growing up he didn't get many gifts and overall the whole day was never about him, so this day wasn't always his favorite until he got to hogwarts. even then- he still didn't see the importance of it.

over the summer he stayed with the weasley's, you were able to spend much more time with him there as molly insisted you were always welcomed.

you woke next to him, softly running your fingers through his mess of fluffy hair. "Happy birthday love" you smiled, pressing a soft kiss against his lips as his eyes softly locked with yours.

you woke him up with breakfast in bed, along with leaving small little gifts everywhere he went. at one point he almost insisted you're gifts were to much for him, but you knew it was your day to spoil him and make him feel truly special.

though it landed on a school day, you still managed to shift your attention completely toward him. you spent the morning alone together in the kitchens, having a private breakfast made by the elves.

you walked happily together to all your classes, spending as much time as possible between classes, and at lunch settling down together by the black lake.

you convinced fred and george to set up a small common room party after school along with a towered cake made by the elves.

you wake him with breakfast in bed, something simple yet so meaningful to him. you both spend the day in bed, nuzzling into each other's necks as you whisper little loving words.

later through the day, you take him through the city, where you spend the day in the park watching everything around you, and later in the night a dinner in downtown.

though you spent the day at his manor around his family, it was still one of the best things you could ever ask for. he loved seeing you over the breaks and loved it even more when you visited him.

you surprised him with a small silver locket, one with his favorite picture of you both inside.

you both agreed to meet somewhere where you'd find peaceful, yet not to crowded. with that, you both agreed to meet at a small town, which was surrounded with gardens and small cafes.

throughout the day you held each other closely while roaming through the town, imagining an ideal life for the two of you here.

Pregnancy

Requested: The boys reaction to the reader being pregnant xx

Warnings: none? Pregnancy?

A/N: I usually try making things readable for male, female, and basically just everyone and however they identify but this is definitely female for obvious reasons. I kind of want to make full ones for some of these (particularly a smut one for Harry) so just let me know if you guys want that. I was also very close to making Fred’s sad but… I’ll give you guys a break from that.

Harry Potter

You’d been trying for what felt like years. Harry couldn’t wait to start a family with you, and it hadn’t been like you guys weren’t trying. Boy were you trying like crazy, but anytime you’d hoped it worked it never did. You both had given up on trying after the false positive you’d gotten only to get your period the following day. You hadn’t let him touch you for a while after that, but when you finally did it had been the most passionate you’d ever done it. Your minds were no longer thinking about making a baby, but just loving each other. So a month later when you both stare at the positive on the stick Harry can’t help but pick you up and spin you around in the restroom with tears threatening to spill.

Ron Weasley

Ron hadn’t been the keenest on having kids. With his mother and father having seven kids and those all having kids leaving Ron swarmed with nieces and nephews, he hadn’t found the appeal of having his own. That’s why you’d been so nervous to tell him that you were pregnant. You tried hiding it for as long as you could, but the bump that had started to grow proved to be your enemy with time. He was floored when you told him, but the smile that appeared on his face calmed you. Although he’d been set on not having kids, that didn’t stop him from almost boasting to his sibling, mostly his brother, that he’d gotten you pregnant.

Draco Malfoy

It happened sooner than any of you would’ve liked. Your parents had tried finding a pureblood boy for you to end up with, and the Malfoy family was the last on their list. It wasn’t a secret that your families hated each other. Naturally you both hated each other too, at least before puberty hit. Teachers always made sure never to put you together aside from Snape, but when you both suddenly started fooling around it seemed that your teachers could tell. Your last year at Hogwarts was when it happened. One night in the room of requirement later and you were now faced with an issue you knew your parents wouldn’t like. Surprisingly Draco had been okay with it, excited even. He tried calming you down, reassuring you that everything was going to be okay.

Fred Weasley

You were a nervous wreck when you found out you were pregnant. You confided in George, trying to find the best way to bring up the subject with his twin. His idea of fireworks was not something you’d been looking for, but you thanked him nonetheless. You decided on making a suggestive dinner. The whole baby corn and baby carrot fiasco seemed to fly over Fred’s head, all he’d done was thank you for cooking for the both of you. By the time you were eating dessert you blurted it out making Fred almost choke on the bite in his mouth. He threw himself across the table at you, tackling you to the ground in a hug. You guessed that’d answered your worries if he would be okay with it or not, and you relaxed into his hug.

George Weasley

George had always wanted to have kids. Anytime you would talk about your future he’d tell you the obscene amount he wanted. It was no where near how much his mother had, but you were more than half way there with his number. You were the complete opposite, not finding any appeal in having any kids at all, or if you did only two. You hadn’t been married long before it happened, and it wasn’t surprising considering George had made use of your entire house. You’d missed your period for longer than you ever had before, and that had been when you finally decided to get a pregnancy test. You hadn’t wanted to get George’s hopes up, but him walking in on you in the restroom put a damper in your plans. You both waited together, George checking and almost shouting around the house when he say the positive.

Neville Longbottom

You hadn’t been in a romantic relationship with Neville, although the both of you had wanted it. You’d confided in him when you were at your lowest, him comforting you in a way that neither of you had expected. You didn’t think it would’ve ended up with you being pregnant, but the second you started showing symptoms you panicked. You wouldn’t have chosen anyone else to have a baby with, but not being in a relationship with him made you panic. You weren’t sure if he would take the news well, getting him by himself in order to tell him. He was beyond shocked, not knowing how to feel about it. He’d felt the same way that you did, and he’d asked you to be his girlfriend on the spot, explaining that he would be there for the both of you no matter what.

How They Hug You

Harry Potter

With Harry, the hugs were always long overdue. Each time you feel the need to wrap your arms around him, he was all too eager. You always wrapped your arms around his neck, pressing your cheek to his, and pressing yourself tight against him, because most of the time, the little love it provided was so much needed.

Ron Weasley

Often, you and Ron stood and held each other on the norm. You loved to wrap your arms around his torso and bringing your arms up to grip his shoulders. You rested your head on his chest as he stroked your hair, peppering your face and head with kisses.

Draco Malfoy

Draco wasn’t typically a hugger. He was more physical when you were alone, but if you ever needed a hug and he knew this, he’d allow you to wrap your arms tight around him. He holds your head in place, pressing a small kiss to the side of your head. But, it didn’t last for long, as he’d pull away before too long.

Fred Weasley

Fred was always, always hugging you. Whether you were cleaning your broom, making yourself some tea, or working on homework, Fred would always come behind you with a hug meant solely for you. Although sometimes this was a pain for what you were doing, you would still smile lightly.

George Weasley

George loves hugs. A lot of the time, as you walk by him in the common room, class, or in the Great Hall, he usually grabbed you and pulled you to him so he could wrap his arms around your tightly. You’d just laugh, resting your arms around his shoulders or on his hands, waiting for him to get his hugs out of his system.

Cedric Diggory

Every single time you’d try to walk away from Cedric, he’d grab you by the hand and yank you back to him. He always needed to get one last hug from you, and you were so grateful for this. When his death came, all you could think about was the last hug you had form him.

Neville Longbottom

It was fact that Neville gave the best hugs. You wouldn’t hear else wise from anyone else, no matter what. Neville wasn’t particularly social or bold, but when it came to you, he was a new person. He’d always pull you against him, sometimes a little rough, just to feel your body tight against his. You adored him for this, and wouldn’t trade it for the world.

The Marauders:

James Potter

No matter the occasion, you always threw yourself upon James. You had made it a game for yourself to try to knock him off balance, causing you both to crash to the ground, but he was too good. He’d always catch you, wrapping his arms right around your waist and holding you in the air as you giggled wildly. It was a tradition you wouldn’t forfeit.

Sirius Black

It was Sirius’ personal favorite to hug you from behind. He’d take his strong arms and wrap them around your body, arms and all, and rest his head on your shoulder, having casual conversation with you. You didn’t mind one bit because you adored the warmth and secure feeling Sirius brought when he wrapped his arms around you.

Remus Lupin

Your beloved Remus gave the sweetest hugs. You always initiated them,m by wrapping your arms right around his torso, invading his personal space and resting your head on his chest. He’d comply with you and wrap his arms around you, gentle as ever, just as you loved.
