📍are you an over-packer or a light-packer? oh boy - chronic over-packer! Why do I need 10 pairs of underwear for a 7 day trip when I will be in swimsuit 90% of time? I DON'T KNOW OK!
📍are we taking a plane or a train? I don't think you can get there by train and if you could it would take far too long. Plane it is!
📍early morning departure or an overnight trip? Seeing as there is no time change between here and there I prefer early morning. If there was a significant time change then I'd prefer overnight.
📍what song are you playing in the car while we drive to catch our departure? Probably whatever is on the radio.
📍we need to grab something on the way, starbucks or dunkin? Neither. I don't drink coffee. But since we are on an early morning flight I am stopping at McDonalds for a McMuffin and a hashbrown
📍we've made it to the transportation place 🚂✈️! be honest, are we on-time or are we rushing because we're running late? on-time. In fact, I am probably over an hour early. Being late gives me the most anxiety. If I'm not somewhere at least 10 minutes early I panic.
📍are you taking the window seat or the aisle seat? Window for sure. 1) I love watching the world get small. 2) I need to know when we are about to hit the tarmac.
📍we're settled in our seats, are you gonna read or watch a movie/show? Unlike my trip next week, for this pretend trip my kids aren't with me, so in that case I will be reading.
📍what are you reading/watching? So much fanfic. I currently have 92 fics on the "marked for later" list, so probably one of those.
📍are you using wireless or wired headphones? wired. I do not own wireless headphones. Actually, I'll be lucky if I can find my wired ones before the flight...
📍are you going to take a nap or stay awake? Chances are pretty good I will fall asleep at some point.
📍do you want a salty snack or a sweet snack? both? Yes. (excellent choice Jess)
📍we've arrived! are we heading straight to activities or are we gonna rest at the hotel? Head to the hotel just long enough to drop the suitcases and change into a swimsuit, then it's immediately to the beach for me.
📍finally, pick a treat to reward yourself for a travel day well done! Something fruity and slushy and alcoholic with a tiny umbrella.

Midori: Waah… sitting on my legs made them fall asleep… I can’t stand up…
Mao: Whew... Hey, Takamine, you good? Here, lemme help you up.
Midori: T—thanks…
Up we go~o now, ahh, my legs are tingling…
Midori: Both Narukami-senpai and Anzu-san left right away. We got left behind…
Keito: Now then, Narukami said, “I’ll give you a day, so confront your own feelings before then!” but what should we even do…
Eichi: Why, we'll do exactly as instructed and deepen our bonds the way those our age normally do: by participating in girl talk.
Mao: Guh?! (Cough, cough)!
Midori: Wha-!? Isara-senpai just spit out the water he was drinking!? Are you okay…?
Mao: Urg... G-Girl talk? So, uh, you’re pretty familiar with that sort of thing, then?
Midori: Umm. That kind of conversation is not exactly something you talk about among men, though…
Eichi: Oh? You don't? I've heard it’s rather common that teenagers would spend their evenings together gossiping about such things during school trips.
Mao: Since when...? Well, no, I sorta get it. I can imagine how talk devolves into that sort of thing when everyone gets riled up at a place like a sleepover with a ton of people.
Keito: Hm. Well, hearing about each other’s stories might actually be a good method.
And talking about it out loud might help get our feelings in order, as well as turn our confused hearts into coherent thoughts.
Midori: Waaah… I don’t wanna… do that.
Eichi: Fufu. You mustn't give up now, Takamine-kun. We're far past the point of no return.
Now then, let's hear the tale of everyone's first love, shall we? The one who shall start us off... is Mao, as mandated by the former Student Council President to the current.
Mao: Huh?! M-Me first?! Please don't abuse your authority like that~...
Um... First love, huh... I don't really have an interesting story like that.
I guess... there was a girl in my kindergarten class I thought was pretty cute?
I didn't really get it back then, but I guess in hindsight that might've been my first love...
—Hold on, why do I gotta talk about this?!
Keito: Huh. I remember a thing or two like that, as well.
When I was a little kid, I used to play around the mountains at the back of the temple with another kid my age, who was the grandchild of one of our sponsors for the temple. Well, calling it my first love might be a little foolish though.
Eichi: Wow, even someone like Keito was able to experience something normal.
Keito: How incorrigible. What do you think I am?
Eichi: But I’ve never heard about that, even though I’ve known you since you were little, Keito! I had no idea you had those kinds of memories from back then.
Fufu. I’m just relieved you have memories like that, just like everyone else. So, how about you, Takamine-kun?
Midori: Weh!? Uhhh… Mine is similar to Isara-senpai’s…
When I was in kindergarden, there was a super kind teacher who’d always care for me… And I was extremely attached to them.
I’d go out of my way and create all sorts of reasons to see them and get praised, and stuff…?
Mao: Ah, that's a classic! Fallin' in love with a kind teacher... I had a friend who'd always say he was gonna marry ours, too.
Leo: Mm~, the moment we met, we clicked instantly... I wonder if that's the moment I fell in love~?
Midori: Eh? You had a first love? Tsukinaga-senpai did…?
Leo: Hmph! Of course I'd had one before! You're so rude~.
Midori: (I thought he’d be the most indifferent to love… Heck, he’s even indifferent to earthly life…)

Keito: Oh? Considering it’s you who’s telling the story, that’s unexpectedly quite romantic. Was it the employee working there? Or was it a customer?
Leo: Wahahaha! ☆ That's right! It was a super romantic meeting! Ah, such beauty I did behold, I couldn't stop myself from reaching out—
Mao: Whoa! You actually reached out and grabbed her?!
Leo: Yeah, so what? Got a problem with it?
Mao: Rather than just a problem, I think there's plenty of problems with it..
Leo: Anyway, listen up. The moment we touched, a clear sound rang in my ears— and that was the first time I’d ever played the C key! And that! That moment! Was the moment I fell in love with music!
Mao: What the hell! What a waste of time! And I was so invested, too...!
Leo: What d'you mean, a waste of time?! How dare you mock the memory of my first love! Grrrrr!
Keito: Haaah. In a way, that story was very much like you. The last one to go is Eichi, surely you won’t pull off something like making everyone tell theirs and refrain from telling yours?
Eichi: Perish the thought, Keito. I'll do as Narukami-kun asked of us and tell all, as well.
My own first love... is "yet to come".
Keito: You bastard… Do you plan on fleeing like that on your own?
Eichi: What else am I supposed to say? It isn't as if I had much of a mind for love while growing up, being as in and out of the hospital as I was.
Ah, but perhaps... It isn't too much of an exaggeration to say that the dreadful yearning I felt towards what anyone would call "a healthy body" would be my own version of falling in love.
Mao: Seriously?! Don't you think that's a little unfair after everything we've confessed?
Eichi: At best, you could call my younger years dull. Nonetheless, that is all I have to say. Thanks to your bittersweet reminiscences, however... I feel as if I was able to taste the very flavor of youth. ♪

Getting to know you meme

Favourite time of year: I would have once said Autumn because it’s when my birthday is and I do enjoy the changing of the seasons into those colder months, when things gets crispy and the leaves turn and there’s this nostalgia to the air that’s inexplicable. However, it was a really long dreary winter this year, and we’ve just got into summer here in NZ and I’m really loving the longer days and balmy weather so I may have been converted recently into a summer-lovin person.
Comfort foods: To quote Oprah, “I love bread. I love bread!” I love carbs and pasta and cheese and pizza and I always always will. I also have a raging sweet tooth and chocolate is my downfall.
Do you collect anything: Not really in a deliberate ‘I’m a serious collector’ way, but I do have quite a stash of Funko Pops, although I don’t keep them safe in their boxes or anything. In fact, my little cousins enjoy playing with them when they come round, and the other day we had an epic game where I acted out the whole of ‘The Amber Spyglass’ with my Lyra, Marisa and Asriel Pops. I used Will Byers as Will Parry, and a tiny lego dinosaur as Lord Roke who my 6 year-old cousin renamed ‘Lil Rick’.
Favourite drinks: My go to alcoholic drink is a G & T, or a Pina Colada if I’m somewhere that does cocktails. I love anything creamy, milky and sweet, so if there’s ever the opportunity for a thick-shake, I will slorp that up.
Favourite music artists: Completely and unequivocally my number one fave is Cher. I’m absolutely obsessed with her. When I was 5 my mum sat me down to watch her big farewell tour which was on TV over Christmas. I don’t remember much except being utterly transfixed by her, and when my mum explained that this was the last tour she would ever do (ha!) my young brain thought this meant she would literally never be seen or heard from again (something akin to death), and I distinctly remember lying in bed that night wishing with all my might that she would come back. Skip forward 15 years and I saw her live in Auckland (a transcendent experience), so my wish really did come true!
Current favourite songs: I’m still listening to Taylor Swift’s Midnights on repeat, my Spotify says that my most played song right now is ‘You’re On Your Own Kid’ which I loveee. I’m currently obsessed with Lorne Balfe’s ‘Love Across Worlds’ from the HDM S3 anthology soundtrack, it goes so hard. I’m also still really vibing with Michael & Michelle’es EP, especially ‘The Watching Silence’ which was apparently my most played song this year! It does crack me up that they’re just Lady Mary and Andy the footman from Downton Abbey though lol.
Favourite fics: Literally every single thing @jamlavender has ever written, we are sooooo lucky to have her bringing Masriel to life in all their beautiful deranged sexy messed up glory. My two greatest favourites of hers would have to be ‘Unholy Ghosts’ because it was something I requested specifically and Ellie was so generous in fulfilling my prompt better than I could ever have imagined. I’m also obsessed with ‘Aelysium’ which hit me so damn hard but gave Masriel a bittersweet and perfect ending.
Favourite video games: I am not a gamer unless you count the childhood years of Poptropica and Neopets which were epic times!

Dream place to visit? some remote island off scotland - the shetlands or orkneys. i want to go somewhere distant and rugged where you can see the sky.
Place you wanna go back to? Iceland. i was a little too young to properly enjoy it last tim.
Something you want? for britain to get it's fucking act together.
Currently working on? a funky little writing challenge on the server and slowly picking at a bulbasaur embroidery i've been doing for ages

Do you tend to speed when you drive?
Hmm, I rarely break the limit but I am one of those people who probably drives too fast down country lanes lol. I don’t really like overtaking people or anything though, I get too worried.
Do you smoke cigarettes?
No. I have done in the past, though.
Does your temper flare a lot?
Not really. I do get easily irritated but that rarely transfers into full-blown anger.
Do you get emotional easily?
Definitely.
Do you get obnoxious when you're drunk?
I don’t drink anymore.

Right one, I think? I don’t really pay much attention to be honest, lol.
Are you lazy?
I’m a really hard worker when it comes to my business and I work hard at my riding, but during my down time, I do like to just relax and watch TV and mess about online. My job is really physical though - if I just sat at a desk all day I suspect I’d have more energy lol.

Check my phone far too often.
Are you superstitious?
Not in the slightest.
Do you get bored with relationships quickly?
Nope.

I can but I much prefer to have a blanket or something covering me.

I’m sure I have - I was always taught that for anything smaller than a cat, it’s safer to keep going than to slam on the brakes or swerve, as a small animal won’t damage your car, but slamming/swerving will almost certainly cause an accident and a lot of damage.

I’ve had a couple of flat tyres but it’s never just stopped driving or anything.
What's your favorite thing to do on the weekend?
Sleep.

The only radio station I ever listen to is Radio One.

May 9th, 2022 Part 1
Hey so today has been pretty decent I suppose. I woke up later than usual but I was able to catch my bus still. It sucked a little because I nearly couldn't find my meds because my dad moved them. It was pretty warm outside this morning. It was I think 55°F when I left? Somewhere around there. The weather has been weird because we just came out of a cold spike and now there is gonna be a heat spike. Thursday it is supposed to be 90°F. See I really don't like the heat but there should also be storms around this time which makes it worth it. So one of my close friends Froggie wasn't gonna be at school so my rhythm was thrown off a little. I think I am gonna designate animal names for all of my friends because why not. Btw right as I write this, me and Hyena just laughed because the name of Froggie came up in a bio video. Anyways back to retelling my day! So during my first hour, a study hall, I did my Algebra 2 homework but alas there where 3 problems I didn't understand but now I understand 2 of them. So when the bell rang I couldn't say bye to Froggie for they weren't so yeah not as fun. Then off I went to my my second hour, Algebra 2. So turns out we have a quiz tommorow and I will not be at school so that's fun. (Ok I now got to my fifth hour and these boys were whistling and it was not fun this is supposed to be a study hall-) Anyways, I got my problems for the most part understandable then I realized I have more stims than I realized. Turns out, listening to the same song and audio are not normal and are a stim. That was very fun. Then in Chemisty, we measured the lab we started on Friday. Then my teacher Mrs. G helped show us the calculations for it :). Then in Biology, we just finished a packet which I definitely have done./s Then we watched the video like I mentioned. As I am writing this I am in my study hall. After this I get lunch. Sorry for all the time and POV switching things. I plan to write this as my day goes on. Oh I just remembered I have to grab a bus pass! Yeah I will get that when the bell rings. Another thing is that my mouth has been dry all day and I know it's due to my meds. It's not fun like yeah I could drink more water but I hate the bathrooms here and there are only two I feel comfortable using and one I can't use because we are done with plays for the year :(. Also during my study hall I reviewed chapter 17 and 18 of To Kill a Mockingbird because I think we have a quiz on it today in English. Lunch sucks so bad today nothing is edible. I also am not fully connected to the conversation. There is to much happening so I am not here. This is not fun I think I'm not sure. I also had to touch a doorknob and I hated it so much. Sorry I am trying not to swear on here and it's kinda hard. Apparently Bear used a spork to comb his beard? Not sure. I also feel weird because I am wearing a short sleeve and yeah not a fan I guess. Body feels wrong and I had to explain to both Bear and Opossum why I don't like touching doorknobs. Also Fairy keeps touching me with their leg and Penguin had to move closer to me because another person came to sit at our table. I really hate being touch so bad. It makes me very uncomfortable. I also had to use my hair ties to make my arms feel better because rought textures are lovely. I am not sure on how I feel now. I also looked at some silk gloves so I don't have to touch doorknobs during the summer. See I don't like the texture of silk that much but they would be cooler for the summer heat. Just found out that the place I go to every monday I can't go to. So I just got to my 6th hour, Carrers, and a kid walked in and screeches which hurts my ears a lot and gives me sensory issues. Yeah not that much fun. So that is my current update. I really don't like loud noises. Also I kind of want to punch the kid who came in and screeched. He is very annoying but yet again I don't know the whole story. I am not sure how to feel or put a stance on things. I also want to put my hair up but in English I can't have it up because I like my earbuds in and Mrs. O doesn't like that.

A - Affection (How affectionate are they? How do they show affection?)
He’s never affectionate publicly. Behind closed doors, though- well maybe he’s not your stereotypical lovey-dovey type, but hey-ho, he shows it in his own little way. A few hugs, but mostly through making you things. Music boxes, little figures and robots that wind up, you name it, he’ll try and make it.
B - Best Friend (What would they be like as a best friend? Where does the friendship start?)
He’s not a friendly man, typically. He’s cold, and driven only by his motives. It takes a long time for him to warm up to you, but when he eventually does he is always by your side, whenever you should need him. Be it for violence, or for an ear to pour your thoughts into- even though half the time you swear he’s not listening completely.
C - Cuddles (Do they like to cuddle? How would they cuddle?)
Heisenberg likes warm cuddles above all others. The kind where he can pull you close and hold you there for a while- he likes feeling you against his chest. It’s comforting to him, after years of no affection and a torturous living experience.
D - Domestic (Do they want to settle down? How are they at cooking, cleaning, ect?)
Karl is not particularly skilled in any domestic skill. He’s very mediocre at cooking, and he can’t clean to save his life- his factory is littered with dust and other probably very harmful particles. He isn’t very good in a domestic environment at all, really.
E - Ending (If they had to break up with their partner, how would they do it?)
Blunter than a broken pencil I’m afraid. He’s never had to hide something from you in the past, so why should this be any different? He would not want to beat around the bush here, he’d annoy himself with pleasantries and euphemisms.
F - Fiance(e) (How do they feel about commitment? Do they wanna get married?)
He’s perfectly fine staying as partners, without marriage looming over the pair of you. Quite frankly, he doesn’t think it’s worth it.

G - Gentle (How gentle are they both physically and emotionally?)
Unless you’re shaking like a leaf or have specifically asked him to be gentle with or around you, he’s not going to be. He’ll treat you much how he treats most others- with a little bit of affection for zest and flavour every now and then.
H - Hugs (Do they like hugs? How often do they do it, and what are they like?)
While he likes cuddles, he isn’t a huge fan of hugs. He thinks they’re too short to show any real affection, and often get in the way of whatever task the recipient is trying to perform.
I - I Love You (How fast do they say the “love” word?)
S l o w l y. This man has gone through some stuff, and doesn’t want to get attached to people despite falling for you. Give him a chance.
J - Jealousy (How jealous do they get? What are they like when jealous?)
Okay so he may be “non-committal” in a loose sense of the term, but this man is one jealous motherfucker. And he gets angry. I’m talking punching the wall, lashing out and breaking shit kind of angry. It’s mostly because of a nagging fear that not only will he lose you to someone you think is better or less monstrous than he is, but also in part due to a feeling that because of what he was forced to become, he isn’t good enough to keep you for himself.
K - Kisses (What are their kisses like? Where do they like to kiss you? Where do they like to be kissed?)
He kisses you on your hands or neck mostly. Those are his favourite places to kiss you. He occasionally kisses you on the inside of your wrist. If you have any scars as well, he’ll kiss them.
L - Little Ones (How are they around kids?)
It depends. Sometimes he’s the perfect uncle figure, others he’s a whirlwind of rage. If you’re taking him to see some children for a prolonged amount of time, please check how he’s acting and feeling on the day so there isn’t some sort of horrific accident.
M - Morning (What are mornings like with them?)
There’s nothing special about them, he’s usually up long before you are. He doesn’t leave anything like a hot beverage behind, unless it’s a special occasion that he’s remembered- like a birthday or anniversary.
N - Nights (How are nights spent with them?)
He often tells you to go to bed before him, as he’s usually working on something, and would rather not have to worry about you being down in his factory and workshop.
O - Open (When do they open up about themselves?)
When he’s extremely angry. He gets riled up, then will start to spill facts and secrets while hardly even realising it.
P - Patience (How easily angered are they?)
He has a very short fuse and a violent temper, to say the least. There’s a reason the man swears so much. Though he will often apologise if he’s scared you after an outburst.
Q - Quizzes (How much do they remember about you?)
He remembers the basic things at the very least- Your name, your habits on eating and drinking, what you do to amuse yourself. He’s quite observant, actually.
R - Remember (Favorite memory with you?)
He made you a small music box once. The past part of his day, or his entire week, was seeing your smile as you opened it and listened to it for the first time. It was the widest he’d ever seen you smile, and he loved the feeling it gave him.
S - Security (How protective are they?)
Very. One particular other Lord- “Lady Super-Sized Bitch,” as Heisenberg has dubbed her- is very interested in your presence, and Heisenberg has made it very much his business to keep you practically under lock and key to keep you safe. And when Ethan Winters comes around? Ooh, boy. You ain’t leaving his sight.
T - Try (How much effort do they put in?)
He does try- through making trinkets and gadgets to both help you and show his affection. Sometimes it may not always seem that way though, with his outbursts and his tantrums.
U - Ugly (What are their bad habits?)
He smokes. You tried to get him to quit once, then stopped when you realised it made him more irritable.
V - Vanity (How concerned are they with their looks?)
He’s not that concerned. If he’s still kicking... Well that’s all that matters to him.
W - Whole (Would they feel incomplete without you?)
He’d feel that something’s wrong, something’s not right- a cog missing from a machine, in a sense. And he hates that feeling.
X - Xtra (Random HC)
This man would die for some ice-cream. You bring him a tub of the stuff- BAM, instant good mood for the next like two days.
Y - Yuck (Things they don’t like either in general or a partner?)
This man is not fussy, in the slightest.
Z - Zzz (Sleep habits)
He basically doesn’t, he gets so little it’s a wonder he can actually function normally.

FELIX TAYLOR INTERVIEW WITH QUEEN ONLINE - OCTOBER, 2006 (INTERVIEW-2)
PART-1
What kind of father is Arty? How you do describe him?
He’s a very nice man – generous and kind-hearted, and actually very funny when you know him well. My brother and sisters and I are quite mean to him, we’re always taking the piss, but we all love very much. He’s as much a friend as a father to me. Good drinking buddy too.
I know you're writing a new novel. Are you planning to publish it one day?
Of course, why else would I bother writing it? No takers as yet unfortunately, and I’m working on my second book – an occult thriller.
What is your unfulfilled dream?
To learn how to surf, become really good at skiing, and have a wicked job that allows me to do both for a good spell of the year. Oh, and have a lovely wife and kids, be really successful, and generally the don of everything. I’d like to be seen as a cross between James Bond, Sir Walter Scott, the Beach Boys and Ghandi. I’m quite clumsy and the idea of being super-dextrous appeals to me, but I know that I will always fall over if I do anything physical (it’s actually quite reassuring now – at least I know what I’m going to get if I try t show off).
Would you like to become a writer?
Very much, you can choose your own hours and be the master of the worlds you create. It’s such fun coming up with storylines and characters. What a great job if you can make any money out of it! The bit I like less is the actual writing, but you just need to grind on with that I suppose. I’ll carry on writing till I’m senile or I get a book properly published at any rate.
Where do you live?
In East London – it’s fun, and it’s the oldest part of London along with the City, so there’s buckets of weird stuff to discover. It’s also changing faster than any other part of London, and you can literally watch the buildings come down and go up.
Are you in contact with Brian's and John's children?
Not as much as I should be. We should see more of each other really.
What was the first single or album you ever bought?
I have never bought singles. I would like to be able to say that the first album I bought was something g really cool, but unfortunately it was Bon Jovi’s Keep the Faith. I later learnt the error of my ways and started liking proper music.
Did you often follow your father when he was and is on tour?
I went to quite a few dates when I was very young, but they stopped playing live when I was six. The only one I can really remember is Live Aid (glad that’s the one that stuck in my mind). I joined my dad on their last tour quite a few times (we got very, very drunk one night in Japan in particular – bet he remembers that one!), and boy was I impressed – they are leagues ahead of most bands in terms of live performance.
Have you ever been in Italy? If so, when and where exactly?
I’ve been to Rome, Sardinia and Naples. Great country, fun people and good food, and the attitude to life is very different. Bad politics though, such a shame for italy to have so many crooks in power (I suppose the UK’s not much better).
What kind of education your parents gave you and your sister?
I went to a French Government school in London, and then boarding school when I was 13. I was very lucky to get such a good education, and I loved boarding school – don’t understand why people would knock it as a concept (though I do understand why people have a problem with the idea of private schools).
Is your personality more on the same wave-length as your dad or as your lovely mum? And why?
I’ve got a temper, which comes from my mum’s side, and I’m quite stubborn (not sure which side that’s from – they’re both a pain like that). I look like my mother, but I’ve got my father’s tastes when it comes to most things, and we share the same sense of humour. They’ve both made me who I am, and I ask them for different types of advice. I love them both to bits though.

What are you currently listening too?
Hot Chip’s new album, but there’s only one good song on it. My friend Kamila Thompson’s music, which is quite brilliant, lots of the Who, Muse’s new album (superb), Stevie Wonder’s Inner Visions and a little bit of Razorlight.
Do you plan to promote this single on MTV or other TV channels, perhaps with a video to accompany the song?"
Not up to me, trying to get it out there, and would love to have some video footage, but we need some radio play first.
As Arty and Brian May are close friends I was thinking if you and his son are in contact and if so do you see him often?
I do see him, though not as often as I should. He’s just got married and he’s one of the nicest people you could ever meet.
What did you study at College?
European history, philosophy and politics, with French language and literature. I loved my degree and worked really hard for it, but it was a fat lot of use to me really – a degree’s worth nothing these days, too many people have them.
When you were a child you often stayed with Chris Taylor, Arty's personal assistent. Are you still in contact with him?
No longer. Lost contact with a lot of people since those days. It’s a long time ago.
Is your nature similar to your mother's or your father's?
Bit of both really – good and bad elements from both.
Would you ever consider starring in We Will Rock You?
No, I’m not an actor and I don’t like musicals either. I think they’re silly (apart from the one you are talking about of course, which is the greatest show on earth, a must see for the whole family etc.) Besides, nobody’s asked me to do it anyway.
You have a wonderful voice, you said back in Part 2 that your teenage brother is a drummer, are there any other musical members of your family (apart from the obvious)?
Nope. My sisters are all very talented in other ways (medecine, painting/drawing, showing off…) but my brother is the musical one. He’s quite cool too, and good-looking, the cocky bugger – really annoying actually.
You had mentioned your favorite album by your father is Happiness? which contains a few political statements. Are you as politically opinionated as your father, or share similar beliefs with him?
Yes, I’m quite intolerant sometimes, and have to stop myself from being a dick in conversation when I get too passionate about certain things. I share many of my dad’s beliefs, but we differ on some things. I’m a liberal in the old fashioned sense I suppose, and I think everyone should have the same opportunities and freedoms, but not at anyone else’s expense. I think both socialism and neo- liberalism/Thatcherism are bogus, and don’t concentrate on what actually makes people happy, which is feeling like they are part of a community with those people around them and being free to make their own decisions.
Will we be hearing more of your music in the near future?
I hope so, depends on whether this record goes anywhere. We’ll make some more, but we need to see how well this one does at the moment.

What artists, past and present, do you enjoy listening to?
Anyone with soul, balls (not in the literal sense – there are women on my list of favourites) or an attitude.
Are there any other creative outlets besides music that you wish to pursue?
Writing, writing, writing. I’m quite a good mimic too actually, and I want to submit a voicereel for radio, just to see if I get anywhere.
You can save one thing from your burning house, what would it be?
Passport – doh! No, it would probably be my girlfriend, though I might be tempted to take the playstation at the time instead.
What is your favorite memory during your childhood?
Playing doctors and nurses.
Are there any popular songs that you would like to give your spin on (i.e. "cover")?
Several – I don’t like Mondays, concrete jungle by Bob Marley, do you wanna dance by the Beach Boys… loads.
Who created cover to the " 'Woman You're So Beautiful'" single?
I drew it, the graphics dudes coloured it.
What music you DON’T you like?
Middle Of the Road, contemporary R & B (what is it for?), contemporary hip-hop and things like Justin Timberlake… even a pop song has to have soul. Nothing wrong with good pop. I also hate pretentious music which is rubbish but trying to be clever: Captain Beefheart, Franz Ferdinand et al…
My first question is, how did having a famous father affect you as a child? Was everyone eager to be your friend because of your dad's status or were most people pretty relaxed about it? Did your classmates give you a hard time about being related to a rockstar?
No, was always very lucky. Made sure to make friends with people before they knew my dad was a popstar. Never teased about this or anything, always had good solid friends. Never really helped with the girls either – I had to win them over with my natural good looks and charm.
Second, I was reading your answers from your last batch of questions and I was wondering if you would care to elaborate on your ambitions of being an author.
What a vague question. I want to write a book and sell it to lots of people. I like odd stories that involve the macabre or political/spiritual ideas. My favourite twentieth century authors are Lewis, Huxley, Robert Graves and Orwell.
I'd like to see how you look like. How about showing us a recent pic of yours? A real one of course, not that comic thingy. Wink
No sweat, I’ll post one on the Myspace site then. I look better in cartoon though.
What are your 5 desert island discs?
Not necessarily my favourites, as I would play them often…

What did you think of the Queen + Paul Rodgers tour?
Brilliant, my dad has never played so well as on some of those dates… not just saying that. I was really impressed.
Beatles or The Stones?
Beatles! The Stones are a silly joke band after the Brian Jones period… they vastly inferior songwriters compared to the Beatles, they can’t do the harmonies or perfect vocals that the Beatles managed to put together, and they’re a twangy, plinky-plonky white blues band, so much less groundbreaking or sophisticated than the Beatles. They just had attitude when they played live.
Do you have any guilty pleasures?
Drink, being naked, taking a valium and walking around the house a couple of times a year. I like cold leftovers more than hot food as well, doesn’t matter what it is , if it’s been in the fridge overnight, it’s gold.
Roger’s PA is lovely could you introduce me?
I’m afraid she’s a taken woman! She is lovely indeed, a really special person, and I think of her as family. She can be scary sometimes though – she’s very good at her job.
