I didn’t see it coming, so my first time hearing the part starting from 3:59 was an Experience. An experience I would really love to share! So... here is the Chinese version of the last two verses that Zhou Shen adapted himself.

This was supposed to be from Grizabella’s perspective, but I think it is also Shenshen’s and ours as well. Ah, it resonates hard with me anyway.

i am wide awake thinking about that post canon jb au again when I should be sleeping …!!! such is the nature of the jbrainrot…

i started reading natsume yuujinchou from the first chapter again, and... omg early natori is SCARY. his eyes just so... empty, dude... even worse than natsume

and some of his words just... not good at making him look appealing lol he's so forceful at times over what he think is better for natsume, and to see natsume be like "okay i thought you're a pretty nice guy but don't you dare tell me shit about what's right or wrong!" is just so... admirable. like hell yeah dude, fight that guy just because he's an adult doesn't mean he knows better 😤😤

like usually in other manga with this situation, the adults are actually pretty spot on, but i love how midorikawa yuki didn't do that, and let natori be wrong without him being a bad person, and she let natsume shows how mature his decision making is without the narrative siding 100% to his whims

also i wanna add that i find it interesting that natori is the subversion of the "handsome guy with flowers in the background whenever he appears" trope, like that's so peak shojo of him, but for midorikawa yuki to take that and turns it into "this whole thing is a facade for natori to hide who he truly is" is just... interesting. even better that she really kept at the whole "natori is always in conflict with natsume even though he think he's doing something in natsume's best interest" pretty long in the story, because it means she didn't let us forgive natori so easily, but rather let him earn our... love for who he truly is as a person rather than his facade of the "older, wiser man"

#anyway i think my view of him currently is pretty much influenced by how i remember who he is in my adolescence #i did watch the 2 seasons when i was pretty young so... at that time i think he's actually right all the time lol #now i look at him... this guy who's 2 years younger than me #i just see so many flaws lol but also... i get it #being too protective over someone younger but forgetting that they have their own life #and what you decide is correct for them doesn't mean it'll benefit them #and i really respect that natsume's able to confront him on his overbearing attitude lol #tmi tag

The wildest thing about getting to take a photo with Tom is that it didn't feel quite real, like he wasn't a real person standing there in front of me that I was about to be right next to. I partially attribute that to how fast the line was going, but even if I had a bit more time to process, I surely would have felt the same: that a man whose life, basically, I had been following since 2013, was in the same room as me and I was mere feet away.

I was lightheaded in the moments prior to the photo, although whether due to being hungry and needed water or overwhelmed suddenly despite not feeling it before (and thrown off by the girl in front of me trying to hold a brief conversation and the crew trying to escort her away), I'm not sure. I do wonder how Tom feels about the whole thing, about how fast it went.

We greeted each other, I got to shake his hand (his hand really is big, much larger than I expected, yet when he shook mine, it didn't feel overwhelming, and he didn't crush me), he put his arm behind me and mine behind him (his coat was quite soft; my mom speculated it's a nice/fancy wool), we smiled, FLASH, I thanked him (I can't recall if he thanked me), and off I went.

While fast, definitely 100% worth it. I've never had the chance to go anywhere else he's been due to time and money, but this time, the stars aligned.

I was lucky enough to have enough income to be able to do that plus get better seating for the live show, which was also definitely worth it; I wasn't as close as I would have liked, but better than higher up—and the general seating filled up really fast, so much so that when it got delayed due to autographs (I get the sense they overbooked him, because he had to go BACK after it was done), they told us not to leave the theatre because so many people couldn't get in.

Anyway, I absolutely loved being able to hear him talk in person, and he told pretty much all new stories this time! At least, new to me, but I'm pretty sure most of them had not been told before, probably because the audience got to ask the questions (using a Google forms from the week before that was only open for twenty-four hours AND I MISSED—and they had apparently 84 questions?? Surely they could have left that open longer, then).

I really hope I get the opportunity to see him in person again in some form or fashion; i.e. I'd probably do an autograph, or if he's got enough live event, just pay for good seating for that. I don't know if I'll get so lucky a second time, and I will definitely cherish this for a long while.

I personally enjoy fight club because it’s very interesting to watch the physical and mental self destruction of person trying to find a purpose in life when they don’t desire the typical traditional american ideal life. To see the descent into delusion.

Referring to everyone's skill as of pre.#Reiner said Bertolt was the strongest of all of the shifters but he held himself back. He came 3rd without giving his all. Or really trying #I hc he held himself back to try not to let too much of his strength show bc people forget he had military training b4 joining the 104th.#And ofc. Also to not bring too much attention to himself bc of who he really is???#The way he mastered his Titan straight away and also has such a good handle on it.#Out of the 3 shifters he was the one that stayed true to the mission. Despite his reluctance he's got the strength and commitment.#People are so quick to say he relies on Reiner too much. And while he does at times. Reiner relies on him just as much if not more. Even if #Reiner doesn't realise it. Bertolt keeps him on track and has no one supporting him at all.#In COTT arc... U see him dodge Mikasa who is an Ackerman and seen as one of the strongest characters in the series...#And the same in RTS. Everyone gets too distracted by Mikasa to actually pay attention to how he dodges her 4 times?? Even tho she attacks #from behind? And the way he lands a hit on her. I just *screams*. I love how many times she tries to kill him. lol #How effective he is when he abandons his guilt and this is sort of irrelevant but. It's so special to me because as someone who is #a quiet person irl round people I don't know well. Who has it brought up a lot.
