nope! I was gonna be named gráinne after my great gran but then my parents saw 'sorcha' and liked that
2. When was the last time you cried?
I've been crying all week because of allergies, maybe? but like proper crying maybe 2 weeks ago? I have no concept of time but yeah Uni is super stressful so i've had a few stress cries recently
3. Do you have kids?
nope, and tbh the chance of me getting pregnant are super low so that'll probably stay a no
4. What sports do you play/have you played?
yes, so many. Hurling/Camogie (you should check this out its so cool, its a 3000 year old sport and played at an insane speed, the top level is still amateur), one singular day of Gaelic football (i was beyond bad, turns out i needed glasses lmao), swimming, rounders, and finally the loml Archery. I needed to keep busy as a child 😅😅
5. Do you use sarcasm?
the day i don't is the day i'm dead
6. What is the first thing you notice about people?
their facial expression, trying to see how they're feeling, where is their attention at (lowkey this is a trauma thing)
7. What is your eye colour?
greyish blue, with the hazel central heterochromia
8. Scary movies or happy endings?
Happy endings by a mile, I'll cry but they'll be happy tears
9. Any talents?
I'm good with my hands? does that count, I can pick up a like hands on craft thing really quickly. No party tricks though

in the hospital across the road from my house
11. What are your hobbies?
Embroidery! I love it and am very annoyed that I don't have the time for it right now with all that's going on with uni :( I have a lance triptych that i need to finish and hopefully i'll get that started after august.
I've also gotten back into reading, fiction that is, I have spent an inordinate amount of time reading scholarly stuff, so if anyone has recommendations please share, Lance nation bookclub let's go
12. Do you have any pets?
YES! my sweet baby boy Bobby. I say baby he turned 13 in February so he's getting up there, he's a beagle and a cuddle monster. I love him to bits, he follows me everywhere, sits on my feet to be as close as possible and perfected the puppy dog eyes a long time ago (insert pictures here when i get to my phone)

5'6" (166 or 67cm?)
14. Favorite subject at school?
easily History, I went on a did it college and am currently doing a masters in museum studies so you will not be getting me away from the old stuff. We had an amazing history teacher in secondary school, @f1-disaster-bi can attest to that and she was super encouraging and really nurtured the love of history I had so yeah, making it my job
15. Dream job?
yeah so like i said above i'm doing museum studies at the minute so the dream is the work in a museum. I'd love to work in the education side of museums, sort of a pay it forward vibe with the love of history, outreach programmes and museum events that kind of thing.

14. Favourite subject in school? i'm assuming this is a high school oriented question (?) hands down, film, but also drama production, and drama tech, those were sick. in uni though i really like anything neuroscience-y but specifically i really like memory, i think its very cool.

Got tagged by @katistrophe in this. I'm not gonna tag anyone though because it's past 1 am and i gotta sleep but i wanted to do this before i forget it ^^;
Are you named after anyone? Aye, the library of Alexandria, so in a way Alexander the Great I guess? And also Arthur the Angel, a cartoon character my mum likes a lot.
Do you have kids? I guess my almost 9 years old cat whom i helped bottlefeed since he was a week old doesn't count? I would love to raise a child but getting one in the usual way is out of the question for me and I'd need a partner either way.
When was the last time you cried? Yesterday :') I was listening to one of my playlists and got hit in the feels very hard.
What sports do you play/have you played? I don't know if you would call karate playing? I was actually quite good at it and even got my first brown belt. Then i no longer had time for the dojo because uni and work sucked the life out of me. I now go hiking whenever i can and once i finally get my top surgery, i will hit the swimming pool again.
Do you use sarcasm? No. It usually flies over my head as well because i take it seriously and then people get upset because i get upset about not finding their remarks funny or witty, but hurtful instead.
What is the first thing you notice about people? Depends. Do they wear clothes that catch my attention? Then it's that. Do they have nice hair? Then it's that. Do they have any other physical feature that catches my eye? You got your answer. Sometimes though, it's the voice i notice first. And all this is only for noticing things about people i physically interact with. On the internet it's different of course.
What’s your eye colour? I think in English it's called hazel blue. It's like a bit of every colour eyes can have, but blue and grey are most prominent with a bit of green and light brown around the pupils.
Scary movies or happy endings? Happy endings, as long as they feel logical and not too forced.
Any talents? Organising train trips and cooking dinner for 2 people out of 'I have nothing in the fridge :('
Where were you born? In the city hospital most people in my area and my immediate family got born at.
What are your hobbies? Too many to list. Whatever sparks joy at the moment. Mostly in the crafty and creative fields though. I like having something to show off or use or eat that i made myself.
Do you have any pets? Aforementioned cat, a betta fish, a bunch of snails and far more shrimps than i am able to count.
How tall are you? Not even 160 cm.
Favourite subject in school: ooof that really depended on the teacher and particular topic. But all in all a tie between biology, history, German and English.
Dream job: Herding sheep on an island and making cheese out of their milk and stuff out of their wool. I just like animals and the outdoors more than most people. Even though my current job is not bad. I just can't do it full-time so it would support me on its own.

hi, if it wont take up too much of your time, could i get a match up for obey me?
i'm 20, male (trans), and unlabled in terms of sexuality though i am fine dating any gender.
personality: I am usually very nervous and quiet when I first meet people, (which a lot of my friends call me emo for 😭) but if I do get to know people I become much more friendly and often make a lot of jokes, though i will always be slightly introverted and shy. however, I am kind and show sympathy and empathy regularly, especially when people need it. I have an issue with sort of acting 'head empty' around my friends, but i do trust that i am mature and have strong ambitions for the future. I often don't discuss this with others as the people i'm surrounded by mostly only like me when i'm funny and stuff. i'm not sure if this is more personality or physical, but I also have times were i don't talk a lot. I can get cold and snappy if people irritate me too much, but am usually quite patient.
I can made judgements on people's characters and get their personality down very quickly, and if i do not like them, I will try keep a distance. however, i can sense when people are using coldness or harshness to hide problems and will either try stick around and subtly help them or make sure they're doing well from a distance. I don't like overly energetic and spontaneous people as i get tired and burnt out easily, and often prefer doing less chaotic activities though I do enjoy watching others do stupid stuff.

physically: I am 163 cm and 52 kg (so basically i have the build of a malnourished child in a charity ad). I am also chinese, so i carry some ethnic features from there. I have relatively short black hair and pale-ish skin. I have a multiple scars and bruises on my arms, legs and elbows which have come from completely random causes, and also some sh issues. I usually wear oversized sweaters and t-shirts with silly goofy cool prints on them. because i'm ftm, I still have female genitals, though i am on testosterone and blockers for the last two years. planning on getting top surgery soon.
hobbies: swimming, baking, cello, aquascaping, botany, chemistry, taekwondo, marine biology, reading, philosophy, drawing.

1. are you named after anyone?
I am accidentally named after my great-gran, my mum picked out the name Emma because she liked it and forgot it was my great-gran's legal name because everyone called her Bet. My parents only realised when they told her and she was really happy about it, they never let her know it was an accident.
2. when was the last time you cried?
Last night because a sad song came on during insomnia hours. There wasn't even that much to be sad about.
3. do you have kids?
No, perhaps in the future though.
4. do you use sarcasm a lot?
No more than your average Brit.
5. what sports do you play/have you played?
I'm unbelievably shit at every sport I've ever attempted due to disabilty reasons. I am average at swimming though because I was in hydrotherapy to treat my dyspraxia from the age of about 1 to 5. I could swim before I could walk, which sounds impressive until you find out I was almost 3 before I started walking.
6. what’s the first thing you notice about other people?
I usually notice pretty quickly if I'm talking to another autistic person. I thought this was an ability everyone had because our body language is very distinctive, but the neurotypical people in my family seem to think it's some sort of talent. I also have a sixth sense for family drama. Neither of these abilities are particularly useful when you first meet someone though.
7. scary movies or happy endings?
I'm going to be honest I don't watch many movies, I have to watch them with someone else there to talk to. There are a couple of horror movies I keep telling myself I'll watch but probably never will. In terms of movies I've watched the most it's probably Lord of the Rings, which does have a happy ending, but idk if that counts because I think Peter Jackson messed up the bittersweet tone of the book endings by omitting the Scouring of the Shire and the context for why the elves are leaving for Valinor.
8. any special talents?
Other than the ability to ramble incessantly, no.
9. where were you born?
England.
10. what are your hobbies?
Videogames in general, other than the sims I've currently been playing a lot of Darkest Dungeon II. The fact my DSA laptop is a potato is probably saving me from some sort of gaming addiction. I'm attempting to learn to draw currently but so far that's been too stressful to really count as a hobby. When my brain is less fried I enjoy reading.
11. do you have any pets?
Yes, we adopted a pair of bonded rescue cats this November, they are called Annie and Phoebe. We also have a tortoise that is either Hermes or Hermione (she was too young to be sexed pre-COVID, we couldn't travel to our nearest exotic vet during COVID, and then a bunch of life stuff happened so we still don't know).
12. how tall are you?
5"4, I'm somehow the tallest woman in my family though because my Nan passed on the "stop growing at 11" genes to everyone.
13. fave subject in school?
A tie between English and History. It would have been History if it wasn't for the fact all my male History teachers were massive dickheads for no reason.

Used to be archaeology, but I had to leave uni due to health issues this year so idk if I'll actually end up doing that any time soon.

So, I got an ask to answer all questions from the last ask sheet I reblogged. Here you go:
01: Do you have a good relationship with your parents?
Not really I guess? I mean, it could be so much worse, but my father's practically a stranger to me because he was hardly ever around and my mom pretty much closed herself off emotionally after my older brother died (I was still very young back then), so I also feel like I barely know her. But we usually all have a pretty nice time during holidays and they both support me financially as best as they can, so I don't really think I have a right to complain much.
02: Who did you last say “I love you” to?
I'm not sure I've ever said that to anyone. There's a similar phrase im German (it roughly translates to "I hold you dear") that you usually use with family (and I guess friends?), and even that one I barely use. I just never had one to say it to, I guess.
03: Do you regret anything?
Yes. But if I were to list every regret of mine, we'd be here for a while. Though in rare moments I can't bring myself to regret anything, because it made me who I am. (Most of the time I'm not really happy with who that is, so of course I have regrets then.)
04: Are you insecure?
Yes. Maybe less so here with the anonymity of the internet, but not by much.
05: What is your relationship status?
I'm currently single.
06: How do you want to die?
No idea, I'm open to suggestions. (jk😆)
07: What did you last eat?

I'm terrible at litterally any sport you can imagine, but sometimes I like to go swimming, biking or hiking.

No. (But to my shame sometimes the skin around them without noticing.)

If I had to guess, when I was still a kid and me and my younger sister used to fight a lot. I can't really remember though.

Yes, several someones which is why I had a little crisis that ended with me now considering that I might be polyamorous.

Not quite, but I think something close to it several times.

No one particular person that I actually know in person, but of course I hate Homophobes, Transphobes, Racists etc.

Yes, but that's a bit complicated.

Nope, also never had any. And while I would love to have little animal companion, I feel like I should not be trusted with having to keep something alive...
16: How exactly are you feeling at the moment?
Okay-ish. Have a bit of a headache, but otherwise I'm fine and as I said answering the ask that prompted this post, I'm delighted there's someone who cares to know so much about me.

Nope.

Yes.
19: Would you go back in time if you were given the chance?
Depends how much I could go back. I'm a big history nerd and would love to see some events as they happen.

In front of a parking building in summer 2021. I did not really enjoy it.
21: What are your plans for this weekend?
Mostly doing stuff for uni. I also partake in the production of a local culteral event this weekend.

Nope. For similar reasons as with the pets.

If holes for earrings count, then those, in the usual spot. Apart from that, no.
24: What is/are/were your best subject(s)?
I usually got straight As in everything but P.E., but often times they felt undeserved (e.g. in Latin - because even 4 years after my graduation and with additionally completing the entire Duolingo course, I still barely understand a word when I come accross it).
25: Do you miss anyone from your past?
Yes; see answer 14.
26: What are you craving right now?
Affection. I always do.
Also, to finally be through with the semester and all my exams so I can have some sembelence of free time again.
27: Have you ever broken someone’s heart?
If so, I honestly don't know. As far as exes go, I have three (that generously counting, as you'll see). With the first one I was together at the start of Elementary School. When I broke up with him, his mother lamented to mine that he was heartbroken, but he never seemed to be so in school and also, we were like 7, so I'm not sure it even counts.
With my second ex-bf, I thought I would be breaking his heart, be he told me that he usually doesn't feel any emotions (intently) and that he pretty much didn't care that I broke up with him.
And with my last ex, I can't even tell you whom of us broke up, so I can't imagine that I broke his heart. (We haven't spoken since, so I have no way to guess either.)

Don't think so, no.
29: Have you made a boyfriend/girlfriend cry?
Not as far as I know, no.
30: What’s irritating you right now?
My headache. And I'm getting slightly hungry.
31: Does somebody love you?
Bloody good question. As far as I know, no. (Some of my family members sometimes claim they do, but I have a hard time believing it, since I think they'd at least try to spend time with me from time to time if they really did.)
32: What is your favourite color?
Black, but most of the time I enjoy it more when it's paired with other colours.
33: Do you have trust issues?
I don't think so.
34: Who/what was your last dream about?
I don't really remember... The last time I still remembered what I dreamt when I woke up, I posted it here because it was Good Omens related. So if you scroll back enough, you can read it.
35: Who was the last person you cried in front of?
I don't cry in front of other people. (To be fair, I hardly ever cry on my own either.) Although, come to think of it, one time I cried in school in front of a floor full of people - but none of them noticed.

I don't think so.
37: Is it easier to forgive or forget?
Forget. To forgive I have to figure out why it even still bothers me and most of the time I have no idea.

So far it is. But January isn't even over yet, so that's hardly an achievement.

No.

Sometimes, I think. Most times I will apologize though. But as far as I know I also often come across as mean when I'm actually not, so... Think of that what you will.

Noone, as far as I remember.

I mean, it kinda depends on how you define "true love", but yes.

Summer rain/thunderstorms.

Only to look at and for pretty much nothing else; so technically no.

Not necessarily, but I do want a relationship.

I think I wouldn't like that nickname much.
62: What makes you happy?
The most: texting to/talking with people I like and who I feel might like me back. But also reading, singing, dancing, painting, writing, on rare occasions hiking, learning new stuff.

If I ever manage to publish a book I think I might do it under a pen name. If I ever get married, I might consider it. Apart from that, no, I don't think so.
64: Would it be hard to kiss the last person you kissed?
Yes.
65: Your best friend of the opposite sex likes you, what do you do?
That's a hard question, because I don't really have any irl friends, let alone a best friend. And without a specific person in mind, the question is kinda pointless, because the answer would be based purely on speculation.
66: Do you have a friend of the opposite sex who you can act your complete self around?
I don't think I have anyone (at least irl) that I feel like I can act my complete self around. My little sister probably comes closes, but she's obviously my sister, not my friend, and also not of the opposite gender.

(Actual talking:) Some guys with whom I work on a project for uni together. We had a seminar together this morning.

checking in with thy self
i think i am a late bloomer. there i said it. and i feel it even more immensely as the years add up. i was born 2 days late actually so it would make sense that things happen late in life for me too i guess. though i will admit that i am feeling blissful with everything. learning to accept and being in the present is actually pretty cool. i learn to appreciate the small moments and to listen to my body now.
its been too many months since i pushed myself at yoga and i see no rush in going back to it because i do walk and hike and swim and cycle with B. Being a fire sign, he is slowly showing me the beauty of slowing down which is something i am learning. you could say that he is aligned with my values, strange as it may seem. when it comes to my career, all is calm and good, i have plenty of time to immerse myself in books and sleep and movies/series which to me is an ideal situation. i value flexibility and the pay is still alright. its been like 4 months and it's getting better when i am left to my own devices.
and last wednesday was my 1st day at uni and i already feel right at home. the lecturer sounds super supportive and encouraging of our current situations, be it studying or working and generally wants to know all 20 of us which is always a great sign. seems i am surrounded by alot of linguistics and readers like me and i am feeling positive that things will bloom beautifully for me these next 5 months. perhaps i might be able to publish a short work of fiction of even poetry? it all feels exciting and beautiful.
part of slowing down and showing kindess/love to myself does involve spending less money on unnecessary stuffs like new clothes of body scrubs or hair/nail/material goods. it just feels like i am not part of this rat race to always be shiny and its a great feeling, to live life on my own terms and largely ignoring society's expectations. This brings me back to the point of being a late bloomer, that i only figure out life's simple pleasures at 30 while people younger than me have probably been enlightened way earlier. nothing wrong with it, just a simple revelation that i needed to flesh out to understand myself abit better.

You waited until everyone went to sleep and it got dark enough. You knew Hongjoong had seen Seonghwa kissing you and you needed to talk to him. From what you gathered earlier when speaking to Yeosang, Seonghwa and Hongjoong were on something of a break. You knew that you were largely responsible for their arguing but you still hadn’t heard the whole story.
Despite not meaning to hurt anyone, you still felt like you owed Hongjoong some sort of explanation. But you felt like it’d be wiser to approach him without Seonghwa around. Yeosang had informed you that he was currently residing in his room so that was good for you. As much as you cared for Seonghwa, you feared that he would get into another fight with Hongjoong and you wouldn’t be able to pull them apart.
So you waited. When you were fairly certain that you had located the window of Hongjoong’s room, you set your plan into motion. You started catching random fish and throwing them at the window to capture the captain’s attention.
“Sorry, pals,” you apologized to your sea friends after they returned back into the sea with a loud splash, swimming away in a hurry, obviously shocked by being mistreated in such a way.
Soon enough, Hongjoong was woken up by the noisy attacks on his window and opened it. Noticing that it was you, he groaned in frustration.
“What do you want from me in the middle of the night?”
“Come out of your room and into the sea, we need to talk.”
“Seonghwa doesn’t sleep in my room anymore,” he didn’t want to give you the satisfaction of knowing that but did so anyway, even though you were aware of that already.
“Yeosang told me,” you shrugged. “Now come out. I promise I won’t lure you to the sea bottom.”
Hongjoong rolled his eyes and closed the window. A couple of minutes later, you were pleasantly surprised by the fact that he did as you asked.
“What is it, then?” he repeated.
“I wanted to thank you for saving me and my sister from Mingi. If you hadn’t arrived on time, we both would have died without water…”
Hongjoong sighed guiltily.
“It was my fault you were there to begin with,” he confessed.
“What do you mean?” you whispered in confusion.
“I mean…I lied to Mingi, told him that you mermaids had killed the sea witch. And we both know who’s actually responsible for that.”
“You did that to protect Seonghwa, didn’t you?” you nodded thoughtfully.
“Well, yeah, but mostly because of my jealousy. In any case, I shouldn’t have done that.”
“Regardless…I’m grateful you came for us. I can’t imagine how difficult it must have been for you. Considering how you feel about Seonghwa…and how he feels about me.”
“Are you here to rub salt into my wounds?” Hongjoong chuckled coldly.
“No, I’m here to let you know I’m going back home. I’ve caused enough trouble as it is.”
Hongjoong furrowed his brows.
“Why are you telling me this? Seonghwa is in Yeosang’s room…”
“I can’t bear to say goodbye to him,” you shook your head.
“You don’t have to,” Hongjoong insisted. “He’s happier with you around.”
“But you aren’t,” you pointed out. “And I hate to see anyone suffering because of me. Even you.”
“Why would you give a shit about me after the way I’ve treated you?” Hongjoong asked in utter disbelief.
“You still came for me, didn’t you? Despite your jealousy, you came for me. That’s gotta mean something, right?”
Hongjoong visibly disagreed.
“I came because of my crew. They voted to save you and Soojin. I was the only one against.”
“But you could have ordered them not to go,” you argued, still eager to give him the benefit of the doubt. “As their captain, they would have been forced to obey you.”
“I guess…” Hongjoong sounded unconvinced. “Look, I’m happy you’re alive and stuff, but if you leave without saying goodbye, Seonghwa will think I killed you.”
“Fair point,” you laughed. “So what now? Are you willing to tolerate my existence?”
“I can try. For both our sakes and Seonghwa’s.”
“Will you come closer?” you asked.
“Why? So you can drown me?” Hongjoong eyed you suspiciously.
“Come on,” you giggled.
And despite his reservations, he swam closer to you. Before he could register what was happening, you quickly kissed his cheek.
“Thank you,” you repeated.
Hongjoong was so flustered he simply stared at you. A couple of moments later his unexpected promise came.
“I can build a pool in the ship. So that you can stay there from time to time. If you wish.”
You nodded gratefully and kissed his cheek once again.
He was even more flustered.
“You gotta stop doing that,” Hongjoong chuckled.
“Three times for good luck,” you joked and kissed him once more. “Go back to sleep. And sorry for waking you.”
“It’s alright,” Hongjoong replied. “I didn’t mind.”
And to your amazement, he meant every word.

Seonghwa’s POV
No sooner had I seen the sunrise than I distinctly heard loud noises of…repairs? It was too early for this. Who had the audacity to disturb everyone’s peaceful sleep? We’d been through so much yesterday, what with confronting Mingi, as well as saving Y/N and Soojin.
I could really use a break but someone had decided to make this despicable hubbub for whatever reason. I angrily got out of bed only to find that Yeosang was not sleeping soundly. Was he responsible for the noise? Despite his hospitality, I was going to murder whoever deemed it an appropriate time for fixing the ship or whatever that mysterious scoundrel was up to.
Once I was out of the room and onto the deck, I saw Hongjoong squatted, working on something with a bunch of tools.
“What in Blackbeard’s name are you doing?” I yelled at him, not at all caring if I woke anyone else up. It seemed highly unlikely that Hongjoong’s loud antics had not brought everyone out of bed.
“I’m making a pool inside the ship.”
“What for? If you want to go for a swim, be my guest, we’re surrounded by the vast sea, you idiot!” I hissed sarcastically.
“It’s for Y/N and Soojin. So that they can stay here whenever they want and not have to go back to sleep at the bottom of the sea.”
My angry expression suddenly disappeared off my face.
“Oh,” I managed.
Hongjoong just gave me an awkward smile and continued working on the pool.
“Why are you suddenly being nice to them? I thought you hated mermaids,” I was being suspicious of his motives but I figured I had every right to be, after everything he had done.
He shrugged.
“I figured they’re not so bad.”
“Did anything happen in particular?” I pressed him further for information. “To make you have a change of heart?”
“Y/N kissed me,” Hongjoong whispered, a look of longing apparent in his eyes, as if he was still in disbelief.
“She did what?” I accidentally raised my voice.
“Oh, please, you don’t get to be jealous. I saw you kiss her, too, you know? And besides, it was just on the cheek.”
I rolled my eyes.
“I’m not jealous. Just surprised she would do that.”
“Why? Am I not handsome enough to deserve her attentions?” Hongjoong groaned.
“You’re handsome, alright,” I scoffed. “But not nearly nice enough to her.”
“I’m trying, okay?” Hongjoong sighed, pointing at the mess he’d made in the attempt to build a pool.
“You need help with that?” I suggested gallantly.
“I thought you didn’t want to stay in the same room with me?” Hongjoong reminded me of my own words.
“Well, technically, we’re not in a room right now,” I pointed out. “But let’s just say I’m willing to reconsider.”
“Does that mean you’re going back to our bedroom tonight?” Hongjoong blinked hopefully.
“Don’t push your luck,” I warned. “Let’s get to work.”
“Hey, we want to help, too!” Yeosang interjected out of nowhere. Wooyoung and San were peeking right behind him, curiously observing us.
“For how long have you been standing there?” I grumbled in annoyance.
“Long enough to know Mom and Dad are getting back together!” Wooyoung teased.
“We are not,” I tried to deny it. “Not yet,” I added, barely audible.
Hongjoong was the only one who heard me and gave me a grateful smile, only reserved for me. And honestly, that was all I needed.

Tagged by: @yugovostok Thank you for this! I am used to flying under the radar on tumblr, so when I get tagged I have a mini-freakout LOL hence the time it took me to respond! (It's appreciated, though, thank you :> esp. since I talk too much and you already tagged other people I was gonna tag! AMAZING XD)
Favourite colour(s): I have ordered colours in a list going from most to least favourite since I was like, six years old! My all-time favourite is red, like a strong but not-too-bright shade of blood - then there's purple, blue, green, orange, yellow, etc. with varying shades ranking differently. (E.g. carnation pink is fondly placed, but hot pink is at the absolute bottom of the list, I can't stand it XD)
Currently reading: For fun? One Shot by Lee Child, though Cold Mountain by Charles Frazier and Fahrenheit 451 by Ray Bradbury are right up as soon as I have time. For class? Equiano's travel narratives. (I rather like the selected passages, perhaps because of how Equiano humbly beseeches the reader and suits his prose to poetry.)
Last song: In my head, The Attic from the Rule of Rose OST (a beautiful strings piece, one of the most memorable/representative from the game imo. Though barely anyone knows about RoR asdfj). In my ears? Reciprocity by Moon Rocket ft. Paula (found this through my TA o.o was surprised by how much I liked it, since I don't often listen to this stuff - its genre is Afro House, and I didn't know that existed!)
Last movie: Haven't seen a proper long-length film in more than a year - I watched 1917 in February 2020 (AND ADORED IT, BTW, IT'S AMAZING, PLEASE CHECK IT OUT. THESE CHARACTERS STILL POP UP IN MY HEAD BECAUSE THEY'RE WELL-WRITTEN AND ADMIRABLE). Short film? Adult Swim's Unedited Footage of a Bear. It's not what you think at first. (Psych horror, if you're into that :p).
Last series: DMC has taken up my brain for almost a year now, so I haven't started anything new. (Rewatching Yu Yu Hakusho for the 3rd time doesn't count ajsdfj). I did, however, prior to October 2020, take up watching Tin Tin's animated series in French. Can't say it fits everyone, but it was my delight to see Tintin enter mystery plots with his doggo and entertaining supporting cast XDd
Sweet or spicy or savoury: I have a sweet-tooth, but I also have a desi palate, so I favour richness over sweetness. All of the above, babyyyyy!
Tea or coffee: Both! I love black milk tea, masala chai, verbena tea, etc. (Kashmiri beats all though, fight me-) I love creamy coffee, too, though! (Can't stand acidic bitterness, so coffee ideally has its lovely black strangled via dairy products, pfft.)
Currently working on: Uni assignments, too many story ideas, and realigning my sleep schedule from nocturnal to diurnal again SDAFAASDF

Emma’s 2021 BDRP Resolutions!
Write your RPer Resolutions for 2021! (What are some goals for yourself as a writer? Improve descriptions? Plot with more members? Etc.)
I’d like to get better at planning long-term and having arcs supported by different mini-stories. I started doing this with Tiana and her restaurant which was a good exercise, but I want to challenge myself to take on less tangible goals as well if that makes sense and finding ways for different characters to get involved in that journey. I think throwing characters together just to see what happens can be a lot of fun and lead to really great interactions, but I’d also like to think more about all the development potential an interaction can have and really jump on that.
I’m also always saying this, but I want to get more comfortable/confident with plotting. Sometimes I feel like I really need to have a fully fleshed-out idea before I approach someone which can lead to me just giving up before I even try because I haven’t fully developed the idea. I want to find a balance where I’m bringing something to the table with plotting but I’m not psyching myself out just because I don’t have a full-blown idea. Because sometimes I think it’s okay to say here’s a vague goal I have, here’s how I think it could work with our characters, let’s see what happens! And overall I just wanna get better at approaching people I don’t write with as often.
Write at least one resolution, or “goal,” that you have as an RPer for your character(s)
Phineas: Be less freaking selfish! Lol I feel like Phineas’s problems tend to stem from his Main Character Syndrome. Like the kid seriously thinks everything is about him. Honestly, I don’t want to delete that trait from Phineas because I think it is a very important part of his personality. But I want him to seriously reckon with it, see the damage it can cause sometimes and understand that even with the best of intentions, some things just aren’t about him.
Tiana: Learn to rely on other people more! I think the knights can offer this opportunity which is why I wanted to get her involved with them, and I’d also like to see her learn to lean on her staff and the Princess House :) She’s pushed a lot of people away over the years working toward her goal, and now that she’s achieved it, I want to see her navigating relationships and all the messiness that comes with them. Because opening yourself back up is rewarding but it is not uncomplicated!
Aquata: Find a purpose in life other than swimming! That dream is dead! It’s gone! Rest in peace, she is never going to be on the national team and she’s gotta learn to live with it! I’ve spoken to a few people about this but I wanna see her really get involved with Magick rights and dig into her mer-heritage a little bit. Because it’s such a big part of her identity that she’s always sublimated into swimming and I’d love to see her explore it separate from her world as a swimmer.
Henry: I want to do more Order stuff with him. I’d like to set him on a wild goose chase where he totally pursues the wrong person, I think that would be a really fun plot because the exact person he’s trying to stop is RIGHT in front of him!! And he doesn’t even realize and I love some good dramatic irony.
Ev: I really wanna get some bigger plots moving with her and really shake things up because that was my goal with picking her up initially. I have some stuff in the works but I think I can do more with reaching out to people and planning long-term stuff. And I want her to face the aftermath of her plans: the excitement at seeing it all come together and the guilt of knowing it hurt people, even if she thinks it’s for a greater purpose.
Anna: This is weird because I JUST got her but yeah I’m just excited for college plots! Finding herself! I’ve been thinking about doing some kind of mean girls thing with her bc I think she has Cady Heron parallels lol and I’d love to put her in a situation where she has her loyalty tested. And I also want her to learn to EXPRESS her ANGER. She can get pissed off sometimes but he has this tendency to censor herself when it’s people she cares about. I want her to FIGHT.
Write at least one resolution IN CHARACTER for your characters. What do THEY want to accomplish or change in the New Year?
Phineas: Launch Something Big. It’s the last year before he starts college and he’s running out of time to be a child prodigy!!! Oh no!!! What will he ever do!!! Maybe it’s his first business. His first podcast. His first Ponzi scheme, who knows?? (That is a joke Phineas is not starting a Ponzi scheme). But give him something to try at and fail at!
Tiana: Get situated with the knights, keep making Tiana’s Place a success.....maybe find love?
Aquata: Improve Swynlake. Make it a better place for people to be out Magicks. Improve the environment. Get shit done on Board!!! And stop being weird around Vidia lol
Henry: Figure out what the hell happened on December 21 2020. Hunt down the Unseelie Creatures that Plague the Night. Keep Ashleigh happy <3 Mostly, though, Henry feels like he’s been slacking in his mission and he wants to get back on track.
Ev: Organize a big disaster, preferably taking advantage of cursed people. Gather as much intel about Swynlake as possible. Stop dragging my feet and make it happen!!
Anna: MAKE NEW FRIENDS!! She is so desperate. Fall in love <3 Figure out what the hell actually happened between Elsa and her father and why Elsa never talked to her before now. Make the most of uni :)

Reza!!! He’s on Board with Aquata and has a similar platform. I think they could really work together and I would love to find a way for them to interact.
Ting Ting!!! How am I a Ting Ting stan and I’ve never interacted with her. Tragic. Obv she probably deserves some space rn with all the drama but at some point I would really love to work with her unique form of magic
Tink!!! She’s got such an interesting story and I want to interact with more fairies in general.
ROBBIE. Swynlake’s currently only known vampire!! I think he and Henry could be really interesting.
Plotting Exercise! Pick one of the resolutions/goals in #2 and plan a rough guideline to how you could accomplish it. Here’s an example.
EXAMPLE OF A MOCK PLOT: HENRY’S WILD GOOSE CHASE
Self Para: Before going back to school, Henry has a talk with his father who tells him that while he knows he is capable, if another widespread Unseelie attack occurs, it’s going to look very bad for him and he needs to figure out what happened.
therefore...
Para: Henry hears loud screeching that keeps him up at night that he concludes must be a banshee. He goes to investigate and runs into KOVU, who is coming back from a “late night walk” and ropes him into helping him search. They don’t find anything, but they are able to trace the sound to DEVYN’s room.
therefore...
Para: Henry ropes ROSE into helping him do research in the library, despite the fact that they are on... not great terms following Rose and Tom’s breakup, by convincing her that there is dark magic afoot in the dorms. Upon some research, Henry starts to doubt that the sound he is hearing is really a banshee, but his options are either admit he is wrong or double down.
therefore...
Para: Henry corners DEVYN at a Student Union outing and tries to ask him if anything weird has been going on, if they are hearing any weird noises or seeing strange omens. DEVYN is understandably confused, setting off some confusion magic. Henry, not understanding the confusion magic (and affected by it) becomes absolutely convinced that Devyn’s death is being foretold by a banshee.
therefore...
Para: Henry and ROSE camp out all night and discover nothing, but sometime late into the night, they the sound again. They break into DEVYN’s room only to discover it’s no banshee, but just the music he’s listening to while studying late into the night. Henry is embarrassed.

-Eldritch Monster AU! Hermits are all Lovecraftian horrors who all individually decided that they wanted to pretend to be normal and are all trying to hide their otherworldliness. I also feel like Mumbo or X or someone as the one actually "normal" player on the server would work well. Most hermits don't know that everyone else isn't normal either, but some find out about friends maybe.
-Rabid Debate Club AU :: Random weird au idea where it's basic hs/uni au but like two of them try to start a debate club, then invite some friends just so there's enough people; cut to like two months later, it's all the hermits just fighting over whether or not pineapple should go on pizza or not lol it isn't very good i'm sorry but ya know rabid debate club AU.
-Animal/shapeshifting AU :: (Suggested Twice.) Every hermit can shapeshift into one token animal. (If it's something like "dog," they can only turn into one breed and color of dog, EXAMPLE: doc can shift into a black sable belgian malinois, but not anything else.)
-Wedding Planners AU :: Hermits work in various unrelated businesses such as a bakery, flower shop, etc., but see each other semi-often bc they're semi-often called upon to work together by another hermit's wedding planning business (obvs if you couldn't tell i know absolutely nothing abt wedding planning & businesses n shit lol but it's the /concept/ of it yannknow)
-Avatar: The Last Air Bender AU. (Suggested Thrice.)
-Fusion AU :: (Also suggested by Anon.) (Suggested Twice.) What if Hermits could fuse with each other? (Viva and Jumbo fused into MumboJumbo.)
-SCP AU :: The hermits have spooky powers and are kept locked up bc of it (or they have to keep the world safe from monsters and cursed objects!)

-Adventure Time AU :: The hermits live in a post-apocalyptic world and the Lich (bad guy) is making everything decay. They need to gather all the gems (belt colours) to unlock the Enchiridion (a book) and have one wish each granted from Prismo (multiverse wish granting dude) before the Lich does. Only 4 elements can enter the multiverse: Slime (The Lich & Jevin), Redstone (Tango or Mumbo?), Ice (Stress), and Dirt (Grian, much to his dismay). Only the elementals can see the book. Grian's the protagonist with his sidekick Scar. He originally started collecting the belts because they were shiny but eventually decided to read the book and find out what they were for when Scar said he didn't see it. Doc, False, and Iskall are major obstacles because they don't believe the book exists.</p>

Like Wels is from the mediveal/dark era, Mumbo is from 1890-1920's, Iskall is from 2030, TFC is from 2020(?), Cleo is from 2130, etc!!! Like the mobs/animals became feused with humans, is when the mob players came from.

-High Street AU :: Everyone owns a different shop on the same street or some run a shop together (-@violets-arepurple.)
-Cat AU :: Either they're were always cats, or Hels turned everyone, including himself, into a cat, and they have to survive and overcome challenges in the Season 7 world. An example of a challenge would be Cub's a Sand Cat(the cats that always look like kittens no matter how old they are and live in deserts), and everyone's not sure if he can actually swim, so they have to find a way for him to get around without involving water. -How about a secret AU.. Every hermit has their big secrets and when Grian joined. He doesn't really know anything about those secrets even till season 7. Not many hermits talked to him in S6 anyway.. Mumbo was the closest to him so they would have regular chats For Iskall is mostly business related things Grian wants to know why so he set out on a quest to force the others to at least talk to him so he wouldn't be lonely. Grian once asked to use Xisuma's computer and crashed the whole thing trying to download illegal gamesites and get money off the internet. 40 Questions — Meme for Fic Writers
Don’t you sometimes see those ask games and wish you could just fkg do them all? On this sunny Saturday, we make our dreams reality lolol
1. Describe your comfort zone—a typical you-fic.
Short fic, I usually get a small scene I want written so I write around it, plus I love short stories with interesting punchline.
2. Is there a trope you’ve yet to try your hand at, but really want to?
Probably, I don’t know them all ^^’
3. Is there a trope you wouldn’t touch with a ten foot pole?
Writing about stuff that disgust me I guess.
4. How many fic ideas are you nurturing right now? Care to share one of them?
Like 5-6? I want to write about a restaurant but set in a world where people have powers I think the combo could be very funny. The main character has the power of insight, the plonge is a giant pool where you swim around cleaning. Backstories of characters with shitty and amazing powers and how they ended up here. Rival to lover character that has the power to see into the future.
5. Share one of your strengths.
Dialogues, subversion, and humor; classmates often said I have a touch to spin a sad story into something positive/happier.
6. Share one of your weaknesses?
I get tired when I describe something for longer than 4 sentences.
7. Share a snippet from one of your favorite pieces of prose you’ve written and explain why you’re proud of it.
“In what kind of trouble have we walked right into?”, I ask my companions as they’re idly fixing their attire. Together, we’ve face many perils and this mission ranks among one of the most dangerous. Yet, the others had been…how should I say it…professional! Rescuing kidnapped princesses, vanquishing terrifying monsters, quests to restore mythical artifacts, save nations from insidious plots. Oddly enough, “Does this dress make me look fat?”, is not the answer I’m looking for.
Ribbon in my hair is the first time I wrote about my knights, I first dreamt about them when I as 18, my boyfriend at the time called my idea stupid and my world building pointless so I only started writing about them when I was 21. Now I write about them a little bit every year :)
8. Share a snippet from one of your favorite dialogue scenes you’ve written and explain why you’re proud of it.
“Do you really want your last words to be complaints?”
“I die as I lived.”
“Will we become a fruit tree?”
“I don’t think so, it’s never been the case for my ancestors.”
“I’d love it if we could turn into a banana tree.”
“I’m not from the southern regions, plus I like apples more.”
“Just imagine, our fruits could have been banana flambée”
This death scene was a big finale to a story I wrote for a class in Uni, a story of war between clan of forest and volcano people, of the supposedly brutal death of a Goddess, of a mysterious apple tree whose fruit give vision of the past. I should revisit it.
9. Which fic as been the hardest to write?
My analysis on D’Artagnan and the figure of the hero. Granted it’s an essay for school but I deeply loved it. I was too afraid to write or ask for help from the professor in charge of me (which made our relationship tense ^^’) but when I did, it was beautiful and I was very proud got 89% :D
10. Which fic has been the easiest to write?
A play called Adelaide where an old couple reads their old fairytale book about a Prince on a quest to save a Princess. They bicker about the other misreading the story but we finally get to the part where the Prince tosses the princess apart to get a better view of the dragon of which he falls instantly in love. The book is actually their wedding album.
11. Is writing your passion or just a fun hobby?
It’s one of my passions, but it’s not something I think I could live on so I delegated it to my hobby.
12. Is there an episode above all others that inspires you just a little bit more?
The wedding scene in Shrek 2, my mind was blown when I saw it in theaters and when I need inspiration to write, I rewatch it.
13. What’s the best writing advice you’ve ever come across?
Presentation is important. If trying to read you gives people headaches, they’ll stop. Choose a nice big font, space with paragraphs, be mindful of your spelling and missing words. Read out loud because some things written are bad said.
14. What’s the worst writing advice you’ve ever come across?
I must’ve been lucky in this regard, I don’t think I’ve ever received advice that made me go NO, but I did have to listen/read stuff that made me gag.
15. If you could choose one of your fics to be filmed, which would you choose?
I would love to the Adelaide acted out, some adjustments would be required because I’m no expert in play writing but I think I’d be great.
16. If you only could write one pairing for the rest of your life, which pairing would it be?
Luyenor’a and Taram, names are placeholders as of now but they’re two of my knight, being the “only pairing I’m allow to write about forever” means I’d get more knight shenanigans done.
17. Do you write your story from start to finish, or do you write the scenes out of order?
I’m doing bullets point of what I want to happen and write stuff without much order. Some days I have no inspirations for what goes in the beginning but have loads for a later point. I surf the wave when it presents itself.
18. Do you use any tools, like worksheets or outlines?
Word on my computer, a notebook in my bag, the note app in my phone.
19. Stephen King once said that his muse is a man who lives in the basement. Do you have a muse?
I have little trinkets all around my computer to invite inspiration.
20. Describe your perfect writing conditions.
Freshly woken up, having eaten, drinking something sugary and sometimes apple cider because the alcohol help lower my inhibition.
21. How many times do you usually revise your fic/chapter before posting?
I read out loud at least once the whole thing, helps with missing words but dude I reread my stuff on ao3 and always find mistakes still ^^’
22. Choose a passage from one of your earlier fics and edit it into your current writing style. (Person sending the ask is free to make suggestions).
I’m not going to put here because it’s in French and I don’t want to translate now but I wrote Vision of a world, mine when I was 16 and damn was I already depressed then?
23. If you were to revise one of your older fics from start to finish, which would it be and why?
The Princess and the Soldier, some gay fairytale I think my first one, I’m sure I can do better bow
I also have one about a janitor and it’s a murder mystery I could redo
24. Have you ever deleted one of your published fics?
Once by accident, I was so angry I never rewrote it.
25. What do you look for in a beta?
I don’t really use beta (beta reader right?) but I guess I’ve had like 3-4 when I was in Uni and had to read people’s wip and they read mine. They’d talk about what they liked, links they noticed, things that seemed weak or to change
26. Do you beta yourself? If so, what kind of beta are you?
I usually just point out the stuff I like
27. How do you feel about collaborations?
For a class in college, we had to act out a play we wrote collectively. Ten sketches written in pairs/alone. I made sure I was alone so I wouldn’t be saddled with someone else to write my sketch
28. Share three of your favorite fic writers and why you like them so much.
I don’t follow fic writers; I just am in a mood for a ship and read what’s available. I do like my friend @alumort ‘s fics tho ^^
29. If you could write the sequel (or prequel) to any fic out there not written by yourself, which would you choose?
There was a Phineas and Ferb fic focused on Perry I really loved. Their world building was something I’d never seen and they abandoned the story, so I did fanfic of a fic. Never dared to post it anywhere I mean it was their world to begin with.
30. Do you accept prompts?
Of course, when inspiration is given I accept
31. Do you take liberties with canon or are you very strict about your fic being canon compliant?
I don’t care about canon but I do love using it when there are little trivia to enrich the character.
32. How do you feel about smut?
Love to read it sometimes, would love to write it. Some I’m like………….youveneverhadsexhaveyou…………………
33. How do you feel about crack?
Love it!!!!!!!! I’m too self-conscious to write it tho. Oh maybe that could be a never before written trope I could try?

Rape I can’t, dub-con where underlying requited feelings exist but anxiety™ don’t let the characters express them but they’re drunk so it surfaces is okay
35. Would you ever kill off a canon character?
Hell yeah! I do when/if the death makes sense (I am still pissed at Kishi for Neji)

I made my best friend read All this for a Roll Cake, and she laughed so much at my work, I took a picture I look at from time to time to remain humble.
39. Do you ever get rude reviews and how do you deal with them?
Thankfully I’ve never received a rude review. My professor once told me it seemed kinda unnatural how unlucky my protagonist was vs. how lucky his love interest was (All this for a Roll Cake) but that was the whole point of the story so I just ignored her.
40. Write an alternative ending to [insert fic title] (or just the summary of one).
Writing this I realised I lost my final version of All this for a Roll Cake T^T so I guess I’d rewrite the ending I have of the before the last version I still have.
Well this was fun ^^ got to revisit my works and remember many beloved pieces of fiction I wrote, I look forward to my next projects

Who the heck are you?
I’m Mack (though there’s a couple people on here that have called me Milli which I thought was adorable and that is also a perfectly fine thing to call me) I’m a full-time uni student from Canada that’s been writing on here since 2016. I use she/her pronouns usually but like really what is a gender. I used to be fanfiction-trashpile (which is still my user on ao3).
Can I translate your work?
Short answer: no.
Long answer: still no, but it’s more complicated than that. No one has permission to repost or translate my work. Even if you message me and offer to give me credit, I will say no. If you want to create for fandom, you should do it yourself and I will stand by that.
I welcome fanart, podfic, and fanfic of my fics, and I’d love if y’all would message me/send it to me/tag me in it so that I can hype you up!
If you decide to write with my original characters (the Helix universe or Dear Love of Mine) I will ask that you give me credit for the characters, but I don’t mine anyone else writing them. The only canon content created for the Helix universe belongs to myself and vampy ( @vampirewithbedsidemanners) but even we write alternate universes of the Helixverse, so it’s totally okay for other people to do that too.
Why are you so darn specific about the style you write in?
Okay so there are a few things about this that I’m really picky about:
I never use y/n or any other derivatives of the term (y/e/c or the like). For me, it’s much harder to avoid using those kinds of stand-ins for terms, so I like to challenge myself by never ever using them. If the fic calls for the reader’s name to be directly said, I’ll just give the reader a last name (like in dear love of mine where the reader’s last name is Dean)
(NOTE: this is not to say that people that use y/n are taking the easy road or whatever. it’s entirely a personal decision and writers that use it are still good. it’s just not for me)
All my sfw fics are completely body/gender neutral unless otherwise specified
All my nsfw fics are with an afab reader (because I only know my own biology and I’d hate to try to write something for another biology type and end up getting it wrong and just alienating everyone)
I’m specific about these things because I do not look like the skinny/blonde/straight-haired/blue-eyed/wattpad version of a reader in RI fanfic. It alienated me back when I read on that platform and I’d hate to make anyone feel like that. I’m still learning, and I’m not perfect, but I really want people who read my content to feel like they can actually be immersed in the story, no matter what they look like.
That being said, I do not write readers from specific backgrounds/with specific features because I am whiter than white and that’s not my place (though I have reblogged some stuff that has specific readers so there definitely is some on my page! check out the recommended tag)
My own personal tastes obviously affect my writing (because everyone writes from their own experiences) so there is often dancing/hair touching in my fics because I like that stuff. There will be warnings for basically anything that could alienate the reader including but not limited to: hair mentions, the reader getting picked up, the reader’s clothing being mentioned, and abnormal physical activity (dancing, swimming, etc). Requests for moments, headcanons, one-shots and drabbles are open! please send me headcanons i love hearing what y’all are thinking! with that being said, i reserve the right to not write or respond to requests that i don’t want to do because at the end of the day, this is my space and my writing makes me happy.
What fandoms do you write for?
I am currently writing for:
Star Wars (literally any character including rebels/CW)
James Bond (Craig era)
Dune (I love the books and the film so I write based on both!)
Marvel (including all movies and the Punisher)
But I will generally write for any content I have consumed in the last 2 years (so I'd be super down to write for mortal instruments/shadowhunters, for example, it might just take longer). If you request something I am not currently writing for, I will keep your request until I recirculate that fandom/character/concept because I am basically a garbage disposal for fandom.
Do I need to give you plot details in my requests?
Requests can be as simple as “Fluff with Poe Dameron!!” but can be as complex as you would like. Some formats include:
dialogue prompts (ie. “I missed you” with Jace)
type of fic (ie. I would love some Billy Russo angst)
relationships with canon characters (ie. can you write some reader x kylo ren where the reader is Rey’s sister?)
any amount of plot details (ie. thanksgiving at the Weasley’s where you and Percy get stuck hand washing dishes)
Moments Collection prompt (ie. I read your Poe “The moment they first saw you” fic. Can you write one with Dani from Prodigal son?)
Headcanon prompt (ie. how do you think Poe finding out you’re alive after thinking he had lost you would go?)
Or any combination!! I like writing what you guys want to see and challenging myself with your ideas.
What “out of the box” ideas are you willing to write?
Many writers will not write the following, so I wanted to be clear that anything on this list can be requested and will be written without being altered (assuming it’s in my lane). If any of these things are used in a work, they will be listed in the Warnings category at the top of the post.
graphic descriptions of violence (including but not limited to: injury, torture, emergency surgery)
death (major characters and reader included. I just won’t write drowning for my own personal safety)
homophobia
nightmares/night terrors/forced dream sequence/drug trips/things like in spiderman: far from home before peter gets hit by a train
lemon/smut/that kind of thing (but I’m very new to this so take it easy on me folks)
panic attacks
dubcon/noncon/dark fic
I will also write the following things that are not “warning” related but not all writers will dabble in:
alternate universe (though I usually prefer canon-compliant work)
crossover content
polyamorous relationships
What don't you write?
I absolutely will not write:
suggestive content with underaged characters (I’ll age them up)
the act of self-harm (I will write post-getting clean or talking about self-harm vaguely, but won’t write the action or witnessing the action for my own safety)
drowning/water boarding/violence involving water (I know, very specific, but I don’t write this for my own safety)
readers that deal with transphobia/racism (I am blessed to not have experienced either of these things and it’s absolutely not my place to think I can write about these struggles. I will however reblog content I find and enjoy because it is so important to talk about these things and bring awareness to these communities)
mental illness other than anxiety/depression/ptsd (outside of canon determined elements)
specific pronoun requests. all of my sfw work is gender neutral. the reader insert/imagine space has been historically very heteronormative and I want everyone to be able to enjoy my writing, no matter how they identify and which pronouns they use. if a fic is requested with pronouns, I will still write the request. it will just be gender neutral
real life people. non-negotiable. this makes me feel icky. no judgement to those that do it. I just won’t
