And DAX I'm sure ZEX misses him so badly#In a way it was good that I had a bit more time to set it down and come back - I reread it very recently hehe <3#I still get teary at some scenes ah </3 It's so beautifully sad#But it also gave me some time to finish ZEX starting to shape the word ''Max'' and then back off it ahhhh it hurts!!#The rest were at least all lined at the time - came back in to tone some recently but they were all ''finished'' October 1st ah#Especially of Dex waking ZEX to call him by his title hhh they both just want peace so badly but it looks so different to both of them#Lingering on his scar and then carding through his hair <3 Comfort and softness and it's all not enough#His scar is quite fun to draw as well ah - scars tend to be like that haha ♪ The stitches and discolouration give it a unique look!#And the way his hair pulls back from it ah#I had a lot of fun with his hair hiding his bandaged eye as well - just barely peeking out always just enough of a reminder#And all his lying-down poses - his hair is fun to pose like that as well#One of the original Landel doodles of ZEX talking about what Hell would look like for a VUX really struck me as well#Dex can't help him in so many ways ehn </3 He wants to! But he wants Max and he just can't have him anymore#Hhhh it was such a good read <3 <3 <3 Thank you again to Zarla it really made and still makes me happy to read it ahhh ♥♪#Now that I've (finally!) gotten my thoughts out I can read the other!! The only thing that doesn't explicitly scream TGWDLM is eggs#I think the original is about bugs? Seems like it's about bugs. Gives me buggy vibes#Something something bug-aliens because of evolution and familiarity in phenomes blah blah blah#Honestly tho the final line about pain leading to wild unknowable pleasure I just hhh that's exactly it that's The Thing#That's Loved and Wanted to a T#It actually made me go reread my WIP and from there it was a lost cause lol I finished the entire set in a few hours#And then woke up the next day blazingly excited to edit everything into place#I did try to slow down and doodle conscientiously - thus the toning! :D#There's also something poetic about the Loved and Wanted doodles being where I switched from .5 to .7 shading hehe ♥#Now it's that but in reverse! Working my patience back up a little at a time haha ♪#Oh yeah and I specifically wrote it down so I wouldn't forget lol - Scriabin's not injured in the fourth panel or anything#He's hiding for sure but he's just got a stitch in his rib (I couldn't remember what it was called for a bit so I wrote down knit haha)#Also a reminder that Scriabin is immune to the Apotheosis so he's literally just doing this to be mean :)#Adklsfajd there's a bunch more little details I'd love to ramble on about like A!Edgar untying Scriabin's yarn but ahhh tag limit!#I think I got all the Most important notes down at least ahh! I think something quiet and kind is a good for him#might post about this au more. it’s lived in my head for a while and I’ve grown fond of it

#♡ jordy is thinking ♡#this (semi) hiatus was unintended#mini story:#there’s been a lot of stress these past couple of weeks#an incident happened at home n the police were/are involved#we’ve had a lot of measures put into place to maintain our safety#but the last few weeks have had me paranoid n my anxiety has been up n down a lot#i had wanted to come back to tumblr much sooner but i feel like i’m all over the place rn#it doesn’t help that i’ve also had a lot of stress at work too#(bc our class teacher is making our work life hell)#n i just haven’t had the chance to catch a break#on the plus side#i’ve been going to the gym regularly#n i’m finally starting to see some changes#(n may have accidentally developed a crush on one of the guys who work there)#hhh#anyways#i think a new name is needed bc i don’t particularly feel anything towards this one anymore so i’ll try to think of something cute#i hope things will settle soon n i hope to be back to writing/posting at some point in the near future#missing everyone n i hope you’re all safe n doing well#<3
