~10/9/2022~ So I registered a very strong positive LFT in the morning, which was frustrating as physically I seem to be on the up - covid seems to have now turned into a cold and a slight cough with very little fever. I played Sims for most of the morning, finished reading a book in my Kindle - House Rules by Jodi Picoultt - it was about a boy with Asperger’s facing trial for murder - it was quite gripping though I didn’t 100% agree with how Asperger’s was portrayed throughout the book. I was up to doing a bit of art later in the day. (TW ED? But restriction not due to ED) It was the first day where I managed to have a proper meal - Bella was very relieved to finally have a plate to lick clean! I went out for a short walk in the woods in the evening with my mask on as I do think it helps me to keep moving a little and I can’t do that in my tiny flat and garden - but I felt so anxious when I saw people even from quite a distance away as I feared giving it to them - even though at this stage there are likely lots of people out and about or at work who have covid. Ciavarro di Ripatransone, zuppa di legumi e cereali, #ricetta #ciavarro è una #zuppadilegumi e cereali, tipica di #ripatransone (AP). Ha somiglianze con le "Virtù" abruzzesi, in cui sono presenti accanto ai legumi e ai cereali, anche verdure fresche (bietole, cicoria, borragine, cuori di carciofo, cavolo, spinaci) e diversi tipi di pasta corta. L'origine di Ciavarro e di Virtù è pressochè identica; nascono infatti come piatti primaverili poichè avevano la funzione di ripulire le dispense dai rimasugli invernali e far posto ai freschi prodotti estivi. Ricetta Ciavarro - Ingredienti per 4 persone 50gr. di lenticchie, 50gr. di ceci, 50gr. di cicerchia, 50gr. di fagioli bianchi, 50gr. di fagioli borlotti, 50gr. di fava secca, 50gr. di granoturco, 50gr. di orzo perlato, 50gr. di farro o grano, 1/4 di bicchiere di olio extra vergine d'oliva, 1/2 chilo di polpa di pomodoro, peperoncino, una cipolla, tre spicchi d'aglio, sale. - Procedimento Lasciare ammorbidire in acqua fredda i chicchi di granoturco (del tipo più arrotondato); dopo 12 ore di ammollo, scolarli e asciugarli nel forno, a calore moderato, per 15 minuti circa, quindi rimetterli a bagno per altre 12 ore. Fare ammorbidire, sempre in acqua fredda, gli altri legumi e cereali (eccetto l'orzo perlato che va cotto senza ammollo) per almeno 12 ore, dopodichè scolarli e cuocerli in acqua salata, in tegami separati. Soffriggere in olio d'oliva la cipolla e gli spicchi d'aglio tritati finemente, aggiungere la polpa di pomodoro e realizzare così un sugo che deve cuocere per 30/40 minuti.
