Villain AU where Tommy's power is Murphy's Law

Tommy has a superpower. Great, cool even. It would be, anyways, if it actually helped him somehow.
Definition of Murphy's Law: an observation anything that can go wrong, will
Tommy plugged his phone in the night before? No he didn't, it's dead. He's running late for work and just barely caught the bus? Boom. Some heroes are fighting a villain and the road is wrecked.
The only good thing it that it only inconveniences him, and the largest possible amount of people around him. Meaning he's at least able to have friends, to some extent; even better that his best friend Tubbo is a genius and always plans for everything, so at most he's not allowed over when he's working on anything.
Life is mostly normal for him at this point, eighteen years is a long enough time to get used to what would be living hell for anyone else.
But now what happens when he's at the largest bank in the city and the criminal group known as SleepyBois Inc decide to rob it?

Another superhero au,
In which Tommy has withering as powers and has currently killed 50 people maybe more, 3 in which were accidents and the others purposely. At a young age where his powers were blossomimg, he hugged his friend and watched in horror as his friend withered up and died.
Tommy was 6.
He was 7 when his caretaker touched him, and then 8 when a girl bumped into him.
Later on, he was abandoned on the streets, deemed *too* dangerous but (un)fortunately enough, he was later picked up by a villain named Dream.
Tommy loves Dream, he was like a big brother who took care of him, save for the times where he forced Tommy to kill people by withering, or when he leaves Tommy locked in a room in the dark, or when Tommy gets yelled at for not wanting to kill people.
Tommy loved his life.
Now he's 15 and on the run, he's only been on the run for a few months now but he is SO much happier. More happy when he meets a guy named Wilbur who's family owns a coffeeshop.
That coffeeshop is the meet up of the villaim group, the Syndicate.
One day, Wilbur accidentally bumps into Tommy, and gets withered. BUTTTTTTTT Wilbur is a healer and can heal himself and thats his job in the Syndicate, a healer.
And because Wilbur finds out about Tommy's powers, he tells his family, Phil and Techno who

maybe kidnap him....
They're villains for a reason, and if Tommy forgives Wilbur silently in his mind, that's his problem.
So now Tommy is a part of the Syndicate but not really, he is now used as a killer but, Tommy has to admit that they treat him better and allow him to go out and give him food and they're actually funny and nice people and that Techno is helping him control his powers and thag Phil takes care of him and and and-
And maybe he won't be mad if he stayed with them.

Hero/Villain/Vigilante AUs, i will eat all of them up. They're all so flexible too, the storyline can change depending on whos the villain or hero etc, its amazing. I know ppl say they think its overused like damn your mums overused and you dont see my complaining, obviously its overused, its a good damn au
Fae AUs, another all time favourite, i love when writers describe the fae and the rule of "dont tell the fae your name" is always there, amazing, top tier, undeafeatable
Along with the one above ^^^^ i love it when Phil is like the King of the fae court, amazing.
ANDNNNN in relation to number 3, i ADORE BAMF Phil, like THE Angel Of DEATH and the CROWFATHER type, we NEED. more BAMF phil, seeing Phil being all powerful and strong and just badass? So good.
Also BAMF tommy is amazing, like the youngest being strong and kicking people in the faces to protecy his family is SUCH a good trope. SO good. Also love seeing Tommy being a badass
The Crimebros banter when they first meet. Its iconic, its in almost every fanfic, along the lines of "old hipster balding wibbles" and the "gremlin annoying child tomathy" just <3<3<3<<3, it also nice to see how they both connect with each other like brothers
