Part of my writing process is creating pairs of characters in a project and outlining their relationship dynamic, usually giving them a funny little name to describe their general vibes or aesthetic as well. The beauty of writing a Pokémon Mystery Dungeon 2 AU is that with a little tweaking, the character dynamics become absolutely hilarious exploration teams.

So anyways:

what happened between leverage season 3 and 4 because every episode is pussy popping so HARD. mountaineering billionaires, fistfight in a hall of mirrors, murder mystery dinner party with real murder, chess tournament with nuclear stakes that ends with a base jump off a dubai skyscraper. it’s a nonstop rolodex of delightful locations on top of the fact that each episode is a fully realized mini heist movie. it’s like they designed this show in a lab specifically to appeal to my affections

Mutuals appreciation post because I love them very much;

Okay, I don’t know about other bloggers but like I talk to my mutuals almost everyday, whether it is through sending them random TikTok’s, or through telling them head-cannons about our favourite character or just simply checking up on our crippling mental healths. And recently I’ve expanded from talking to only like two mutuals of mine (yes, I’m looking at you; @bussyslayer333 and @roostersrooster ).

but the newly found mutuals of mine who don’t know, every month or so, I do this mutual appreciation post because I just love you guys to the moon and back. So first up;

Concept: If you stray too far from the main path of a passage of time, you will end up in a completely different time period than intended.

Fact: Dusknoir has six sableye accompanying him on missions to get those meddling kids, and their little lizard, too.

Additional Concept: The sableye are horrible little menaces with major “Ooh! Shiny!” syndrome and are prone to running off after potential trinkets they spot.

Theory: There were so many instances while traveling through passages where the sableye strayed from the main path in the noble pursuit of Shiny Pretty Treasure that Dusknoir had to come up with a strategy to minimize all the times where they had to turn around and go rescue the sableye(s) who got stuck in the fossil Pokémon era again.

Idea: In a post-credits AU where the future trio are living in the present, the gang are all prepping to time travel somewhere, and he instructs them to use this strategy out of habit. What ensues is Dusknoir having a small heart attack when he realizes and Celebi getting the most beautiful teasing material she has ever seen.
