Its always bugged me how Kai could just walk away perfectly fine after being half-corrupted by the staff of Elements. After something like that he should be at least a little torn up. But in the very next scene he was just talking and laughing with the other Ninja (Plus garm and nya) like nothing happened. Like. It's just so unbelievable and so much wasted potential. Not to mention how none of the other Ninja, with similar experiences, were affected by their traumas either. (Except maybe Zane.) We never see Lloyd troubled by what happened to him in season 5. We never see Jay or nya troubled by season 6. We never see them reacting realistically to traumas that very much should have affected them negatively. In this essay I will

ok not to be like no fun allowed but 10 does NOT count for this at ALL bc 1) the zygon in question was disguised as a woman at the time and i cant even find evidence for that particular zygon being male (NOT saying you're lying, i'd just like to see what your evidence is). and 2) he is by appearances easily the straightest doctor in that he kissed 8 different women onscreen (BY FAR the most of any modern who / torchwood / sja / class character!!! and in fact he is the ONE single character who kisses 5+ different people who does not kiss people of both binary genders) and ZERO men and never said or did anything truly explicit unlike every other modern who doctor. and like when i say that please keep in mind that i am talking about a FICTIONAL CHARACTER which is different from a real person. if a character only does lowkey things that can be waved away by the audience yes they might be queer from a queer fan's perspective but how a queerphobic cishet person is going to receive them is very different.

that said i do think david tennant would do that yes

Constant pain only dulled for a whole day by daily taking full dosage of tylenol and also 1 advil even tho I'm not supposed to take NSAIDS

Miserable

#extraction is friday. home today then work tues-thurs #and thurs is inventory night :))))#advil is bc in the 4pm-9pm time range the tylenol is not enough #like ive been staggering the doses bc max dosage is 6 pills #and also i want tp try not having to take the advil by overlapping differently but so far not working #earlier pill wears off at 5. took another at 2:30 thats good till 8:30 so in theory i should be ok rn bc i have 2 tylenol in my system #cant take another one until after 4:52 (took the prev dose at 10:52) and its 4:39 and ive been at 6-8 level pain since 4pm #ish.#have a few tricks that lessen the pain and should be helping like cold compress and tugging on my ear and holding my tongue against roof of #my mouth bc it helps for some reason. but all thats doing is stopping it from being a level 10 pain #between tmj pain and whatwvers up w my ear rn (may be related to tmj) and the pain in the gums around the tooth #and the pain from where she did the numbing injections. and both that and the gums are swollen/irritated #the pain bounces back and forth between the different spots and the gums/tooth area throba #throbs* occasionally. so I'm just. in a lot of pain #earlier in the day I'm fine with the one tylenol wearing off soon after i take a 2nd one #and I'm fact i went an hour between one wearing off while a 2nd was in my system before taking the 3rd instead of #what I'll be doing now which is taking another asap after the one wears off. 5pm or asap #last night had to take an advil #and this morning got up late and didnt take a tylenol till 7:30 after last one wore off at 3am #I'll have 1 extra pill tonight i can take either after 11:30pm or after 3am #Or if i can wait it out and take it ehem i get up for work #otherwise my 24 hrs resets at 7:30 tomorrow which means not taking a tylenol when i get up in the morning #reluctantly id take an advil tonight or in the morning i guess

#not asking for medical advice here. as a disclaimer.#but my elderly dog is showing hallmark signs of joint pain / arthritis and it makes me so :(#we cant afford emergency vet and the normal vet is booked out for a bit so in the mean time hes just getting a comfy cozy day with mom #and be carried around everywhere gingerly #and some vet approved joint supplements and such to try to help him out until the vet can see him #having a bunch of little old men as pets is stressful ngl #i realized the other day too that my crested gecko is elderly too now #so 3/4 of my vertebrae having pets are old men #like :( i dont like having all of them be old #and two of them having sore joints :(#what if i wanted my boys to be young and spry and live forever smh #im kidding im ok with mortality its just. sad to think that these three may very well pass in a short time frame close to each other #the gecko might not though. hes ~11/12 which means he could have like. 2-10 more years in him #rome too for that matter. he could pass away today. he could pass away ten years from now. u just dont know!#unlikely that hes around in ten years tho #im guessing hes going to see his 30s though. or at least get close to it #anyways tldr im sad about my old men and want them to feel better

Sleep thing part two: What time is it a *disaster* for you to get to bed? You may be able to get through the day but it's going to hurt. Like. This isn't a "I'm so sleep deprived that I need to call off of work because it's not safe for me to do my job" thing, it's a "I am going to feel like shit all day and I'm going to crash hard when I'll get home but I'll be able to hang" thing.

#after six means I'm getting less than three hours sleep before work #and is going to mean that i'm wiped out and will crash early the next night

Okay so as much as the 3 day work week schedule has been the second biggest draw to my new position at work, Monday is Memorial Day and we get time and a half for that, so as much as I love my time off, I like extra money more

#already picked up a 6 hour shift that day because a bitch got bills to pay #i May pick up a second and rack up like a full 12 hours but we will see #id be showing up at 5 am if i did and i wouldnt be free from work til 10 #BUT the shifts are spaced out so that the 5 am one ends at 11 so id be going home for a couple hours and come back at 4 #i could easily nap to recover some energy and then hit the grind again #idk i think i could do it #zen texts
