Okay but imagine Mr. Stark overhearing Peter complaining to Ned about how having a baby is going to be so hard. He doesn’t have time for this, between Spidermaning and school his days are already packed! And he’s just not responsible enough to be a Dad, he knows this already! Imagine Tony absolutely freaking out behind the scenes, little Spiderbaby’s having a baby?!? With who, MJ?!? The kid can blushes and gets soooo embarrassed whenever Tony even refers to her as his girlfriend. And imagine his ridiculous relief when it just turns out to be one of those flour sack baby school projects.
(By the end of the week Peter is turning in a sad little, taped up and deflated flour baby. He really wasn’t ready to be a father.)

I had a great idea for story hear me out!! 😉😉 Peter caring for Tony after he has some type of surgery🙂❤️ what do you 🤔 think??☺️
I do love stories where Peter helps to care for Tony. Or is worried about him and wants to help. But, for me, there is a very fine line between caring about an adult in his life and parentification.
If I were to write this prompt, I think it would be Pepper (or Steve, or Rhodey or whomever other adult) as the caretaker and Pete begging to help. Knowing how much Peter loves Tony, the caretaker gives him small things to do so that he feels useful. Things like, "Can you freshen up his water?" "Why don't you ask him if he wants to watch a movie? Company would be good for him," or "Would you like to carry his lunch in for him?"
I will add this one to my list. Haha

Peter having to have surgery and waking up to see the Avengers (or at least some) in his room (maybe tony and steve) and freaking the fuck out.
"Peter-"
"OH MY GOD!" peter jerked in the bed trying to find the doctor
Tony rushed to him. "It's okay, you're okay-"
"DO I HAVE CANCER?!" Peter pointed Tony and the till suited-up Steve. "THE AVENGERS ARE HERE!"
Tony asks how those are related and Peter explains that the Avengers only visit the sick and dying kids.

Okay but all I can think about is how if say Tony and Peter always met up at this one diner.
After giving Peter back the suit they make it a biweekly thing unless there was a business trip that kept Tony away.
I'm pretending there was a 1 yr or 2 year gap between that and the snap. So they become regulars and always get the same booth in the back.
And after the snap, once Tony is back in NY and recovered?
He shows back up to the diner. Sits in the same booth, staring at the empty seat across from him.
The same old waiter as always comes over, asks him if Peter is late.
And Tony cries on the spot. It's the 1st time he has cried since he felt Peter turned to dust in his arms.
