if you cant tell , my mental sillies make me a sucker for the obsessive cult aspect of sagau (burn me at the stake i guess) but idk the whole "imposter" thing feels weirdddddd i always prefer creator!reader to be like isekai'd into teyvat yk (can you tell i used to be obsessed with the kuroshitsuji time travel au .....) ?? anyways have this while i decide if i want this to be a full series or just a mini series

if we keep score was so so so much fun!!!! it really took on a life of its own and i LOVE to worldbuild so even though it was Stressful, i had a good time writing it for sure <3<3<3
28. How did you recharge between fics?
as i told you specifically i literally took like. a work week off. i listened to music, i binge-watched an anime, i went back to work after winter break, i read some of a book. it was great! back to the grind now though <3<3<3

ok i revamped it from two earlier stories there are 3 stages to the production of this project with possibly many more to come. i think this infos like necessary to understand how much this projects like in limbo. and ill tell you all about it
the joke story. in this stage the title was "the chlilds wish" (typo included. during 7th grade inside joke me and my friends (theres 4 of us) bullshitted in a messy google docs and tried to make as funny as possible (it wasnt btw But its charming and nostalgic in its own way i guess) and from there came the characters sprinkles nugget and candy jade and tree x and a bunch others. The story basically involved a lot of shitty inside jokes and also some silly self inserts we made U get the deal we were in middle school making friendships.

2. 7-8th grade things start to get srs around this point. the title for the story @ this stage is "hazelquest". Me and my friends (3 of us now, the 4th one moved to a different class wah) are starting to come up with elaborate plots and arcs for them and we came up with a plot about the main character sprinkles and his siblings (candy + nugget) living in tihs library/house hybrid. and sprinkles on his somethingteenth birthday made a magic wish for a special quest (ALSO around this time we came up with the last name hazelquest) to prove himself and he got one somehow. and his quest was to like find the missing gemstones for this huge magic tree cause the world was like...corrupted or something and bringing the gemstones back would uncorrupt it or something. the main antagonist was the void and the antihero or villain i forgor was my bestie's oc theo. i forgot most of the plot LOL but here were some cover ideas i had
as you can see it was a lot more fantasy based before with like magic and spells and stuff it was more urban fantasyish than it is now lol. also heres nugget candy and tree x in my very fandomy artstyle

around 9th grade we started getting bored of the story and we realized we were never gonna finish it so we just slowly quit LOL. Until
3. da revampening
this is the BIGGEST change by far its borderline unrecognizable when you compare it to story 1. so basically i listened to a song around 9th gradeish and i had such a moment i was like wait. i rememebr this story. so i ask my friends if they would let me take the story for my own since theyre not interested in working on it anymore and they said YES!!!!!!!!! and one of my friends pulled their characters from the story which was fine by me + my bestie gave me full rights to do whatever i want w his oc theo. So here we are rn. eventually SPRINKLES turned into MILO, CANDY turned into "soon to be renamed", NUGGET turned to my silly fucking rabbit valentine. jade turned into jaiden (whos nickname is jade and thats almost all they ever called her so theres little change there) and tree x became TRIXIE! valentine and trixie pictured below im sure youve seen them before probablu. also i dont have a name for this one yet
and the history lessons done now #evolution so ill tell you the actual current things i have in mind so far. Literally all of this is subject to change i could be lying about any of this OR it could be the finalized ideas . Neither of us could ever know
SPACE + MAGIC (SETTING)
theres gonna be space Theres gonna be so much stars and planets and galaxy you have no idear . Im kind of lessening the magic and spells and stuff 4 this new story purely cause im just not into that kinda stuff anumore but IDK if theres gonna be minimal magic. like there might be runes and stuff but in a more astral stars galazy kind of way rather than an ancient wizards and staffs and spells kind of way. i might make it more scientific but put a lottttttt of artistic license into the science so the storys kinda magical but being ambigious abt it.
for the setting, its gonna take place in their universe's equivalent of our solar system probably? like earth and venus and saturn and mars and all of those but earths gonna be like different like the placement of the continents and culture and stuff its also present-day ish also theres some mythology and god involved somewhere. IN THIS UNIVERSE theres like this place AND group of characters called the "astral". so theres the VOID (I havent removed the void from this story because i still like it) and theres the GODHEART which is the heart of the entire universe its so HUGE and fleshy at the same time (which i think is a byproduct of this phase i had when i was 14 where i was obsessed with flesh and meat and stuff i think you were there for it). there MIIIIIIGHT be a huge universe tree in this story jic i wanna revive some of stage 2s plot but in the meantime im still thinkin abt it
2. PLOT
i dont kno 😒. i just kno that the voids the main antagonist and theo''s the antihero/villain guy. also theyre gonna find their mom at some point. most of this projects just built on random plot beats and character arcs stitched together
3. CHARACTERS
most of the characters are half baked bcus the storys half baked. But in time they will be baked . just you wait
THE WORLDLY: these characters are part of da #normalworld Which means theyre not like Part of the astral or somethink
milo constelle (he/him) - Main character. ambigiously transgender. hes smart and kinda a nerd but also bitchy but bashful and well hes just a bit reserved. hes a weird assortment of things i dont know how to describe him... he loves science and space though. i think his speech patterns like kinda dry But hes funny and sarcastic and passionate abt the things he likes so ya..............Dont know his arc but i know that when i figure out the plot his arc will come right after
valentine "val" constelle (she/they/he) - Shes So many thinsgs shes everything. her dad was a superstar and she wanted to follow in his footsteps n become talented like him (but with acting) but when he died she had a super huge identity crisis cause she based herself a lot on him and she doesnt even know who she is if not "the daughter of a superstar" and her thing with acting went downhill bcus of the state shes in (if she doesnt know WHO she is how could she act like someone shes not? yadda yadda smth like that) and he lives the rest of his life as a washed up nobody but tries not to let it show how fucking MISERABLE he is <- i think thats the most i ever talked about her that isnt Oh pathetic sopping in rain. reminder that literlaly anything im talking abt could be changed at any time though btw LOL. also i dont know how to resolve his arc but we'll get there
candace "candy" constelle (she/her) - idk. Shes super strong and super bubbly and sweet and loves pink and i know more abt her personality than i do milo's but i have got to come up with an arc for her ASAP
trixie (they/them) - theyre a trickster prankster a Little mischevious🤫!!! They are INSANELY clever and creative and resourceful and agile as fuck overall just one of my fave characters to think about. they have autism swag and have these cool little noise cancelling headphones with stickers on them whenever they get overwhelmed. Their sense of identity is rlly strong but their arc involves letting ppl help them and accepting help and talkin abt their feelinz. ive yet to work on their backstory though!
jaiden (she/ze(?)) - IDK ANYTHING ABT ZEM sobs.......
THE MEDIAL: In between the astral and the worldly
theodore "theo" infinity (he/they(?))- ANTIHERO antagonist i cant rlly decide. DURING the beginning of the story he tags along w the crew cause hes cute and silly And kinda the punching bag TBH ....... he starts off the most morally positive + kindest but gradually he builds up a resentment for them for something i forgot but what rlly gave him the push was when he met the void somehow. all of this is insanely vague apologies

orion (they/them) - I POSTED ABOUT THEM AND THEIR BACKSTORY I THINK so basifcelly they live at the fvery very BOTTOM of the unvierse just where the universe ends and the void meets. theyre mute aswell + deaf + have this little computer bug thingie that follows them around :) And because theyre at the bottom of the universe, the mythology of the universe involves them planting stars and cultivating them until theyre ripe enough to release them into the heavens above

so! i first gotta say what i perceive milgram to be. to me its not real in the way that, to the characters, its like a dream, yea? its not a real place in their universe. they just. like. muu says that she woke up at milgram moments after commiting her murder, yea? with no recollection of how she got there. other characters have said this too i think, maybe, but maybe not, who knows... not me... but! thats what milgram is to me, just a mind thing. like once the three trials are over, the ten participants will just return to where they were before they woke up at milgram. because. they still gotta learn to fucking. Live after that. theyre not going to get executed, is my theory, if they get 'guilty' one too many times - they're juts going to return to the world, with now more thoughts on their murder(s) than they had before, and. god. theyre gonna have to learn with themselves! theyre gonna have to deal with it, yea? idk if that makes sense . with that out of the way, lets talk about aiko, prisoner number nine!
aiko's murder is, umm. hehe. heres where the suicidal stuff comes in. her murder is suicide! 'but, penguin!' i hear you say, 'If shes dead, how come shes at milgram?' my dear reader, an excellent question!a aiko is only Half dead! the exact method she used to end her life was, slashing her throat, So, when enough blood bled out of her that one of her hands was being hold (though, not for much longer) by life, and the other was just taken by death, when both life and death were holding her, she got transported to milgram:3
'but, penguin! how is aiko going to learn how to live after milgram, as you said thats whats going to happen after it ends, if she dies?' no shes gonna jsut be. fucked. shes gonna be fucked dude. in milgram shes gonna talk to the prisoners and shes gonna find pals (sorta? ill expand on that in a bit) n shes gonna find that joy in life. but she'll be like, happy about it - she thiniks that milgramis the 'afterlife' . purgatory. that if es decides that shes forgivable, she'll go to heaven, but if they'll say she's unforgivable, she'll go to hell !! so. so. she can die happy or sad. or maybe she like, has a phone near her irl that she can then use to call an ambulance or smth idk i ahvent thought upon her that much .

this is like, the barest concept ever. i made concept notes when drawing her:
headband + pigtals (hard to see but theyre there believe me) = childish, new to adulthood and does not like it - wants to be a child still maybe? coping through the pigtails/belt around neck covering sui wound, slit throat/ribcage sorta, skeleton = dead/long sleeves = depression/funeral sorta dress/Lace maybe? and this isnt there but her waist belt is fallign off bc shes hanging on by a fucking thread man. shes OFF the thread ctually she lost the thread
everyone around her would be like "no whaddahell were not dead freak" . so she'd go to shidou (HATE this guy. id expand on this but this isnt a shidou hate post its an aiko appreciation post) n be like "Hi doctor. i think im Dead can you check my pulse n all" n hed go "Haha silly aiko youre not dead" n then she'd just, i dont know. i rlly want to project through her and have her dislike shidou. man she'd be besties with amane. because i like amane.
basically shes friends with characters i like n hates on all the others❤️
personality wise shes like, a goofball, silly.. very much like a creepy little creature... creeps people out:3 shes silly like that...

12. Talk about a new friend you made this year
can i talk about 3 because they kind of all go together cool okay im gonna do that
this is going under a cut bc it got long :D
so i went into my history class this year knowing almost no one - the few people i knew i either wasn't talking at the time to or i only knew them from brief interactions in elementary. fast forward like a month and suddenly i have 3 new friends, entirely because we were told to make random groups for a project and all of us went "nope" and just sat down together.
the first one i started talking to was a guy named victor and honestly the full extent of what i know about him outside of class is he plays piano in church, likes genshin, and hates his accounting class. he's very fun to talk to and is very easy to get along with imo. he keeps calling this one issue i had my "divorce problem" and i both love and hate that.
second one was ava! she''s a couple years older than me and took the history class because it looked fun, not because she actually needed the elective. she is now regretting that bc the teacher is a very hard marker lmao. she's an absolute enigma, i kind of don't think she exists outside of class. she gives very good advice despite not being the type of person that you'd think would give good advice. i love her immensely :D
third one i like to call history guy but his name is artem. i'm friends with him because one day when ava was away he joined me and victor for a project, then decided he liked that i argued with everything he said, and stuck around to continue arguing over everything that is entirely unrelated to what we're doing in class. things were weird at first but they're good now and i like talking with him despite how much his jokes suck.
without them history would kinda suck this year so i'm very glad i get to be around them every day :]

rambling about my para luca bc im bored and i can
So, for starters, I've finally landed on the decision that they are genderfluid (pronouns: he/they), because nothing else makes sense to their character lol. They were originally going to be a complete trans guy but they just never came off as 100% boy if that makes sense. They are certainly not very feminine, but not entirely masculine either. Idk their gender always confused me since I was like 10 years old LMAOOO. They don't deal with a lot of discrimination tho, really only family or religious people.
Anywayss he is my comfort para and definitely the one I also traumatize the most. 😍 He's supposed to be part demon or at least related to them, but it's hella confusing for me to actually figure out. Someone forced a demon into their soul basically? It was for a ritual where a good friend of all my main paras was also murdered and blamed on suicide lol. He's trapped in a satanic cult (in simple terms) that has done horrific shit, has asshole scary cult parents, a narcissistic stalker ex, and has to hide his identity with the cult from everyone. gotta love trauma <3 The cult is very, very illegal to a regular world, but they can't just call the police because there's supernatural shit preventing that. Also, I made most everything up. None of it is based off of real religion.
I just want to hug him tbh (even tho I cause it 💀). Bestie has too much shit to handle. He's only like 18 too. BUT he can astral project and do cool demon communication shit so that makes up for it. :) /hj

you know not to mentally project myself into the teen wolf fandom battles and sieges of 2014 or something but i saw there was some very long teen wolf video on youtube and was like hmm maybe ill listen to this while i draw and realized the person just detested scott and wow i was like damn im seeing red im the alpha now and had to shut it off who says these things literally hes just a funny guy... i feel like im in an alternate dimension or something especially from my perusal of like teen wolf fandom tag and trying to find old posts and little blogs and whatever of people discussing it back in the day the vitriol between the stiles fans and scott fans like why would u fight theyre literally besties theyre a package deal who even gets to this place stiles should have been the protagonist also a very common refrain what does this mean he thrives in the comic friend character role who doesnt need a whole arc or journey each season thats why its fun when hes suddenly like evil and possessed and hysterical its like a change of pace if he was the protag he would have gone thru this like 3 times and it wouldnt matter..

in terms of fic ive been writing a little bit but not as much as i’d like bc i’ve been pretty busy with life and also the rpg i’m currently modding lol HOWEVER i’ve locked in some new plot points and my definite plan once time frees up for me in a few months is a full rewatch of all 3 cap films and maybe even sam’s other cameos (and maybe fatws…. not sure yet, that one i saw more recently and a LOT of time has to pass before i can stomach rewatching anything if i ever do at all, even my favorite things, bc my attention span SUCKS lmao) + hopefully i’ll be able to crank out some of the scenes for the fic set within that time frame (bc i’ve been writing most of the ones that happen post cacw) and then it’ll be done! or ready to be beta’d at least… which… if ur interested 👀 i cant remember what my last update for u was about so i’ll update this post with a new snippet once it’s been shared <33

the front door slammed, and sam dropped his keys on the counter before appearing upside down above them. to his credit, he did not seemed phased to find them tangled up underneath the couch’s throw blanket in the middle of the day.
“what’s this about hickeys, and why am i getting them?”
“bucky’s retired.” steve offered by way of explanation, raising his free arm to pull sam closer. even so, they couldn’t quite reach without him doubled over the frame, so he wandered down the hallway to change out of his clothes before steve could kiss him.
the problem is all the scenes post cacw after they get together are sort of just random which means it goes from this intense emotional will they won’t they with a touch of actual canon events created non romantic tension to this slush of fluff and domesticity and no real stakes anymore hahahahaha like idk where to go with it??? beyond just. making them cuddle more LMAO so…. any suggestions from the people lmk
i hope you’ve been doing well yourself and taking care of yourself and i as always look forward to hearing from you again soon :))) with regards to the ship drama, i am SOOOO curious could u elaborate??? was the drama related to my blog or just like generally in the fandom? DONT LEAVE ME HANGIN WHAT WAS THE SHIP 👀👀👀 i don’t feel like i post that many so i’m so intrigued which it could be lol since i’m assuming it’s not sambucky and probably (??) not stevebucky (tho maybe)

a/n; todd my love <33 thanks sm for the request bestie,, u are singlehandedly keeping this blog afloat <33
todd has a tendency to get overwhelmed quite easily
only problem is he hates telling other people when this happens
he’d rather just deal with it on his own
and, surprise surprise, bottling up his feelings does not work well at all!
lets paint the scene
it’s exam month
everyone is currently extremely tired and stressed
so overworked from studying and homework
todd has been oddly quiet recently
he’s normally one of the quieter members of your group, sure
but he’s barely spoken for the past week
so you and the other poets are quite worried when todd doesn’t show up for dinner one day
you decide to go check on him, just to be sure everything’s alright
“i’ll be right back, i’m just gonna check on todd, save us some food”
when you reach the door to his and neil’s dorm, it’s worryingly quiet
you knock on the door and open it, shocked to see todd with red rimmed eyes on his bed
he obviously wasn’t expecting visitors
he jumps up and quickly rubs at his eyes with his fists in the hopes you’ll pretend nothing happens
even giving you a weak, watery smile and walking towards you trying to act casual
of course you don’t buy it
“oh god todd, what’s wrong?”
and that's all it takes for him to fully break down
his hands go from trembling to violently shaking
his breathing becomes broken and ragged
you're shocked for a moment before you leap into action
you grab his hands in an attempt to stop the shaking and lead him back towards his bed
whilst you ensure he sits down you grab a bottle of water from his desk and hand it over
he struggles with the cap, so you have to help him out
todd takes a few gulps, but tears are still streaming down his face
your heart breaks at how upset he looks
"am i okay to hug you?"
todd responds with a quick nod and you wrap your arms around him
he buries his head into your shoulder
you stroke his hair whilst shushing him slightly
whispering small encouragements
when he calms down a little more, you can finally talk to him
"what's got you all worked up?"
you let him ramble on about what's been bothering him
exams have him so stressed
his parents haven't been exactly helping with the amount of pressure they've been putting on him
he's convinced he's going to fail everything but english
you simply sigh and pull him further into you
"todd, you can ask us for help you know. we're your friends, we want to help you out. no matter what it is."
he smiles sadly at this and nods
"i just need a break" "that's fine! you can take a break for the next few days. then if you want, we can bring back the study group, im sure meeks and cameron wouldn't mind helping you out with anything you're struggling with. or we can just break into nolan's office and steal the test answers."
this gets a laugh out of him and you smile
"better?" "better."
you pull him up onto his feet, wiping at his eyes with the sleeve of his jumper before giving his hand a quick squeeze
"c'mon then, before you miss dinner. it's spaghetti, and you know what pitts is like."
