Me: oh, ok, that's normal

I was not much into dc until lately so I don't know most of the characters.

However, I did started watching a dc show some years ago. Young Justice. So all my knowledge comes from that. All the characters I know are in the first season of that show.

I usually, when seeing dc ship art, don't get what they're talking about, because the only character in the ship I do know it robin (one of them). So when I saw ship art of Tim x Kon I didn't think much besides "omg bi rep they're SO cool I wish I knew this character"

Guess who just found out Kon is nickname for Connor

Me, first time seeing Kon x Tim fanart: Who is this guy why is he with a superman shirt is he superman. Is that some lore I didn't know.

Me, seeing it more times later: Oh, they're queer! :D They are with Red Robin! Why, that is nice. But I don't think much of it because I'm only invested in one of the characters. It's just one more Tim ship.

Me, today: Oh, look! This couple again! :) *sees the tags* Tin drake, red robin, kon el, connor, superboy-WAIT WHAT

I will die on this hill.#I have been *waiting* for the day to finally arrive when I could finally make this comic. It's been marinating for months.#My mission is to redraw all of qour's character designs one day. They are just *that* good.#CSSR has the vibes of a wandering menace who shows up in towns like a stray cat arriving at a new doorstep for treats. 10/10.#While YZY strongly leads us to believe that JFM was in love with CSSR and that's his whole motivation behind taking wwx in-#-I do think this is (once again) rumour being presented as reality. It's the juicer story to tell after all.#It is still possible that he did love her! But I think that story undercuts the relationship he also had with WCZ.#Yall ever think about how JC and WWX parallel their fathers? How Wei Changze also left the Jiang Leader's side? I do.#Unlike JC though It is far more hilarious and plausible to imagine JFM begging to be CSSR and WCZ's third. You know he would.#My wild headcanon is that JFM and YZY are in a mlm and wlw arranged marriage situation. Deeply unhappy as partners. Better as friends.#they care for each other and I'll admit that there is a beautiful tragedy in them having romantic feelings for each other the whole time.#But I am also here for the gaffs. Let them be unfulfilled homosexuals together.#Meanwhile cssr and wcz are having incredible hetrosexual sex in a bisexual way that WILL leave him pregnant by the end of it.

#jason todd #dick grayson #dc #brothers in blood #look sometimes people need to find the least vulnerable way to be vulnerable and this was that #because the fact is he is vulnerable but the last time he revealed that without undercutting the moment with jokes and giggles #it turned out fabulously wrong for him #if he distracts Dick as much as possible so he'll never find out how much of a mess he is right now or what he actually wants #he can still get that confirmation that Dick cares about him without risking something happening that would be his second final straw #even the telegram where he finally sort of reveals what this was about by thanking Dick for still having his back he has to make it wacky #the ww3 comic that preludes this is even more fascinating #because I do think the cover art is ... impactful?#Jason's holding the Nightwing suit in one hand and the red hood helmet in the other and looking solemnly at his Robin suit glass case #granted it is the pill helmet but still. anyway #he’s doing this not long after Bruce slit his throat and prior to that told Alfred to keep the glass case as in the cave in uth #because meeting Jason again changed nothing and he might as well still be dead to him so that uber-tombstone stays #ofc Jason never heard that convo but it's clear he put the pieces together by himself now while looking at the case #and he’s stranded as to what he should do + silently devastated #because he knows now that he doesn’t matter (in the only way that does matter) to the one person who was the most important in his life #after his parents were gone #so then he decides to come to Dick with this because he really is the only other person who was in his life if only very briefly #anyway that was just my interpretation of that cover but how Jason is actually written in the story is just … off in many ways #but yea #this page and that ww3 cover did kinda solidify what his motivation was for the brothers in blood arc #it was good #if only the execution of everything else was better … The premise/foundation was there

So there were a lot of theories on whether or not Vash’s hair was getting darker throughout Tristamp, and most of it seems to be easy to chalk up to lighting. Honestly, I’ve been wondering if that’s how we would see that problem show up (if it shows up at all) in Tristamp. But, you know...

Tristamp’s pacing is so different from the manga (Chronica’s already been introduced for crying out loud!), and we’ve seen his undercut grow darker as he ages and helps plants. And in this scene, we don’t see the right side of his face at all.

Could he have streaks of dark hair already, hidden from view?

However, his return unfortunately means I have to see JGS on a semiregular basis for the next 13 episodes, so I am taking a nap.

#Sunshot’s conclusion in the show is so odd bc all the puppets keel over before WRH dies so it undercuts the importance of MY killing WRH #but MY is visibly anxious when WRH tells him how great the battle’s going AND is unsurprised when WWX overrides the Yin Iron #suggesting he DID in fact know WWX had a Yin Iron piece to use (which tracks given the info he’d have access to)#meanwhile!!! WWX makes a whole deal about how he can totes override WRH’s Yin Iron and they’ll see in a month what he means by that #but he spends 75% of the battle running around using Chenqing as a baton?? he doesn’t?? play it??#LWJ has to shield him from attacks with Bichen a few times!#and it’s not like he only plays it as a last resort bc he plays it during the fucking SOUP DRAMA #so my question to both of these dramatic foils is: WHY ARE YOU WAITING TO DO THE THING.
