The safe house didn’t have much room at all, but it wasn’t meant to. It wasn’t some long-term living arrangement. You all were meant to do what you needed to do and get out.

Coach Finstock is fucking insane.

Unfortunately, you need to be able to run more than five feet without tripping all over yourself to do that, and so Dziadek’s dream of little league games had crashed and burned. Much like Stiles’s current attempts to earn a passing grade in gym.
Coach Finstock couldn’t seem to get that Stiles did not play lacrosse, did not want to play lacrosse, and would not be good at it anyway. Any and all attempts to reason with the man had ended in Finstock’s little red whistle blown right into Stiles’s face and making a good try at bursting his ear drums. Stiles decided to play along, at the very least to preserve his hearing.
So Stiles is tossing lacrosse balls–very poorly, mind you–from the stick shoved into his hands when he entered the gymnasium to someone who seems to actually be good at the game. The guy, Manny or Henry or something, looks bored to tears blocking Stiles’s shots.

Episode 5
Ok, before I start the episode I want to say, when these episode first came out I saw the YouTuber Sarcastic Chorus made a video about episode 5-6. And he brings up a lot of good points. From the fast paced, to the telling us info rather then showing, to Charlie’s apparent Daddy Issues, the issues about Alastor’s appearance in show wise vs audience wise.
I know Hazbin only had 8 episodes and it only has 1 season. Idk if they will have a season 2, but the way this show is handling storylines and time lines is really bad. Like in episode 3, the story of Sir Pen (snake guy) being a spy for the Vees. That could have been so interesting! But because of time, that “plot” was immediately revealed and rushed. Sir Pen being a spy has no impact on the show. Not to the characters or to the story. Sure they had that “I’m sorry song” and Angel distrusting Pen for a bit, but besides that?? That whole plot could have been removed and the writer could have Pen be actually wanting to be redeemed. Pen not trusting the others is fine, but it also doesn’t matter??? Story wise. We can’t tell if everyone actually hates him because of the reveal or because they just assholes.
Eghhh, haven’t even seen the episode and I’m already rambling. Ok, let’s go.

Love the song, but just like YouTuber Sarcastic Chorus said in his video, this song and Charlie and her dad reconnect, it doesn’t feel earned. This is literally episode 5. Where TOLD Charlie has daddy issues, but never shown. Why don’t Lucifer not reconnect sooner? It seem like nothing was physically stopping him? Was it because of his depression? Was it Lilith? There too many things happen and not enough time or character grown or developed to have THIS big moment. It feels rushed.

anyways, hello my loves! i’m here to give you some updates on where this blog stands and is (hopefully!) going 🤭
first, what the fuck happened? 🫣
it’s been pretty much exactly a year since i dipped from this account (again). i’m sorry about that. i got a little overwhelmed and frankly just didn’t feel motivated or excited to write for a long time. i tried writing a few things (and got a little far tbh) but i just wasn’t satisfied with any of it. i even had a terrible moment or two where i got very close to deleting this account entirely but i decided against it as i’m really proud of some of the things i put out, and i would’ve been really sad to see it go. i also love all of you very much and appreciate everything you guys have done for or said to me, and i would’ve felt really guilty taking this blog away from you guys. so i promise i won’t be doing that any time soon!

i’m sure most of you have seen my teaser for first love part 5 by now (which, yes, will unfortunately be the last part for the series 😓) but!! i have like 1 or 2 small things i plan on posting before hand to keep you guys fed since it won’t be posted for another month or so. i’ve been working on it as much as i can for the past couple months, but i do work basically every day so i can only write so much 🫤 but yeah, that’s how first love is! i’ll explain some more on it when i can!!

i’ve gotten so many sweet messages since i went MIA (a little under 40 😭). i’m sorry to keep all of you waiting, but i promise i’ll try to answer them soon! i did get some negative comments about my absence and such, but i won’t be answering any of those publicly. i don’t want to feed into them. i understand i’ve done this multiple times & it’s annoying, and i apologize for that. writing is a big passion of mine (as is interacting with all of you!) but it can get draining running this account sometimes. i’m trying my best, and i appreciate your patience with me. i’m definitely undeserving of it.

yes I love psychoanalyzing my character to no end
because reader was being honest when she said she probably would've ended up with Conway, realistically they would've ended up together if the games hadn't happened. she would have settled to have a normal life with him and would have been happy enough, but never as happy as she would be with Finnick
and Conway cared about her so much, that he would've been fine with that. honestly though I don't think Conway could have won, I think he was so angry when he realized reader had been using him, known his feelings and used it to get back to someone who'd once broken her heart just set him off. I think he would've instantly been flooded with guilt if she'd died and so either Birch or Marlowe would've won.
additionally I think about how Conway never would be able to understand why reader couldn't just actually love him back, when he cared so much, was so reasonable, but she just didn't want the life he did. and I tried to portray some of those differences when it came to reader wanting the peaches and trading the necklace because he's so do what you need, use what you can afford, and value what people give you, where's she more of you only live once, live for the moment, at least before her games.
and yes, reader knows that she has to perform to survive and that if she wins she can help her family, she would've thought she'd finally be able to live the life she wanted, and maybe finnick would take her back. in the catching fire book, Katniss mentions how she doesn't believe any victor is really a pure person since they did what they had to do to survive (she makes an exception for peeta) and I love being able to reflect that too. reader isn't some angel of a person, she uses someone's feelings, she manipulated, and lies. she's also a teenager, so even things she does before the games to conway are side effects of her being human and a teenager. she's not perfect, finnick's not perfect, conway isn't perfect. but they're all victims and all deserve so much better.

the scene where she went back home was kind of tough to write like i totally get you i get really emotionally invested even when im writing and jfc just imagining how my parents would react literally had me going through it like her dad was devastated and i think it really shows to what extent one person's actions/mistakes can effect cause this shit not only broke her down but also most of those around her so those scenes were def tough to write
but i am so so so glad to hear how much you enjoyed the ending and overall this story! you seriously just relieved me of so many of my worries regarding this story and i always feel like the best compliment is when people tell me they'll reread my stuff so thank you so so much for sending me this ginormous message and hope I'll continue to produce stuff you like! love you loads 🫶 🫶 🫶

poor r walking home alone, or taking a bus alone, all dressed up and with messy makeup, i hope Nat realizes how dangerous that can be and feels bad for putting r in that position.
maybe kate asks nat the next day if she's seen r, bc they didn't make it home last night, then R arrives home in the morning. She's fine, she just wanted to take some time to think about what's been happening. When Nat finds out she maybe apologizes and tries to make it up to R just so r doesn't regret their arrangement or resent Nat (definitely NOT bc Nat is starting to feel something more 🫣) and it leads to a sorta sweet moment but they get interrupted by Nat's wife
r could also start feeling ashamed in the moments she isn't with Nat, before she just didn't thought too much about it but after what happened she is much more insecure about her role in Natasha's life, like maybe she is just a past time for Nat from her stagnant married life, she doesn't show it with Nat (too busy being fucked to oblivion) but in other aspects of life she becomes withdrawn and maybe it shows during the tour, maybe even making a comment about how she just doesn't remember why she was so excited about it anymore, now she just feels numb.

yes!!!! i was also thinking abt how upset the reader must have felt having to go back home after that, but i'm sure after Natasha got home she also felt guilty. like, she knows what she did was wrong, but then again, she's too selfish to admit her own mistakes. and i think i already answered this for someone else, but i think it will take a while for the reader to be ashamed again of what she’s doing bc of Natasha managing to manipulate her, and also bc of the way the reader is feeling abt her, i mean, she’s technically in love already. but i'm sure if Nat keeps treating her like this midway through the tour she'll start to lose heart about it all...but someone else might also step in so idk 🤷🏻♀️

And I'm sorry for not writing to you in a long time but I'm going through a rough patch with my mental health and although I wanted to say something to you I didn't have the energy and any idea what I can write but I saw your post about me a few days ago and I gathered myself to write something
So when it comes to my sunburn that I had last time it's gone I had a hard time with it when the skin was pilling off and it was very itchy and I couldn't reach my back properly to put a soothing cream on it 😫
I also got another job offer but it was part time and it was too far away and the money was too little so I would literally have to put my savings to get there and come back so I didn't take it ( I hope you know what I mean bc i don't know how to explain it in English right now 😭)
Anyway i hope you're enjoying your time without school and that your job isn't kicking your butt to much 💜 and that you're having a good day

ahhh nooo that sucks regarding the job offer, but i completely get you for not taking it, i wouldn’t have either!! and regarding my own job i’m quitting in two weeks so i’m currently searching for a full time job instead 🤪🤪🤪 we will see if something interesting catches my eye!
regarding my first date, it went really well! we were set up by a mutual friend because she was certain we could click well and she was absolutely right. i’ve never had this much fun with someone before lmfao but yeah we hung out for 7 hours on that first date. we just drank a beer and went back to his place and hung out! and i was with him yesterday as well (that’s the reason i was inactive) and i’m seeing him again tomorrow so 🫣🫣 just going with the flow but he’s such a cool guy hahaha like genuinely funny too!!
my time off has been lovely ever since graduation!! so yeah i’m fully enjoying it even tho i sleep like shit lately cause i always feel like i have an assignment to do… idk hopefully that fase passes cause it’s bugging me annoyingly 🙄
ahh i’m so glad you’re enjoying my milestone drabbles 🥺 i’ve had a lot of fun working on them hehe i’ll be working on one tonight if im not too tired after work.
