Thinking about how comforting Eddie is, especially if you're having anxiety. One look at you and he's pulling you into his lap and wrapping his arms around you in the most secure reassuring hug.
"You feelin' panicky?" He asks softly. You nod, face on his shoulder, resting on the rough denim of his vest, taking in his scent. He hums in response. You're still breathing fast and shallow in spite of your best efforts to slow down, and he can feel your heart pounding like a rabbit against him. You cling tight onto him, and he holds you just as tight.
"Had a feeling. I can always tell when you're worried, peach."
He'll probably rock you a little, humming your favorite songs, pressing soft periodic kisses to the side of your head. After a while, however long it takes for your breathing to slow back down, he'll talk to you to gage how you're doing now. Once you're all the way calmed down, you better believe he's sticking to you like glue for the rest of the day, holding your hand and keeping you close, keeping an eye on you. There's no way he's letting his baby face that alone.

nothing serious or anything like that, just a cold that makes them slightly delirious and cling onto kai more than they usually do (aka they don't normally do it at all lol)

You tried to drag yourself out of bed. You really did, considering how much you hate skipping training.
But today is different – the lopsided pressure in your head is making you dizzy when you try to stand. You’re able to lay back down before you lose your balance.
Stars, your head is throbbing. Combined with your stuffy nose, sore throat...yeah. Absolutely icky.
It takes a matter of seconds for you to give up any hope of getting up. Suddenly met with a cold chill, you pull your blanket closer to your chin.
For a few minutes, you simply lay there, not wanting to move. You’re too achy to even think about standing.
To no avail, you try to go back to sleep. But you just can’t. For a few minutes, you find yourself tossing and turning until a knock sounds at your door.
“Huh?” you grunt, throat too sore for you to speak anything coherently.
“Babe?”
Relief courses through you as Kai steps through, his warm eyes already darting across your bedridden figure. It doesn’t take him long to put the pieces together.
He sits beside you, one of his hands coming to your cheek. “Oh no...you caught whatever funk Jay brought back, didn’t you?”
You nod, pointing to your throat.
“Your throat hurts? Damn. I’ll see if Sensei can make some of his sick tea. Here,” he trails off so he can unhook your phone from its charger, handing it over to you. “Text me until your throat feels better. Just tell me if you want anything to eat or anything, okay? I’ll be right back.”
Thank the stars for this boy. You don’t know what you’d do without him.
You immediately open your messaging app, thumbs zipping across the keyboard:
You: can i pls have some medicine too
You: i feel like i got hit by a truck
Kai: u got it gorgeous
Kai: sensei making tea rn, im bringing u medicine for now
You: thank you sm
Glad that he’s returning, you shut your phone off and set it on your chest as you close your eyes.
Soon enough, Kai returns, bottle of water and medicine in hand along with his laptop cradled in his other arm. He sets it at the foot of the bed so that he can crack the bottle open.
“Okay, can you sit up for me?” he questions, once again having a seat at the edge of your bed.
You nod, shifting until you’re upright. Kai patiently waits for you to get comfortable, gently dumping two pills into your hands before giving you the bottle of water. “I know your throat hurts, but this will help lighten the nastiness up a little bit.”
You down the pills with a gulp of water, cringing at the feeling of the pills sliding down your sore throat.
“I know it hurts, babe, but it’ll help. Make sure you keep drinking water, too. You need to stay hydrated.”
You nod, sighing through your stuffy nose. Kai climbs into bed next to you, reaching for the laptop. You open your phone again.
You: don’t get close! I don’t want you to get sick too
Rather than sending it to him, you just turn the screen towards him so that he can read it.
“Nah, I’m staying,” he replies. “I know it sucks to be alone when you’re sick. Besides, we haven’t had a whole lot of time together lately anyway. Let’s watch something, yeah?”
You nod, understanding by the tone of his voice that his mind won’t be changed.
“Great. So, what do you want to watch?”
You type your answer out, followed by:
But you get to pick the next one!!
“Fine,” he replies with a chuckle. “Let me go check your tea first, though!”
A hint of a smile appears on your lips as you watch him leave. How did you end up so lucky?
While you wait for your boyfriend to return, you take another sip of water. The pain in your throat screeches in retaliation, though. Yeah, you should probably wait for the tea. Sensei Wu’s special tea always managed to help a little bit.
Kai returns a few minutes later, your cup of tea in hand. He settles in next to you, handing you the mug.
You sigh gratefully, taking a sip. The hot water does wonders to soothe your throat.
“That’s better,” you mumble, leaning your head on Kai’s shoulder. “Thank you.”
“Anything for you,” he replies, shooting you his adorably dumb smile. You can’t help but smile too, watching as he sets up the show and leans back.
For a while, you simply lean against him, content that he’s staying with you for the time being. The warmth radiating from him wards the chilliness away, allowing you to flutter in and out of sleep as you rest.
After your show ends, you feel Kai stirring from his spot beside you. You turn to him, watching as he starts to untangle himself from the sheets.
You find yourself upset that he’s leaving, setting your mug to the side as you latch onto his arm.
“Babe,” he coos, chuckling as he glances back down at you with those gorgeous amber eyes. “I’ll be right back, don’t worry.”
“But I want you to stay...” you mumble shyly, not letting go.
“It’ll be super quick. I’m just going to go grab a snack. And I can refill your mug, too!”
You sigh, releasing his arm slightly. “Okay...thank you.”
Kai presses a kiss to your forehead before climbing out of bed, a rush of cold air replacing his warmth. You reach over to your laptop so you can pause the video before laying your head back on your pillow.
A few minutes pass, and you find yourself missing Kai. Why are you feeling so clingy today? Normally, you’re not like this, but for some reason, you just want to hide with him until you feel better.
You grab your phone, sending him another text:
kaiiiiiii
where'd you go??
:(
To your dismay, Kai doesn’t answer for a few minutes. Stars, why are you feeling so sensitive today? Is it just because being sick makes you feel vulnerable?
Thankfully, Kai responds shortly after:
im otw, sorry...got caught up talking to sensei
He returns a few seconds later, now with snacks and a refilled mug of tea. “Sorry, Sensei was asking me a few questions. He’s letting me take the day off so I can take care of you.”
“Good,” you croak, shifting around as he settles back in beside you. “I just...need you right now.”
Kai smiles softly, pulling you against his chest as the two of you lean back. “You know...I hate that you’re sick, but at the same time...I kind of like this side of you.”
“I don’t, but I can’t help it. When I get better, it’s straight back to the ass kicking. Yours included.”
“I wouldn’t expect anything less,” Kai jokes.
You sigh, too tired to return the banter. “Thank you for staying, Kai.”
“Anything for you, babe. Get some rest.”
With that, your eyelids grow heavy as you snuggle up to him, eventually letting yourself sleep for the day.

Okay so basically, theres this small little AU called Heartslost. This girl was born, but her powers were deemed wicked and unholy by the villages, and she was banished to a part of the Earth. This part has one way barriers, once you go in you cant come out. Unless of course, you have the power of 7 human souls.
The young girl uses her powers to create life. She first creates Ink, who uh.. turns out soulless. He kinda leaves out. She then creates Error, because Ink is a little bit of a danger and someone needs to keep him in check. After? She creates Blue, Frisk, and Chara.
Wait.. isnt making humans overpowered!? Couldn't she just make the human souls!? Well.. no. She can only make psuedo souls, which are the same strength as monster souls.
Continuing, Frisk is a ghost who kinda just.. vibes with Chara. And Blue? Well he grows close to the girl, almost like a brother.
She decided to make only a few more creations. Dream, and Nightmare. The whole "nightmare eats black apple thing" still happens, but like.. theres no bullies really? He does get a bit bullied but not that severe. ITS FRICKIN' ADAM AND EVE??? HOW DID YOU GET IN THIS STORY??? Basically one of Nightmare's "friends" tricks him into eating one.
Dw tho, he's still chill. Just even more emo now.
Okay you're probably getting tired of me setting this AU up, so basically this girl named Olivia (Soul; Courage) gets stuck, has a little ghost pal following her, befriends everyone, and frees them.
Oh and also Blue helped the girl come up with a name. And that name is Afta.
Afta and her creations are free, and Olivia is their ambassador. Afta reunites with one of her birth family members too! Her brother, who also had a "curse" but it didnt happen until way later in his life and he could hide it.
OKAY WOOOO THATS OVER WITH.
NOW WE CAN GET INTO THE MULTIVERSE- OH SHOOT MORE BACKSTORY.
I'll make it short! Or try..
Basically theres a glitch in a copy of Heartslost, and Afta has been replaced. The new person quickly gets corrupted though. Went through torture, blah blah blah, lost their whole AU. Seeks vengeance.
So? They use an abandoned AU from the multiverse over. Including Ink, Error, Dream, Nightmare, Blue, Dust, Killer, Cross, Horror, Lust, Classic, and Fell. And maybe a few more. They play around with corrupting it, before abandoning the project. They did a hard reset on everything, leaving the experiment rewritten.
Then, their plan was inacted. They corrupted an au known as Sweetsverse. They also went around and corrupted a few more.
Okay now I'm getting tired so I'll just give a run down.
The corrupted person, Ochita, went around corrupting AUs. They eventually corrupted Heartslost, leaving Afta corrupted. Though the building resistance had found a way to fix them. Basically, you just split it. Two versions, the uncorrupted and the corrupted version.
Though none were powerful enough to do this. So they had to summon a third deliverer. These deliverers bring the messages of above. The third deliverer, Okita, managed to fix the AUs using this method. This summoned a new ally, Invert, a corrupted Afta.
Yadda yadda, Ochita corrupted more aus, oh also so many lesbians. Eventually though, one Afta knew what to do. Dessert, aka Swap!Afta. They had once been friends with Ochita. And they knew who they had to contact.
There were test versions for the Afta AUs. And their leader, Lav, aka Test Dessert, was pretty powerful. The two did a little thingy thing and fused. Eventually, the battle with Ochita came to an end, The fusion stabbed, and killed them.
And.. that's the end. Of Gen 1. Theres 2 more wars, both separated by gens. Gen 2 and Gen 3 are next. BUT ONLY IF YOU ARE STILL CURIOUS!!
I managed to get my half sleepy eyes to read this, unfortunately i couldnt read the multiverse part since im tired now

OH AND SILRID . silrid makes me sooo insane theyre so knight/queen coded it makes me want to pull my hair OUt. im a sucker for this trope
i like to sprinkle sebek in bc i think it makes it cuter 😚 so i hope you dont mind! i'll ramble abt those three just in one pharagraph so dw!!
anyways in my head silsebe are already kind of an estabilished couple. but sebeks still very competitive and he tries to compete with silver to see who can win riddles affection first. so cue these two courting him and hes like, super hyper mega confused bc tell him why sebek now insists on helping him move & do stuff and silver is more touchy???
anyways, silver is vey chill and relaxed, but diligent, while riddle is always on the move and always striving for the best. i think silvers (unintentional) slow pace would make riddle slow down, too, as to not leave him behind. though he would also speed up silver a bit, so they both would adjust their normal pace to be together
silver is also very straightfoward and, like ive said in the florid ramble, riddle likes that. he would be someone riddle would go to receive advice from, trustful as silver is
hes like. a steady anchor, a steady (but not large and intimidating) wall riddle can lean on. i think its nice for silver to have someone (a full human) so determined like riddle around, because while sebek also is, he IS a half fae, so his endurance is higher than a human's. but riddle is just like him, just like him and so, so good at what he does. it amazes him
silver is such gentleman, too, and i think riddle would really like that. silver is the type to bring flowers, kiss his hand, help him out, accompany him, all of that. and im oh so sure that would have riddle smitten! i believe riddle would also bring flowers, but would instead write poems and help him study
i just. really really like the knight/queen potential they have going on...... riddle is such a prince too, they fit so well 🥹🥹
OHHH DUDE YOU GOT TEARS IN MY EYES /POS AWOUGGHHH They're so cute. what the FUCK. is this like... SilSeRid... sebsilrid... two knights and their queen... okay I'm sort of kind of a little bit insane about this shit now..

I'm okay right now.there is more active dudes here but I just wanted to tell You about this one because they collected Soo much things nearly hoarded and I want to have use of all of this I own but from various reasons I can't do it now. Wilbur had barely opened his eyes before he felt the door to his cell open. He sat up quickly, baring his teeth in the way he knew the guards were scared of, but the guard barely looked at him. Instead, they shoved a figure into the room and closed the door quickly.
Wilbur looked down at a blond human child. Bleatly, he realized that this was the kid he saw a couple months ago. The kid looked at him with wide eyes before he started scrambling away to the opposite wall.
Wilbur got off the cot and onto the floor, but he didn’t move any further. “Hey, hey. I’m human too, it’s okay.”
The kid’s expression didn’t change. He still looked scared out of his mind and flinched back every time Wilbur moved.
“Do you not speak English? That’s okay, but you can trust me. My name is Wilbur. Wil-bur.” He stressed, pointing at himself.
The kid was still breathing heavily, but after realizing that Wilbur wasn’t going to do anything, he relaxed, though he was still curled into himself pretty tightly.

hi,hello,hoy !!! You asked me what I thought of your fic so I am here to comment some things about it !!! :D
I love how you have to put pieces together to figure out what's going on with Y/N! Because when your theory gets confirmed you just get this SERATONIN (is that how you type it??) from it
(this one is honestly more of a nit pick just saying:) I feel like you could do a bit of foreshadowing like for example: In chapter 1 you could have described Y/N's backpack in detail so the readers know how it looks like and think "hMMM why are they describing it in such detail ???" and then when you get to chapter 3 you could describe Y/N's backpack as something else (not entirely something else but a small change) without Y/N reffering to it feeling like 'a different bag' maybe get him to say "something feels off..." so when the reader sees this they'll put the pieces together and say "WOOOAH WAIT THATS DIFFERENT FROM THIS THAT WAS SAID IN THIS !!!! :0" !! BUT!! Honestly that's just a little nitpick from me because I tried to write a few stories before (but then I gave up halfway) and I know bits and pieces on how to do cool foreshadowing (from a writer friend) but take this with a grain of salt because I am still ig a newbie at writing!! ><
also when Y/N is talking in his head and a thing thinks instead of him you could have a subtle shift in tone (idk if I am explaining this one well sorry I am a bit sleepy)

and the last one is.... remember to take breaks!!! Writing can be exhausting especially if the story is getting to your head (trust me ik how it feels when you get too emotionally attached and don't wanna kill your favourite off (╥﹏╥)) so remeber to take as much time off as you need your mental health is WAY more important <3

Plus all the struggle with finding a job (sooo many places want you to be 21+ or able to regularly lift 50+ pounds, neither of which I can fulfil. I've got money saved up, though, and a reliable and safe place to live, so dw about me!!)
Other than that, I've been scripting like crazy. I just scripted my 39th desired reality 😭😭which is a little nutty to think about, but super fun, regardless! I scripted all sorts of goofy DRs (including a cowboy au of Obey Me), and managed to get pretty close to shifting on a few different nights! I'm still relying on the lucid dream method, so I'm trying to boost my dream recall as well (bc I heard that helps^^.)
I'm glad there's still interest in my blog~ I've never had people notice my absence before haha!
I'll be answering all my other asks here soon, as well as posting some more stuff related to shifting (maybe some scenario ideas or another template? Both are pretty fun!) so hopefully everyone can enjoy those! <3

okay my ult! it’s haechan from nct but i consider chan an ult too. like a close second above my whopping list of kpop boys. oh yes! you should get the album just for like a keepsake? remembrance? how did mingi appeal to you? omg did you start getting interested in ateez back when he was still on hiatus? NOT YOU BIASING THE SAME PEOPLE I DID WHEN I FIRST STARTED STANNING. the infamous ateez thot-line. jongho is easily one of the best fourth gen vocalists out here, no one can change my mind :( good luck with memorizing the rest of enhypen! just in time for the comeback too. i hope i’ll get into kard soon but i’m pretty content (and a tad bit overwhelmed) with the amount of groups i stan right now.

oh my god, about your performance last sunday. was the stage out in the open? glad you didn’t cough too much and did well on your concert. i’m proud of you! i can never understand dogs and poor birds T_T uni doesn’t have dances unfortunately. i think there’s just one party at the end like a graduation ball. what year are you in anyway? if it’s something that you’re fine with sharing. if not, it’s cool.

i missed yesterday because i was grinding and finishing what if we stay + school work. finally did it today. i’m sure i’ll reply in like a day or two, definitely not a month unless i state otherwise. if i ever decide to abandon this blog, i’ll let you know.
