Earth 42! Miles Morales x Earth 1610!/fem! spider!
Tumblr media
(Part 1) (Part 2) (Part 3) (Part 4)
ATSV SPOILERS
• protective Miles 42
• protective Miles 1610
• mentions of blood
•mentions of death
• (Kind of) aggressive Miles 42
• not proofread!
• first half follows the ending scene (script wise, i tried following as best as I could)
Miles slowly opened his eyes, he was restrained tied to a punching bag. He groaned as his head throbbed with pain, Uncle Aaron was in front of him. He was facing Miles as he pressed a button which lifted Miles high off the ground.
Uncle Aaron walked closer.
“You don’t understand. I’m not from here.”
He got closer.
“I-I’m from an entirely different universe .” Miles said, struggling against the punching bag.
Uncle Aaron got closer, lifting his arms up.
“W-wait wait wait— please. Please! I got sent here by mistake. I’m not supposed to be here.” He stuttered out, as Uncle Aaron slowly turned around the punching bag to the other wall. Revealing a wall of food rent weapons.
“Uncle Aaron!” Uncle Aaron kept silent. Starting to play music on a record player as he fixed some weapons on the table.
“Uncle Aaron.. Just hear me out.”
His uncle ignored him, Turing up the music. Miles sighed. “I was but by a spider that gave me powers… so was [name]… But it wasn’t supposed to bite me and her. It was supposed to bite someone else… someone.. from here. Me and [name] don’t belong here. We need to go home. I have to save my dad so he won’t die.”
Uncle Aaron continued to stay silent, but he was listening.
“I had an Uncle Aaron too. He’s a bad guy..”
Uncle Aaron put a claw-like gauntlet on his hand. It glowed purple.
“…called the prowler. He looked out for me. He did a lot of bad things, but.. I knew he wanted to be good. He just didn’t know he had a choice. But you do! You can be a good guy!”
He tried turning his head over to uncle Aaron, the punching bag spinning very slowly.
“A good guy?” Uncle Aaron questioned. His back still facing Miles.
“Please.” Miles sighed. Leaning his head back and closing his eyes. “Trust me.”
he opened his eyes, looking at Aaron. “I know you don’t wanna be the prowler.” As he said that, uncle Aaron was lunging toward Miles, raising the prowler gauntlet at him. Instead of punching Miles, he punched the side of the punching bag. Which made Miles’s breath quicken as he swung back and forth.
Uncle Arron pulled Miles close to him.
“I’m not the prowler.”
Miles looked confused as he looked up, a figure was kneeling on a pole that went across the ceiling. The figure jumped down, and slowly walked toward Miles, Uncle Aaron tossed the prowler gauntlet, and the figure, the prowler, caught it. Sliding it onto his hand.
The prowler stopped right in front of Miles.
“your Dad’s still alive?” His voice was distorted.
“What?” Miles raised an eyebrow, confused.
“Your father. You said he’s still alive.”
“Yeah.. who are you?..”
The mask opened up. Revealing an identical copy of Miles. “I’m Miles Morales.” He tilted his head slightly to the side. “But you.. You can call me the prowler.” He made his head upright, looking at Miles sternly.
“if I don’t get home.. our dad is going to die”
“your dad.”
Miles sighed. “Please. You have to let me and [name] go.” The prowler Miles got closer, lighting up his gauntlet. “Now why would I do that?” He made a fist with his gauntlet. Putting it right next to Miles’s head on the punching bag.
”Please”
The prowler Miles shook his head.
“do you know what it’s like to watch your father die on live televising along with the love of your life? Watching as a building crumbles and falls onto them?” His voice got louder.
“Do you know what it’s like.. finding their bodies under all that? Their blood on debris of the building?” He narrowed his eyes.
“it’s so mocking, for you to come here. With her. [name] a living [name].” He took his hand off the punching bag. “And to top it all off, you still have your dad, and your streets aren’t covered with crime.”
Suddenly you came through the bedroom door, you had figured out a way to untie yourself.
“[name]! You’re okay.” Miles looked over, smiling at you, which made the prowler version of himself grow more hatred for his copy from another universe.
How dare he have her. It’s not fair. He thought.
“Miles!” You used your web shooters let him out of his restraints. And he ran over to you, picking you up and hugging you before setting you back down.
Just then, the prowler version of Miles yanked you. Holding you while hyperventilating, he looked at your Miles wide-eyed.
“No. You’re not going to take her. Not when I just got her back.” He held onto you tighter.
“No! You don’t understand. If she stays… If she replaced your [name]… your whole universe would vanish! You’d all die.” Miles tried pleading.
“I don’t care.”
“you should!”
“why!?”
“wouldn’t your [name] want you to be happy? This is only hurting yourself.”
“you just don’t get it. I loved my [name]. She was everything to me. And she died.”
you tried prying yourself out of his arms, but his grip was too strong. You reached out for your Miles, but before he could take your hand, the prowler put his mask back on.
“you’re not leaving me again, [name].” He said, carrying you has he made his way out of the apartment complex, shouting for your smiles as you left.
Your Miles stood there, shaking. Not with fear, but with anger.
Now, Miles had two people to save. And you were the one his heart wanted to save first. .

Jeff hugs Hobie for the first time and he just starts cries.
Like i imagine that Jeff has this protective papa bear hug that makes you feel safe.
Hobie hadn't felt safe since he became spider man and never got the "loving touch of a father" before.
The hug lasted nearly 10 minutes.

Until Dawn Movie Announcement Thoughts
Moving over here because somehow Tumblr of all places is where I can more candidly put forth my Until Dawn movie reservations. Reddit is a bit touchy now.
Okay, am I happy this means there will be a resurgence in interest for the game? Absolutely. Totally. Stoked and on the hype machine.
But… a movie adaptation of what is already almost a movie except interactive? What do we gain in that? Like here are some immediate things that are hitting me:
1) It could just be boring because we’ve seen this… cinematically… before
2) You mess with the sensitivity that is making things more “canon” than other things because the source is choice based.
3) If everyone lives, that’s kinda an odd horror film (though at this point, I’m preferring this option). If anyone dies, fans will be inevitably pissed because you’re actively picking favorites, and it shows.
4) This isn’t old enough to get a new cast. Most people seem very attached to the old one (I super am). Like idk… it doesn’t feel right to recast this? I don’t like it. Especially for Josh like… does anyone think Rami Malek can be replaced in this role??? The problem is he was too perfect.
5) I’ve just been bitten so many times with new material in my fandoms reversing the effect of the old or weakening the original meaning/intention and I hate it and trust nothing new years later anymore.
6) Is this in place of a remaster or sequel because now I’m wondering if we could have had a remaster and now I’m bitter.
Like I’m going to stay semi-sane and optimistic because yay Until Dawn hype! I just want people to talk about it! And who knows, maybe the movie will just be og cast Until Dawn with extra focus on the astounding bond of friendship Josh, Chris, and Sam share and end with redemption for Wendigo Josh, rendering it literally the perfect movie! There could be gold here. But red flags. Red flags everywhere.

the Monkees meet Davy’s grandfather under different circumstances. Hes a very strict man and he’s always telling Davy to “man up” or “act his age” and the guys can see Davy retreating into his head. He doesn’t regress the entire time his grandfathers visiting since he’s too busy fixing everything the man sees a problem with (everything about the pad and Davy’s life). Mike eventually has to step in and ask him to leave. Davy’s depressed for a bit afterward before the guys finally get him to regress. Then he’s small constantly until the guys cheer him back up. Poor guy just wants his grandfathers approval :(
aw poor davy. he just wants to be loved that’s all he wants.

Natalie says, Means you're not healing as fast as you did. I don't know, but we might be seeing shades of mortality here. Program must be working. I mean, look, you can see yourself in the mirror. Nick answers, Yeah...only sometimes. Natalie asks, Have you tried the artificial blood I gave you? Nick answers, Oh, you mean the low-fat zero cholesterol, no sodium, absolutely... Both Nick and Natalie at the same time say, No flavor? Natalie says, Yeah, well, don't knock it, tiger. It's obviously working.

Less Than Meets the Eye
Summary: Set in the past - Davis is about to leave for NRC, and there's a loose end at RSA he still doesn't want to tie up before he goes. Word count: 1.2k+ A/N: Hey. Hey so. I realized that despite putting it on his wiki doc, I wanted to give a bit more context on Davis' time at RSA (and also I never really talk about what happened between Davis and his ex Jacques, even if it's only brushed upon a little bit here) so......... Uh.................... Some angst :) for you :))) Enjoy !!!
~
“Absolute power corrupts absolutely.”
It was inevitable. When one became unmatched in power—when one touched a facade of the stars and let the false altitude get to their head—there was no getting through to them. Just like there was no getting through to their ridiculous and abusive teenage tyrant of a dorm leader, not right now, and there was no getting through to…
Davis grit his teeth and shook his head. There wasn’t any point in thinking about that, not when he had a bag to pack and an ebony carriage to catch.
“Need any help?” asked Anthony, sitting backwards in his chair so he hugged its backrest. Beneath the brim of his hat and the untameable curls of his hair, his brows were furrowed.
“No,” Davis said, sounding hollow even to himself. “I’ve got it.” He hesitated, and then remembered to add, “Thanks, though.”
“Don’t mention it. S’the least I can do.” Looking uncomfortable, Anthony chewed on his candy cigarette. “It’s sorta our fault that youse bein’ expelled, anyway.”
Halfway through folding his ceremonial dress robes, Davis froze, and then continued with a sort of muted anger to him. “Don’t say that, Racetrack,” he replied firmly. “It was my choice.”
And there was someone else who was more to blame. Someones else, plural.
“Yeah, but now ya gotta go all the way across the island to NRC. And this is gonna be on your record,” Anthony pointed out. “Youse the smartest outta all of us, but ya didn’t even get ta’ finish your first year here…”
Davis sighed. “It is what it is. I just…” He swallowed a small lump in his throat.
It was hard to admit he might have bitten off more than he could chew. Maybe if he was stronger, or more confident, he could’ve stopped it all sooner before even more students got hurt—
The door creaked open, and Anthony looked over. Thinking it was just one of their other roommates, Davis didn’t do the same—but Anthony spat out, “You,” with such venom that it could really only have been a certain sophomore.
Davis looked back over his shoulder. In the doorway stood Jacques, looking far too comfortable in his fresh new school uniform. Just the sight of it, an unsullied white jacket and nice vest underneath as a replacement for his old one—it was sickening.
“I just wanna talk,” said Jacques evenly before anything else could happen, his tone uncharacteristically devoid of emotion and his eyes avoiding meeting their gazes.
Slowly, Anthony rose from his chair. “You got a lotta nerve, comin’ in like this,” he hissed, so low in his throat it was almost a growl. “Wanna talk, huh? Like how ya talked alla us into trustin’ you? How ‘bout you ‘talk’ to these hands instead?!”
In one sharp, furious movement, he brought his bandaged fists up to chin level. Jacques twitched, as if ready to mirror the fighting stance.
“Racetrack,” Davis interrupted instead. “You should go get breakfast and head to class.”
His meaning—I need to talk with Jacques one-on-one—came off clear, and Anthony’s hands fell back to his sides. “But—”
“Racer.”
Anthony finally backed off, shoulders slumping. “Just… text me if he tries anythin’ funny, Davey.” As requested, he left—though not without a death glare at Jacques.
…And then there were two.
Davis inhaled sharply. “You—”
“I meant it,” muttered Jacques, cutting Davis off. “I do just wanna talk wit’ ya.”
“Because this is a great time to do it,” Davis commented dryly. “I leave for Night Raven College in an hour, so you chose now, instead of all the times I tried to talk to you in the past two weeks.”
To his credit, Jacques didn’t flinch, though his frown deepened. “Things changed. None’a this was s’posed to happen. Davey—”
Davis held up a hand to stop him. “I don’t care that you gave me the nickname. Don’t call me that.”
He watched Jacques visibly bite back a remark about how Anthony had used it just now. Even someone so egotistical and smooth-talking had to recognize when all trust and familiarity in him had been lost. “Listen, just… S’probably for the best that you’re leavin’. That you’re gettin’ away from all’a this.”
Ridiculous. Davis usually took pride in being levelheaded, but right now, he felt nothing more than tired and frustrated.
“And that I’m leaving all the boys in your care. Right. Because you’re so trustworthy and admirable right now,” was his sarcastic reply.
“That won’t matter.” Jacques crossed his arms, the starchiness of his new jacket rubbing against itself. “They’re gonna call off the movement once you’re gone. No point in it anymore. We’s just gonna go back to our normal lives.”
“You—what?” Not for the first time around Jacques, Davis found himself at a loss for words. “So those months of rallying everyone were for nothing? We’re just gonna sweep all the greed and blackmail and physical abuse under the rug?”
“It’s safer this way,” argued Jacques. “The dorm leader won’t get aggressive if we don’t. You know this.”
“And everyone will just have to suffer in silence until he and all of his lackeys graduate, dealing with the scars of it for the rest of their life while he gets off easy.”
Jacques didn’t move for a moment, then shrugged stiffly, helplessly. It was infuriating to just watch, let alone acknowledge that this had been their ‘leader’ all along. He’d put on such a wonderful show of caring and being charming, and then…
“On second thought,” Davis began, starting to tremble with stifled anger, “maybe it’s for the best that you ditched everyone. You make an awful leader when you’re not just the face of the movement; when you peel away that pretty face of yours, this is what’s underneath. They obviously don’t need you—”
He stepped forward, with more to say and only so much time to say it.
“—but I’m the one who has to go, while you stay? What a joke.” Davis scoffed derisively. “But at least our dear dorm leader knows an enemy when he sees one. ‘Cause—remember all those ideas and plans we shared, all those fancy words you said?”
For a fraction of a second, their eyes finally met.
“Don’t forget that those were mine first,” snapped Davis.
Looking at Jacques’ expression was like viewing a stone sculpture in a museum—once the retaliating yelling had begun, he’d retreated into himself, pensive and cold and distant. It was the same kind of face he’d had when it first got out that he’d taken a bribe for his silence and inaction.
“Yeah, well,” he murmured, “you never had the guts to say ‘em, did ya?”
That stung far more than it should have. Davis clenched his hands into fists. “And you didn’t have the guts to stick around and hang on when we were just about to win, but I guess I can’t be talking, now can I?” He let that retort sink in, before exhaling and pointing to the door. “I’m done talking to you, Jacques. Get out—please and thank you.”
Jacques stepped back, but didn’t leave. He opened his mouth to say something.
“You wanted to talk,” Davis said flatly, tone clipped, “and I let you talk. And you fucked it up right away. So take your shiny new clothes and your new pals and your stupid face, and get out.”
Finally conceding, Jacques managed to dodge eye contact one last time—like the liar he was—and left the room swiftly.
Once again, Davis was on his own.

Considering trying to make a petition for a show based solely around the Hale Family ala Originals from Vampire Diaries.  They deserve it especially after how Jeff Davis ignores his own damn canon in order to make McCall and his pups look the best. Scott’s freaking actions(mostly) turned the place into a hellmouth for god’s sake while the Hales kept it safe for as long as they’ve been around. The show-runners literally destroyed a centuries old, powerful wolf pack for nothing.

I don't need to convince women on radblr that TRAs hate feminists because we work to safeguard women’s spaces from creepy men. But the media downplays that TRAs hate us for defending spaces with children and minors from creepy men.
By Reduxx Team. November 10, 2023
An Australian politician who shouted down a women’s rights campaigner for speaking out against gender ideology is under investigation amid allegations of child sexual abuse. Johnathan Davis, 31, was one of the only openly-gay politicians in the Australian Capital Territory (ACT).
Davis has been the Member for the Tuggeranong seat of Brindabella, first elected to the ACT Legislative Assembly in 2020 with the ACT Greens Party. According to his political profile, which is still functional on the ACT Greens website as of the writing of this article, he was also the party spokesperson for a number of portfolios, including LGBTQIA+ Affairs, Young People, Family and Domestic Violence, and Drug Harm Reduction.
Davis was known for his vocally pro-“queer” stance, and archived versions of his now-deleted social media profiles show he identified himself as a “queer man” using “he/him” pronouns multiple times over the years.
But the ACT Greens have now referred Davis to police over serious allegations involving two teenage boys, one aged 17 and one aged 15. A complaint about Davis’ sexual conduct with the 15-year-old alleged victim was reportedly brought to the attention of Greens leader Shane Rattenbury on Monday, though some are claiming that party officials had been made aware of Davis’ behavior as long as 4 years ago.
Earlier this year, Davis was involved in the counter-rally against British women’s rights campaigner Kellie-Jay Keen, who had stopped in Canberra as part of her international Let Women Speak Tour. Keen’s rallies, which are iterations of the popular Speakers Corner talks she often hosts in the United Kingdom, seeks to encourage women to speak about how gender ideology has impacted their lives.
Tumblr media
During the Canberra rally, Keen’s side was persistently interrupted by hundreds of trans activist protestors, who shouted down speakers and held signs bearing threatening slogans.
At one heated point during the rally, former Greens Senator Abigail Thorpe aggressively rushed Keen while draped in an Aboriginal flag. Thorpe was quickly taken down by Keen’s security, and later claimed she was ‘pulverized’ by police. She also stated that Keen, who she referred to as a “filth being,” should not be allowed to speak on Aboriginal land.
Following news of Davis’ resignation, many women’s rights campaigners took to X (formerly Twitter) to express their lack of surprise.
Tumblr media
“That’s exactly what this is about – women asking for basic rights and child safeguarding and these men are using the ‘gender’ movement to discredit us. Their motives are clear – now when are other women going to see it,” one user said.
“I take it ‘guilt by association’ doesn’t apply here then? That all these trans aren’t pedophile too? Or is that just neo-nazis and women’s rallies? Funny how the media works,” another wrote, referring to a separate incident in which those who attended Keen’s Melbourne rally were accused of being “nazis” due to the unrelated appearance of neo-Nazis in the area at the time of her event.
While ACT Greens leader Shane Rattenbury has insisted he has seen no evidence of criminal wrongdoing, he has admitted that the allegations, if proven true, would be legally actionable.
