'My Ideal Man'
Someone asked me, 'what is your ideal man?'. I never know how to answer this question i just don't know on how to start explaining this whenever someone is asking. Sometimes you can get your ideal man with you but most of the time it don't. You should know your limitations, wants and needs. In this generations, it is not easy to find an ideal man because it is hard or difficult to trust someone.
Ideal man or women can easily deliver his or her thoughts and ideas in perfect manner. My ideal man should be gentlemen, treat me like a lady not a trophy, God fearing, respectful. He doesn't have to love what i love. Infact, he should appreciate what i love. Paying attention and time because it is the most valuable act in a man to his women. In addition, ability to listen anytime. My ideal man should have a sense of humor, ability to put smile on our faces just to makes us laugh and also to be a friend to lean on anytime, support me in everything, trustworthy and responsible. Also know how to cook.
My ideal man should be a man with his own words. A man can stand in all circumstances in life. A man who will stand by me, stay with me no matter what happens in life. Able to forgive knowing his responsibilities and also hardworking for his family.
He should be so much more than a man.

White horse is my favorite song. Everytime that I would listen to it, I can't help but to sing it with too much feelings. What I understand with the song is that, sometimes who you want is not the one for you. We tend to wish for a fairytale-like story. And yes, of course, we have been through that stage. The stage of dreaming of an ideal partner.
I used to dream about the man of my dreams being a gentleman, god-fearing, smart, kind, and sweet one. An almost perfect kind of man who will love me unconditionally and endlessly like the princes of the princesses in fairytales.
But hey! We should wake up! We are in the real world. This ain't a fairytale. This is far from fantasy. We will get hurt, we will get tired, and we will lose hope. But I am sure that when it is already the right time, everything will fall into their right places. I will meet that “person” who is destined to be with me and you will meet yours.
I know that God will not give us who we want, not because He doesn’t love us but because He loves us too much that He wants the best for us. And I know that He will give me someone that I deserve.
Someone who will love me the way I deserve to be loved.
Someone who will love every piece of me including my imperfections.
Someone who will understand me even I am in my worst state.
Someone who will not get tired of my endless rants and dramas.
Someone who will be my number one fan.
Someone who will listen to the messy, random, and weird thoughts that I have in mind.
Someone who will appreciates my awkward laugh, corny jokes, and silly thoughts.
Someone who will pray for me. That he wants me to be with him for the rest of our lives.
Someone who will still love me even at my weakest point.
I want to have the kind of relationship where we embrace silence and yet we can communicate. Talking quietly, because he gets me. I want to have that kind of relationship where I can call “home”. That when we are together, even in the midst of a storm, he will be my calm. That at the middle of a war, he will be my soldier. I want to have that kind of relationship where he supports me instead of changing me because he doesn’t want what I am about to do.
I want to date the guy who will take candid photos of me with captions that would certainly make butterflies in my stomach and make my heart beats faster.
The guy who promises me that he’ll stay and who means it.
The guy who makes me his priority because I deserve that.
The guy who protects me at all costs because he wants me to be safe with him.
The guy whom I would never have to beg for because he knows I am worthy of his attention.
I will also do the same. I will definitely support the love of my life because I am not the kind of person who will forbid you for the things that you love to do. I will understand him even through the worst situations. I will never let him feel that he was nothing to me. I will stay with him even if we are fighting. I will love him wholeheartedly.
I know that these things are just too much to ask for. But it is not bad to hope and dream of having someone with all those traits, isn’t it?
What I really dream and hope for is to be with the guy who loves God more than anything else. Because if he loves Him, everything will follow. I just want someone who will be my bestfriend, partner in crime, food buddy, travel buddy, and best supporter at the same time. I just want someone who will stay no matter what.
To the future love of my life, let’s make it work and worth it.
