Graffiti at the foot of Trelick Tower, North Kensington
Whilst some of the graffiti is completely random, the wall also contains the names of those who died in the nearby Grenfell Tower fire tragedy.

No report until the summer of 2024. So any criminal prosecutions for manslaughter are unlikely to start until late 2025 or even 2026.

Congratulations to the Hubb Community Kitchen. What happened to them is appalling. Glad to see some good is coming back to them.

It's been 5 years since Grenfell and there are nearly 10,000 other buildings which are at risk of a similar fire due to flammable material wrapped around them. There's been no hint of justice for the survivors, nobody held accountable for fire doors that didn't work or cost-cutting measures that killed 72 people.
And the media focus is on Prince William and his wife attending the memorial. For me, this means both the royals and the journos reporting on them are dirty collaborators, knowingly being used to distract from the rage and pain suffered because the safety of poor people wasn't valued enough to pay for proper materials.

Keir Starmer’s willingness to accept corporate hospitality has caused disgust after he declared a gift of free football tickets from a company that was forced to pay out almost £11 million in the wake of the Grenfell Tower catastrophe.
Mulalley and Co Limited lost a legal case brought against them by a construction firm over dangerous cladding of a type similar to the material that caused 72 deaths in the Grenfell disaster.
Starmer frequently accepts corporate hospitality and donations – and was seen grinning while enjoying free seats at the European football championship final.
Starmer and his health spokesman Wes Streeting also accepted sizeable sums from a private health investor and have spoken about their plan to use more private healthcare in the NHS, but accepting hospitality from a firm selling dangerous cladding is a new low.

So now the firefighters from Grenfell are getting cancer. More blood on the hands of this government and the penny pinching ghouls, who chose money over the safety of human beings. No fucking justice.
