This is a Ukrainian T-64BV captured by pro-Russia forces in Donbass and fitted with the "Shtora" eyes off of a T-90A. They're meant to make APS systems less effective on enemy tanks, but they're largely obsolete in modern tank technology.

I regularly see people (even self professed kinky ones) accuse people into ABDL or plushophilia or hard cnc of being sex offenders. Like no bitch, just because you find it gross doesn't mean it's a moral failing or that they are some kind of sex criminal.
