Finally finished with Chapter 9!! Which, coincidentally, might be my favorite chapter…?? Tied with chapter 20 I think lol. I really love the tone of this chapter and how it’s kinda like The Big HalfWay Point. Y/n and the boys are getting so close!! Lore and backstories are revealed!! The last “monster of the week” type episode before the boys royally screw up and the angst starts. I also REALLY love the target practice scene? There might be a spot drawing of that still in progress….

I’m pretty happy with this one! Landscapes and automobiles are NOT my forte, but this was good practice and a good challenge! I have like….6 more pictures with the truck/airstream I think? I don’t even want to think about the backgrounds I’ve got left 😅. So practice is absolutely a good thing! The words and chapter header should be positioned up in the sky of this one, with the picture taking up the bottom half of the pages, so no clouds or sky details for this one.

Okay so messy coloring BUT I just wanted to yeet this brain rot into existence. I suck at bodies, but these two are supposed to be leviathan class as far as Length goes, though torso and head area is just slightly bigger than average human. Yes, it's a subnautica AU, it actually takes place around Sector Zero for the ice, so it's technically a Subnautica: Below Zero AU, but I'm not going to be pendatic about that, more info below the cut!

Do you know... how hard it is... to make something that's recognizeable as both alien... AND a mermaid? because... this was difficult. (why yes, I did get inspired for Moon's un-injured side by Zoras, I'll finish the injured/scarred side and a front view in a bit. Yes, Sun's rays are all funky sizes and not all the same shape, I did this by hand and tried to do it in like an hour, okay? This paper is thick but it was deteriorating the more layers of color I put on it, so I had to be kinda careful with it.)

Sun and Moon are, in fact, from the same species, but from separate branching "pods". Kinda like you have a group of Sphynx cats and a group of Himalayans--same creature, different breed. Normally, they're territorial, but mostly they can mesh on an individual level, forming their own little families and crossing the genetics and blah blah blah it's all aliens I can make up what I want. Both are on the small size of adult, the largest ones growing up to 100 meters long or longer! These two clock in at about 40 and 38 meters respectively, but they're capable of furling fins and coiling up to be smaller. Sun is much more open and engaging while Moon is much more subdued.

Sun's fins on the rest of him is supposed to be remniscent of a betta fish.

the rest of Moon is more sleek and smooth (except when he's doing a territorial display, at which point, with his spines and fins, he looks more like the lionfish, but blue and luminescent white)

I have found the stupidest show to make a daycare attendant y/n au about. This would have to be a crack au because holy crap

It's called Funny Pets; featuring these two beauties

Corona & Crescent

Again it's very stupid and I'm not really sure how to describe it really. Background wise; Corona and Crescent are aliens that crash land on the planet and are adopted by (human?) Funny. Things get really weird really quick

Also quick note; this was technically aired as a kids show but it definitely has some sexual and graphic elements

The fact two of the main characters are celestial themed is really the only reason I made the connection. Again crack au idea

I found out about it from a Saberspark review on it. It's very absurd... and all 24 episodes are up on youtube

Funny Pets (Alternatively 'Funny Pets Plus: Poetic and Lunatic') is a 3DCG Anime created by Ryuji and Wakako Masuda, known better for their two previous shows, Popee The Performer and Ga-Ra-Ku-Ta: Mr. Stain On Junk Alley. Funny Pets follows two aliens named Crescent (voiced by Atsushi Ishino) and his brother Corona (voiced by Michiko Furutani). Their ship crashes on Earth, and they are discovered by a moody teenage girl named Funny (voiced by Haruka Igawa), who keeps them as pets. Funny can be abusive to the aliens at times, though for some reason they stick around. Crescent often tries to gain favor from Funny, but his efforts constantly fail in comedic ways. However, like one can come to expect from Masuda's works, nothing is as it seems. The characters get into the most surreal situations imaginable, and a death or two is not uncommon to see, although the reset button is hit after every episode. You don't have to watch any of the episodes in order, except for the finale, which I recommend watching last (obviously). This is a fun little series to binge, since there are only 24 short episodes, as long as you’re prepared to lose brain cells at some of the episodes.

I have only seen one full episode and the review so I don't know everything that happens, but I find it amusing so far

FNAF SB x Frozen AU that I thought of on september of 2022 at 3:36 am

It's a long one, so I'm putting the rest of it under a cut. In the order I drew them, so there are like 2 artstyle changes.

Enjoy.

A year ago these scenarios had me rolling in bed cackling for one hour, trying not to wake my family with my laughter as the scenes came to my mind one after another.

I had left out a couple of scenes undrawn because those weren't that funny and as I drew the panels the rest of the scenes started to look more bland than the previous one. So I'm stopping it here.
