I’m curious what the dark moontoffee au is about
uuuuuhhhhhhh I'm still like. trying to figure out most of this AU outside of vibes but basically: everything is the same but Toffee killing Comet affects Moon like way worse than in canon and she's a little fucked up now
kinda turns into a dictator? think Princess Bubblegum from AT. she is also obsessed with Toffee and wants to capture him to have him for herself or something. very fun shenanigans ensue

rambling, random, ship
I have no idea why i am talking about this but had random impulse to say anything. I don’t think what i’ll be saying is actually what I believe in, maybe it’s a random thing, my mind is always wandering. Maybe some people will judge me but i no longer care tbh.
Reasons why I ship Ludoffee:
- Nostalgia. Perhaps my longing for old days and that ships takes me closer to those days that felt better back then. Pretty much personal selfish thing. It’s like keeping an old stuffed animal from childhood , to give the analogy.
- Both are villains whose stories were not fullly realized in canon.
- A cool composed and self-restrained man in a suit likes a short and emotional awkward guy - it’s kind of cute. (ok not “kind of”.. deep down I like this dynamic because that difference is kind of wholesome)
- Many ways to explore the dynamic in unusual ways (aka the “stereotyped as incompetent” guy turns out to be more emotionally mature in ways the cool guy isnt and can do great things which impresses the “cool” guy)
- Its pretty much Venomous and Boxman but as monsters.. (if they were not the way they were in canon)
- There was a lot of canon detail in season 1 (confirmed liking from Ludo toward Toffee. But uh, it wasn’t actually great tbh (including Ludo’s attitude; if Toffee were not manipulative and geniunely worked for him Ludo would be the problematic one I feel))
___
I kinda ship Eclipsafee, but the reason I do is probably because I thought that Eclipsa would date him and her personality would go in interesting ways with his. It’s also kind of a “sweet x goth” dynamic which is like a blueprint for a cool ship (”is toffee the goth and Eclipsa is sweet or Eclipsa is sweet and Toffee is goth?” - yes) .
- They Both give off a vibe “cool uncle or aunt”. Both are grown adults who seem mature (but aren’t)
- Making up their banter and dialogue would be fun (one is gloomy and other is sassy)
- A “used to know each other in teens years and met again years later and found out how much they changed” dynamic is cool. + Potential for writing: changes caused them to develop new perspectives on one another.
- Dark purple + dark purple
- Eclipsa could bond with Toffee because she was seen as monster too
- A dynamic where they don’t end up together because Eclipsa has her true love Globgor sounds interesting as well. All hail lone Toffee (a cool mysterious man in a suit who is not married and is single and likes it that way but sometimes stares at a lady he used to love and her husband being happy.). Also it’d be bittersweet to headcanon (in an au, Not canon) that Eclipsa does have some feelings for Toffee despite her living her new life fully.
__ Moontoffee
I used to avoid it at all costs for reasons i have already said in past. Mainly bc of second had embarrassment and fear that it will sink. But after everything ended I felt more free in trying to look at it.
- I wouldnt ship them as a royal Butterfly family but I would ship them as rivals from different peoples who stayed that way but somehow changed their views on one another.
- I would rather ship them in an au where Toffee didn’t kill Moon’s mother. But still.. I may be hated for this but I’ve seen dynamics where one character killed other’s parent and still at the end they made amends and worked out as a team. So I don’t know. I understand that in Moon’s case her mother’s death greatly affected her and I have hard time seeing her ever forgiving that so its better to make an au where Toffee had nothing to do with it.
- The fact that Toffee can be drawn in Moon’s color palette is kind of sus.. Their palettes are almost the same..
- I always liked to associate Toffee with the moon (not Moon Butterfly but.. moon, the moon) and water. And knowing that water is associated with the moon, it feels almost symbolic in my imagination that he would look interesting with Moon (even as a platonic duo)
- They are.. pretty similar (both are leaders who are ready to become the devil for their own people and who want to keep their status at all costs). Also in canon they turned into less likable characters at the end.
- Funny headcanon of mine: Many monsters liked to call Toffee “Moony” and that caused a lot of confusion and some monsters ( and Toffee  as well ) thought they mockingly called him after Moon Butterfly - a princess they all hated. But in reality “Moony” among monsters means “Lunatic who is dependant on the moon”, so they mockingly called him a lunatic who is obsessed with Moon (by obsession I mean that Toffee couldnt let go of resentment and remembered what Moon did to him)
“Oh hello general Moony”
“It’s Toffee. I am Not like that mewman princess”
“No, I dont mean Moon. I mean Moony.”
- In all honesty I dont want to ship them in canon universe. I’d ship them if they were not as violent to one another and had to unite against greater threat. (i.e. they both disagreed with their bosses and superiors and bonded over that. Also a nice potential for them changing their views on each others’ kind and learning that the other is not evil)
- I think I would ship them platonically, as friends. Enemies to friends. It’s kind of hard for me to imagine them as a romantic pair who’d caress another’s cheek.

Svtfoe new analisis. 1
And, yes, I am only going to talk about Moon Butterfly and her nemesis Toffee of Septarsis, in part 2. Moontoffee-holic and proud. I promise i’ll be a good person and go a thing at a time so it’s clear, cause i’ll be long as fuck . BTW
                                            SPOILER ALERT
                                              You’ve been warned
Moon Butterfly on “the ghost of Butterfly’s castle”
We start the episode with some fights about laundry organization. Moon takes care of it but more problems show up. Really mewmans are so whiny and unorganised. In due to organize the chore schedule, Moon returns to the old castle to retrieve her old day planner, and OMG it’s all destroyed.
Tumblr media
The worst part. She is not alone. There is someone in the castle that has restored the tapestries.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Moon’s mommy apparently was famous for her caring nature.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
I swear i nearly pee on my pants. Turns out is just a fricking bird, or not...
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
“Queen Moon, is that you?”
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
MINA???????WTF???
She greets her to the castle. Apparentlty, she has been scaring people out and also farming...yada yada berries. She was the one who put them in Eclipsa’s food
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Mina tries to bring down the Queen of Darkness She wants Mewni as Solaria, Eclipsa’s mother, was forging in it. TOTAL MONSTER DESTRUCTION. Moon is, at all mewmans, the true and rightfull queen, and must play the part of leading the anti-monster army
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Which she refuses. She did not want war, or the anilihation of monsters. I see her point, is genocide, of course she doen not want it. Mina, outraged and dissapointed, decides to just do it herself all on her own.
Tumblr media
After that, Moon just returns home and tells everything to River, declaring her position of not wanting to do anything about it and just let Mina kill Eclipsa.
Tumblr media
Like, really. She is not going to move a finger about the matter. She will just lay down and ......
Tumblr media
NOTHING
WTF, Moon? You were never this layback and uncaring, you carried a kingdom on your own and were prepared to action, to any cost. That’s why you were willing to kill Meteora in the first place! What’s wrong? Did she really regain all of her memories? Do I recall that she became who she was, the UNDAUNTED QUEEN, after comfronting Toffee? This is exasperating, and now that i think of it, she hasn’t even mentioned him....

Svtfoe ended and that’s good.
- This show was called “Star vs the Forces of Evil”. Basically there were no forces of evil. Never at all. Perhaps only... Glossaryck or every human being in the show. It’s not even the irony. - Every so called “villain” wasn’t really a villain, but some “positive“ characters were pictured as total a*****es suddenly. Why? Cuz obviosly the writers needed a temporary solution to the sh*t-we-got-no-villains-problem. Nicely done... by ruining some other characters totally. Like Moon. (Ludo who suffered from the abuse, Toffee who just was protecting his people but never betrayed his kind, Mina who was just an insane one who needed some mental help and was ignored betrayed by Solaria in the end; While the whole HMC were abominations, and Moon? No matter how hard you try to show through flashbacks that she’s good what she did in the end was so gross and completely OOC that I want to forget everything I know after the finale “arc”). Some people say “but that’s good!11 that means the things aren’t always just black or white, there’s always something in between“. I suppose some people don’t understand the difference between “not always b/w thingy“ and “bad writing/complete OOC/rushed endings/horrible examples of teens behavior and bad messages to the young audience“. - Magic as a source of all the problems/war conflicts? Yeah, sure, just as a nuclear weapon or any weapon that people use in wars to obtain power/ destroy the enemy in the real world, our sweet real human world. Oh, by the way, those worlds in the shows? Just collided. Is there any like nuclear Glossaryck to kill so the humanity might live happily ever after? - Like mewmans won’t fight with monsters in the future. Like there won’t be any fights/wars between real humans, mewmans and monsters. And don’t forget demons. WHAT A HAPPY ENDING. - Seems like Glossaryck wanted to commit a suicide all these years. - I just love how Solaria did not give a f*** about Mina.  - Those ghosts-queens never did anything except helping to destroy the magic in the end. Where were they? They could’ve helped their flesh and blood every time they’ve got stuck in the Magic Dimension. Ghosts-Queens were used in the end just as what, a good looking but totally senseless scene? Or just to make a point to the fans for buying useless svtfoe books? (Actually I prefer the books over the second half of the last season so they are not so useless tbh). - Where were the creators of the show with the “Toffee was right” when a lot of Toffee fans were attacked by the toxic part of the fandom? All this madness all the deaths of the mewmans/monsters could be avoided but Glossaryck never tried to talk out the things normally with others. But, of course, better to destroy all the audience who ever shipped Moontoffee with the “He killed my mother“ bs. Now we all know that Glossaryck was there all along knowing everything not telling anything.  - Svtfoe crew did see that people liked Moontoffee ship, nobody hated or was against the canon MoonRiver, we all were ok with AUs but... you know, you better treat your audience nicely. Instead the creators destroyed every reason to like those two characters, the shippers were treated by the fandom badly for shipping pairing that had an “abuse”. Kinda. Now it’s Moon is the baddy and Toffee is a gooddie. Lmao. - Oh, remember the time when we wanted to see more Janna and Jackie...and just to get them in the end for... I don’t understand for what.  - “The Marco Harem” thingy makes me wanna ship only yuri ships.  - The “shipping drama” you call it? Let’s call it a “shipping bs”. - All ships were ruined and butchered. Ecxept St*rco. Well, they were ruined too, and became most gross canon I ever know. Probably MoonRiver are close to it now too (does River even know?)... I suppose nobody hated the shipping more that the SVTFOE crew did. - All ships: Jantom, Manna, Tomstar, Kellco, Markapoo etc., were used to keep the audience till the end at least with something. Cuz the main story became such a huge mess that without shipping, the greatest distraction tool in the history, that was impossible to watch the show. - It’s good that Star is bisexual, it’s bad she still ended up with a guy. What is worse - with a wrong guy. Who, thanks to the wonderful writing skills of the writers, was a liar and cheater. - It’s good that Jackie got a girlfriend, it’a bad that’s wrong gf. It should’ve been Star. - In the end we got forced St*rco. But with at what price? Personally I can’t stand Marco and Star both now, after all the crap, lie and pain they caused to their exes and their families. I’ve been waiting for a latin lead character in a show like this for years and now both characters dissapointed me greatly. - The Beach Day episode had no sense. Two worlds collided JUST BECAUSE. And no apocalypse happened, no one got killed, nothing was destroyed. Two worlds should’ve been staying separately forever, as Marco and Star. But two cheating and lying teens wanted to be together so badly so f*** the logic. - The happy but bitter and well handled ending was possible. I remember “His Dark Materials”, trilogy of fantasy novels by Sir Philip Pullman, where in the end [SPOILER] Lyra and her boyfriend are separated forever, because it’s impossible for them to live in the different world/universe. But they promised to remember each other. The Beach Day photo and the memento point of St*rco love could be just as beautiful as in “His Dark Materials”.  - It is stated that Svtfoe takes a great resemble of Sailor Moon which had a lot of its own flaws. Instead of taking the best from SM, Sv takes the worst, like UsagiSeya love which was better and so more realistic than UsaMamo (Tomstar = UsaSeya; St*rco = UsaMamo), making even a worse copy of UsaMamo canon you can’t stand. - Want a better example? Miraculous Ladybug. The way this show handles shipping and caring for its audince is so better and different from Sv! And despite Adriaenette are the endgame and everybody knows that, it’s a good ship that isn’t rushed, which gets a proper development in every episode. And you know what? I can ship them and Alyaenette, and Lucanette and feel absolutely great about it.  - There are so many other problems with SVTFOE, I wish I could remember and mention it here, but there’s no point, the show is dead, thank goodness. I was kinda done with show after they butchered Toffee/Moontoffee, and now completely done after they forced St*rco and ruining them too, killing off all the amazing development of Tomstar. And, most importantly - destroyed a lot of characters (MHC, Gloss, Moon etc). - Tbvh, the show had so much potential and instead they just used the shipping and handled it horribly on every possible level. - Svtfoe was an amazing, great explosion of the ideas, beautiful designs, characters (Eclipsa’s family) and worlds. Now I can thank this show only for one thing: for the creativity of its fandom. Your OCs are magnigicent, people, and your stories about them are so much... better than the canon. - TEENS ARE NOT THAT DUMB. And I’m saying it as a grown up, dangit. P.S. That’s an opinion, and if you feel personally attacked by it - don’t, I wanted to rant, and so I did. You enjoyed the show? Good for you, don’t waste your time on trying to prove me being wrong. The show is dead, this opinion doesn’t affect anything or anybody from the crew. Cuz as far ad it seems to me, they’ve been/blind deaf enough all the time.  Also, if anyone considers it as a disrespect towards show creators - it’s a critical response nothing more, nothing less.

I’m tired of talking about Moon and her fuck ups.
I’m just waiting for the finale and finally focus on the Mon!Star AU fics I held off in doing because of this final season.
Glad I waited cause hoooweee do I have to make serious adjustments on Moon and maybe developing MoonToffee should be easier than I thought it would be despite it being more dark than I thought.

YOU KNOW WHAT THIS MEANS?
On the past war against Toffee, he was such a trouble that they were desperate enough make some the clever ones of the council members think a treaty, in other words, surrender, was the best way to end that.
The situation was that bad, but Moon refused to surrender and then she come with a last spell which defeated Toffee, which gave her the name of Moon the undaunted.
Toffee offered a peace treaty. That was because he was a gentleman and/or he didn’t want a massacre if he could avoid it? Also, that way he could have ended the war without more deaths on his side, so, a good leader should do that, not only for being honorable to his enemies, but to avoid unnecessary deaths in his side too. He was a good leader, probably a great one, not to say probably a good person too. And now he is not.
After all the fight all over the ages and all the hatred, Toffee was willing to have mercy on his enemies. But Moon didn’t want peace with them; surrender wasn’t an option for her, quite possibly because Toffee already killed her mother. She wanted revenge, but could she do if they were winning? She made a deal with the Queen of Darkness. Well done, Moon, let’s just hope your part of the deal is not set her free on of these days.
As the queen, the kind of responsible queen that Moon hasn’t stopped telling Star to be, Moon should have signed the peace treaty and not used the Darkest Spell, since the Butterfly Royal Family denies Eclipsa and maybe think that using her magic is like a taboo. And Moon said no to all that because she wanted Toffee to die. They managed to make it look like she was a proud queen and who cares about her people so she would do anything to win, but it seems like it was just for selfish reasons.
Toffee possibly knew that Eclipsa’s magic is a taboo for the Butterfly Family, so he didn’t expect Moon to use that since her beloved mother ordered her not to. That would explain his expression of shock in the tapestry. But also, he was willing to have mercy, even when all he just wanted was a better life for his people and was going to fight for it. He showed kindness, and Moon sent the worse and most painful death in a spell to him and his monster army if she reached them with it. Toffee ended probably with no army, since he was suppose to be famous but not a single monster from Ludo’s army recognised him, and with a wound which couldn’t heal ever and it’s probably hurting him ALL THE TIME, all that because of ONE SINGLE death and he knew it. That’s maybe enough to make him the deadly merciless psychopath we know.
By the way, did he offer the treaty just to Moon, or he offered it to her mother too? If it was just the first case, it was because he expected Moon to be more reasonable for some reason? Did he just see her as a little girl who wouldn’t fight the until the end or he thought he could get to reason with her? Yes, I saying this last thing because I ship MoonToffee, I’m trash.

Okay I know you didn't come up with the theory but NO REALLY PLEASE SHARE YOUR OWN THOUGHTS ON THIS PLEASE?
Tumblr media
OOOOOOOOOO I’M SO GLAD YOU ASKED!!! But golly, I don’t even know where to start!
Although before I do, I’d like to remind you that I do believe this theory is a kinda far-fetched, but it has some great evidence to back it up!
Okay, let’s state the obvious:
Eclipsa has been trapped in her crystal for over 300 years. With Toffee being immortal, of course he would’ve survived that long period of time.
Toffee had spades on one of the skulls on his shoulder-pads. We understand why he had Moon’s markings, but why Eclipsa’s? Maybe he had them to honor/fight for her? We don’t know. I just believe that there’s more of a connection between them besides the whole deal with Moon and Eclipsa.
Toffee’s name is a sweet! Or at least we believe it’s his name. The only time he actually says it is when he meets Moon: “But you may call me Toffee.” He never directly says “My name is Toffee” or anything like that. I think of it as a nickname Eclipsa may have given him in the past because I mean, she loves sweets as we can see, so she’d definitely give her lover some cute, sweet-related nickname!
Tumblr media
Now as I said in a previous response - Toffee’s character had/has so much potential, I don’t think they would just kill him off and leave so many unanswered questions.
But before I bring those questions up, I want to point out something I realize many people have been talking about lately; Moon’s tapestry turned out nothing like the real event that happened.
Tumblr media
It is clearly exaggerated to make her seem greater than she really is. If she’s Queen of Mewni, of course her people would want to know that they’re safe during her reign.
Tumblr media
Eclipsa, however, did something no Mewman could ever look up to. Due to their strong prejudice against monsters, nobody could possibly accept having a monster for their King - which is why she would run away. Of course the monster featured in her tapestry would be heavily exaggerated. Eclipsa, herself, may have not been a bad person, but being known for both her dark magic and the fact she married a monster, we can easily see how Mewmans saw her as evil. Overall, what we see on the tapestries is just propaganda, as a way to show Mewmans what’s considered “good” and what’s “bad”.  I guess what I really mean to say is that the monster she married most likely looked nothing like the one shown on her tapestry, meaning it could possibly been Toffee. I mean, it looks more like a demon than any monster we’ve seen anyways, right??
NOW BACK TO THE QUESTIONS I MENTIONED EARLIER!
How does Toffee know Glossaryck/vice-versa?
Why did Toffee take over when Ludo was shown Eclipsa’s chapter?
Tumblr media
How did he know the Whispering Spell?
How did he know it was the first spell Star would learn?
Tumblr media
Why would he have a mechanical version of one of Eclipsa’s spells - the All Seeing Eye?
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Why and how does he know so much about the Butterfly wand in general?
If Toffee truly was Eclipsa’s spouse, we can safely assume she would’ve been the one to teach him that kind of information, as well as introduce him to Glossaryck.
AND LET’S NOT FORGET!!! The episode Toffee was introduced in: Fortune Cookies, which featured this beauty -
Tumblr media
Of course there’s a possibility it might mean nothing, but hey, how do we know until more is revealed? :^)
Oh and yeah, I’m very aware that he’s most likely dead for sure at the moment, but let’s be honest here, if Eclipsa has a spell that could kill something immortal, then there’s probably a spell she could use to bring back the dead.
OH WAIT-
THERE IS!!!
Tumblr media
As @gwyneko pointed out, there’s a recurring page in the spell book related to raising the dead, and it’s popped up quite a few times. Will she actually use it? We’ll just have to wait and find out.
Separate from all this, my own headcanons or thoughts for this theory?
I like to believe that Toffee wasn’t that bad of a monster before Eclipsa was crystallized.  He probably had more personality and expression back then, or even was a completely different person–especially being with and influenced by Eclipsa. Now when it comes her frozen state, I’ve seen many people’s theories about how her and Toffee possibly planned it so that something big may happen in the future. However, I personally think this was actually an unexpected turn of events for the two. Were they planning something horrible that lead to her being crystallized? Maybe, maybe not. But whatever pose Eclipsa was stuck in for hundreds of years definitely didn’t look like she meant for it to happen.
Tumblr media
I feel that after she was frozen, Toffee was greatly affected by it, which completely changed him as a whole, explaining why he doesn’t show much emotion or any expression unless he knows he’s winning. I mean, the man lost everything, how would you expect him to act?
“It’s like I always say. Nothing more terrifying than a man who’s lost everything.“
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Like many others, I believe that Toffee is purposefully trying to free Eclipsa, but I also believe that she wasn’t aware of his plan until her interaction with Moon. She doesn’t seem too fazed that she’s been trapped for 300 years, but the one thing that really catches her attention is when Moon mentions something “immortal”.
Tumblr media
Eclipsa’s initial reaction is “Are you sure that’s what you want?” Her face in this scene seems like she’s finally connecting the puzzle. She knows who Moon is referring to, even though she doesn’t say.
Tumblr media
“And aim it directly at his heart.”
Unless they somehow messed up something so specific in the script, I’m pretty sure that Eclipsa knows what’s up.
Something else I’ve noticed that people have brought up is that if Toffee really wanted to free Eclipsa, he had the opportunity once he absorbed the Magic High Commission’s powers. Yes, he could have technically freed her with Rhombulus’ power, but come on. It’d be less entertaining! If he freed her immediately, there wouldn’t be room for our characters to develop if everything is so rushed. It’s a TV show. Everything will play out eventually. Also Toffee’s main goal at the moment was to get his finger back.
“BUT WAIT! THEY STILL HAVEN’T CONFIRMED WHETHER ECLIPSA IS A VILLAIN OR NOT!!”
Really?
Tumblr media
Ludo isn’t a threat anymore, Toffee is, well…DEAD, and I don’t think Miss Heinous+crew will surpass any of their horrible actions. Also, it’s kinda obvious she’s the next big bad.
As for the abuse-related thing that there was a huge argument over -
The ship, Sweet Eclipse itself isn’t an abusive relationship.
Something like MoonToffee, however, is because he had caused her so much grief and pain. Toffee basically killed both her mother and daughter. Yes, they’re technically Eclipsa’s great granddaughters, but:
Eclipsa isn’t even aware of all this. All she knows is that Moon’s mother died. Nothing else. She’s been trapped in a crystal for corn’s sake.
What if this is what she wanted? Or would be completely fine with it if she knew? After all, she was practically stripped from her Butterfly name due to her black sheep status, and it seems like only the Magic High Commission and other Butterfly queens know of her existence. I’m sure she wouldn’t take that lightly. No one would.
They’re villains. There’s been plenty villains in the past that have killed family members. Ever read Hamlet? Claudius killed his own brother for the throne and yet regretted it later on, though that did not justify him for his actions. Or I guess alternatively, Lion King, but that’s a bit different…
Something I see this whole Eclipsa/monster relationship more as (and I’m sure many others do) is a sort of Romeo/Juliet couple. They ran off together and got married because that’s what they wanted. But because of this, matters only became worse between the two families (or in this case, Mewmans/monsters). Many people that were close to them were killed by each other’s side, but even then, that never stopped them from loving each other, which is how I view Eclipsa/Toffee.
Anywho
Yeah, those are basically my thoughts on this theory. Again, they are pretty far-fetched, but I guess it just gives me something to think about during the hiatus, haha! Thanks for asking!!!

Every now and again I'll follow a random rp blog and get blocked like 5 mins later
Or even more interestingly, I'll go to follow a blog and discover that user has already blocked me?
And while this is a little nonplussing
Because I do try to generally not be the kind of person who warrants a block (and I hope that people feel like they can approach me if I'm doing something wrong/something that makes them uncomfortable, like not tagging a trigger)
It's mostly just kind of amusing?
Like
What was it buddy

Toffee
How I feel about this character
Fascinating kind of guy. I was rooting for him since he’s from an oppressed class, and I follow the storyline he did what he did for monster kind, so I was all for him toppling the Butterfly dynasty. And Moon Butterfly hasn’t done much in regards to that at all, as in improving their lives and what not.
And at the same time, I wasn’t rooting for him because you know, murdering a 14 year old girl is wrong.
The narrative kept a lot of his history in the dark, and I found it really interesting the fandom was able to pick up on the subtle clues the show provided. He wasn’t an in your face villain, and I like it.
All the people I ship romantically with this character
The only person I’ve shipped him with is Moon Butterfly. Straight up crack and only when she’s an adult/AUs. That’s about it.
My non-romantic OTP for this character
Ludo. Toffee did him dirty, but it was glorious to watch. Also pretty sad sometimes.
My unpopular opinion about this character.
I guess MoonToffee?? Ha ha. Or that I was rooting for him? Or that I felt his defeat was a bit anti-climatic; like it makes sense. It does. Even Star’s power up at the end, which was more or less hinted at throughout the previous seasons, but I felt…I don’t know…she was too powerful. But that’s the point! Ahaha, lots of conflicting feelings right now.
One thing I wish would happen / had happened with this character in canon.
Not MoonToffee romantically but MoonToffee platonically. In that Moon knew Toffee in the past and was his friend at some point in time, but something happened that disintegrated their friendship. Yes, the same things happen with the queen killing and missing finger.

Okay seeing as that MoonToffee is suffering badly (it pains me after shipping it hardcore for so many months) after “The Battle For Mewni.”
In reference to this post, I’m shipping Eclipsa and Toffee now.
Cause honestly when you’ve got this gorgeously elegant lady
Tumblr media
And this suave man (sorry I couldn’t find a better pic on short notice)
Tumblr media
I mean he wears a suit all the time, I cant stop imagining them dancing together.
And they both are just amazing and dark and full of secrets. And you know they both roll with the whole “I don’t look as bad as I actually am” thing.
I dunno thats just me
