Joke panics so quickly and so easily every time Zo doesn't answer his door. Even if he has no reason to expect anything bad is happening.
I still think Joke has some issues we haven't touched on yet because we've been so busy trying to help Zo get through his own issues and his own fears that we haven't had a chance to see that Joke is struggling as well.
Joke panics if Zo is out of contact for any period of time and sometimes even just when he's out of sight. He needs to know that Zo is safe and okay and loves him more than he needs anything else.
Joke seeks contact with Zo constantly and hates hesitation or waiting even if he accepts them because he wants everything right then.
He pushes Zo to try new things constantly and does so even in front of his friends and even when it makes everyone uncomfortable and leads to Zo being upset.
Joke is desperate and needy and scared and worried. He is constantly in a state of heightened anxiety about Zo. What happened in the past? What happened to him, what happened between him and Zo?
Next week we discover the lie that started everything and we watch everyone fall apart. What is going to come up? How much is this going to hurt?

I just realized that Li Susu has no idea if she can even get back to her own time after she kills TTJ (in the drama, again I have no idea about the novel). I mean, she’s been so bullheaded in doing what she (thinks) has to do that she didn’t even consider what would be of her at the end of the things. She never thinks of the after, which could very well be trauma, denial, or just that she has no idea of what may come after.
It’s high likely she thinks she won’t survive killing him anyway, or at least that she’ll be stuck as Ye Xiwu until she reincarnates back into herself, but really, this gives me a layer of reading her as in “I’m doing all of this for the world, I have to do this or I won’t have anything else, it doesn’t matter what will be of me after” because she literally puts her life on the line more than once to save him until she can remove the Evil Bone, she had no hesitation even when she took on herself the World Alluring Jade, she just accepted she’ll die at the end of her mission.
It’s much more tragic, if you think about it, that she lost everything prior to her time-trip and she doesn’t expect anything to come out of it for herself, only the safety of the world, not taking herself into account in the slightest.
So, when she promises to stay by his side until her mission ends, I don’t think she sees a future for herself, with or without him. She’s ready to die, she had been ever since she left her time.
Oh, I made myself sad.

i got a 100 on my math test, this girl was being so loud and obnoxious in third period i was about to go insane, i got a 92 on my science test, i almost fell asleep in sixth period, got chick fil a, was eating ice cream peacefully and then found out jack hughes got a girlfriend, ethan edwards gets injured, carolina hurricanes are actually winning a game??, and just found out jamie drysdale might have a girlfriend too 🤷♀️

Am I crazy or is Jason's tattoo in his new webcomic suspiciously similar to Roy's tattoo?
Edit: I think some people don't get why it's wrong if it's the same tattoo. It's not because it belonged to another character first and they are giving it to Jason (even if this sucks too), but the tattoo has cultural significance. It was made by his Navajo family and is part of their culture. Giving it to Jason will strip away the real meaning and is disrespectful since Jason isn't Navajo.

HOTD 1x08: Immediate reaction
As I type these words, I don't know what to make of the episode, just that it is not long enough. The timeline has struck again unfortunately.
One thing that I know it’s that all the rumours, the gossips about episode 8 were wrong! Even the leaks.
Also, two green characters were missing from this episode: Ser Crispin and Larys Strong.
A problem occurred during the intro, why Aegon and Viserys weren’t on the family tree?! Why Daemon symbol wasn’t merged with Rhaenyra’s?!
And why no Dragon was present in this episode?
I loved that they showed us Dragonstone in full and that Daemon was able to collect eggs this time.
I don’t understand why they choose to present Viserys in such a state? Like a mommy? It wasn’t like that in Fire and Blood. Also, was his tea (milk of the poppy) poisoned?
I hated Alicent’s comportment with a rape victime. What a cunt. Honestly, if Aegon turned out to be this way, I’m not even surprised. It’s all her fault.
Also, the nudity warning was because of Aegon’s ass? Seriously??
I really liked the happy moment between Viserys, Rhaenyra and Daemon, their last. Because let’s face if there is two people Viserys loves beyond anyone else it’s Rhaenyra and Daemon. So I’m sad that we couldn’t get his reaction after their wedding. Why removing your hand from Daemon when Alicent enters the room? Why being shy to demonstrate your affection to your husband?
Where Viserys’ mask come from?
Back to the beginning with Viserys being taking care by the Maester and Otto wanting to manipulate him? Kill him?
Did you notice that there was almost no one in the throne’s room?
They give on last happy moment between Daemon and Viserys, that was really touching for me. When Daemon helps Viserys to the throne and put his crown to his head (foreshadowing for what he will do for Rhaenyra).
Daemon being a bad ass to defend his wife.
Is it me of Aemond is jealous of Daemon? Or doesn’t it regards him like an icon?
I was very interested about Ser Vaemond Velaryon’s embalming. But it seems that there was something else too there with Raenys. I need to rewatch it.
I loved the dinner. Aegon being a dick and couldn’t satisfy his own sister wife. Helaena saying another prophecy, but sad that she is in a joyless marriage. It’s strange to say, but I really want to see more of her.
It’s even sadder, because Jace and Helaena would have made a perfect couple.
And I don’t understand why Daemon don’t say anything to Aemond after his remark.
One last thing, I was expecting more intime moment (not even sex) between Rhaenyra and Daemon, seeing they interact as a family, seeing them in bed talking. Those kinds of little things that make everything.
It’s 4:42am. I’m going to sleep.
