I think the companion that 13 had the best dynamic with was Ryan. He was the one they made the most effort to actually open up and get close to, and Jodie and Tosin were the best at playing off each other, but we only got it in a few short bursts, a tiny handful of moments spread across two seasons. At first it did seem like Ryan was being set up as the lynchpin of this particular group. He was the POV character, Graham's grandson and Yaz's school friend. Ryan was the one connecting them all, not the Doctor. The seed of his training to be a mechanic also made it seem like he'd be something of an apprentice to 13, but that was dropped almost immediately, and accepting Graham quickly became the main focus of his arc in season 11.

as much as i love reo and nagis relationship, im just so frustrated right now i need to talk about this, maybe im wrong but i honestly just need to let it out

(i forgot how to put a read more warning bc i rarely do these types of posts so im so sorry)
they really had whole ass pages of reo saying he had to play his own soccer and not be nagis right hand man, to take goals for himself and show the world that he can fight on his own, just to A PAGE LATER have nagi say "i need you reo" and throw everything into the trash.
AGAIN I LOVE THEM I DO, but being individual is a good thing, they had a codependent relationship when it came to soccer, i thought it was healthy for reo to see value in himself, his talent and dreams, to let himself grow outside of his relationship with nagi. thats quite literally what nagi did in the second selection and it went great for him, he grew just like he wanted to. reo was growing and then they decided to switch up on that and have reo back nagi up again and im so frustrated about it, and all of that just to beat isagi. I LOVE THEM BUT ITS OKAY TO BE INDIVIDUAL, THAT DOESNT MEAN YOU'RE RELATIONSHIP IS WEAKER IT ACTUALLY MAKES IT STRONGER WHY DID THE AUTHOR DO THIS I HATE IT SO MUCH.
i love that they are together i do, but i dont like the way they did it, it just doesnt feel right and it fell flat for me, which it shouldn't since i really like both of their characters. i just wanted to let that out sorry i annoyed anyone i just needed to talk about it.

I am gonna assume that you mean Sansa stayed in Winterfell, but the other things still happen? If so, then Sansa’s fate would be a hundred time worse. Theon had this nasty little thought about Sansa:
A pity Ned Stark had taken his daughters south; elsewise Theon could have tightened his grip on Winterfell by marrying one of them. Theon would absolutely try to use Sansa and if, by a miracle, she managed to escape him she would fall in the hands of a bigger monster: Ramsay and tv-show scenario would play out. If you look at it from this perspective Sansa was not wrong for not agreeing with the plan to go back.

My Way Home Is Through You
Ahhh this is a tough one! To make it easier on myself, I'm taking it incredibly literally and making it incredibly angsty!!!
So, here's what I'm thinking: DP x DC
Danny’s having a rough time of it, racing through the ghost zone, hurt, bleeding heavily, scared out of his mind - whether it's a reveal gone wrong, the GIW are after him, or Plasmius, it's dealer's choice - so he dives into a rapidly shrinking portal in front of him, hoping against hope that the other side of if is safe.
He doesn't recognise where the portal spits him out, but that's nothing new, all that matters is that it's closed and whoever's following him hasn't made it after him - without another thought, he leans back, closes his eyes and slips into blissful, restful unconsciousness.
So now here's the real question - who finds him? I feel like I'm leaning towards this being a romantic fic, so perhaps one of the batkids - let's go with Tim! - sees all this happen and takes him back to the cave to patch him up and when Danny wakes up a lot less hurt than he expected, he is immensely grateful.
But let's get back to the title!!! Whatever weapons were being used against Danny have affected his core (maybe Plasmius hit him with the Maximus) - or maybe there's just very low ambient ectoplasm in this new dimension - but whatever the reason, it means he's not able to heal quite as quickly as normal, so he's stuck having to rely Tim for a while.
We're entering slowburn country now baby!
It takes a little while for them to trust each other, for them to become friends, but it helps that Danny can be open and honest with him. This is a new dimension that he has no stake in, so Danny has no issues telling the batfam who and what he is, where he comes from and why he was running. Tim, being the gallant genius he is, begins working on a portal to get Danny back to where he needs to be.
Everyday, Tim checks on Danny's wounds and everyday, his fingertips leave trailing goose pimples where they ghost along his skin.
Tim doesn't realise what's happening until Dick takes him aside one day and tells him how proud he is of him for putting aside his feelings to build the very machine that will separate them, and that he'll be here for him no matter what happens.
It gets a lot harder to work on the portal after that.
Danny doesn't realise what's happening until the portal is complete and suddenly it seems impossible for them to say goodbye.
Without Tim, he wouldn't be able to go home, but... without Tim, would it still be his home?

napoleon movie was not good tbh
#script was not good didn't make a good use of history & didn't really justify being 2hr40min long imo#it had some nice cinematography in parts but.#idk maybe I'm just being mean but even as a long historical movie enjoyer i wasn't a fan#thoughts#i felt like sometimes also it was trying to do that sort of modern humor slant to history thing which Can work (eg the favourite) but didn'#also it was weird abt the french revolution in a way I didn't rlly enjoy but I'd have to chew that one over before making any serious crit#& my knowledge of napoleon is v patchy so I can't really say anything there except it didn't really feel like it developed him much at all#which. idk how. it feels like it should have done#overall an extremely meh altho sometimes pretty film tbh. idk#<- i did smile seeing the rain at waterloo though thank you victor hugo she is like a celebrity to me#sorry adding more as I wait for the bus but. how do cut the entire peninsular war & invasion of italy etc etc & still have it drag#also again i felt like the dialogue was quite bad but maybe I'm being too mean#esp bc the other people in the theater did seem to enjoy it ajskdjkgky. so who knows#wait i Will say that I did quite like the mysuc though. that was good.#*music#also we got a ship interior w middies at the end#the french revolution bit really did leave a bad taste in my mouth though

Like I always do, I’m still thinking about other planets covered in water containing so many large and frightening looking aquatic creatures that by human definitions are alien marine dinosaurs, both deep sea and deep space creatures
And because I’m always thinking about Humans and Vulcans, I’m currently thinking about a Human who’s a marine biologist who specifically goes to other planets to check out creatures like that but they’re on medical leave because of what happened on the last planet they were on
And I’m imagining them happily explaining their job and the Incident™️ to a Vulcan they met on public transportation while the Vulcan uses every training technique they’ve ever learned to not outwardly show how horrified they are
