#Mother's Day my sister and brother-in-law came over and along with my brothers we #made a million breakfast-for-supper dishes. I was primarily on crepe duty and discovered that crepes are my strong suit.#Strawberries both fresh and stewed filled the kitchen #as did a last minute playlist which consisted for the first half hour of songs about breakfast and visits #and other such apropos and gentle sorts of songs #When that playlist ran out we started belting Disney to the heavens #We got out the fancy china and cloth napkins #and laid two fancy tables with flowers in the pavilion in the yard - one table for serving and one for eating #because we're fancy like that.#I got to give both my mom and my sister flowers this year!
