OH MY GOD WHAT.
I mean we got a glimpse of Tikki's true form in Dearest Family, but WOW, didn't expect to see her and Plagg so clearly!
Also their combined form is named "Gimmi", which is pronounced the same as "gimme", which seems awfully on-the-nose given that Gabriel wants Gimmi to gimme the Wish.

I was thinking: everyone is blaming Marinette for not telling the truth to Adrien. But are we 100% sure that this is what has happened? Are we 100% sure that Marinette is aware that she's lying to Adrien? More importantly, is she actually lying?
Gabriel made the wish. The wish, as the episode clearly states, is a RECREATION. It recreated reality. As Sass explained to us very clearly in Ephemeral, Gimmi has ERASED THE REALITY MARINETTE AND ADRIEN LIVED IN UP TO THEN AND CREATED A WHOLE NEW UNIVERSE, where Gabriel is the hero. Marinette, even being Ladybug and being the guardian, isn't immune to the power of the wish. Gabriel has recreated a world where he has been a hero, and probably he's a hero for Marinette too!
Have we thought about it? She probably is convinced that Monarch was a different person from Gabriel Agreste and that Gabriel sacrificed himself to destroy him because, in the reality where she lives now, THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT HAS HAPPENED. It's not a lie! It's the truth! Why would she be the only one to remember? What makes her stand out from the rest of the world?
No, I don't blame Marinette for telling Adrien that Gabriel was a hero because, in her reality now this is exactly what happened. The only thing that she's hiding from Adrien is the fact that he's a senti and why the rings need to be with him at all times. if we need to blame her for keeping secrets, that's the secret that she's keeping. Not Monarch's identity.

About the Paris special...
Me and my friends were disccusing the new miraculous world paris special and a thought crossed my mind, is there any chance Supreme in the alternate Paris is being assisted by the Kwami Null?
For context Null is the Kwami of nothingness,the overaching antagonist of the pv who assisted Gabriel/Richard Sphinx in the discarded concepts, Null desires to revert the world back to it's original state before the big bang.
Little is known about Null's personality from the concepts, except that he is an antithesis for Tikki and Plagg, or Gimmi the kwami of reality, he could give Richard the ability to see insight from the future to assist in his plan of world domination to relieve the pain he felt from his wife's disapearence, he was basically an earlier version of Nooroo .
Regardless of who Supreme really is(my money's on Fu or The order of the guardians in general), they're rule over the alternate world has turned it into a dystopia with only Hesperia and the resistance rebelling to achieve a brighter future,but another thing to focus on is Supreme put a seal on Plagg and Tikki restricting their free autonomy and more importantly their ability to shift into Gimmi take into account that in the original pv Null was the one who essentially trapped Plagg and Tikki in the miraculous to begin with to prevent their interference in his plan.
I don't know our theory could very well be a stretch but a lot of discarded concepts from the original pv have been reappearing in different versions such as Felix,Sparrow,Mime etc so it's very possible for Null to make an appearence at some point, he is essentially the antithesis to Gimmi and the concept of an evil Kwami is very interesting and would make sense they are powerful entities it's not possible for all of the Kwami's to be forces of good especially someone who is the exact opposite of Tikki and Plagg the universe should remain in balance that's something that's been continuously said throughout the show, like Tikki and Plagg are opposites to eachother, Null could be the antithesis to Gimmi.
But I lowkey don't have much faith in the series to pull this off properly and regardless of whether or not in the alternate universe or the canon universe hey a girl can dream, I just really wanna see Null so bad.

the fact that basically the first thing that gimmi says after gabriel summons her is along the lines of “hey what's up, omg a human! it's been a while :D ? oh you want to make a wish :| .....all you humans ever do is complain, why can't you ungrateful bastards ever just call on me to tell me something nice" makes me think... yeah!!!!! why doesn't anyone ever call on her just to tell her something nice?! clearly she'd be into it.
this is probably so farfetched but wouldn't it be awesome if we got to see her casually in future seasons? like lb could just ask to borrow cn's ring once in a while to talk to her and catch her up on things and maybe learn more about the miraculouses? idk i'd just kinda like to see her again, and not only if/when someone else decides to make a wish... like she asked why no one ever summoned her to rejoice :(((( someone pls summon her to rejoice

ML Ficlet: Payment
(Ml season 5 finale spoilers)
Gabriel smiled as he felt his spirit rise up.
He made his wish and now everything will be as it should.
“Now it’s over.” Gabriel spoke with relief.
“Who says it’s over?” A voice speaks.
Gabriel looks around and notices he is floating, in front of him is the being that had granted his wish, Gimmi. Around them appeared the infinite cosmos. Gabriel couldn’t believe how massive it all was, seeing it first hand.
The kwami of reality towered over him. He looked up to speak to them.
“Did the wish not go through?” Gabriel asked concerned.
“Oh the change was made. As was read from your heart and soul.” Gimmi stated.
Gabriel felt relief wash over him.
“Now is just the matter of Payment.” Gimmi continued.
Gabriel looked at the large entity in confusion.
“I thought the payment was done. I’m dead.”
Gimmi scoffed.
“Your payment was insufficient.”
Gabriel’s eyes went wide.
“But you said the change went through. If the payment was insufficient then how can that be.”
“Gabi, Gabi, Gabi. You really don’t understand. I’m not a genie. There is a price for every change.”
Gabriel felt himself sweat, there was something very wrong with the situation.
“So what is the price?”
Gabriel suddenly felt his feet started to disappear, as if being erased.
“Gimmi what is happening!?”
Gabriel tried to slow down the process.
“You are being removed Gabriel, your soul, your memories. The price of your wish is everything. You will never be reunited with your family. You will cease to be.”
Gabriel felt the dread seep in.
“Wait Gimmi… there has to be another way. Maybe another method of payment. Servitude perhaps?”
“You humans are so ungrateful. You got your wish, you were so content before. The end of your existence is a pretty cheap price all things considered. And at least your son will remember you fondly. Though he won’t in his next life.”
Half of Gabriel’s body was gone. He was panicking.
“Gimmi please! Anything but this!? Another way… another price… Please…”
“Don’t cry because it’s ending, smile because it happened. You got what you wanted. So show me that smile.”
Gabriel was only a head left.
“Gimmi… Gimmi!!!” The man cried out in desperation.
The Kwami of reality smiled.
“Now now Gabi. Gimmi Gimmi never gets.”
Gabriel screamed in agony as his mouth vanished.
Gimmi raised one of their hands to wave.
“Bonne nuit Petit papillon”
And that was the end of Gabriel Agreste.
After he vanished, Gimmi turned their attention back to the world.
“Now let’s see what happens next.”
