Do you ever sit and think about how Xiao promised to essentially be Lumine's executioner. Do you ever think about how he said he'd kill for her if she wished so. Do you ever think about how Xiao spent thousands of years participating in bloodshed and massacre and thinks that it's all he was meant to be. Do you ever think about how he sees Lumine as a pure soul that deserves none of that suffering he pretty much drowned himself in. Do you ever think about how he can only feel useful to Lumine as a weapon and thus offered himself to her as one.
BUT ALSO! Do you ever think about how Lumine NEVER calls for Xiao to fight for her? Do you ever think about how she almost died fighting a GOD in Inazuma and only called Xiao after the whole ordeal was over and she wanted him to eat a dish? Do you ever think about how she absolutely refuses to use Xiao as the weapon he thinks he is? Do you ever think about how Lumine sees Xiao as a pure soul that deserves none of the torment and endeavors to give him peace in any way she can?

also isn’t it funny how mk blames himself for causing all of the conflicts in the show, or at least being a part of why they happened, and that’s why ink mk calling him a “harbinger of chaos” got to him so much?
the merriam webster dictionary defines harbinger as “a person or thing that announces or signals the approach of another.” isn’t it funny how harbingers don’t cause the things they announce? he doesn’t need to cause chaos- it follows him, whether he likes it or not.
i’ve posted before about the things mk blames himself for not really being his fault at all. but then again, if they were his fault, he’d at least have some sort of agency in this whole thing- but they weren’t, and he doesn’t.
being doomed to cause chaos is one thing- but being doomed to be there? to have it follow you? to be as powerless to stop it as the first fallen leaf is to stop autumn? that’s something else entirely.

There are three little mice standing on the window sill staring at the clouds darkening the sky outside. They turn in unison when they hear something approach, but they do not run. Rain starts to fall, sticking to the glass. The pipes groan as the building settles. There is a high, thin whine like a kettle screeching from another room, and the lights start to flicker. The air smells charged with ozone. The mice do not move, their beady, dark eyes just staring. Are you hungry, baby?
just another average wednesday // anonymous
PALE BLUE EYES match the stare of the mice as Caduceus stands stock still across from them, unblinking. Perhaps he should be paying more attention to everything else around him; things are strange, after all, or stranger than usual. It would be enough to make him so incredibly paranoid were he aware of it.
BUT HE’S NOT. His body is tense, ready to strike. The mice should be running, for he is in fact hungry.

listened to monster from frozen the musical today and had so many mk thoughts. literally “is the thing they see, the thing i have to be.”
^me rn. like this is me a lot of the time but also rn
I'm making my world colder
How long can it survive?
Is everyone in danger as long as I'm alive?
Was I a monster from the start?
How did I end up with this frozen heart?
Bringing destruction to the stage
Caught in a war that I never meant to wage

angel devil a scrunkly demon of angels who exists as a walking contradiction who hardly fits in with his own kind. hes a mirror a dichotomy an existential paradox etc to the question of whether devils are inherently evil or not. hes a symbol of love and guilt and sacrifice and apathy and death. also he wears a stupid little business suit to work with blue converse and binge eats ice cream that he makes his coworker he just met buy for him. how can i not consider him perfect

What instruments do you play?
The drums, guitar, electronic keyboard, a synth I designed, and plenty of obscure miscellaneous instruments that Lord Hater wanted in his songs but didn't want to learn.
I ended up really liking the theremin!
