wintertime is cleaning time... . when winter is upon us, we are happy to stay inside in our cosy living room and to share some quality time with our children. . Last week we cleaned our entire wooden toys with self-made beeswax polish. My big son was enjoying this so much, as he loves working with his hands. There is so much responsibility and contentment in caring for his own wooden toys and to see how they shine, when it's done. The recipe is very easy: just melt 30g beeswax in a double boiler or just in an old tin, once it's melted add 30g wax and maybe some drops essential oil such as pine.
