Random Witcher au

Witcher decided to journal their journey on the path since they started and logged how long they stayed, the reception from humans, how much pay ect.

It catches on with others so they know which places to avoid due to reception or not paid correct amount

Then here comes along jaskier with his Witcher songs and suddenly there are more positive interactions and money.

I kind of want some witchers to find him while he is teaching (him being a teacher during winter away from geralt) and want answers.

Meanwhile said class that the witchers busted in on and jaskier are treated to decades of data from multiple witchers about their reception and how it's positive due to jaskier.

And they start talking about how it's giving false hope until jaskier starts giving negative songs about witchers, or once he is dead and things go back to the status quo of hating witchers and not getting paid.

Evil Damian and Hero Raven AU

So think Damian as Robin, except instead of Talia actually needing Damian to be protected, it was all a ploy to get him close to Batman and the Justice League so that he could infiltrate them. He still joins the Titans, and after the news of Ras's death, he ultimately picks the League over the Titans and betrays them.

Only problem is that he loved Raven, and she loved him back. They were in a relationship and it broke her heart when he betrayed them. Think some really callous moment where the Titans are up against the League of Assassins and Damian then turns against the Titans and seems like he's actively trying to kill them. "Damian, what are you doing?" "It's time him to rejoin his family." "Damian, I thought we were your family." "You thought wrong" type shit. All the Titans immediately get pissed, but Raven just sort of freezes, she's shocked. Damian can't even look at her.

All the Titans retreat and make it out with their lives, albeit barely. Raven immediately goes and locks herself in her room. Damian is waiting for her. He holds up a detonator, telling her that if she alerts the other Titans he'll blow up half of Jump City. She's pissed, but isn't willing to call his bet. They fight about ideologies and the like, until he ultimately offers for her to join them. "I want you by my side." "Get the fuck out of my tower." "Just know, that all of it was real, Raven, everything with you, it was all real." "I know. And that is why I can never forgive you." Type beat.

SO THEN cue some epic moments such as:

-Damian being on the verge of death in battle and Raven healing him and then punching him square in the face, knocking him out and leaving before he wakes up.

-Raven getting captured by the League, Damian once again asking her to join him, her refusing by saying "I've had enough of demons trying to use me to take over the world". Her getting taken prisoner and begging him to quit the League, him refusing.

-Shiva bringing an injured/on the verge of death Damian into Raven's cell one day. "I should just let him die" "You should. But you won't." "And how do you know that?" "Because you love him. And part of you still hopes that he loves you enough to leave all this."

-SPARKS FLYING CRAZY BATTLE TENSION.

-Damian visiting Raven after a battle. "I hate you" "I know you do, Beloved." "Just for one night." "Only the one."

I don't know how I'd ever convey this in art but. Thinking very deeply about how in boy king au, a very crucial part of characterization is that Seb is a wolf in sheep(or lamb more specifically)'s clothing and Fernando is a sheep in wolf's clothing.

Seb is very unassuming, very delicate, seemingly very vulnerable and malleable. But, deep down, he can be very ruthless. It's in the the way he hesitantly declares war, with a spark in his eye and a suppressed smirk. In the way he challenges someone to a card game or a horse race, proclaiming that he's not great, but winning every round and prancing around the room and mentioning it ad infinitum. The way he's able to instantly turn the tide in a debate in one fell swoop. By showing all his cards constantly and letting himself be vulnerable, he's making himself invulnerable. No one would ever consider him to be able to make big moves, so he wins every single time, because no one even thinks to expect it from him.

Fernando on the other hand, is constantly committed to having a looming presence and harsh reputation, but deep down, he's soft. He knows what happens to people when they're vulnerable, and he's not going to let himself be taken advantage of. The way he keeps a brave face when being informed of the marriage proposal, but goes back to his room and cries. The way he proclaims that he was always going to be the rightful ruler of Spain, but confides to Flavio that he never thought there was any real chance of it ever happening. The way he takes himself so seriously in public, but inside feels so giddy whenever he can make someone laugh. Everything to him always feels unstable and ready to crumble at any moment, and he's not willing to contribute to that by letting himself relax.

I think thats why it's very difficult for them to get along at first, because they have completely different approaches to how they carry themselves and make their way through life. Seb is confused at Fernando because he feels that he's very bland and overly serious at first, but truthfully he's not really seeing the actual Fernando. And Fernando finds Seb to be naive and easily taken advantage of, but that's because he's never seen Seb at his most cruel. Seb really loves when he eventually gets to see Fernando being vulnerable, and Fernando really admires and respects Seb when he sees him being serious. I think it just takes a while for them to show the other their full and complete selves, even the parts they can sometimes be ashamed of. There's this very compelling dichotomy in Seb laying out all his cards, but still being very difficult to read, and Fernando keeping his cards to his chest, but his intentions often being easily seen through.

Quickies

Artificial soul that looks like a poloroid. Tether that clips soul to body is physical part of body. Soul can live without body but body will dust unless certain precautions taken.

Photography based abilities. Shown - Snapshot. Fingergun with left hand and snaps with right hand to create a "-graph" of something. Different graphs do different things.

Reverse eye lights -> usually fills socket with a ball of light with a variable pupil. Only has "normal" lights when terrified.

Bites his tongue when happy/excited/etc.

Trapped in the void for an extended period of time pictured lower right corner. Unable to summon chest-cavity flesh so took to holding self to feel more secure.

Usually summons ecto-flesh in chest cavity as a way to protect and keep soul from wiggling around. Fun fact: it goes away when unconscious but will come and go while dreaming.

Magic is meant to be grey w/ hints of blue/green. Sparkles/shimmers.

Fluff in coat is feathers / down feathers.

Has a bandana as a way to accessorize. Much of his fancier clothing here is gifted to him by his future SO. While doodling these I realized itd be fun if his bandana changed designed based on his emotions/feelings like Coffee (blackggggum). The standard is just bones (though he has a collection of different ones).
