I've been doodling in my sketchbook while binging Regular Show, and it became a little comic thingy

nobody talks about or uses the fact that Mordecai is a bird so I started an extremely lazy, doodley comic thing about molting, lol.

I know my handwriting sucks bad, so here it is translated into Legible English:

Mordecai: *walks in the room, scratching at his head*

Rigby: Man, why do you keep scratching your head like that? Got lice or something?

M: No, dude, I don't have lice. It's--

R: Are you sure it isn't lice? 'Cause I remember in 3rd grade--

M: Dude, it's not lice!

M: It's these stupid pin feathers. Remember how I've been molting for the past few weeks?

R: Uh, no.

M: Dude, seriously? There's been feathers everywhere!

R: ...

M: Benson's been all upset?

R: Benson's always upset.

M: Okay, whatever. Anyway, a bunch of feathers are growing back, and it's really irritating.

R: Ohh. Can I see?

M: See what?

R: The feathers growing back.

M: Oh. Uh, sure dude.

R: Eek, they look so weird.

M: What? You've seen them before.

R: Yeah, doesn't mean it isn't weird. I'm not a bird, you know?

M: I guess.

R: So you have to break these little pin feather casings, like this?

M: Mhm. Yeah.

M: Oh, and make sure to be careful of the--

M: AH!

R: Oops.

M: Dude! that one was still growing!

R: Sorry!

M: Is it bleeding?

R: Kinda?

M: Great. These things don't stop bleeding until you put something on them.

R: Aw, jeez, really?

M: Yeah. I should have the powder in the bathroom, though.

[A few minutes later]

M: Well. Looks like I'm out.

R: Aw, nuts! Do we need to go get some?

M: Nah. There's another way.

[In the kitchen]

M: Mom taught me that flour or corn starch works in a pinch.

Benson: Flour? I think Pops used the rest of the flour for something.

M and R: Great.

B: You guys shouldn't be baking anyway. You should be working.

R: We're not baking, we're trying to help Mordecai!

R: Do you NOT see the blood dripping down his face??

B: ...Oh.

B: What happened, Mordecai? Are you okay?

M: Yeah, Benson, I'll be fine. I just need to find something to stop the bleeding.

M: We don't have any cornstarch, do we, Rigby?

R: No.

what does and doesnt count as zoophilia? monsterfucking? yiff? porn of cartoon characters like disney or anime? how far can you go before its too far? is zoophilia the same as beastiality or is there a line to separate them?

zoophilia- so this a topic all on it's own but from a little bit of digging i've identified a few things, zoophilia is a sexual attraction to animals. This does not mean committing acts with animals which is considered beastiality. additionally there is also zoosadism which means sexual attraction from inflicting pain on animals. A fun tidbit to according to a relevant research article paper a quote they noted about zoophilia "the American Psychiatric Association has determined that ‘‘zoophilia is virtually never a clinically significant problem by itself’’ (American Psychiatric Association 1987:405). link here

They also gave a fun estimate about 50% of rural men in the 19th century engaged in bestiality at least once. yipee. Another interesting note from their research was the following: "A growing body of clinical research defines zoophilia as the ‘‘sexual desire for, emotional attachment to, and love for animals,’’ which often becomes crystallized through the choosing of a ‘‘partner’’ with whom a deep relationship is formed (Wilcox et al. 205:307)" so to reiterate the difference: a zoophile would find a dog attractive as they are a beastialist would sexually abuse a dog (in this journal it was found that attraction often isnt the case of beastiality also link here) a zoosadist would find sexual attraction in kicking a dog specifically. monsterfucking- is an attraction to specifically labeled fantasy creatures deemed monsters, werewolves, beasts, cryptids. I'd argue a dragon would fall under the monster category, while donkey from shrek would fall under the furry category. what's the difference? a dragon from traditional folklore that possesses no anthropomorphic qualities will be considered a monster since it is fantasy if the dragon was real as in dragons existed in the natrual world and was not fantasy then it would be zoophilia, donkey from shrek is anthropomorphized he can talk like a person and is considered a furry. This brings us to Yiff which is anthropomorphic animal porn. Which holds a wide range of porn. Feral anthro porn is still considered yiff. Feral drawings and depictions with no anthropomorphization is considered zoophilia porn. if you took away donkeys ability to speak uh, yeah thats just zoophilia porn. some fast examples: bolt- yiff, can talk like person and thinks like one simba- yiff, talks and thinks like a person bambi- yiff, talks and thinks like a person but wait till he's an adult please lol the bird from up- monsterfucking, a cryptid in a story Tiger from life of Pi- Zoophilia, thats just a tiger my guy Overall, for some specific scenarios/depictions it probably is up to interpretation. With that being said. The line of going "to far" is when illegal IRL contact is being planned, done, or is being ignored. Watching "real" content online is to far, engaging is to far, planning is to far, being a passive bystander in these actions from others is also to far. being complacent with this type of behavior is dangerous and often breeds repeat offenses. It's best to cut ties and report to authorities what you know when possible. I would suggest to read both articles as they have lots of good information that is expanded on further. I would also note that even being passive to common arguments that are positive of bestiality is currently being posturized as to whether thats enough to have someone finally feel comfortable to engage in bestiality. I would aire on the side of caution, if you see these arguments for it refute them, or just let them know it's not welcome. any hostility or rejection is shown to help tamper down community engagement with bestiality as its a very fragile community. Is medic a praying mantis? If he isn’t, could I request you to draw Archimedes as an insect? I wonder what a beloved bird from h*ll combined with my fear would look like!

Two page spread I made for my college final

This was a college final portfolio piece I presented just recently. The class itself was about character design and how to go from a character description, to 2D artwork, then finally a 3D model optimized for animation purposes. It was A LOT and this piece represents probably a minimum of 50 hours of work.

To provide some added context about the world (below the cut)

This is a world where the biblical creation story of genesis is in fact true, (though instead of 6000 years ago it’s an unspecified “somewhere in the distant past”) however, animals took of the fruit of knowledge instead of humans, who never came to be. (which means that fungi took the role of most animals, because it would be weird for me to include anthropomorphic sapient animals alongside non anthro, non sapient counterparts.)

I’m currently working on rewriting parts of the bible for fun, and have come to the conclusion that there should be an extra two books between genesis and exodus (iterations and emergence respectively), which describe in further detail how most “kinds” of animals came to be, (a kind is a group somewhere between species family and species order, so using the same terminology as a biblical kind, but with a different meaning since a biblical kind describes what a creature does not what a creature is which is why whales are classified as fish and bats and locusts are (depending on the translation and passage) “swarming kinds” or “flying kinds”, and sometimes also considered birds.)

If I were to magically get funding or a team behind me (which as awesome as that would be I’m not really in a position to manage for the foreseeable future), the plot of the RPG would go a little something like this: “you play as a barn owl catholic priest who has traveled to the American southwest during the 1880s, (well technically for me anything between the 1860s to the 1910s is fair game, since that’s usually considered the timespan of the “American wild west”), and you seek to seal the gates of hell which have opened up near the quiet town of Haven, which has brought forth many daemons and monsters from the other side. Through your travels you meet Rust, alongside a Jackalope named Cruz, and a Kestrel named Lucia. Throughout your journey you help townsfolk, freeing them from opportunistic bandits as well as all forms of supernatural terrors, while at the same time exploring how religion intersects with issues of race, gender, sexuality, and morality itself.”

I have a lot more in store planned for this project, and I’m happy to answer more questions, but that’s all I’m willing to divulge in a single comment for disclosure sake, since I’m cautious when it comes to potential IP theft. Thank you for understanding!

Edit to add: forgot to mention this, but obviously since all characters are animals, "race" and of course racism is handled a lot differently. I have this graph showing largely how society at large sees the different animal groups, and the closest parallel I can draw to this when it comes to religion is early Mormon views (Curse of Cain and Curse of Ham respectively, basically black people are just born morally and spiritually inferior.)

Would you consider drawing a Jazzy/blusey D&D creation Bard owl(let)? (So anthro owl, has arms, legs) He playes the Saxophone,He's a sassy bird who plays the smoothest jazz. Even though my former main OC of this account had some agere themes to her, I just thought that she didn't stand out as an agere OC (as she was just a human child/teen who takes care of an entire lighthouse, which didn't quite make any sense). So, I thought that it would be a good idea if changed her design up a bit... and made her an entirely different species. (I'm not really a furry, but anthro birds are just fun for me to draw, so I stuck with that.)

This is just concept art, her finalized design is subject to change but it will look similar to this.

Meet Lazaret, the new main OC of this account! She's an anthropomorphic northern gannet who is a lighthouse keeper on an uninhabited skerry in Scotland (that is quite far from the mainland). When she is off-duty, she often acts like a baby due to how she just wants to be loved by her parents once again (since they were separated from her during a storm at sea).

While age regressing, Lazaret can be quite fussy and demanding. She rarely chooses to walk and will often scoot or crawl to get herself around. She loves to babble to herself when she is bored, and can be quite vocal (she never actually uses words, though). She can also be quite sleepy and clingy (if there are other people present to take care of her). Overall, acting like a baby does calm herself down whenever she gets emotional, but when she is not regressing, she does find this act of hers quite embarrassing sometimes.
