The Four Lords with an Oblivious Crush!Reader

Alcina Dimitrescu

-When it comes to having a crush on someone, Alcina is usually very patient. She's not one to get giddy or overly excited, but she does feel a sense of pleasantness when around her crush. That being said, it's very hard for said person to realize her fondness because she is very subtle about it.

-Especially when that someone is as oblivious as you are.

-You don't recognize anything as flirtatious, which upsets her because Alcina always believes that her subtle hints were brilliantly thought out, and then you don't even see it. She tends to sulk a bit afterwards, and you have to pry her on why. Which sucks because Alcina gives up on telling you the exact reason.

-Her daughters try to help in any way they can because their mother has ranted about your oblivious behavior to them, but even those three can't get through to you. They won't tell you about Alcina's feelings out of respect, but they sure as hell give hints.

-One day she can't take it anymore and prepares some wine to tell you about how she feels. Knowing Alcina, it was very dramatic and a lot of words were used. But still, to anyone else, it would have been very straightforward. Except for you, who kept thinking she was talking about friendship.

-It only took four grueling hours for you to get what she was talking about.

-You confessed that you never realized what she was trying to get across and apologized profusely for it. She was a bit strained during this whole exchange but was relieved that it was over and you returned her feelings for you. Now you'll recognize all her gestures were coming from love.

Donna Beneviento (and Angie)

-Donna is extremely shy when it comes to having a crush on someone and it all stems back to her insecurities. She never feels like she's good enough for someone to love, but Donna is trying to push herself to express her feelings to that person she likes. But she is very very subtle about it, which doesn't help anyone.

-Especially you, who can never recognize a hint.

-And it's not always your fault because Donna isn't even the best at giving hints. Everything she does would be considered friendly, even by a person who isn't as oblivious as you. She would make you things, fix things for you, and make you all this tea. You interpret it a lot differently than how she's trying to display it as. Every time after, she would go to her room and just stare out the window.

-Angie is way more upfront about the whole situation, but the funny part is that she never brings up Donna's feelings. The doll just gets angry at you for "not getting it", which you don't understand in the slightest. Donna has to come and apologize with a red and flustered face.

-It takes Donna literal months before she realizes that this isn't going to work and she needs to just make the first move, which honestly scares her even more. She just wants to do it fast like ripping off a band-aid. It would be just Donna's luck that she would have to explain herself over and over again because you didn't understand what she was trying to say (due to her mumbling and your obliviousness).

-Four hours later and she's an emotional puddle on the floor.

-You were embarrassed for her and yourself as well for not noticing her advances (which weren't too much to be honest). Now you both were being kind of awkward as you tried to explain your own feelings for her. Each time she does something for you now, you pay extra close attention to it because you want her to know you understand now.

Salvatore Moreau

-Moreau is a big bundle of love when it comes to having a crush on somebody. Not only that, but he gets a crush quite easily. All it takes is a smile or a laugh before his attention is just on you. He wears his heart on his sleeve, and he's not one to give up when it comes to giving signs. Moreau is oddly patient which is good because it's going to take him a while to get the message across.

-You were a very oblivious person when it came to things like this.

-However, sometimes Moreau doesn't even realize that you didn't understand what his little gestures meant. He's so excited to give you more affection that he didn't know it went over your head. In your eyes, he was just being really nice to you since adjusting to life in this area had been hard. You didn't even realize that his affections go much farther than that.

-Eventually though, Moreau recognizes that his gestures aren't doing anything. He isn't stupid no matter what Heisenberg says. He starts to realize that he's going to have to take another approach. Unlike the other lords, he doesn't get nervous or embarrassed when it comes to things like this.

-It was easy for him to sit with you and explain his growing feelings outright. Moreau was direct and concise, probably adding more words than needed, but he was just that kind of guy. He thought was easily getting the point across and that it was going to end well. Moreau didn't expect you to be as dense as you are, no offense.

-It took him a whopping four hours for you to realize his crush.

-At this point, he was beyond exhausted yet relieved that you finally knew. You felt a little embarrassed that he had to explain all this just for you to understand how he feels. With that in mind, you were a little flustered as well. But you were grateful. Now, things can have a more special meaning.

Karl Heisenberg

-If Moreau is a ball of love, then Heisenberg is a vacant field of isolation. He's never had a "crush" on anyone or he might just crush himself. To him, love is a weakness that needs to be eradicated. And perhaps that view of thinking stems from the fact that he didn't know or understand any form of real love. But when he gets a crush on you, he's in for a ride.

-Because you are the densest and most oblivious person he knows, and it kills him.

-Heisenberg didn't know how to give hints about how he feels towards you because he's never experienced this before. To be honest, your obliviousness was most likely also due to his inexperience. Still, it gets him frustrated that his little acts of kindness go unnoticed because that's just how Heisenberg is when it comes to things not going his way.

-The more this goes on, the more Heisenberg fears that he will have to speak up about it otherwise it was going to drive him nuts. He can't handle his emotions very well, so sometimes his aggression is directed from his inability to handle how he feels about you. He'll also self-isolate which also gives you the wrong impression. But it's the sit down with him that's kind of scary for you.

-Because of the obliviousness, he has to sit with you face to face in order to get the message across. Not only that, but you have no clue what he's about to discuss with you because you never recognized the signs he was giving. Frankly, it was because he also didn't hand out many signs. Heisenberg was stubborn, stuttering, and overall nervous as he told you how he felt. Which also didn't work in his favor.

-This led to four hours of him having to repeat and explain himself.

-He thought his face was going to melt from how hot it was. Congratulations, you have finally broken Lord Heisenberg's walls and turned him into a puddle of mush. He sincerely hopes you return the feelings for him otherwise he will just combust and probably smush himself under a piece of scrap metal. You were probably just as flushed as he was about the realization, promising to be better about it from now on. Give him a hug and he will explode.

Donna Beneviento x Gender Neutral Reader - Misc. Headcanons

For Donna, her veil is a large aspect of her identity outside of her home. This isn’t for any other reason than the fear of judgment from others due to the scar on her right eye. Regardless, she is more than happy to take it off around you as a symbol of the love and trust that she has for you. This takes quite some building up to on her part, seeing as she was bullied quite often for her looks especially when she was little. With your loving and care however, she is able to at least somewhat surpass that trauma and reveal her true identity to you with your loving comfort and care, and lots and lots of affectionate appraisals to how cute and gorgeous she looks.

Adding to her usage of her veil, eventually she reaches the point where she is comfortable pulling it back in public, if only to reveal part of her cheek and her mouth. This is so she can better display her emotions nonverbally, either through a smile or an overly exaggerated frown, or even as an invitation for a quick kiss when she’s feeling especially affectionate. This is usually done when she is confident that not many people are watching, but still within a public setting. It warms your heart to know that she’s gained this confidence to be more open with her emotions in public, simply by wanting to display her love and emotions to you.

As you can probably tell, Donna is incredibly nonverbal when it comes to communicating. If she can get the point across without having to talk, then that’s what she will do. In private and sometimes in public, this is through using facial expressions to indicate how she feels towards certain things and situations, how you’re acting and how she feels about it. She will also point and gesture at things as an indication to her interest towards them. This isn’t to say that she hates her voice, and indeed you love it when you hear her deep and dulcet tones being whispered into your ear, it’s just that talking takes quite a lot of emotional effort for her, and she’d rather not have to go through that process. It takes a while to adapt, but in time you begin to understand her body language and the way she tries to communicate how she feels using it and come to see it as quite affectionate and endearing.

Donna is quite the sleepy type, especially because she is quite the night owl, often staying up until the early hours of the morning working on one of her hobbies such as knitting or writing especially if she finds it particularly engrossing. Unfortunately on her part, this means that she usually ends up being quite tired during the day, adding to her lethargy and unwillingness to partake in any activity more strenuous than walking or sewing. A cute aspect of this however, is how often she will take a nap on your shoulder during the day as you sit next her, and much like how a cat falls asleep on your lap, you daren’t move as disturbing her would feel like an act of cruelty. You also love staying up with her during these late nights, as even simply watching her work on her hobbies is enough for you to become enraptured with how calm and unburdened, she appears whilst she is engrossed in these things.

She also isn’t one to eat that much, which you find quite alarming at first. She only really eats one meal a day and typically only has a few snacks outside of this meal. You soon come to understand though that it’s not as if she does that much physical activity and so would not need to eat that much to get by. However, you would still prefer if she was a little less lethargic, and so over time you convince her to add more and a little more variety to her diet, so she isn’t just scraping by each day. She is also an excellent cook, and an expert on a variety of Italian dishes that she is more than happy to cook up for you as and when you need it. The Bolognese sauce she makes is to die for, so having it served with any kind of pasta is always a treat. This is another nonverbal way of displaying her affection towards you, and seeing you well fed and enjoying something she made for you fills her little dark heart with joy.

As for when she does communicate verbally, she usually leans in right next to your ear to whisper something affectionate into your ear. Because her love for you is overwhelming due to her prior lack of affection, this is one of the few things to draw her out of her shell. Her deep voice reverberates through your neck and sends comforting shivers down your spine. In that moment where she is drowning you in eloquently spoken tokens of affection, you feel utterly taken by the warmth and comfort her voice brings, a reminder of just how dedicated she is to you. As she pulls away and smiles at you warmly, you think to yourself that anything less than a lifetime spent with this woman would be time well and thoroughly wasted, this is all you’ll ever need.

Overall, her affection towards you is quite subdued in fact, and to some may seem quite distant. This is understandable given her circumstances but given time you start to know and understand things about her that other people simply pay no attention to. It’s not that she puts no effort in, it’s just these efforts are much more subtle and a lot less verbal, but no less loving or caring than any other person, and perhaps even more so. Loving Donna can be rough at times, she has little self-confidence and can be quite insular, but you live for the times when she does come out of her shell and displays affection towards you, and most importantly herself. Over time, and given your undying love towards you, she begins to gain confidence in strides, and it is in this that you find your own self meaning, by enabling such a precious lady to find her own self-confidence, and blossom into a caring and doting person whom you adore immensely.

It's been a while since I did an unhinged headcanon so here's what I imagine would be in each RL character's bag/backpack/pockets ✨

Miranda

- Poison. Either concealed in one of those old timey capsule rings or in a little bottle à la Emperor's New Groove.

- Paperwork. More specifically, expulsion paperwork already filled out except for the name section which she would fill out any time she was displeased.

- Some crow feathers. Whether it's from Cornelius getting nosey or Miranda being sentimental, nobody knows.

- Pictures of Eva and of MC.

- I feel like she'd also be the type to have a fountain pen in her handbag too.

Alcina

- One of those poseable wood doohickeys. You know the ones.

- Her signature perfume. And maybe a rose. And a tube of lipstick.

- A brochure of local wine tastings, and also a bunch of brochures from her theatres.

- She would probably have a Polaroid nude of MC stretched out on a chaise lounge tbh.

- Something to represent each of her daughters. A little trinket, perhaps.

Donna

- A book on herbology which is tattered and yellowed, the spine barely keeping the pages together.

- Her notebook with her order ledger and her own sketches and scribbles.

- A travel mug of herbal tea that she brewed herself.

- A little bag of dried flower petals and herbs.

- Her gardening gloves.

- I also believe that Angie would've gotten her a very small plushie of a plant that she takes everywhere with her.

Angie

- At LEAST twenty seven of those little travel sized alcohol bottles. Every time she takes a step, there's a clinking sound.

- Painkillers.

- A small, much less tattered copy of the herbology book that Donna has, but every page has a dried flower within it.

- In a secret pocket, there is a very small folded up picture of her mother.

Bela

- She doesn't carry a bag with her, it's not practical.

- Though if she did, she would probably just fill it full of office supplies.

- Maybe little things that made her remember her heart was beneath layers upon layers of numbness. The skull of a mouse, a four leaf clover, a small plushie.

Cassandra

- Its ✨the backpack✨ that she takes to dates' houses/dorms.

- Also like a billion of those little coffee machine capsules.

- An old takeaway cup.

- A stack of pieces of paper with phone numbers on them, just in case.

- A wrench, just in case.

Daniela

- TECH DECKS. SO MANY TECH DECKS.

- And like fifteen sticky hand things that she can use to hold MC's hand from a distance.

- Also a rag for when she gets sweaty.

- A skating magazine and a book on constellations.

- Also a book about theatre and some brochures for when she tries to connect with Alcina.

Mia

- Knives.

- So many knives.

- Empty her backpack out? Knives.

- Turn her upside down and shake her by the ankles? Knives.

- Look under her tongue and tell her to say 'ah'? Probably a tiny knife in there too.

Yandere headcannons for the resident lover routes I've finished till now

1. Bela

Her heart laid numb beneath her chest for God knows how long. But it was long enough that the minute she got it back, her feelings for you just steamrolled into obsession.

And it's not like she didn't care about you at all when her heart was locked away. She still took care of you when you were sick, and tried to protect you from Mother Miranda's schemes. But she did it hiding behind her uppity attitude and snarky comments on your work ethic.

Now? You are her savior, her kitten who needs to be spoiled rotten. You never realised how flithy rich Bela was until she started to splurge her family fortunate on you. Dresses, scenic places, scents, books, you name it. You name it, and Bela will give you the world.

It is not all sunshine and spoiling though. Bela has always been notoriously control freakish by nature. And now it has quadrapled. You don't answer her text within 30 seconds? Expect to face the consequences. Namely, tied to her bed and being ravaged until you forget your own name, and remember only hers.

And God have mercy on anyone who tries to flirt with you. Cassandra tried, and Bela had her next play blocked. Bela even used her presidential powers to have you move in her dorms. On bright side, at least you get breakfast in bed now.

Overall, life with Bela is as intense as her beating heart. She keeps you under a kind, but tight leash.

2. Cassandra

It's no secret that Cassandra's first and only love was theatre. She would sacrifice anything and anyone (*cough*) for the sake of her acting career. Well, that is until she fell head over heels for you. Now she would do anything for you.

Cassandra is like a sweet black hole that keeps asking for more. She has always thrived on fawning and praises, and now she needs your exclusive attention, only on her.

Expect her to take you out on romantic dates. Stargazing, Shakespeare plays, candlelit dinners. Anything that would make you smile and be happy. Cassandra loves to be the only reason behind your smile.

You can also expect Cassandra to be needy for attention and touch. You are sitting just few inches away? She will immediately pull you over on her lap. You can't go to her dorm because of college work? She will kidnap you and bring you to here, even if only to watch you work.

Cassandra considers herself no 1 so you better treat her like it. If you ever even gave a shred of praise to anyone else, Cassandra will give you a demented smile and let you know that you'd be sleeping gagged up in her arms for the night.

3. Donna (my love)

Donna is the sweetest person you've ever known. She would spoil you with even the tiniest of things. A gentle touch on your shoulder, a kiss to your forehead every 10 minutes. Making sure you're hydrated at all times. Bringing you ginseng and honey tea. Your well being is the top priority for Donna.

Donna is also a keenly sensitive woman. You ever slightly raise your voice or ignore her even more a minute? She'll burst into tears. And heaven forbid if you try to leave her even if just to go back to your dorm for lunch. She would look at you with teary eyes and insist you stay and have lunch with her instead.

It's not all nurturing and codependence though. Donna has a possessive streak that runs a mile wide. Heck, scratch that, it is at least 10 miles wild. That one time a customer was flirting with you? Let's just say the hemlock in his bouquet was a complete accident. Cassandra is lucky she is Donna's niece. The worst thing Donna has done against her is to slip needle leaves inside her bouquet.

Donna has been trying to come up with ways to make you stay longer and longer with her. From increasing your working hours to calling you home for "work", she will do everything except just ask you to move in with her. She is deathly afraid of rejection and would rather use her employer authority on you to keep you close.

Still, it's not remiss to say that Donna for all her softness likes to hold power over you. Being both your girlfriend and employer has a lot of scope of manipulation, and Donna is making more and more use of it. You remain blissfully unaware, too lost in her loving kisses and embraces.

H-heya! Could i ask for an shy female dragon shifter reader with Lady D. and Donna? Like she's heavily injured by hunters and had to crash/land into their home because of it? How would they react or would they even help her?

(I Love Dragons but see most of the time only male dragon shifters uwu

I feel like both their initial reactions would be very similar to the other Male Dragon Shifter meeting post, (a.k.a: This post).

Alcina Dimitrescu

At first, all Alcina sees is the giant hole in her castle walls and the giant lizard in her hall and she goes into attack mode.

She aims for your injuries, so you curl into a spiky ball of scales and flame.

Turns out your scales are Alcina proof so unless you uncurl and she can get at the flesh beneath, she can't hurt you.

She may lose a limb to your flames.

She is incensed at your presence and forbids her daughters from going near the hall.

But you are very warm, you're inner fire counteracting the cold winds coming in through the hole in the wall, and the Dimitrescu daughters are attracted to the giant warm cuddly lizard.

You warn them off a few times, but they keep spouting curious questions and attempting to come close that eventually, once your natural regeneration has sealed the surface of your wounds, you allow them to sit between the spines on your tail and examine your claws. (You can easily turn and burn them if they pose a threat.)

Alcina is furious that her daughters disobeyed her and approached you, and yet equally furious that you are entirely different from the mindless beast she'd warned them against.

When she sees your human form for the first time, I see Alcina doing a complete 180, (compared to her reaction in the other post).

Oh, you're a Pretty Maiden?!?!?! Well why didn't you say! Come closer, let me look at you Darling. *bites you! bites you! bites you!*

Yeah, she will pretty much try and get you to let your guard down and then go for the CHOMP.

You fight her off of course, half-shifting is easy for you.

Now you can be a fire-breathing menace AND roam the halls.

You have gone hunting a few times, and you brought your kill back to the castle. Dripping blood on the carpet and sitting in her great hall tearing into carcasses like an animal. (Her children love that you let them feast on the leftovers after they've sat for a few hours.)

Alcina is sulking. She can't kill you, she can't eat you, she can't just sit back and let you stay without at least making a show of removing you without losing the respect and support of Mother Miranda.

But then said Mother Miranda shows up and is promptly sent off with burned wings.

Okay, now she's a little worried. She is not certain she could beat you even in her full mutant form and her daughters adore you for SOME REASON.

After several weeks, she looses it, storms into the hall and unleashes a verbal lashing her ancestors would be proud of. The effect is only slightly reduced by the fact that she bursts into frustrated tears and flees the room to go dramatically wallow in her sorrow.

Okay, now you feel kind-off guilty. You did crash into this woman's home, burn her boss, monopolise her daughter's attention, and ruin the carpets. Maybe you should do something to make up for all that.

You repair the walls the best you can, replaster over scratches in the walls, hunt down the castles cleaning supplies and soak the carpets in a potion of bleach and foaming soapy water before hanging them from the battlements to dry.

Your final act of apology comes in the form of draining the blood from your kills and leaving them in sealed jugs by her bedroom door, handwritten notes tied to the handles.

You are a new exciting variable and her daughters try to help by going to their mother and telling her about what you're doing.

Every day, you wait outside her doors for hours waiting for her to emerge.

When she finally does, it is to your offer of a truce. You are being hunted and will not leave this very conveniently guarded hiding spot, however, you can be useful and help her with her food supply.

She is doubtful when presented with the blood of animals, but when you acquire human blood through negotiating trades with the villagers she slowly starts to change her tune.

You're a smart pretty lady and you have presented her with a charming little solution to the problem of the future dwindling supply of villagers to feed from.

Alright, Alcina has come to the decision to be the merciful, graceful mistress of the castle who allows a poor hunted lady to stay with her. (Keep telling yourself that Alcina).

After a few months, it starts to feel a little more comfortable.

After a few more, it starts to feel normal.

She caught herself running her hand down your scales once, marvelling at how the light reflected, (she will forever deny that she did that).

You start to lay down your claim and soon have built up a new hoard of trinkets, and maids, and mutants. The glittering gem crowning your hoard, is Alcina herself, not that she knows yet.

Once you've established yourself and Alcina doesn't outwardly reject your claim, you become quite the homemaker.

You are fierce and strong and loving.

You provide the warmest cuddles known to man, or mutant.

You cook for your new family, catering for their 'special' diet is a little easier with your own predilection to a carnivore diet.

Alcina will brag to the other Lords about "her darling", "the dimitrescu dragon", "the second dimitrescu lady," but only out of earshot of Mother Miranda.

Donna Beneviento

Pretty much the same reaction as the other post...except she's a bit braver about approaching you due to seeing your obvious injuries.

She has several dolls in attack mode ready to go, (not that they would work against your flame.

You know you could easily incinerate this woman but you attempt polite conversation through gritted fangs. You ask about her hobbies, favourite foods, favourite colours, etc..., and offer your own answers in return.

The talk calms her and she seems less frightened and more welcoming.

It takes a few days for her to really trust you.

Oddly enough you get the feeling she liked you a little more after Mother Miranda visited and berated her for not eliminating the threat (you) before being quickly chased of by a living flamethrower (also you).

When you shift to your human form to make it easier, she's surprised and immediately more comfortable with you.

Donna knows a lot about medicinal plants but zero about dragon biology. You know all about dragon biology and zero about medicinal plants. Together you make one whole doctor...and figure out how to make medicine for your wounds. It's patchy and a little funny-smelling but it does the job (at least you both think it does). To be honest, your natural regenerative capabilities take care of most of the damage.

Angie tries to play doctor too but is, admittedly, more of a hindrance than a help.

Your injuries are haphazardly patched and a good long sit by a lit fireplace does the rest.

You know your hunters are still out there, but this remote village is hidden and safe for now.

You decide to stay just until you need to move on.

Okay, Donna was not prepared for guests but now she has one.

She makes you some basic new clothes to cover you up and you collect firewood whenever she needs more.

After a while, she feels inspired by the way your scales gleam in the firelight and excited at the prospect of having a new friend to play dress up with, Donna offers to make you some dresses. Dresses with holes and pins to accomodate your wings and tail, delicate lace fingerless gloves allowing your claws to shine through.

You accept the gifts only because she seems so eager and it would be rude to deny your host, (not because she's cute).

You do what you can for her in return. As it turns out you can cook more substantial food than tea party sandwiches; which Donna definitely appreciates.

The dolls unnerve you, but you learn to live with them.

You install more lights in the manor and fix leaks in the roof.

There are long talks by the fireplace. She reads to you sometimes.

After a few months, you and Donna starts to build a comfortable rhythm.

After a few more, it starts to feel homely.

You attend a tea party she holds for the other Lords. When someone (Heisenberg) makes a comment that has Donna cringing, you growl, a loud deep vibration that (along with the glow in your eyes and fire shining through the skin of your chest) instills fear in all attending. Donna now has scary dog (dragon) priviledge.

You tell yourself your protectiveness is because she's your benefactor (totally not because you have a crush on the pretty, shy dollmaker with a voice like honey and temperament to match).

Okay, who are you kidding, you want to claim a new hoard here...you want to stay with her.

After a few accepted offerings of food made from your hunted game, a few accepted cuddles, and the painstaking labour of building and decorating a new conservatory with an unfolding roof cover for stargazing, (which Donna immediately hugs you in thanks and immediately outfits with a planter full of herbs), you consider your claim accepted.

You are fierce and strong and loving.

You provide the warmest cuddles known to man, or mutant, (or doll).

Once she feels comfortable enough and like she has permission, Donna is so sweet with you.

You compliment and build her up, and soon her confidence soars.

Donna goes from one of the weakest Lords to the strongest.

You burn the creepy baby monster in the basement, it's the one thing you couldn't live with.

The Four Lords Learning that the Reader Has Feelings For Them

Alcina Dimitrescu

-She would learn about your feelings through her daughters, who snooped through your diary. Of course, she would scold them and lecture them on privacy because that's the mature thing to do. Afterwards, she would have time to ponder on this information.

-Alcina would feel a sense of pride that she has such an effect on you. But at the same time, she would feel uncertainty. She's been alone and not in a relationship for so long. Should see act on this? Keep it a secret? If anything, she needs a long time to think.

-While she's holding this information to herself, her attitude doesn't really change around you. However, if anything, she is just a bit softer. All of your little actions make sense now, so she can't be annoyed if you avoid eye contact or anything like that.

-She would poke and proud a bit at your personal life in order to try and get you to spill. Alcina is crafty at little games like that, and you normally fall for them. However, this time it's a bit tricky as you seem exceptionally good at avoiding the truth she desperately wants to hear.

-In the end, she eventually tells you the truth. Not only does she want to hear it from you, but you deserve to know that you have been snooped upon and the events that happened afterwards. From here, you can either deny her claim or speak the truth. It all depends on if you think she will return the feelings.

Donna Beneviento (and Angie)

-She would learn through Angie, who happened to eavesdrop on you talking to yourself about your feelings for Donna. The little doll has no sense of morals, so she didn't care about spilling your secret. Donna, on the other hand, wished that it was kept a secret to stop the awkwardness from building up in her chest.

-Donna would feel panic because no one in her lifetime has ever felt this way for her. It's not that she thinks she's unworthy of it (even though it's crossed her mind with her scars), but rather that it was unexpected, and now she has to examine herself to see how she feels about you.

-She is the absolute best at keeping secrets, but she hates it when secrets involve her. Donna is usually quiet, but now she is more quiet than normal. She starts to hide around because it's hard to face you while she's dealing with her own emotions. She also tries to distract herself with things, but it doesn't really work.

-You're the one that starts to get concerned, not even realizing or thinking about what Donna knows. You try to get her talk, to see what's wrong. She knows you only care about her and just want to help, but it's so hard for her to deal with feelings that she's never had to deal with before. She just needs a lot of time.

-Eventually, Angie's had enough and screams out the information because she can't take all the secrecy and so forth. Donna gets all embarrassed as do you, so the silence is loud. It stays that way for a while until one of you is brave enough to speak up, which can maybe lead to the start of something interesting.

Salvatore Moreau

-He would learn by accidentally hearing you say it to a fellow lord. Honestly, you didn't think his hearing was that good or you never would've have spoken to Donna after Mother Miranda left. Moreau feels intense guilt from this, knowing he should never have found out this information this way, but he couldn't help his curiosity when he heard his name brought up.

-Moreau would feel ecstatic and a huge bundle of excitement. Someone actually likes him! Thinks he's worth something important to them! He's a hopeless romantic, so he doesn't have to think very long about his feelings for you. Moreau knows how he feels, but he doesn't want to scare you away, so he stays quiet.

-He's the worst at keeping secrets, especially when they involve him or you. The man just wants to tell you what he knows, how he feels and how he knows what you feel. But at the same time, maybe you're holding back for a reason. And Moreau doesn't want to pressure you into an uncomfortable situation, even though his heart is telling him otherwise.

-Huge hints start being pulled by him about how he feels about you in hopes that you will get the courage to tell him about your own emotions. His actions, wording, and other small romantic gestures start being displayed to you. If you don't notice, then you're blind. However, your red face would say otherwise.

-Eventually, he just tells you how he feels, pretending to have never heard you speak to Donna. Apparently, that would be a good confidence booster for you because you now hold the power to accept or reject his feelings. But you know how you feel, and now how he feels. You have nothing to deny.

Karl Heisenberg

-He would find out through sheer intuition. Heisenberg would notice your actions, your reactions to things, and put it all together. Can he be certain that you have feelings? No. But then he decides to pull a card and snoop a little just to confirm his own puzzle. Of course, some wording from you in a secret little journal was right, you did have feelings for him. His intuition was right.

-Heisenberg would feel, well, in denial. There was no way that you could actually feel something for him. He was too much of a monster. But at the same time, he hoped that his stubbornness to deny this would be proven false. If anything, he feels extremely vulnerable because someone has opened their heart to him. Now it's up to him to decide if he will open his heart back, which absolutely terrified him.

-Lucky for him, he's great at acting like he knows nothing. Heisenberg can go about his daily life without acting differently because of the feelings you have for him. He has to admit though, he catches himself getting flustered more often, which he hates and loves at the same time. It just goes to show how vulnerable and soft you've made him feel.

-Soon, he tries to take advantage of the situation. If you really have feelings for him, you will show it like you have been. So, he starts to tease you, get closer to you, and so forth. He knows he's just making himself more vulnerable, feeling more things towards you, but he's actually starting to like it. He likes the warm fuzzy feelings that are starting to appear in his cold-hearted chest. Soon, he won't be able to contain it.

-Eventually, his change of behavior brings your curiosity. However, it's still a race to see who will say something first, you or him. Heisenberg actually has less patience than you, so he brings this whole situation to light, giving you a whole speech how he doesn't care how you feel, but he needs to say how you feel. In reality, he was readying himself for the rejection his mind thought he would have to receive. He was glad his heart told him otherwise.

Donna Beneviento x Gender Neutral Reader Headcanons - Pets and Grief

TW// Death of a beloved animal, grief, sadness

Donna is very in tune with nature, thus has a vested interest in keeping all wildlife safe, whether that be plants or animals, and indeed pets. She ensures that all of the local wildlife is protected from harm, by feeding and aiding the sick and warding off any unwanted predators and has often taken in small animals to take care of them, particularly if they’re sick or malnourished. From this perspective, she understands the emotional attachment that one can form with their pet animal and respects the connection you have with your pet with utmost respect.

Her relationship with animals, similar to how she is with other people, is very passive. She isn’t one to fuss an animal about, or really play with them more than is necessary. Rather, she allows for them to have their own space in the house where they feel safe and secluded, a reflection of how she wants to be treated as a person herself. Mostly for this reason alone, Donna prefers the company of cats, and has taken in many cats as well as other animals over the years whom she has found in the neighbouring woods, who love and appreciate the shelter she gives for them. Miranda isn’t the loving and caring kind, and so would never answer Donna’s pleas for pets or anything besides the basics, as Donna is deemed by her to be not mentally aware or capable of looking after someone else, especially after what happened to Claudia, so this is her only way of acquiring any form of pet animal.

As a member of the village, and indeed with you being her lover, she delights in the fact that you’ve bought the pet to her residence and does whatever she can to accommodate for your pet’s needs. This includes providing shelter, appropriate food, and learning the behaviour of the animal if she is currently unaware of the breed or species. She isn’t fussy when it comes to the type of animal and doesn’t restrict herself to only caring for mammals such as cats or dogs, and other typical wildlife such as birds or mice. If your pet so happens to be a type of reptile, or even a fish, she will find this fascinating and would do everything she could to care for it to the best of her ability. She sees her caring of the pet as being an extension of her relationship with you, and so will oftentimes perform acts of kindness towards the pet as an indirect means of showing affection towards you. This isn’t to say that she’s incapable of showing you love, but more so that she finds the nature of animals to be far more predictable and indeed manageable than those of humans. If she finds herself particularly overwhelmed or it feels to her as though you are currently unapproachable, your pet is her first port of call towards getting through to you, and she’ll make sure it’s well fed and cared for as an extension of her undying love towards you.

Once she hears that your pet has fallen fatally ill, it comes as a shock to her that rips the breath right out of her chest. She cannot comprehend how upsetting it will be both for her and especially you once your pet finally passes, and so hides her emotions away and keeps quiet, because she can’t seem to be able to process her thoughts into a word or action that would keep you calm. You may interpret this as her not caring or being distant, but over time you would realise that, like most other things in life, Donna struggles very hard with her emotions, and so tends to bottle things up. Over time however, the cracks start to show, and you’d need to support her in being able to vent her emotions in a safe and healthy manner. At the current moment, she tends to hide away and cry to herself, or push you away violently leaving you feeling unwanted at some points. This has only been exacerbated recently as her connection to both you and your pet feels frayed due to your pet’s illness, and the fear of losing either, or both of you, has her spiralling towards a depression she finds it difficult to climb out of. Eventually though, she finds it within herself to take upmost care of your pet during the time it has left on this earth, making sure to never leave its side as it deals with the ailments it has encountered, either through injury, disease, or old age. She finds a new kind of light through caring for an animal towards their demise, rather than towards health, something for which she is entirely unfamiliar with but now sees positivity within through her relationship with you. Whereas before she saw the death of animal as a failure, she now realises it’s inevitability, and how she needs to ensure that your pet passes away with the highest level of comfort and dignity possible.

Your pet finally passing away is a moment of intense sadness and tragedy for both you and her, causing heightened emotions in all manner of ways. For starters, she openly cries in front of you, as a reflection of how you and she must be feeling and feels more inclined to do so than in previous instances due to the shared pain you both feel for the loss of such a respected animal. At first, she sees this as being at detriment to your relationship with her, and so tries to escape by hiding in another room. She is therefore surprised when she hears a small knock on the door and sees you entering. She tries to apologise for her behaviour, but before she can you interrupt her and remind her that actually she’s been a net positive in this situation. You remind her that, although the loss of your pet was a moment of profound sadness, you respect and admire how strong she was when dealing with such an existential crisis, especially in those final few days when she stayed by your pet’s side ensuring that it did not feel alone during those final moments, something which you love her deeply for and admire her for greatly. You spend what feels like moments, but what is in fact hours, cuddled up next to each other, soothing each other from the shared pain you are experiencing from the grief you are currently feeling. Once you both feel calm and ready to share the news, a funeral is held in memory of your pet, attended by Alcina and her daughters, Karl, and Moreau, but not Miranda. This commemoration of your pet’s life is hard on the two of you, especially when recounting the many memories you share with the beloved animal, but through this process you find absolution from the pain and an unburdening of the sorrow you feel towards losing your pet. Together, you console each other through the anguish, and in time learn to deal with life without your beloved pet, and in time come to a point where a new pet feels like a sensible idea, one that both you and Donna revel in greatly.

Donna Beneviento Headcanons

Donna Beneviento is actually gamer

Donna is baby ghorl FR.

Donna obviously doesn't get out much. She prefers to stay within the comforts of her home, the flower shop and at night, the theatre.

Which is why videogames became a favourite of hers because she can interact when she chooses to.

Donna got roped into Cozy gaming courtesy of our lovely MC. Donna has the whole set up and it is definitely sage green. She does have little plants, like succulents surrounding her laptop and gaming set-up.

There definitely was a learning curve when it came to technology and gaming mechanics but, MC showed Donna how to play the games and how everything functions.

You can catch MC and Donna playing co-op stardew valley every Friday, even if it's just over discord (Donna struggles with discord and voice chat but she tries. She's especially soft spoken at first but grows more confident.)

They have a chicken coop and named their chickens after flowers.

Obviously, Angie joins in on game night and does the absolute unhinged shit, per usual and we love her for it.

Donna has played Animal Crossing: new horizons, that was her gateway but currently her favourites are stardew Valley and cozy grove.

She also, heavily enjoys RPGs and story based games. Especially, if they are the kind that are relaxing and fun. We all know Donna needs more chill in her life.

Cozy games definitely help her unwind and slightly remove herself from the reality of being trapped in time-loops. In a way, it's also a way for Donna to feel some form of control within her life.

However, Donna would love spooky visual novels, where she gets to interact with all the characters and follow the story along. She loves a good atmospheric mystery game too like, those point and click games.

Donna does not like jumpscare horror games. That's too much tension for her. Too many spooks for her poor heart.

Donna doesn't really interact with the fandom side of the internet or gaming community. She's more of a lurker and observer, if anything.

Although, she does sometimes lurk in the chat of streamers that play her favourite games.

Donna is surprisingly picky when it comes to her choice of streamers. She prefers soft spoken and calm people to the really loud and excitable folks.

If MC is a streamer, you know Donna watches them religiously.

RE8 Lords (+dimi sisters) Opinion on crocs!

Mother Miranda

The bird mommy herself. A true lady. Gothic aesthetic and all.

I think she would be an avid croc hater

I mean, she works in a lab, closed toe shoes. They’re not very practical for experimentation or any thing else

Plus her other outfit is goddess apparel or old hag.

I just can’t see her enjoying them whatsoever. They clash with her whole vibe.

If offered, Miri would most surely wrinkle her nose and scoff at the very notion.

“Ugh. Begone, mortal. The day you goad me into those atrocities of footwear is the day I surrender my subconscious to the megamycete,” Mother Miranda waves you off with a flick of a taloned hand.

Mia left a pair in the lab once and she tried them on. They remind her.

Salvatore Moreau

Fish man!

Moreau would be a huge fan.

Seriously, he lives in constant sogginess. A pair of shoes that can fit his deformed and damp feet would be welcome.

He pads around the reservoir in crocs all the fricking time

Over time, the sound of the rubber squelch becomes associated with his approach.

He would be gifted his first pair, but soon amass a bit of a collection- his favorites are the blue pair and the black one, but he’s also got green.

(In the church) *squish squish squish squosh squish* “hi, mother!” Moreau garbles. “Like ‘em?” He asks, gesturing to the tye dye crocs currently adorning the lower half of his slimy body.

He doesn’t wear them in public after Mother Miranda glared at them though

Heisenberg

My guy isn’t the biggest fan of crocs, they just don’t work for him

The factory is difficult enough to manage in steel toed boots. Rubber slippers are not ideal.

I think he wears them solely to meetings to piss off Mirander (it works every time)

He was approached by his nieces with a pair of solid black crocs, and they were too insistent for him to deny them entirely.

Heisenberg thinks they’re fine, simply not his cup of tea though.

“Fuck!” The lord curses, his voice echoing against the metal walls of the factory for the fiftieth time. “Damn pieces of junk.” Heisenberg mutters after dropping a piece of scrap onto his croc bearing toes once more.

Alcina Dimitrescu

No.

Just no.

Absolutely not.

Lady Dimitrescu , the countess, the favorite of Mother Miranda, mother of three, would not be caught dead in such apparel.

It’s less that she has an issue with their design, and much more that she’s disgusted with the thought of looking so undignified.

She wouldn’t be threatening anyone when she whips her crocs into sports mode before unsheathing her mighty claws.

Alcina doesn’t mind them on others, but not her. She’s a noble lady and far above such peasantry.

Also they don’t make them in her shoe size.

“What…” she drawls, looking scornfully down at the maiden presenting her with such blatantly hideous shoes, “are those?”

Donna Beneviento

The dollmaker and illusionist ~

Donna is chill, I’d imagine she wouldn’t have too strong an opinion on crocs

She owns a pair in black and likes to wear them around her workshop

They’re quite comfy, and since she’s not always on her feet, they serve as very nice house slippers

She likes to pair them with fluffy socks to really get the full coziness effect

Besides, her skirt is long enough where they’re not really noticeable

A quiet melody sways within the air of Lady Beneviento’s workspace. Humming to herself as she worked and Angie looked over her shoulder. Dexterous hands wield pliers to work the last bit of wire into the joints of her newest creation. And as a finishing touch, a mini croc is slid onto this doll. A small smile quirks her lips beneath the veil.

“I want some!” Angie shrieks once she sets eyes on the crocs.

Bela Dimitrescu

The eldest of the flies, and the blondest

Bela follows in her mother’s footsteps on this one, she despises crocs.

She simply doesn’t see the appeal.

They’re rubber, they’re not particularly fashionable, and they clash with the lace of her dress.

Eyeing her sister up and down, Bela just scoffs judgmentally before walking away.

Daniela Dimitrescu

Our delulu queen <3

She is the biggest crocs person ever.

She absolutely loves them, much to her sister and Mother’s dismay.

Dani just thinks they’re the coolest thing ever

You don’t have to lace them, there’s different modes, and you can decorate them??? What more could you ask for!

She had a whole wardrobe. I think she had every color. Depending on the occasion, she mixes and matches.

Dani is also big on jibbitz.

“Look!” The ginger squeals excitedly as she swarms into a maid’s face. “It’s a fly!” Dani says with a delirious giggle, shoving the new charm into the frightened woman’s vision.

Cassandra Dimitrescu

The ravenette of the trio

Cassie likes crocs a normal amount

She doesn’t own her own pair of course, the only reason she ever wears them is to snatch them from Dani and make her mad

She also delights in how Bela and her mom glare down at her whenever she wears them

All in all, Cass doesn’t wear them as a fashion choice, she wears them for the drama

“Hehehe, you’re coming with me,” Cassandra whispers to herself as she steals Daniela’s prized flamingo print crocs from her room.

Hello! Is it alright if you could write some head-canons of how you’d think a relationship between Professor! Donna and the FEM! reader would work? Like, who confessed first, who fell for who first, and general domestic fluff? Thank you!!

I think reader falls first!! And donna falls harder.

Donna has noticed that it’s easy to get blood from people who like her. So lovers in the past has been strictly for blood. And they’ve never stayed long with her because of that reason youve found out.

And its not different with reader at first

donna sees reader as an easy target. But reader takes it careful and slow because reader senses a danger about donna.

Because of this reader doesnt die right away by taking it very slow.

Essentially making donna see reader eventually( making her fall for you) proving to donna she reader actually wants to get to know her despite the first impression being lust.

In my fic for Kai i kinda made it that there wasn’t a confession but an understanding that reader found donna attractive because the distance of being a student there’s wasn’t much of a lot else but reader does want more than nsfw stuff.

Donna is kind and a genuinely a caring person reader notices this But being a vampire means she had to put up walls but when she brings down those walls you really get a scope of how truly big her heart is.

Donna and reader love cuddling later in the story because donna is chronically cold.

Donna loves cooking stuff for reader because she’s misses cooking. And it’s so good.

Angie donna cat learns to love you even though her version of love is attacking you.

Due to her being quite wealthy she decided to travel with you after settling down. Which is kinda hard since you can only go out at night.

The sun doesnt kill her but burns and makes her very irritable and essentially she has a vampire glamour that she can only use at night. Otherwise it obvious she’s a vampire.

She also gets irritable when other people flirt with you.

She loves drinking your blood and reader is the only one that wasn’t scared away by vampirism.

If someone flirts with you, you expect them to end up dead. And you are ok with that.

Otherwise she ends up “cleaning” the streets.

Done with playing all the routes and their endings in Resident Lover. Here's the remaining yandere headcannons for Angie, Dani, Alcina and Miranda mommy.

1. Angie

Angie, just like her beloved aunt Donna, hates to be alone. But instead of shrinking into a wall like Donna, she went the exact opposite way. She fills up the emptiness inside of her by socialising with people while high on alcohol. Still, it isn't enough. At least until she met you.

If Angie is a unstoppable force, you are the unstoppable object. You ground her to the surface, show her that fun can be had outside of the bottle of vodka. Soon enough, Angie starts to depend only on you for her emotional fulfilment.

Angie is the fun kind of yandere. She will not put you under a lock and key. Oh no, she wants to take you around the world, show you the sights. One day you'll be on a cruise and the next night you'll be DJing across Europe. Angie will show you the world, whether you like it or not.

It comes with a catch however. You are allowed only to see the world. Try to interact, be too close with people who are not her, she will show you her Beneviento side. One party you danced too close with a fellow partier. That was enough for Angie to shriek and crack a bottle on that poor person. It's good Angie wasn't too drunk. Her drunk jealousy rages are downright lethal.

Overall, Angie is the kindest of all Resident Lover yanderes. She wants you to have fun. It just better be with only her.

Daniela

Have you ever seen a golden retriever with hidden canines? That's exactly what the youngest Dimiterescu sister is. She is the most easy going sister among the whole lot, and possibly the most dangerous one as well.

Daniela is all about that daily softcore gay romance. Taking you to cheesy pizza places, movie dates, or just Netflix and chilling in her dorm room. Dani adores her regular couple life with you.

It's no wonder you feel like you and Daniela are just like any other couple. But then you see glimpses of the simmering insanity beneath your girlfriend's sunny smile. Someone accidentally pushes you while in a packed concert? Daniela pushed back with her muscular shoulder so hard that the person smacked his head on the floor.

Baseline: Daniela is protective. Too protective actually. Even the slightest threat to your safety will set her off. Her protective rage is almost beastial in nature, as you found out when she beat up Cassandra's groupies for bullying you.

Her feral nature also showcases itself in another aspect the relationship: sex. It almost always starts sweet and gentle, but always ends with you completely ravaged and littered with bright hickeys. You have been asked on more then one occasion if you were attacked by a animal last night. You wonder if you should be honest and just say yes you actually were attacked by your beast of a horny girlfriend.

Thankfully, Daniela is her golden retriever self on most days. The leash is firmly in your hands, and your puppy of a girlfriend follows along wherever you go. At least, that's what you think. You never realise that Daniela is a Dimiterescu as well, the cunning inherited into her.

You never notice that ever since you've started to date her, your time with other friends has drastically lessened. You spent most of the time cuddled up by her side. Or on your phone laughing at her memes. But hey, Daniela is the best girlfriend in the world. So what if she tags along to every hangout of yours? That's just what happens in any fairytale romance, right?

3. Alcina aka Mommy D

In your first meeting with Alcina Dimiterescu, she had threatened to fire her chef because she thought you didn't like the extravagant breakfast served to you. That should give you a good idea of what kind of person Lady Dimiterescu is.

Alcina Dimiterescu is a noble through and through and she will treat you like her queen. You liked that one donut from that one shop. Alcina would make sure to hire that donut chef so you can have them donuts anytime you want. You like red dress? Here, have 10 dresses more.

Alcina is also terribly territorial over you. Woe upon who dares to lay their eyes on you. Hell, one time Alcina in her seething possessiveness had banned a student from her class, just because they were getting to chatty with you. She also went ahead and banned her own daughter Cassandra from family dinners, just because she was flirting with you right in front of Alcina's fois gras.

Does Alcina use her professorly powers to make you stay with her longer? Absolutely yes. You know you don't need those extra classes, but your girlfriend insists that she teaches you extra. How the remedial classes end up on her office couch, you have no idea. You just wish she would stop ripping your clothes all the time.

Despite all this, you are happy with her tall hot girlfriend. Although it saddens you that you lost Daniela and Angie has roommates and friends. You're sure Alcina mourns their loss too. They were her family afterall. Little do you know, Alcina is actually secretly happy that now she can have you all to herself.

4. Miranda aka Mommy Miranda

Here's a honest fact. No one, absolutely no one can beat Miranda when it comes to being batshit crazy. The woman changes the laws of physics to finally have you. From the get go, you know not to push Miranda's buttons. She is willing to kill you and get her desired version of you.

Miranda wants you to have unconditional trust in her. Trust Miranda to protect you, love you, care for you. Hiding anything from her is a big no no. For one, she knows everything thanks to her crows spying on you. Two, she will actually put you in a leash until you are deemed to be obedient enough again.

Miranda is possessive and protective, yes. But she does expect you to be her best self. You have to study and work hard to keep up with her demands. Don't worry though, Miranda would always reward you with plenty affection and bedtime love for your good behaviour.

Miranda is surprisingly not as cagey as you thought she would be. You are still allowed to meet with your friends, even Mia who Miranda absolutely loathes. However, Miranda does keep you in a tight curfew. You should be back in her arms at the exact time she has given you, or she would be out for blood. She has always been a stickler for time. Even if she has all the time in eternity.

Miranda is ironically also a impatient woman. You are a minute late? You have to pacify her by sitting on her lap and begging for her forgiveness. She is also incredibly greedy. You didn't give her a long enough kiss? You have to give her 10 more to sate her endless desire for you.

At the end of the day, you guess Miranda deserves to have so many demands of you. She did break the universe to have you back. So let's cut her some slack, shall we?
