I'm glad Izzy's dead, not because I entirely disliked the character (I really thought he was mostly a fun little piece of crap in s1 especially, before the canyon dug into him and ruined it) but because, after s2, if we get s3, if he was still dooting around, I can't imagine what fresh and horrible new discourse we'd get about it and I'm SO TIRED.
With that being said, I'm really frustrated by the fact that one of the things s2 very much did not do was have Stede or Ed really actually talk about the certain things that happened that influenced their actions at the end of s1 - namely, the whole traumatic Chauncey encounter that led Stede to run home (I really hope he talks to Ed about this one day at least, he needs to know that's not his fault) and Izzy's homophobic tirade just as Ed was kind of working through things. Especially frustrated that since Izzy's dead now, and I guess maybe that chapter's closed, Ed's probably not going to just bring up that "oh yeah so you see what happened was Izzy came to talk to me and he - " to anybody, so as far as everybody's ever going to be concerned, the "canon" version of events to the Revenge crew will still just be that Ed just did an emotional 180 for unknown reasons was really unfairly mean to Izzy in particular. Even if he did mention it, there's now the plausible deniability of the fact that the other party is dead and can't speak for himself, and I dunno how much of the deathbed confession anybody else actually heard, or if it would have meant anything to them. And I mean, we can only do so much to influence other people's perceptions of us, but that still sucks, you know

Happy Blog-versary @storyweaverofgondor !!!! 🙆♀️♥♥ For the Cat-ucopia event I selected Cats Kilworth House 2019 because everything about that production is just so interesting and I've always wanted to draw something from it! For this artwork my initial plan was to just draw Tugger, but then I kept looking at the costume designs and set designs and going down a rabbit hole and AH what the heck let's draw the all three Doot Bros HAHA
I was struggling to paint like how I usually do when I was working on this painting so I changed it up a little and tried out something different this time! I referenced Kishimoto's colored art for Naruto and tried to replicate it with digital art, hopefully it works xD; it's definitely something different! Thank you so much to @storyweaverofgondor for hosting this event and for being such a wonderful member of the CATS fandom!! ♥♥ Here's to another year of funky lil cats dancing away 🥰♥

Elsternwick Spring Update! (04-24-24)
Good evening, everyone! We hope your day and the month of April has been well, we've been busy at work planning a number of events, and encounters, and while we've been excited to share them with you, we only feel now they are finally ready to be seen, and we hope you'll look forward to them! So, why don't we begin with some new arrivals?

This run of new characters had a larger than usual amount of applicants who we could not reach via Discord, if you sent an application in the past three months and have not been accepted, please check in with us and we'll clarify if you've been accepted or not!

Now, onto the second part of the announcement!
As you may have seen in our previous update, we have an update planned for Spring! Enough time has passed, and we believe that is is all ready to go!
Overabundant Life (Spring Event: April - Mid June!)
With the death kneels of a mushroom man who was preventing the cycle of life and rebirth, an explosion of pent up natural and life energy has saturated Elsternwick and the surrounding area, Spring was delayed for a month or so, but now it is here in full force... perhaps a bit too much full force!
Plants and vines are growing all over town, on buildings, on people, everywhere! There's even a few rare plants that hunger for human flesh... and herbs that many will pay a pretty penny for, hope you've got your shears at the ready!
Not only that, but an explosion of animal life has brought new life to the forest, all types of creatures are wandering in and around the forests of Elsternwick, baby animals, protective mother animals, and a few odd ones you may have seen before, you'll have to be careful, if you're feeling daring, maybe you can go hunting...? Make sure they're cleared to hunt!
With melting ice and flowing water, the Lakes and Rivers of Elsternwick are brimming with latent life, hungry fish, and unusually clear water, it's a fine time to fish, or perhaps explore the lakes around town, you may even find some long forgotten treasure...
And finally, as Spring begins, Arcadia Carnival begins with a grand festival, tents and games of all types are visible around the board walk, with portals to other worlds freely open, wonderful visitors of Fae Nobility wander freely, and promises of endless joy surround the carnival... there's even a promotion to get extra Arcadia Tickets! Perhaps just this one you can trust faeries...?
And that's just a few things planned for our Spring Event! As you can see, it's focused mainly on how Spring has life growing all over the place, and we think there's plenty of opportunities for interesting roleplays, we look forward to what you may end up doing!
It ends in Mid June, so don't fret, you've got plenty of time before our Summer Events!
Upcoming Features
Finally, we have a small update on some of our upcoming events for 2024!
In 2023, a majority of the events were serious and focused on Story, including alternates, curses, and emotional energy running amuck, for 2024, we decided that this year's events would instead focus inward, with a majority of our events focusing on Locations within Elsternwick, and expanding on the lore of our fair city!
This was player voted on thanks to Discord's brand new Poll feature, which also helped us decide which places to focus on with upcoming events, and we're pleased to give you a small teaser of what's to come in Mid-May! Hopefully you won't be waiting too long...
Elsternwick's rivers have long run through the town, with many passing over it, unaware that another long river flows beneath...
When problems begin to plague Elsternwick's water, citizens will have to traverse into the maintained sewer sections and find various surprises, and perhaps a glimpse into something forgotten in the town's past.
You'll be surprised by What Lurks Beneath. As Above, So Below, as they say...
We're still ironing out the details, but we hope you'll look forward to it when it's ready in May!
Once this is finished, why not cool down and head to the beach?
Amazing things are beginning to wash up on the shores, and the roar of the ocean hides many things, valuable and wonderful things that the Museum and Library may be very interested in...
With the return of an ancient book, strange things are happening there, and perhaps some of these beach curios could help calm whatever has taken root in the library, bringing history to life...
Our next Event will likely overlap with Summer, so you'll be waiting longer for it, but we hope you'll look forward to it!

TWST Event Outfit Designs for Yuu!MC

Designing outfits is my jam here are some little extra tidbits:
Bridal Event
Originally I was going for a fortune teller outfit but I wanted to vary it up a bit. Since the Bridal Event was all about corpse bride stuff, I wanted to include death motifs in the design
Also, inspired by the request, the outfit was created relatively quickly using spare NRC ceremonial robes after Idia's abduction
They let Grim scratch the shit out of the edges for ✨aesthetic✨
Used real bones
Don't ask where they got it from
Stole one of Crowley's masks bc fuck him we could've been sleeping
The shoes are really dark so the skeletal feet stand out
Also as I was discussing with Haze, we thought Rook's outfit should be super LOUD to contrast with Yuu's mysteriousness
Rook has dual-toned hair split across the middle with a bright ringleader outfit on
Idia cannot handle Yuu's energy rn he's going to combust and he deserves it for chapter 666&667
New Years Event

It took a whole ass day to do all the skincare, coordination, make-up, and retouches courtesy of Pomefiore
Vil made fucking sure Yuu dozing off didn't ruin their work. Epel presses F in chat when Yuu accidentally smeared her mascara after rubbing her eyes
Yukata is not super easy to move around in but Sam got us the good stuff so it's not as bad as it could've been
The pins and ribbons are to mimic Grimm/cat. It's kinda heavy ngl
But the ornaments are flowers looks great!
Two fire tails are safe to touch through the wonderful use of ✨magic✨
Hair was dyed slightly purple to match her outfit
Floof around her neck also supports the head weight
A closer look at the makeup; they were going for gentle wife vibes that definitely killed her husband for insurance
As someone who recently tied on fake lashes for the first time can attest, Yuu had a hard time opening her eyes completely at first

The Damage You Do: ch 16, pt 2
Part 1
Doot doot~ part 2. I am debating switching perspectives to lwj next time (which will likely be Tuesday), but that would make this chapter very short... Hmm~ decisions, decisions.

“No! No! Stop! Please! Someone!” wwx yelled, tears threatening at his eyes even as a shockingly calm acceptance and something that felt much too much like affection for lwj flooded through him and—
wwx felt his thoughts short-circuit as the man’s fingers stretched his hole apart, mortification shooting through him as his assailant hummed in appreciation.
“Just as pretty inside as out,” he said and wwx had to cover up the embarrassed laugh that did escape him this time as a cough. “I bet it will feel even better inside you that I could ever imagine. I bet it will feel better than anyone else I’ve ever been with has.”
wwx’s heart stuttered slightly at his words—anyone else. He hadn’t been with anyone else and– and here, like this… it felt almost like he should admit the truth—admit that he was a virgin to lwj. It felt like the right thing to do—the sensible thing to do—but it felt like it might risk this moment—their entire relationship—and that wasn’t something wwx was willing to do. “Oh yeah? Better than all the other people you’ve r*ped in the past?” he managed to spit out instead of the truth bubbling inside him, threatening to escape and ruin everything—even if wwx wasn’t willing to acknowledge what exactly it was that he was at risk of ruining with all his lies and half-truths. “I bet you’re gonna be the worst fuck of my life.” Well, technically, if it was the only fuck of his life, it would be the worst, right? Also the best, but that was besides the point!
Behind him, the man—or perhaps the real lwj—huffed a laugh. “Is that so?” he asked, leaning in to nip at the back of wwx’s neck and send a shudder down his spine that totally, completely, 100% did NOT make his cock twitch. “Well,” the man added as he ripped his fingers free and wwx felt that big ass weapon line itself up with his—well—ass, “I can live with being the worst fuck of your life, as long as I’m the last.”
wwx screamed—from lwj’s words or from the sensation, even he wasn’t sure—as the man slammed into him. It didn’t hurt, even though lwj’s cock had pushed itself far further into him than his fingers had managed, but the sensation itself was overwhelming. lwj was everywhere—around him, within him, surrounding and containing and filling him to the brim and his hole was spasming around the man’s giant cock—trying to figure out what to do with this strange turn of events, maybe? Fucking hell was the man big. It should be illegal to be this well-endowed! Maybe the man had to pay for sex because no sensible person would engage with such a thing!
“Breath,” he vaguely heard lwj whisper into his hair, his thumb running gentle circles over wwx’s hip. “Breath, wy.”
wwx laughed quietly, the sound strangled even to his own ears. “Real r*pists don’t wait for the victims to breath and chill out,” he couldn’t help but point out.
lwj hummed behind him, his own breath soft against wwx’s neck as his chest pressed slow, steady breaths into his back. “I wouldn’t know,” he said blandly and wwx had to laugh again.
“No?” he asked between shuddering laughs and broken breaths. “Don’t have any real experience?”
“No,” lwj said, “only pretend play. Usually I would keep going, however you have already had rough morning. I do not want to overwhelm you and let you drop. I also…” he started, his own breath catching for a moment before he continued, his thumb still rubbing those small little circles into wwx’s hip bone, around and around and around, calming and aggravating and grounding all at once. “I also,” he started again, voice almost shaky and making wwx’s heart squeeze a bit, “do not want you to grow to associate sex—with me,” he added hastily, and had wwx been in a clear state of mind he may have questioned the awkwardness in his dom’s voice, but as it was, he simply continued breathing through the stretch of the man inside him and the heaviness of his words, “as anything bad. To be unable to do this—or even other things—again because I accidentally hurt or traumatized you.”
wwx’s heart squeezed impossibly tighter, eyes fluttering shut as he focused on the feel of the moment. lwj’s back breathing into his, his thumb rubbing maddening—soothing—little circles onto his hip, and that weapon of destruction filling him up. “I don’t hate it,” he finally whispered. “You aren’t gonna hurt or traumatize me,” he added, fingers flexing where lwj was still holding his hands hostage between them. “Now,” he asked, twisting slightly and flashing the most confident, bratty smile he could manage at the man, “you gonna r*pe me, or what?”
“Mn…” lwj hummed, the grip around wwx’s hands tightening as he began to pull out. “Yes, yes I am.”

We greatly appreciate your concern regarding this blog! We apologize for the radio silent since the last RG Week.
Truth be told, our management group has sized down since the beginning of the last RG Week, and the current remaining members have been busy with IRL events taking place during the time of RG Week and even after that.
Along with the rest of the RWBY FNDM, we too have been burnt out from our IRL responsibilities and the hiatus that has resulted in our members filling that void with other fandoms, interests and/or personal projects.
We do greatly appreciate you reaching out, and we hope you and the rest of the RG community can be patient and understanding with us. We ask that you all give us some time to prep the next RG week info.

Those are my children and quite literally the apples of my eyes). My circumstances make me seek knowledge on dragon upbringing.

i am also not inclined to trust your kind, skeleton, but i am fond of dragons! you must keep dragon eggs very warm so that they can hatch. i would also suggest keeping them near you, as you're already doing.
