Happy New Year- happy new thought! Diaphragms - late Middle English: from late Latin diaphragma, from Greek, from dia ‘through, apart’ + phragma ‘a fence’. I posted my findings in an earlier series how all of the major "diaphragms" like the muscle mostly responsible for breathing or the pelvic floor are all contained in what is known as the deep front line of fascia. However, @fullbodyconnection and I had a conversation where they mentioned that every muscle could conceivably be viewed as a diaphragm, as a pump. I've always said that muscles are blood pumps, but the concept that each is a local diaphragm, which connects to myofascial chains as greater diaphragms behind touring the entire body as one diaphragm with over 600 little mini diaphragms. On one side, this sounds like, "yeah, duh," but on the other side of opening a new way of seeing has profound deep implications into movement, neurology, lymphatics and the human being in a body. What do you think? nurse gerard!! your stethoscope isnt meant to be used for autoerotic asphyxiation. it's for listening to heart and lung sounds- oh okay she's choking herself with it again
Diaphragm Direct replacement diaphragms and seals are fully batch traceable according to EN10204 3.1b, and ISO 10993-1. Diaphragm Direct offers a large inventory of replacement diaphragms for the diaphragm valve industry?
Movement, Muscles & Meridians: the hip, superficial back line of fascia & Urinary bladder No one called me out that I skipped the hip? I found I had to include gluteus maximus in this one as it is a superficial muscle, probably some really close fascial connections, and then looking at that second leg (pun intended) of the bladder channel that runs laterally, as well as the functional synergistic support in movement…well now the excuse is “movement, myofascia, and meridian.” Every foramen of the sacrum is an associated point on the bladder channel, and then a slew right over the sacroiliac joint. This is just my confirmation bias as to the importance of the sacrum, ha! Why is the sacrum so important? It’s one of the poles to your spine (mirrored at the cranium), it is a “chi gate,” or cerebrospinal fluid pump or part of the excretion diaphragm. Whatever words work for you, but that dura wraps your brain and spinal cord down into the sacrum and that might be important. doing my anatomy study is fucking torturous bc every time i read some shit like “birds dont have a diaphragm” my brains like “hmmmm…… birdperson…..” and then i end up thinking abt him instead of studying

I was incredibly lucky enough to see Mitski tonight and Oh My God. I am not coherent enough right now but I will say the first thing me and my friend talked about after the show was her incredible breath support
