmosphere.

I just got through the Earthlings arc during my SU rewatch and im absolutely facinated by Jaspers character
She’s such an effective antagonist for so long because she clashes with every other character so fundamentally. She’s got this completely foreign to the show worldview that is shown to be contrary to what the rest of the show is trying to say but she still feels like a real person and when you think about her she’s just as much a product of her circumstances as anyone else. She doesn’t want to talk it out with Steven because why would she? She was literally born to fight as has been doing so since the second she was born, it’s all she’s ever known and has been drilled into her head that that’s what’s expected of her, she’s rewarded for fighting well and watches as others are punished for doing badly, either by losing or by facing consequences for failing.
And then there’s the whole “perfect solider” part of her character. She was literally born more capable and with a higher status than everyone else. But because of the way home world is structured to reward her and punish people like the off-colours, she’s been indoctrinated into thinking that the reason she came out on top had nothing to do with how she was made and everything to do with her behaviour and attitude. Peak “pull yourself up by your bootstraps” type person but because it’s a fictional story you can see what happened to make her this way. Her and amethyst are fundamentally different, they’re different quartzes, they were born in different places, they were just created differently, from the start jasper was always going to be better at some things than amethyst and amethyst would be better at others than jasper. But because of the way jasper has been “raised” for lack of a better word she doesn’t see that, she doesn’t understand that her and amethyst are simply different gems who were made different, she’s better at fighting and is picture image of what a quartz “should” be so that means it’s possible and anyone who can’t live up to that standard simply isn’t trying hard enough. And she even manages to get that into amethysts head, if jasper is capable of this then that means that amethyst must be too, even tho that’s simply not true. Through no fault of her own amethyst would have to try infinitely harder to achieve even close to where jasper is, jasper started out with a huge head start and trying to play catch up does nothing but hurt amethyst. It’s such a good analogy for so many things I think
Her main role in the story is serving as a character who simply refuses to talk it out with Steven, but again, why would she? From her perspective the entire reason her life is like this, she reason shes spent her life fighting endlessly, all the suffering shes lives through, its his fault. Rose Quartz started the war she was quite literally born to fight in. Rose Quartz also ended that same war by killing the only person jasper ever had to look up to, forced her out of the only reason she had for existing (both as in to fight the war and to serve Pink Diamond). And then heres Rose Quartz once again, saying she wants to help her? Where was she offering help when jasper when she was living to fight as much as she was fighting to live? Where was this „help“ when she shattered Pink Diamond and Jaspers entire world with her? „Help“? Help my ass shes the reason everything thats gone wrong in jaspers life went wrong in the first place
And then she gets poofed at her lowest point, gets removed from the story entirely until Future, and Future does nothing to make anything better for her! Last jasper knew the person shes been seeking revenge on her entire existence cant even be bothered to remember what she did, and then she loses herself to the Earth and corruption, the very things she prided herself on being better than.
And then suddenly shes brought back and „hey guess what! That war we created you to fight in? The one you created your entire person around? The one you lost Everything in? Yeah so it was pointless. Actually the person you idolised for the past 6000 years is the same person who you thought killed her and have been seeking vengeance on for the same amount of time. Crazy how that happens. Anyways so do you wanna come hang out with us now that we sorted that out and were chill about it?“
Can you even IMAGINE what that feels like? No wonder she runs off into the woods and becomes a hermit what else is she supposed to do! Shes got nowhere to go! Her entire life has been turned on its head and she’s expected to just move on! That’s ridiculous!
And thats just the backdrop for her appearance in Future. When she finally does appear they kill her and thats the first and only time we ever see her happy. Someone Finally speaks to her in a way she can understand and she actually dies, and uses that to find herself a purpose. If steven is powerful enough to shatter her, a feat never before seen by a gem, then sure she can serve him, anything to give her life purpose again. and then they just forget about her! Steven literally ditched her in his house! They pull the rug out from under her Once Again. but now she can be „normal“ now she can do what other people want her to do so they all assume shes „better“ now.
I think future did her so dirty the original show handles her character So Well and im not really sure how else they could have gone further with her character because people like Jasper in real life dont really change. And if she were to change and agree with steven it would feel like the show saying steven was right and jasper was wrong and she should have listened to him from the start. Shes such an interesting character to delve into because shes the antagonist yes but shes a very specific type or antagonist that doesnt appear very often and when it does its not with as much backstory, even if just implied, or delving into the thoughts behind the actions. Its so interesting to me

Idk why this came to mind but
Any Huitzilopochtli-Coyolxauhqui sibling dynamic hcs?
I feel like everyone forgets Coyolxauhqui is Huitzilopochtli's sister...
HULLO. YES.
first of all. i invite you to peruse my Huitzilopochtli hc's here,, and if you are interested, also, shameless self-plug, but my visual hc's for Huitzilopochtli and Coyolxauhqui on the 2nd page (just a rough sketch ehehe but that's what i imagine!)
now.
Coyolxauhqui is the older sibling. as per the lore, Coyolxauhqui also has 400 younger brothers, the stars; the Centzonhuītznāhua.
i think, to understand Coyolxauhqui's fight with Huitzilopochtli, we have to imagine what life was like BEFORE Huitzilopochtli was born.
and i hc that Coyolxauhqui was actually quite lovely. i think she had one of those subtle smiles... not bursting out into laughter, but she'd smirk a lot and her younger brothers' antics.
i think she has razor sharp wits-- she's quick to give out witty retorts and they're GOOD.
being the older sibling of ANY family is a tough role to play-- many look up to you and you have to look after all your younger siblings. but now Coyolxauhqui has 400 YOUNGER SIBLINGS, all brothers--- i think life was pretty hectic for her.
she had to be stern and tough so that she could help her mother raise all of them.
there isn't any mention of who Coyolxauhqui's father is, but we must assume she had one since she was so furious at the method by which Huitzilopochtli was born (more on that later), but Coatlicue, her mother, is mentioned as being the wife of Mixcoatl, so i think it seems reasonable to hc him as Coyolxauhqui's father also.
now, Mixcoatl is the god of the hunt, and i think he may have taught Coyolxauhqui and her brothers a lot about fighting and hunting... i think they would all be quite good at it.
however, being the god of the hunt, i hc Mixcoatl to be away from home a lot of the time.... i think in those times, Coyolxauhqui would bond a lot with her mother, them being the only two women in the family.
as a result, i imagine Coyolxauhqui to have utmost admiration and respect for her mother. she is like; the role model of all time to Coyolxauhqui. she does everything correctly, the way the law writes things should be.
everything is PERFECT.
UNTIL. the feather-ball incident.
and that completely shatters Coyolxauhqui's image of a perfect mother. she sees it as the ultimate dishonour... in Coyolxauhqui's mind, this child conceived between the feathers and her mother is not even her sibling at all.... it's just an abomination. something which, as the eldest, it is her duty to be rid of.
that's how i think, Coyolxauhqui becomes cold and mean... fixated on only one thing; the destruction of her mother and her unholy child.
i have a soft spot for characters who uphold the law so deeply that they will even hurt their family if it means keeping their "honour".. and i think Coyolxauhqui is exactly that.
for Huitzilopochtli, his whole childhood is robbed from him due to Coyolxauhqui's attack.... he literally never gets the time to grow up and just be a kid the way Coyolxauhqui and her brothers had... i think he can be very awkward and unsociable a lot of the time because he never had siblings to play with, to share with, to laugh with... and i think that makes him grumpy most of the time. it's just one battle after the other with no break.
so in a way, Huitzilopochtli is actually sooo similar to Coyolxauhqui.
if not for the fighting, they would have been the perfect siblings.
as for Coatlicue. i think her heart simply breaks to see her children fighting. i don't hc her to hate Coyolxauhqui; she always will remain her child... there is a myth where Huitzilopochtli places Coyolxauhqui's head in the sky which becomes the moon so that Coatlicue might see her daughter every day. so that tells me she didn't hate her.
Huitzilopochtli also-- i think he would stop fighting if Coyolxauhqui did.... he only fights to survive.
as a final note; in the myths, Huitzilopochtli chops Coyolxauhqui's head off... but i like the idea that he cuts her head off, and then her head re-attaches or at least regrows, so that they are perpetually locked in a battle; a mirror of Ra's fight with Apep, if you get what im saying!
perhaps her brothers recover her head for her... in any case, i like the idea of Coyolxauhqui having a scar at the base of her neck from the number of times her head has been lopped off by Huitzilopochtli.

How does Leo meet Donnie and Mikey? Do they follow Savage one day and find the disguised Leo?
I’m so glad you asked completely unprompted. Mikey meets Junior while he’s down spray painting the sewers. Junior is in his fox get up going to visit Savage and finds the turtle painting striking up a conversation.
Junior is a terrible influence.
Not really he  just encourages and believes in Mikey building him up and convincing him to try new things. Say for example visiting topside when that was the number one thing he was always banned from doing.
The two find freedom from their families in each other. Junior is free of expectations and pressure while Mikey is told he is capable and encouraged to explore and grow.
When junior is finally comfortable enough to take off his mask Mikey recognises the turtle he had heard about all his life. That he had painted and imagined over and over again red stripes being the only constant. Leo looks different to how he imagined less like Raph more like Donnie.
Mikey hug tackles his best friend and long lost brother crying uncontrollably. Junior is extremely confused.
Mikey explains everything to Junior who dosent believe him but he just spent the past couple hours trying to get him to calm down enough to talk so he isn’t going to say anything that pulls the pin on that grenade again.
Mikey does not tell his brothers he found junior. He was his first taste at freedom and rebellion he’s scared if he brings junior back to the family he’ll become like everyone else and he’ll loose his friend and freedom.
Junior is confused and sceptical thinking that Mikey is playing some elaborate trick on him. This notion doesn’t go away until he meets Red.
Red finds out Mikey is sneaking out and follows him one day. Leading him topside and to Junior in disguise. He attacks the unknown Yokai and doesn’t let up until Mikey screams it’s Leo and Junior drops the disguise. Red confirms Mikeys  story and junior is forced to confront future Leo.
Leo refuses to tell junior why he took him he can’t put that burden on his sons shoulders. Juniors identity is completely shattered having no idea who he is who he was supposed to be. That ends with junior leaving his dad and coming to live with his lost family in the lair.
This is when junior finally meets Donnie. Donnie never leaves the lair hiding himself away in his lab and hardly venturing out. That changes when Mikey almost breaks down his door one day saying they found junior and he is staying with them.
This confuses and upsets Donnie who had heard nothing of junior this whole time. Cue a situation where Donnie is paranoid and investigating junior. First to confirm they are really dna related. Then trying to figure out if he is a sleeper agent sent to destroy them.
Junior who has suddenly been thrust into a family that has their own expectations of who is meant to be is weirdly comforted by someone just as confused about his presence as he is.
Donnie slowly chills out and Leo is eventually comfortable enough to ask to come into his lab as it’s the only quiet place away from everyone in the lair. Juniors happy to just chill out and not speak which touches Donnie he’s never had someone willing to do that they always want to talk and break the silence saying it’s boring or weird not to talk.
These two end up becoming the closest in these early days. Donnie never put much thought into junior as a person before they meet he was more concerned with what took him and if it was coming back. Juniors been thrust into a house with a new role where everyone has been thinking about him for 16 years and imagining his place in their lives so they all push their expectations either consciously or unconsciously onto him. In the middle of an identity crisis this does not help.
They become each other’s safe spaces and are the closest of all the siblings.

Merrily We Roll Along review summary Part 2
Robert Hofler, The Wrap
‘Merrily We Roll Along’ Broadway Review: Daniel Radcliffe and Jonathan Groff Lead a Riveting Revival
The troubled Stephen Sondheim musical finally finds its perfect cast
Watching the show on Broadway, I found myself concentrating less on Mendez and Radcliffe’s back-to-back screeds and drawn more to Groff, who almost singlehandedly, and in a very quiet way, makes this revival drive forward while going backward on all eight cylinders. He plays off the over-the-top performances of his two costars — who bring a sly Oliver-and-Hardy chemistry to the stage, Radcliffe being Stan to Mendez’s Ollie. Mendez entertains us with her nasty one-liners and Radcliffe stops the show with his powerful, yet nuanced rendition of “Franklin Shepard, Inc.”
Charley and Mary are telling us in no uncertain terms that Franklin is a major sell-out, but Groff doesn’t play him as a jerk. Instead, he makes the character the quiet eye of the hurricane of resentment (justified or not) swirling around him. For the first time ever, I actually felt the need to protect the guy from his two best friends. After all, there are much, much worse things in life than ending up a successful Hollywood producer of shlock movies. Franklin never sexually harasses anyone, uses the wrong pronoun or votes Republican. By today’s standards, he’d be a pillar of virtue in the film community.
Groff’s portrayal of this unsympathetic character (until well into the second act) recalls the equally inspired casting of Jim Parsons as the bitchy Michael in the first Broadway production of “The Boys in the Band.” Groff and Parsons’ innate likeability gives each actor more than a few minutes of stage time to take an audience by the hand and lead us on their respective character’s journey.
Given a choice to see a show called “Musical Husbands” and “Take a Left,” I’d buy a ticket to “Musical Husbands.” Better yet, I recommend getting a ticket to see this wonderful “Merrily” revival and buy another the following week to enjoy it even more the second time.
Patrick Ryan, USA Today
More than 40 years after notoriously flopping on Broadway, “Merrily We Roll Along” is back with a splendid and shattering revival at the Hudson Theatre starring Jonathan Groff, Lindsay Mendez and Daniel Radcliffe.
Groff, who last appeared on Broadway in the original cast of “Hamilton,” has never been better than he is here, imbuing a tricky character with tearful sincerity and charm.
"It's our time, breathe it in," Frank sings at the end of the show, as he readies to take on the world with Charley and Mary by his side. The same could be said of "Merrily," which four decades later, finally feels right on time.
David Gordon, What’s On Stage
Sitting comfortably in the Hudson Theatre, this Merrily is one of those transcendent productions I’ll look back on fondly forever.
Radcliffe’s Charley is adorably filled with nervous energy, and he continues to blow the roof off the joint with “Franklin Shepard, Inc.”. Groff beautifully grounds Frank in the reality of a man who has gotten everything he wanted, only to realise that the most important things in his life have completely disappeared. Mendez lives and breathes every single emotional beat to its fullest potential, making a meal out of Furth’s sardonic quips. Watching them sing “Old Friends” transported me to a plane of musical-comedy heaven which I have not visited in a long time, and their idealistic “Our Time” is a genuine tearjerker.
Friedman’s production is a theatrical miracle, finding the heart at the center of this story of dreams, regrets, and good things going, going, gone. Somewhere, its creators are bursting with pride to see their vision fully realised, at long last.
Steven Siskin, NY Stage Review
If Mendez and Radcliffe were already perfect downtown—or perhaps even on the first day in the rehearsal room—Jonathan Groff’s Franklin Shephard has taken a different path. To say the role is difficult is an understatement; like Robert (a.k.a. Bobby baby) in the Sondheim-Furth Company, Franklin is trapped. He stands in the precise center of a crowd that his character dominates, unable to break through his walled-off personality to relate to anyone, imploring somebody—anybody—to “make me aware of being alive.” Groff brought an intriguing element to his performance last winter, not shying away from displaying a Franklin who was cold, cruel, and unlikable. He has now found a way to add a core of desperate sadness and a sense of loss, which makes him the most effective Franklin of the half-dozen I’ve seen.
The show plays like wildfire, ignited from that first blast of overture from that band. It’s a win-win, or perhaps a win-win-win-win. A win for Merrily, yes; a win for Radcliffe, Mendez, and Goff; and a win mostly for Maria Friedman, who created this production with significant success back in 2012 and—in three or four steps along the way—has continued to add layers of sheen so that it no longer plays like an excellent production of a troubled musical but an excellent show all around.
Melissa Rose Bernardo, NY Stage Review
Thankfully, Friedman has found three actors whose charm and genuine connection overrides their characters’ most unpalatable qualities. And since the NYTW production, their performances have only deepened. Groff (Spring Awakening, Hamilton) is perfection as the successful but hollow composer-turned-corporation Frank

Whumptober 22
No. 22: “They never saw us coming, ‘til they hit the floor.”
Glass Shard | Vehicular Accident | “Watch out!”
Day 22. Part of Lo's story with Allan. Last part was from Day 19. CW: nonbinary whumpee, creepy/possessive whumper, shock collar, car accident, non con touching, death.
- - -
It had been months.
Lo was on the brink of losing their sanity, going crazy with playing the role Allan had set forth for them. But they knew that there was no way orf getting out of it. Not with them constantly being chained up or watched 24/7. Not with how Allan hovered over every single breath and movement.
Not until that night Allan took Lo out of the house.
A reward for their “good behavior”. Which basically meant letting Allan do whatever he wanted.
He had dressed them up again in a skimpy little outfit, done their makeup and hair, and he was taking them out to dinner. There was a lovely little collar under the scarf Lo was wearing, complete with a little box digging into their throat, and a remote controlled by Allan. Any toe that was stepped in the line would get a button pushed- and Lo electrocuted.
Keeping them docile and completely controlled.
Lo thought about getting the waitress’s attention. Scrawling something on a napkin. Sneaking off to the bathroom- but Allan watched their every move like a hawk. There wasn’t even an opportunity to say a single word as he ordered for them the whole night.
There wasn’t any opportunity- that was until they were driving home.
The road was dark. It was just starting to rain a little bit- the road slick and damp. Late enough that there weren’t very many cars about as they followed the few roads to Allan’s place.
That’s when Lo’s mind started spinning.
Allan was driving, one hand on the wheel, the other on Lo’s thigh, playfully touching and fondling.
When Allan brought both hands up to make a turn, Lo took theirs, and placed it on Allan’s thigh.
They moved their fingers higher, holding their breath- waiting for his response.
“Darling- what are you doing?” He questioned, as Lo’s hand moved higher- but he didn’t stop them.
“I’m just- just trying to please you. You bought me a nice dinner, I should say thank you, right?” They stated, breath low and sultry.
“Oh you’re completely right darling. You behaved very well tonight.”
Lo continued touching him- dipping a few fingers below his waistband as they carefully kept an eye on the road. There was a turn up ahead- a few large trees at the side of the road.
Allan let out a soft moan as Lo dipped their hand further beneath his pants, he closed his eyes for a brief second, right as he was about to make the turn-
And then Lo reached over- as quickly as they could, and yanked the steering as hard to the right as was possible.
The tires spun as they caught on the slick asphalt.
“What are you doing?” Allan screamed, shoving Lo away as he tried to gain control of the car. Lo didn’t let go- yanking the wheel harder as the car spun- tipping off the road into the dirt- and then everything stopped.
The car flipped- spinning in slow motion as it crashed- landing with the front end smushed against the trunk of a tree.
Lo had covered their arms over their head, shards of glass raining down on them as a crash fell through the window- and there was a sickening squelch beside them.
After a few moments Lo pried their eyes open.
Everything was so silent except for the patter of rain against the car.
They scanned their eyes over to Allan- his face frozen in silent terror. A large branch of the old tree had fallen- shattering right through the window- straight into his chest.
Lo’s face fell in horror as their body throbbed and ached from the crash.
There was- there was nothing left of him.
And Lo was free.
The door was jammed against the ground and bushes- unable to be opened enough to climb out, so Lo scrambled over the dashboard, climbing through the broken windshield. They winced as shards of glass dug into their skin, before their feet sank down on the cold, wet ground.
Lo kicked off the heels they had been forced to wear, and took off into the cold, dark night.

PSA: Aftercare
Tumblr media
It is a recurring topic in this kink world of ours and in truth, I can see some of you rolling their eyes saying something along the lines of “Yeah yeah... I get it... Aftercare is important I know already...”
But do you?
Do you truly know the vital role it plays when you engage in intense kink worthy scenes?
“Of course I do!” you might say. “It’s to take care of the subject and sooth them back to reality.”
And you would be right. Aftercare is exactly that and after intense scenes, it’s most definitely vital. But it shouldn’t be ONLY reserved for intense and special scenes.
Calm down...
I’m not implying here that aftercare is mandatory after every scene that dips into your kinks.  But then again, it is...
Even if some of your kinks include the excitement at realizing that aftercare is not given because the person that is leading your scene doesn’t care for you as a person. That deep sense of despair might very well be the thing you need to get off.
But there is a MOUNTAIN of difference in your general well being if you know, somewhere deep down, that aftercare is AVAILABLE to you when and IF you need it.
THAT is what aftercare is really about. it’s that vital security net that allows for truly incredible and satisfying kink play.
Aftercare is a byproduct of the connection of trust you have with the Tist or Dom you surrender to. It must always be there and available even if the subject isn’t cradled in the Tist’s arms after each session.
Let me put it this way: take a classic Tist and Sub relationship that like to engage in all manner of hypnotic play. They might engage in it every day or once a month, they might do little quickies that can even become intense in their own right.
In these sort of instances, aftercare is not always needed. I mean, let’s face it, a subject won’t need aftercare if they simply enjoyed a soothing pleasure trance and a few deep dives through fractionation. It would be down right ridiculous to spend 15 minutes on aftercare after something they do so often.
However, in their own way, they do engage in aftercare because it can take many forms.
It can be a simple ‘How are you feeling?’ once the scene is done. Checking in with the sub creates a powerful link and deep feeling of care for the subject. Which in turns builds up the trust they already feel because it makes them feel, in a very concrete way, how you care for them.
Aftercare is also being there for the subject as they slowly climb their way back from an intense session that completely shattered their mind and sense of self. Soothing them back to reality by washing their minds in the warm waters of your concern and caressing them gently until they have gathered all the pieces of themselves and help them glue them back together.
Aftercare is more than just making sure your partner is physically and mentally ok to deal with the reality around them. It’s also about building that safety net for them so they know that they can trust the hands that are taking control of them.
And in turn, it means that they can truly jump into the next scene without fear or worry.
That is exactly WHY a deep connection, rapport and trust are the very foundation of creating even better sessions going forward.
EVEN and ESPECIALLY if your kink revolves around non-consent...
Because allowing someone to covertly hypnotize and use you might get you off in the moment if the person is lucky enough to hit the particular kinks you enjoy within non-consent. However, once everything is done, they leave you all alone to wish helplessly for more.
On the flip side, allowing someone you trust take you without your knowledge, again and again... While knowing that, even if you’ve lost all control during the scene and are utterly helpless under their thumb, you know somewhere deep down that once they are done, they’ll be there to catch you.
Sure... Jumping into your kink without a safety net can be dangerous and exhilarating...
I get it.
But let me ask you this: Do you really think that as a subject, you’ll be able to reach the same heights and taste the same exquisite pleasures?
And as a Tist... Don’t you think it would be even more satisfying to watch your subject reach those heights and savor the bountiful fruits of knowing you pushed them higher than anyone else?
Well... Unless you a hedonist jerk then this post isn’t for you.
Finally, aftercare can yield it’s own powerful sensations and offer something that compliments the scene exquisitely for the subject as well as the Tist or Dom.
There is a very special feeling one gets when you can hold someone in your arms, both figuratively and physically, and you feel just how homey and safe you are to that person.
If you are like me and enjoy the pleasures of feel in control, I guarantee you that you’ll never feel as powerful and in control as experiencing the strength and safety you become when you are the ONE person a subject wants to embrace after the storm of their kink has past.
Enjoy yourselves out there!

LOST
Tumblr media
𓆙      —       𝐆𝐋𝐈𝐌𝐏𝐒𝐄𝐒 𝐎𝐅 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐏𝐀𝐒𝐓 --- Accepting!
Tumblr media
𝐀 𝐬𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐞 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐦𝐲 𝐦𝐮𝐬𝐞'𝐬 𝐩𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐢𝐧 𝐰𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐡 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐟𝐞𝐥𝐭 𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐭, 𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐨𝐫 𝐟𝐢𝐠𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐲.
𝐓𝐖; 𝐀𝐝𝐨𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 / 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐝 𝐀𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐞 / 𝐑𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐧
September 1994.
It was impossible to find himself lost traversing the environment of Valdelobos. However, being thrust into the social conventions of humans after centuries of surviving their onslaught --- not only was he figuratively lost, he was bewildered. ADDLED!
Osmund had a father, of course ; The patriarch cracked the whip to instill obedience & trained the younglings for battle until bones cracked. Not only was he born from a nomadic tribe of priests, but warriors as well --- who prided themselves upon the spread & servitude of 𝕃𝕒𝕤 ℙ𝕝𝕒𝕘𝕒𝕤 above all else.
Expressing affection & paternal love as an assimilated species existed in the form of violence, or was completely devoid. When your community exhibits behavior akin to a hive of insects, the presence of menial tasks such as child-rearing, teaching or play was departed. Los Ganados, plainly, did not cherish the capacity for 'love', unless it was towards their own God. The strongest among them who retained a fraction of their humanity & intelligence possessed a mimicked, bastardized theatrical of endearment --- it was far from perfect, but enough to give the illusion they were capable of expressing a kind-hearted nature, despite being monsters.
To The Lord's immense surprise at the bizarre request & The Castellan's heartfelt confession, he was utterly puzzled how to fulfill it. Ramon, the poor boy, craved adoration from a loving father --- from his 𝕋𝕣𝕦𝕖 𝔽𝕒𝕥𝕙𝕖𝕣. & yet he hadn't the slightest clue how! 𝕋𝕙𝕖 𝕊𝕖𝕧𝕖𝕣𝕖'𝕤 fist that chastised & bruised the sickly child would not be the warmth he begged for, certainly?
Pleading eyes of gold begged for his savior to admire & acknowledge. Delicate skin, reminiscent of a porcelain doll, cracked & became bloodied as he frantically entreated. Osmund pitied the poor thing, had the lad accrued any semblance of love outside of his mother at all? Was she truly the only human in his life that did not disparage him for being diminutive & diseased?
" 𝔐𝔶 𝔟𝔬𝔶, 𝔬𝔣 𝔠𝔬𝔲𝔯𝔰𝔢 ℑ 𝔠𝔞𝔯𝔢 𝔣𝔬𝔯 𝔶𝔬𝔲. " The reassurance felt foreign on his tongue, but was truthful in his own way. If not for him demolishing the seal, their sacred grounds would have never been reclaimed. As a parasite, he desired to take & take & take --- never to give. The flip in dynamic to cherish one other than himself almost felt wrong. ...Was this pleasing? ...Everything he asked for? " ℑ 𝔡𝔢𝔩𝔦𝔳𝔢𝔯𝔢𝔡 𝔶𝔬𝔲 𝔣𝔯𝔬𝔪 𝔯𝔲𝔦𝔫, 𝔡𝔦𝔡 ℑ 𝔫𝔬𝔱? "
These expressions of humanity were alien to him, if not innately frustrating, strained from his throat with a restrained flash of his teeth. Osmund had no quarrel with this youth, --- but the lifetime of peace that was STOLEN from him by his ancestry. The cursed, blasphemous blood which coursed through his veins. & as much as The Holy Body resided within his chest, it did not change that they hailed from different worlds. However, the promise to save & nurture him was binding on behalf of a hopeless mother, who released The Devil from exile. & a deal with The Devil was irrevocable. Despite the immense confusion, blindly navigating the tender parental role expected from the ruler of the underworld, Ramon was The Devil's to look after, now.
The right hand that familiarly cracked the whip as his pater loosened. The fingers that clawed into the eye-sockets of prey relaxed. The palm that shattered bone with ease ceased trembling. The forelimb that morphed beyond comprehension persistently remained human. --- Osmund would not repeat the sins of the monster that Ramon abhorred, who had plunged a dagger into his portrait & left his decorative flowers to wither.
Outlandish as the notion was, certainly he could bestow his loyal servant a delicate pat upon the tricorne WITHOUT accidentally crushing his puny skull? The gentle declaration near frightened him upon the attempt, but the success was worth the boundless praises that came after --- outside the whirring drill that was the boy's elated shrills. An awkward grimace in place of a genuine smile was all he could muster for now.
This uncertain with a measly tap, Lord Saddler swallowed with silent apprehension, fearing the decade that would come. Osmund was The Father of Los Iluminados, but the father of Ramon?
--- Perhaps with courage & time, he would be.

Parental!Betrayus AU rewrite
So, quite a few things changed since I started this AU and I figuredi’d make a post addressing that. So in the readmore tag below i've added the almost complete rewrite of this AU. I’ve also added some pictures of the characters at the bottom. One of them done by the wonder @rottennssoldier
The basics are still the same. When they had stripped Betrayus’s army and him from their bodies something went funky. I'm not sure how it happened, but around 100 pacworld children had been sent to the netherworld with all these convicted felons.
This is where i've got to explain why Pacworld didn't go after these children. So after Betrayus completely almost shattered the government of pacworld there was basically nothing in the form of government. This inself lead to a group of valuable people in the war making a council before making it a democracy. These people don’t have their names yet because honestly they're not important. The only names you need to remember are Stratos Spheros and Iden McDine (Pronounced Eye-Den Mc-Dine. Stratos for obvious reasons, being that he is Betrayus’s brother, but why Iden?
Iden in this AU is going to be out semi main antagonist. Iden had fought in the war and was Colonel, he’s a very strict and old man at that period. He had a wife who had passed away and a daughter (Unnamed at this time) whom he did love. Though his grandson? Not so much :/ Iden’s daughter had a lover and they had their child together. Iden hadn’t been approving but as long as he didn't have to take a role in raising his Grandson he didn't care…..
Until he had to care. Iden’s grandson, who at this time was named Mac, was born 2 months before the war had ended. It was right before it ended did Iden’s daughter and her lover had died. At this time im not sure how they died, but i'm thinking a car crash? Either way, Iden had found himself with full custody of Mac, which he didnt want. He was done raising his daughter and now he had to raise his grandson? No thank you, so when Mac had been taken in the aforementioned accident and the council had to talk about it?
Iden had done everything his power to manipulate the council into leaving the children in the netherworld. Not caring at all that other children had been forsaken in the netherworld, much less Pac the last yellow one. The only one who had cared was Startos who had found the whole thing fishy from the start. Unfortunately he had been the only one who had voted against not getting the children from the netherworld.
So that leaves the question of what the everloving heck was going on in the netherworld?
A lot.
In this AU Betrayus had never committed the genocide against the yellow ones. He had simply taken the credit for it to gain some more power for his cause. Not only that, but he’s also engaged to someone! Ezra is is finance and his rock to be honest. This comes to play later in the AU.
At first everyone, including Betrayus, thought the kids coming to the netherworld was a saving grace. These were children ranging from infants to 12 year old kids. So obviously they were coming to save them right? Then when they came to save them then they could rush the entrance to the portal and invade and get their bodies back. So what Betrayus had assigned willing ghosts to a child. Under the condition that nothing bad would happen to the kids. He’s a war criminal not a monster.
Betrayus and Ezra had taken Pac of course. Obviously because he was a yellow one and Betrayus and Ezra knew his parents. Then after everyone had taken a child there was one baby left, who was around Pac’s age. This baby being Mac. Betrayus and Ezra really didn't know who Mac’s parents were or his name because obviously babies can’t speak. So Mac soon became Silas while they waited for a rescue that would never come.
Soon hours became days, days became weeks, and then weeks became months. Betrayus had a sneaking suspicion that after the first day the pac worlders wouldn’t come back for the kids. He didn't want to believe it, though Ezra reaffirmed that, yes, this is happening, and yeah…. They're basically dads now. All the ghosts who had been assigned kids were parents now. This of course didnt come without repercussions on the kids, especially the younger ones.
It had soon become apparent that the children had been evolving to adapt to the netherworld. The older ones between 8 and 12 were not as severe in the changes. Maybe brighter eyes and keener sense of smell and sight but that's about it. The younger ones between infant and 7 were where the changes were very apparent. Instead of rounder pupils they had devolved slit pupils, they had also grown four sets of fangs. Two on the bottom and two on the top as they had lost their baby teeth. Their eyes also developed a brighter, more unnatural hue to them.
I’ll add more to this later as this is getting quite lengthy, but I hope yall enjoy it!

gio moment tell me about one of your favorite threads! it can be something you played with this muse or any other, follow your ♥
Tumblr media
OOugh,,where do I begin — lemme shout a few that occupy my mind rn.
edit: this got so long so slippy under a cut it goes:
last complete thread with @lvsamine. I like exploring his relationships before SCARVIO on people he's met and worked with possibly. This is a sort of break in his melancholy; recognizing and being comfortable with someone who knows him for his work rather then ... uh, you know. There's literal changes in his demeanor from light returning to his tired eyes and getting excited over working with Lusamine and Aether on a big project.
And it's also the start of a shift in his story too.
Throughout the blog he's been teetering between "being good": recapturing escaped paradox pokemon, reluctantly remeeting people in Paldea, slowly taking on actual regional professor duties, and rebuilding the Poco lab to keep track of the Crater from above. But he's also very solemn and withdrawn.
But then there's moments of excitement, of going through efforts to get work done, explore and build something....granted this all happens during temptations. His mind strays from staying out of pathways that quickly get him into trouble. He gets so excited sometimes he doesnt see or even care that what hes doing is going to hurt him or someone else in the end. It's very easy to fall back into comfortable, malign habits.
Talking with Lusamine, remembering and feeling invigorated by all the work he did and the things he discovered ... he questions if its worth forcing himself into a comfortable and safe box to appease people is worth it when he feels so much better "breaking boundaries and discovering impossibilities" people are going to be scared of and that's their problem. But he forgets ya know...Arven, the son he left behind and like...all the destruction his "happiness and well being" selfishly takes.
He's always cusping a villain arc or good direction and I love seeing wherever it goes as more plots and interactions come by ; >c
v. paradox verse in particular, the whole “hey Sada used the Time Machine to yoink Turo from a point in time before he gets mauled so things are hunky dorey again but oops, it’s a lot more complicated then that and there’s emotions all over” deal
There’s several threads with nox/ @prosada that I love but in particular the thread where Turo is completely existential on him being here. He’s having a hard time trying to step back into a husband/father role like nothings happened. Arven is very indifferent with him as expected which causes Arven and Sada to get into a lot of arguments Turo of course overhears cause hey its a small lighthouse-house and he has ears. So Turo being Turo turns to absolute truths like physics and numbers and equations when he can’t emotionally deal with something. And what do you know…! It definitely spells out he should be dead and it’s very unnatural he’s here and it’s putting everything off. He takes this as a certain and gets really distant and sad and quiet. He doesn’t belong here and maybe he and Sada could never naturally stay together in any timeline.
But Sada comes in, smacks that idea out of his head cause it’s silly. She literally shattered expectations and literal laws of physics, time and reality itself to change that to get him back.
Can you believe he’s loved so much that someone literally became a momentary God to change the fabric of reality itself? Just for him?? For their family??? No matter how dysfunctional??? Cause he didn’t until he realizes it and does a 180 in perspective and it!! Just makes him so happy and so awestruck and --
I JUST REREAD IT ON OCCASION…ON THE REALLY BAD DAYS…STILL GET EMOTIONAL OVER IT….
Okay both have really good writing and reaaallly good grasps on their characters too hh.
There's like several other threads I have in mind too but this got ridiculously long; might have to make a new post sometime.

Matrix CorridorTale
The AU series masterpost
📌Here's the official masterpost of the AU Matrix CorridorTale.
✍️ About this AU✍️
----
The AU'S description
MatrixCorridorTale
*An UnderTale AU by Raillison, which takes place in a post-pacifist timeline that happened after the True Pacifist ending in UnderTale, also entitled as UnderTale:The Derivation in its first season.
After the freedom of the monsters had finally taken over, years had passed due to the harmony they had with the humans on the surface. On the other hand, Frisk, the main protagonist takes a move after encountering a bizarre dream that they had,or much more as a nightmare. The salvation of everyone matters to them the most, so they knew they failed to save three people that needs it the most.
Since this au first takes place on the main universe, on the other hand, only Frisk and Sans knew the evolution of the Multiverse- infinite amount of different universes that evolved through the coexistences and ideas the creators have developed by knowing the main universe. Frisk knows there's something out there, waiting for them...
And deep in the "Multiversial Timeline Save Point",another person is operating and modifying the status and details of every universe.
Until...one time...
They noticed there's something wrong....
There's some kind of anomaly trying to intervene, and will be the reason why each and every other timeline began to shatter and be gone forever.
Frisk is convinced...
Will they save everything with that person?
Or will they let the whole Multiverse-including theirs, to collapse?
Different worlds...different timelines...different routes....
They're out there...no matter what kind of condition....
But still...
It's time to SAVE the Multiversial Worlds!
*******
📌Matrix CorridorTale's story started after a completed True Pacifist Route wherein Frisk get to free all the monsters on the underground, the goal of their freedom is finally achieved. As the story progresses, it will continue like a sequel on how the story of UnderTale will continue once the monsters are on the Human Surface, but in an altered and complex way.
📌In the story, if you already reached the early chapters including the au's prologue that I posted, it all started wherein Frisk is determined to set their goals for freedom...not just for the monsters, but also for all, including Chara and Asriel, although Chara already stated that they can no longer be saved since they were gone a long time ago.
📌 I haven't really put in the main story yet, in the future chapters, Frisk will be assigned to save their universe from its hidden anomalous facade, wherein not only them- but also everyone else get to have the memories of their other side, Devastated Timeline(which implies to as the Genocide Route), even though Frisk haven't done any before. That includes Flowey's intervention on how he sees Frisk, and later on after a peculiar encounter he became Asriel again.
📌On the other hand, there was also the "mystical person", which I haven't revealed yet in the chapters, but will be revealed for later. "She" have slept for a millennium on a secret corridor across time and space, on a different universe- "her" power is absolutely unknown yet since it will be revealed for later.
But "her" name will be Ambetty, and that isn't even "her real name". She the one whom states to Frisk about their timeline's current situation, and is willing to help them all she can. She also states about the Multiversial Worlds, in which Frisk is learning about.
The range of all the different universes were under Ambetty's operation and guidance, as much as she surveys and depicts the status and range of the Multiversial Timelines.
📌The power of the SOULs have played a specific role on how the characters will act, including Frisk's red soul that caused Ambetty to be awakened from her hibernation, and Asriel to be back as himself again.
❓Where can I find the AU story contents?

About Me
Hello!
Even though I've had this blog for a couple of years (and been on Tumblr for a decade), I wanted to do kind of a formal about me, for those that are new to this blog, and have questions about me and my Path.
My name is Zach. I'm 24, he/him pronouns. I'm queer, and would call myself a relationship anarchist. Outside of spirituality, I enjoy making music, photography, videography, video games, hiking/camping, and board games, especially DnD. If DnD classes are any indication about personality, I find myself most often playing as a monk, a sorcerer, or a DM.
As far as my spirituality goes... It's kind of a long story.
Looking back, I've always been very empathic and claircognizant. I have always had the ability to know how someone is feeling, being around them, from a glance, or even remotely. When I was in 9th grade, I called it "my superpower" lmao. And for claircognizance... I've always been able to look at somebody and just... Know certain things about them. Insecurities, fears, desires. It just came to me.
The other big thing that I should've clocked is that ever since like... 4th grade?? Every 9 months or so I would go through this really big obsessive phase about the psychic and paranormal and the Beyonds. I would do some research, try some stuff, go "mhehh" and then forget about it, only to get completely caught up in it 9 months later.
Anywho, I didn't really pay any attention to any of that until my big spiritual awakening a few years ago. In a nutshell, I was a Nihilist Atheist for many years, but that all completely changed when I tried acupuncture. Lying there on the table, I felt my energy, my chi, moving around on the table for the first time. This experience shattered my philosophical ideas about the universe, and prompted me to investigate further.
At that point I had felt this... Calling, this pull to move to the PNW for about a year or so. I decided that I wanted to move up there and to pursue school for Chinese Medicine, as I had incredible results with acupuncture and wanted to learn more.
And so, with a lot of preparation and hard work, I finally did move - all by myself. I remember on the drive up having this distinct feeling that I had like... Passed some kind of test, or like answered some kind of call. I didn't really think much of it. The following weeks, everything blew wide open for me.
I became incredibly more sensitive to energy. I astral travelled for the first time, where I met one of my guides. I began to see auras. I developed and cultivated clairvoyance and clairaudience. I began doing readings, with great success, to my surprise. I began learning and developing my skills with energy work.
Soo much has happened since that first explosive period since moving, and my Path has really changed since then. Actually, if you were curious, most of my progress throughout the whole process should be here somewhere on my blog.
So how would I describe my Path now? I am not really one for labels, but I mostly describe myself as a Buddhist and a Taoist. I'm an astral traveler, an energy worker, a spirit worker, and a Reiki Master. I've worked closely with the Forest and the Fae. I also work with some of the Norse Pantheon, mostly Skadi and Odinn. I don't really like calling myself a Witch, but a lot of the stuff that I do overlaps with Witchcraft. So if I were to use that label, I would call myself a Reductionist Witch.
This blog has had many roles for me over the years. It started out as an archive, a place to store knowledge and references (and still is! You can find my reference guide here). Then, I used it to document my Path, and to interact with the spiritual community. Nowadays it is mostly that, a place to interact with the community and do readings, as well as a place to post all of my fav content.
So yeah! In a nutshell... This is me ((: I try to help people as much as I can, and my inbox is always open if you have any questions.
Welcome to my blog!
Blessings!

Rothalion's Villain Arc
Tumblr media
A consequence of pushing one person too far, claiming to learn a lesson only to push again until they snap. Rothalion often holds on to the belief that others know what's good for him and that their pushing is necessary because of the position he is in, and for the most part he just accepts it without question and buries his feelings. Often he feels as though there is only 2 interactions he has with others; being pushed towards saving others & being completely, utterly alone.
The events of Shadowbringers end and eventually the Scions split off as they usually do. Again, he is alone; again he is left with his thoughts. As per each verse he goes long spans without sleep and pushes himself in ordinary chores and doing anything he is asked for; when he does lay down to give in to rest he wakes screaming and in a cold sweat. He has none to talk to or reach out to, and in cases where someone is around he smiles through his pain and pretends he is fine. The stress, exhaustion and unaddressed emotional pain comes to a breaking point suddenly, seemingly random from the outside but always there under the skin. He comes to the conclusion that for every bit of himself he loses to protect everything, something new always rises to oppose him and tear another piece of him away. There is no point fighting it when the cycle only continues, but rather than simply allowing the world to crumble and suffer in agony he decides that he will end it, and fast.
What would happen if he was whole again? If one extra piece of his soul was enough to contain the light of 5 lightwardens then the rest of his reflections could make him unstoppable. Rothalion takes his wyvern, Amnon, and crosses into each shard to hunt down his reflections. Overpowering thinned fragments isn't difficult, although merging their souls with his own is something he finds a little more difficult to grasp at first; eventually it becomes second nature.
Despite their goals being identical, Rothalion refuses to aid Fandaniel in his own plans. He is stubborn, he believes he needs no help - although beyond the harnessing of his own true power he has little idea how to go about shattering the Source.
Boss fight info under cut for length bc I'm buzzing thinking abt it-
His power is shared with Amnon, which is why in an encounter with the pair they are equally difficult to stop. If one were to choose battle with them, Rothalion would majority play a passive role initially, riding on Amnon's back and allowing the wyvern to wield teeth, claw and flame to cull their prey. On occasion, beyond the swings of his ephemeral lance, Rothalion summons a massive spear of light and hurls it at his foe.
Amnon does not need to die for Ro to drop down into the arena, he merely needs to be injured. If an individual is able to do so, they will be faced with both separately; Ro wielding swift swings with wide range as well as backswings to avoid someone getting the upper hand from behind. Amnon breathes streams of flame that Rothalion would leap over; his training allows for easy mobility in the field and his connection with Amnon allows him to know the dragon's intentions before he acts.
The third phase is triggered upon Amnon's death. Rothalion absorbs the power he gave to Amnon and becomes far worse, and far angrier. He's less spacially aware through rage but his movement is so much faster and ruthless. He leaves little space between his swings and always moves forward. The target of his aggression is faced with an onslaught of swings and stabs with a lance imbued with the power of dragons, both Nidhogg and Midgardsormr - and to a lesser degree Amnon. Even with this speed and increase in power, Rothalion still has a mortal body and with enough swings he will grow tired and very open to attack.
I very much imagine his fight as a splice between the Nameless King in Dark Souls III and Malenia in Elden Ring, rather than the systems in XIV. The level of power Rothalion wields in becoming a whole being is immense, the amount of aether he would contain would be astronomical giving him massive stores to draw from during a fight.
Is this all a massive power fantasy? Oh absolutely, but I have no plan to write such an encounter in the first place. :') This post is mostly fun 'what ifs' and the kind of fantasy you have on a long car ride, lmao. Although I am open to plotting a thread during a villain arc verse, it will never feature that kind of conflict. I'm just having fun with my lil bean 😂

47 for my favorite OT3 plz
47. Does either/any of them have a secret that could potentially ruin their relationship? - Pairing: Lana/Theron/Corrain
Oh. Oh boy, you just HAD to ask. This one's gonna hurt, and it involves War Crimes, so...buckle up, I guess XD
Yes. Yes, one of them does. And no - it's not Lana, with the Rishi Maneuver, or Theron, with the Zildrog Fakeout. It's Corrain.
So, you remember how Corrain - a la Jedi Knight Story - gets captured by the Emperor, and then in the Moonrise legacy is not only broken, put under Castellan mind control, and left there to suffer for over a year and a half? Well, that's not quite everything that happened to him. See, Vitiate couldn't resist having such a powerful Jedi without playing with him a little bit. So...he trained Corrain (an unwilling participant, of course) as a weapon of destruction, and then specifically reserved him for mass casualty events or other high-profile war crimes.
See, while Scourge was the Emperor's Wrath and his personal executioner, that was an honor reserved for Sith, occasional high-ranking Imperials, and personal enemies of Vitiate's. Corrain, however, became known as Lord Lune, the Emperor's Blade - and his role was, essentially, to commit Vitiate's war crimes for him. Vitiate and Chaskar, Corrain's handler, took a particular delight in ordering their New Toy to massacre contentious civilian populations, or publicly execute captured Republic POWs and Jedi, or worse. It got to the point that within a year of Corrain's Fall and enslavement by the Emperor, most of the Dark Council and Imperial military knew and feared rumors of Lord Lune's involvement anywhere within Imperial Territory, and even most of the Republic's high-ranking officials knew of the Blade's existence. Corrain does eventually build up enough of a resistance to reject direct commands - and is promptly subverted again, with an implanted shock collar that's wired into his nervous system. It's a losing battle for him until Orgus appears and tells him to trust Scourge.
This sort of horror severely fucked with Corrain's head and massively contributed to his instability upon escaping from Vitiate's grasp, and it absolutely shatters his ability to trust anyone. Therefore he never, EVER mentions the Castellan restraints conditioning, and he even MORE never mentions that once upon a time he was the Emperor's most brutal, callous tool.
This, understandably, is something that not only would shock both Theron and Lana upon discovering it, but also absolutely nauseate them - both for the fact that Corrain literally has about a hundred War Crimes that he's committed, and that he was physically incapable of stopping each atrocity as it was ordered. Like, how the hell would you sleep, knowing that someone you love was one secret keyword command away from murdering everyone you knew and sobbing through the whole thing because he wouldn't be able to stop himself? How the hell could you forgive them for keeping something this huge - and this potentially compromising - a secret from you?
They do eventually find out, however, and it is in the worst possible scenario. Darth Malgus uses Corrain's keyword against him and then, when Corrain tries to fight it, presses on that conditioning track hard enough that Corrain has a massively life-threatening seizure, and then kidnaps him. Lana and Theron do get their boy back, but they're forced to fight and subdue him to make it happen, and Corrain doesn't recover from the physical and psychological toll for a long time afterward. They end up coming to terms with it separately while he's recovering - for Lana it's a little easier than for Theron - and with Elennye's guidance, finally help him to undo the conditioning.
It's only after that that Corrain finally comes completely clean with them, and it's only by virtue of their emotional attachment to him and the clear toll that the entire thing had taken on him over the years that prevents them from splitting. As it is, it takes them months to forgive him.
If this revelation had happened at literally any other time (this is post KOTXX and at the tail end of my canon-divergent arc, for context) Theron likely would have divorced them both and gone back to the Republic on permanent holiday, and Lana quite probably would have simply taken it upon herself to end Corrain's misery - and the threat he posed to the wider galaxy - as gently as she could.
And for his part, Corrain wouldn't have stopped either of them.
