Is it me or is nobody talking about this kind of big news about gay couples and Christianity? It is not fresh news, but you heard about how the Pope, after making clear there would never be religious weddings for same-sex couples, recently decided to officially allow the Catholic blessing of same-sex couples by priests, right?

And you heard about how many archbishops and bishops across Europe and Africa are basically having a heart-attack at this news and loudly opposing themselves to the Vatican decision, saying they're not going to follow the Pope's words. You heard about this, right?

And how the Pope replied back that those that criticized his decision within the Church were the definition of hypocrisy? He even confessed he knew and constated that now he was clearly "isolated" within the Church, more alone than ever, but he wasn't going to revoke his words.

I expected Tumblr to speak a bit more of this... Because yes, it might be just a little step, but it is still a huge step in the wider scope of things, a huge step historically and religiously speaking - and the fact so many within the Church hierarchy are ready to turn on their own leader because he showed a slight bit of compassion for same-sex couples also reflects something about the state of Catholicism today...

Once I finish this horror themed, attempted murdering enemies to lovers fic with Graves x Makarov, I am stepping away from CoD.

Made the conscious choice to as I feel isolated in this Fandom for some reason.

Here is a collection of photos featuring beautiful RL military couples. I was careful to check for AI and read whatever history and background I could on these. Some made me think of my HC with Jack Harper (pre illusive man) as a young man being a soldier under young Hackett's command many years ago.
