Everyone draws Guilliman raising his sword against the hordes of enemies in a fit of rightful rage, but I picture him carefully studying ancient scrolls, trying to find ultimate wisdom and right answers among the fading lines on the crumbling sheets.
I could draw him in the middle of an epic battle too, but seriously, everyone does that. Besides, I really don't feel like drawing anything related to the actual war for personal reasons.
Also, feel free to imagine Vulkan standing nearby and calling his brother for dinner (he already tasted it and didn't die, so the food is not poisoned, yay). XD Yeah, I often image the whole story while drawing smth.

I have a powerful need for Malum Caedo to be referenced, and referenced a LOT, in future Warhammer 40K material.
I need this man to be spoken of in hushed tones by other Space Marines. I want the Black Legion to hiss at the utterance of his name. I want Guilliman and Marneus fucking Calgar to fucking honor this guy in a public square on Macragge.
Malum Caedo is a Space Marine who has basically pulled off, single handedly, the kind of battlefield prowess it was once thought only Primarchs or the Emperor His-Goddamn-Self could have accomplished.
Give that Marine a 50 foot tall solid gold statue. Devote a whole ass library to his legendary badassitude.
Make Caedo unforgettable, a legendary hero of the Imperium, a memory to inspire every Marine, from every chapter, who comes after him.
And when he dies, he better die in single combat with a Chaos God or something -- pretty sure nobody else could take him down.

Absolutely brilliant summary of a hypothetical "what if Cain met Guilliman, and Guilliman wanted Cain's help" situation, by u/mjohnsimon on Reddit.
It's near perfect. I would read this book til it disintegrated in my hands.

Guilliman - "Cawl, I should throw you to the Mechanicus for this! An AI, cloning, mass experimentation with traitor gene-seed? Why the hell shouldn't I do it, give me just one reason!"
Cawl - "Here's the lost secret on how to terraform barren worlds back to a habitable state within a decade."
Guilliman - "… Fuck it, I'll take the heat. Just start handing that out to people."

I'm working on a terrain piece in preparation for hopefully actually getting to play sometime soon, and my hobby store had these cool statue plinths that inspired me to make a memorial statue to what is part of the backstory for 3 out of 4 of my imperial armies.
Essentially, during the Noctis Aeterna which was a consequence of the 13th Black Crusade, the Ophelia system came under attack by the forces of chaos. Now because my homebrew knight house is also based there and was always allied with the sororitas on Ophelia VII they fought alongside them and the Ophelian Guard (Which is the Guard of my houses homeworld Ophelia V) to defend the system until they were eventually all bailed out by the newly resurrected Lord Commander Guilliman.
While this war damn near wiped out the already relatively small House Deimos, they came out of the ordeal with a greatly reinforced faith in the Emperor and a now formalised and strong-as-adamantium bond with the sisters of battle. As such this event has quickly become the single most important point in the houses history and it is copiously commemorated on Ophelia V with memorials to those lost and to their new alliance as well as statues of their ultimate saviour, Robute Guilliman.
