you glared at him as he motioned to each of you on the couch, restating your names.

you stand up, "hi, its nice to meet you!" you say as you reach your hand out for a handshake.

"yea, i know who you are!" he tells you enthusiastically, going in for a hug instead. you let out a surprised 'oh' and you pull away from the hug.

"you do?" you ask with a slight smile.

"i already kinda knew who you were but when i heard you vocals on the song, i thought it would be cool to check you out," he said nodding.

"oh my god, thank you," you laugh, glancing at dream. he was looking at your boyfriend behind you on the couch.

bf!sapnap who just keeps a close eye on you when you and gravy start interacting more between 'scenes'. he lowkey glared from a distance when the tall blonde compliments you and cracks a few jokes to seemingly make you laugh.

when bf!sapnap saw you come out in a string bikini for one of the scenes, he stopped everything he was doing and went over to talk to you.

"do you need something to cover up with?" he asked, trying to stand in a way to block you from everyone there.

you smile at him with a quiet laugh, "no we start filming in like five minutes," he nods and looks down at your practically naked body. you shake your head and lean in to give him a peck on the lips.

he places his warm hands on your waist, looking at your cleavage and shamelessly checking you out.

bf!sapnap who has you sitting up on the bar outside when the camera is panning around everyone. he's feeling up your sides and getting close enough to kiss you but never actually doing it.

the director at one point has to ask him to move away from you to get more shots of your two on your own or in a different pose.

bf!sapnap who brings you your clothes from earlier in the shoot to change back into. he tries to get you to let him 'help you'.

"nick, i dont need help to put on a t-shirt and shorts," you tell your boyfriend with a blank face.

"of course you do! you need to undo the tie of your bikini," he says as if its obvious. you roll your eyes and shut the door to the bathroom, locking it loudly for emphasis.

its short cause i got tired. but someone, as a cw assignment, suggested writing about anthropomorphizing (?) objects and theres a podcast called Everything Is Alive that does exactly that. one of them is of a pregnancy test... and i would wanna be a pregnancy test just to know ive made someone burst into tears with something other than my writing... -nony

“Third Wheel”

DNF from Sapnap’s perspective: a fluffy drabble.

People often ask Sapnap if it gets annoying, being the “third wheel” to Dream and George, but he really doesn’t see it that way.

Sapnap loves that his friends are in love.

He loves that George smiles every time he looks at Dream, that he smiles with his whole face, smiles so big his cheeks glow. He loves that George makes Dream confident, that he brings out his bubbly side, makes him hum to himself and dance around the kitchen, even when there’s no music playing. He loves watching Dream dote on George, always wiping something off his face or smoothing his hair, his hands always hovering over his back like he needs to be sure George is there.

He loves that they’re sappy, sometimes, when they get a quiet moment to themselves, and Sapnap just pretends he isn’t smiling giddily while he watches them share whispers and kisses down the hall. He loves even more that they’re usually not sappy, that they still bicker, jokingly, and George still gets flustered and tells Dream to stop when he makes one too many flirtatious jokes.

But he loves most of all that he can see how happy they are, being together for real, in person. That he doesn’t have to tell George everything will be alright when he calls late at night, voice tight in his throat, camera off, insisting he isn’t crying. That he doesn’t have to ask Dream if he’s been sleeping alright or if he’s eaten something that day. That he doesn’t catch him on the couch by the window, staring out longingly, a look on his face that’s far-too serious for a twenty-year-old kid who should be out living his life, but can’t.

And, sure, he doesn’t get to spend every single second with them, but he wouldn’t want to. What they do in their solo-couple time does not interest him, thank-you-very much. But they certainly don’t exclude him from their lives, just because he’s their friend and they’re each other’s boyfriends. They’re all still best friends.

He still drives George around in his Tesla and they sing along to their favorite pop songs out of tune and off-tempo. He still watches football shoulder-to-shoulder with Dream and cheers till their throats run raspy. He can still wander into either of their rooms whenever he wants (provided they’re not in there together—in which case, he’s definitely knocking) and crash into their bed, force them to look at tiktoks with him, or find some good food to order. They still watch movies together on the Dream Team couch, and yes, Dream still lifts the corner of the blanket and lets Sapnap get under to cuddle with them both.

So, no. He doesn’t feel like a third wheel at all.

And honesty? If Dream and George weren’t in love, nothing would be the same, so Sapnap wouldn’t have it any other way.

if you're too tired to do much of anything, he has no problem taking care of everything, starting a bath and carrying you in

i saw your vampire menace au update but it was also at the same time as i was watching the asylum season of american horror story and it got my brain flowing

obviously nothing as sinister but you also just mentioned regulation and consequences to attacking a human, whether on purpose or not. and then i was thinking about a kind of facility or ward where you’d be sent for a few weeks, mostly just to monitor your blood intake and recondition you into consuming the right and healthiest amount, if you typically feed on human blood they would probably chart it and switch you to a “vegetarian” option for a short while to fend off the craving for human blood until they can go back and restart a feeding process and working up a routine so that it doesn’t happen again

this is nonsense and likely not at all what you wanted to get at but i was watching it and thought damn that sounds like something that could exist but also im stewing in the drama so sapnap would HATE it there and george visiting him would be tense because they’re so hurt,, and consider dream not being allowed to visit for the first few weeks because he’s first of all human, and second, the human that sapnap “attacked”
