“I love you, Y/n,” he said smiling as he licked his ice cream cone.

You couldn’t believe he said it, you had only been dating for about three months; you thought it was too soon to be in love but you felt it. Every smile he gave you enlightened your whole body, it was like he was your personal sunshine. Even though you still hadn’t said anything, he was calm awaiting your reaction.

“I-, I-,” you stutter.

“No it’s okay Y/n, it’s way too early in the relationship to know if you love me; but I feel it. I don’t know, no one has ever made me this happy.”

“It’s not that Hoseok, actually quite the opposite,” you pause to smile, “I think- no I know, I’ve loved you since the moment this became official.”

“Really?”

“Mhm,” you lick your own ice cream, “It’s a bit scary, honestly, I feel like- I don’t know, but I have this feeling, I’ll love you till the day I die.”

It was rare, but you guys would fight on occasion it was always something dumb like Hoseok not cleaning up after himself or you walking into his studio when he’s recording and disrupting a verse. This time it was about him driving to recklessly, he seemed to get annoyed at your words as you asked him to slow down because it was too dangerous on the curvy roads, to be driving at the speed he was. He rolled his eyes at you repeatedly as you calmly asked for him to slow down because you didn’t feel comfortable, he just kept reassuring you that it was fine, he had control. You would’ve let it go if the weather conditions were normal and it was broad daylight, but it was exact opposite and you were beginning to get scared.

He finally gives in and slows down, but he doesn’t let the argument go, he complains to you about how you should trust him and his driving because he knew what he was doing. In a way he may have been right, he was a planner, he planned everything. No matter the occasion, he already had your schedules ready for whatever.

Hoseok had planned the entire day out, after three years of being together and living together, his life had finally settled down and he was ready to begin a family. Today would be the first step into making that possible, he took you out on vacation and this was the last day, so it was now or never. His first idea was to rent out your favorite restaurant there in the city you were in; after dinner, you’d go on a walk through the empty streets and “unconsciously” end up at the beach. He always saw on T.V. how romantic it was when a couple was walking down a beach under the moonlight, talks seemed to turn more personal and loving. Hoseok was sure you’d say yes, how could he doubt it when you’ve stuck by his side for years despite his hectic schedule.

At the hotel, you struggled finding the perfect dress for tonight, you didn’t know why but it felt like it would change things between the two of you, and you’d like to remember it forever. You rummaged through your luggage but nothing seemed to satisfy you, that’s when you noticed a white box with a red ribbon on top, laying perfectly on your bed. A small card was on the box and it was in Hoseok’s handwriting, ‘I figured you’d stress yourself out, I saw this in the mall when we were there and it’s like it was made just for you.’ You smile, even after being together for so long, he was still the same adorable attentive boyfriend. A red dress lay in the box, you pull it out and it was just beautiful, he was right- it was like it was made just for you. You sighed in contentment, there was never a moment of doubt in the relationship; it was crazy, he was like.. your forever. You hoped to be his.

You slipped on black heels, and walked out the room to meet Hoseok at the restaurant. When you arrived at the lobby there was a man holding a board with your named scribbled on it, but what caught your attention more was the big goofy smile he had on. Giggling you walk towards him and he guides you to a black Suburban. The car ride was short, only about five minutes long; you were a bit surprised to see that the restaurant had very little lighting on and there wasn’t any customers out in the front patio waiting to be served. But you made your way into the restaurant to find a young lady, about your height waiting to seat you; it’s not until you’re walking down the dining area that you notice it’s completely empty. At a two person table, Hoseok sat smiling widely in your direction and he stood up as soon as you got close. Seating you, he pushes in your chair and sit on his side, grabbing your hand he looks into your eyes and gives you a wink.

“I knew it was made just for you,” he says kissing one of your hands.

The dinner went well, it was sweet and filled with joy, it lasted longer than you both expected but it just made it better. The streets were quiet, all that was heard was the laughter from the both of you creating a beautiful melody. You can’t recall anything that was said, you just remembered his soft smile and his eyes glistening as he watched you talk and talk. Eventually you both were walking along the damp sand as the waves crashed at your feet, and the moon lit the pathway on the beach. Somehow from the dinner to now, Hoseok had become quiet and nervous; you tried to cuddle up to his side but he stopped in his tracks suddenly moving in front of you. His eyes were teary- you thought the worst- it must be ending.

He got down on one knee and pulled out a red box from his pocket, “ Y/n Y/l/n, I’ve loved you since the first day we got together and I’ve loved you a little more every single day since then. I don’t see an end to this and I’m hoping you don’t either because I plan to love you a little more every single day of lives- ‘til death do us part. Will you marry me?”

His tears were streaming down his face but all you do was wipe them away, you stood there shocked- in a good way. You had been waiting for this moment for quite a while, ever since you both mentioned your future plans with each other, and now it was finally coming true.

You hadn’t realized that tears were raining down on your own face until he stood up and looked you in the eyes and wiped them away.

“I always make you wait for my reaction, but I just can’t believe this is really happening,” you pause, “Of course Hoseok, I will.”

He slides on the engagement ring on your finger and embraces you in a tight hug. He lifts you off the ground and spins you around laughing and crying all at the same time.

“So what’s next?” he says looking at you, “Are you going to complain about the music being to loud?”

“Hoseok stop, you and I both know it’s not safe to be reckless. Stop being petty, there isn’t any music playing.”

“Is that what’s missing for you? Music?” he moves his hand to the radio, “Here you go sweetheart, just for you.”

You look down at your hands not really knowing what to say back. He was angry, and whatever you said next would only aggravate him more so you stayed silent. You didn’t want to see him but you knew he was staring at you and back at the road every couple seconds, he was distracted and angry. A sweet melody fills the speakers and it’s your wedding song, the song you both had chosen perfectly described how you felt for each other, and without a doubt still do.

I never knew you could hold moonlight ‘til the night I held you…

His body seemed to relax and regret started to settle in. He was being inconsiderate of your feelings and getting mad at such a little thing. It wasn’t worth it. It wasn’t worth your sad silence.

You felt tears come out of your eyes, you didn’t know why it made you emotional, but it did. It was like you were back to the day your first met each other. 5 years had gone by and he still brought so much happiness into your life. It was hard to explain to anyone even yourself that he was different. He was your true one and only, and no one could ever compare to him.

Baby I be fallin’

You finally turned to look at him and saw he was already looking. It was weird, even in that moment you couldn’t help but smile at him, tears falling out and all. It just felt right- he must’ve felt it too because he returned the same sad smile with his own tears.

He’s so bossy, he makes me dance, tryna sit in the back of his whip and just cancel my plans,

There was no way to expect what was coming next, there was no time to process anything at all. You didn’t even know it hit you until you heard the song playing in your head instead of the radio. Somehow a pick-up truck, twice the size of Hoseok’s Mercedes had hit you on a sharp turn, he was too invested in the moment to react quicker and save you both from the crash. All you could see were headlights, glass shattered everywhere, and parts of the Mercedes lying around.

Sweet like candy, but he’s such a man,

You start to panic, and adrenaline kicks in, you don’t feel any of the pain so you’re not aware of how dangerous your injuries are. You attempt to move around but it’s nearly impossible, something’s holding you down and you can’t feel your legs, you turn your head and see Hoseok lying next to you. His eyes are closed and you feel a sudden wave of sadness. You call out his name, you move your arm near his and shake him as much as you can, you hope desperately to get him to wake up. He needed to wake up.

One more shake and his eyes flew open, he gasps for air and his eyes widen, he sees you and he gets a good look at your injuries. This isn’t good he thinks, he starts to cry as you stare at him. You must not realize how bad the situation is if you’re just looking at him. His hand reaches out to hold yours and he realizes he can moves his body. With all the strength he has, he makes his way to you.

He knows just what it does when he’s holding me tight,

At this point he can’t control himself, he feels everything, all the pain in his body but mostly the pain in his heart. You couldn’t see it or feel it, but parts of glass were shattered all over your body, parts of the car were stabbing different parts of your body. He knew the moment he got closer to you, that there was no way help would be able to help you, you’d be gone. There was a pool of your blood on the concrete, he was sure it was from one of the car parts going through your abdomen. Ignoring his pain he held you, the best way possible, a couple shards of glass hurting him in the process; he didn’t care. He wanted to be able to hold you one last time, you were his happiness, his world and now you were close to being gone.

You smile up at him weakly, you didn’t know why but suddenly your body was giving out. It was hard to make out any words but even when you tried, Hoseok would hush you and pull you closer. You started picturing different scenarios with him, some of the future and some that had already happened. You dreamt of your dreams, like having children, or having grandkids, but then those were interrupted with moments from your wedding- some from your anniversaries- some just funny moments.

And he calls me moonlight too.

You come back to the real world and see his face, he’s sad- well more than that. It hits you, this was it. These were your last moments together, these were the last couple minutes you’d get with the love of your life.

With all the strength you have left you grab his face and pull him closer, “I love you, remember that forever. I wish we had more time, but this is it for me. I really hope you pull through, Hobi. I love you so so much. I’ll always be waiting for you, until the universe is ready for us again. Please don’t do anything stupid, if you get the chance live you life, have fun, love until your heart can’t love anymore.”

He’s crying loudly, sobbing into your neck, “I don’t want you to go. Please stay. Please. I love you so much, don’t leave me.”

“I’ll never leave you. You’re my one and only, my moonlight.”

And just like that, you take your last breath.

“I love you, moonlight, I’ll keep you in my heart forever.”

Till this day Hoseok doesn’t truly know what happened after you lost your life. He knows he ended up in a coma for about three days and no one really expected him to wake up, but he did. It wasn’t his time, and that was okay. The guys all kept by his side until he was ready to be on his own, it was hard at first, being without you, but eventually he moved on. He found someone who made him happy, who was able to love him unconditionally, and he was able to love her the same way. They had a daughter, she strangely reminded him of you, with every passing day she grew up to have a lot of his features but her personality was just like yours. His wife knew about you, and about how much you meant to him, she understood. She went with him to your grave for your birthday, your anniversaries, she supported him because she knew that this is what completed him- being able to keep a connection with you. It wasn’t unhealthy either, it was good, and she knew that.

On the other side you watched him grow old with his family and your heart was content, you had him until the day you died and that was enough for you. Your love was the strongest feeling you ever felt in your whole life. You hoped to have another life with him, and experience it all over again, this time with a little more time in your timelines and no death unless is old age. You would be counting on it, till then you’d wait for him and maybe see him in this new world.

Astro in Daycare au

okay i thought about this and i found it really cute(this was better in my head honestly)

Myungjun:

Lil sunshine

everyone loves him and he loves everyone

smiles all the time bc everyone says hes cute when he smiles

makes flower crowns and give it to other kids

sings while making them (the adults found it so adorable they had to film it once)

everyone forgives him right away when he does somthing wrong

“dont do it again okay??”

“myungjuns is sorry” and then gives them puppy eyes

they try to stay mad but myungjun is just too cute so they just give in and forgive him

he always uses aegyo to get out of trouble tbh

a prankster

he mostly pranks the day care workers and hides their things

has watch too many disney movies tbh

wants to be the princess instead of the prince

believes in santa

also plays house with jinjin as a dad and him as a mom

judges minhyuk bc he wont play house with him

“why wont u play house with me”

“because im a hero”

myungjun: :c

“okay maybe some heros play house”

he’s so cute and he’s just happy all the time no one can ruin his day

Jinwoo:

The good kid

always listens to the adults and is very polite

acts as a big brother bc he’s the second oldest

scold the others when theyre misbehaving

very friendly and is also friends with everyone

likes myungjun and the flower crowns that he gives him a lot

fights with myungjun about who loves who the most

“i love you thiiis much”

“well i love you tHIIIIIIIIIIS MUCH”

caretakers would cry in the background of how adorkable they are

he also loves dogs a lot too

he smiles a lot

bc he likes making people happy

stands up for the other kids when theyre in trouble

would held responsible even though hes not the one who did it bc he doesnt like the other kids to fight

he also likes hugs

hugs the caretaker before leaving the daycare

when someone is crying he hugs them to comfort them

he also likes patting people’s head to

he thinks people would like it since dogs does

actually really precious pls protect him

he believes in santa so much

he also believes flying dogs are real(if there are flying reindeer then theres a flying doggo)

Dongmin:

The goody two shoes and the knows it all

the only one who doesn’t believe in santa

made a kid cry once bc he said santa isnt real(its jinjin)

says sorry after getting scolded

always listen to what the adults tell him

suprisingly mature for a 4 yo

listens to the adults

parents always compare him to other kids like how he’s such a good kid and well behave

acts his age when it involves minions

all his things have minions on it

brings a small minion plushy with him

he’s quiet and distant until you get close to him

he cares about others a lot

hes very very handsome but he's snobby when hes not close to u

hes always the prince whenever they have a play

lowkey he also likes bin because playing with him is fun even though bin always tease him

gives bin food to show affection

literally everyone teases him bc hes fun to tease

doodles on bin’s face when he’s sleeping as revenge for teasing him

dont ever fight him

he becomes very agressive if u do lol

Bin:

Eats literally everything

like bIN NO THATS A PENCIL NOT FRENCH FRIES

always steals food from other kids

uses his puppy eyes when he gets caught

looks intimidating at first but in reality he’s really soft and just wants food

blames dongmin when he does something wrong

like when he spilled food on his shirt he’d immediately say “dongmin did iiiit !!”

dongmin yelling from the other side of the room “I DID NOT!”

also loves dongmin bc he gives him food

whenever dongmin does he smiles like the sun and everyone just cry

spaces out all the time

he’s literally full of distraction

says ‘yes’ even though he doesnt understand what theyre saying

sleeps all the time

literally would sleep everywhere

he sleeps even if its not nap time

wakes up with doodle on his face and gets confused when the other kids laughs at him for no reason

likes to hug something when he sleeps

would hug everything close to him

hugs dongmin’s stuffed minion even though he doesn’t like minionS

Minhuk:

Very reckless

one time he climbed in a cabinet and yells “iM A HERO !! I CAN FLY!” and proceeds to jump of the cabinet

good thing he didnt get hurt and then after that he got scolded and told them he will never do it again

does it again later on

he’s quiet and shy but he is very energetic

watches too many power ranger cartoons

encourages sanha to 'save’ the world from evil with him

doesn’t want play house with myungjun bc he has more important things to apparently

“but i wanna play house too” sanha would pout

“but we gotta SAVE THE WORLD! WHAT IF OUR PARENTS GET EATEN BY A MONSTER”

“but can we play house after we save the world?”

“sighs* okay”

he also loves building legos a lot

he wont let anyone help him with building legos

if they do he ends up crying

like bin, he also doesnt pay attention to his surroundings

gets flustered when he’s surrounded by people

doesn’t know what to do when someone cries so he calls for ms. anna loll

myungjun’s partner in crime basically

acts cutely when he gets in trouble

tells on the kids to the grownups just when they tell him not to

the first one to tell the adults when someone makes the other cry
