I just saw this on a post in response to the human rights violations being executed in Palestine, and it reminded me of when TRAs were saying there's a trans genocide happening in America. Where? 🤨

I distinctly remember a guy specifically saying it's already at stage nine, but in reality it hasn't even reached stage one. The Us vs. Them argument can be used for basically anything, dog people and cat people, women and males, left-handed people and right-handed people. There are just groups of people that exist and trans people vs "cis" people is simply one of them. And what possibly could be considered as a hate symbol for stage two??? There's nothing. Nobody has any distinct symbol to visualise the otherness of trans people.

I could go on, but my case here is clear. There is no trans genocide, they're fear mongering within their own ranks and looking at everyone else as the perpetrators. You really just can't make this shit up...

The thing about Idiocracy is that eugenics is inextricably baked into its premise; like, it's not an accident, or something that you can handwave away, or even something that you can dismiss as a Product of Its Time(TM); it's a movie--made 60 years after the fall of Nazi Germany, mind you--about how we need to sterilize the (working class, mass-culture-consuming) degenerates or else they'll outbreed us (upper middle class degree holders).
