𝐇𝐮𝐠𝐞 𝐌𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐃𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐨𝐧 - 𝐃𝐚𝐡'𝐫𝐞𝐧 𝐌𝐨𝐡𝐫𝐚𝐧

Colossal elder dragons that swim through the Great Desert, smashing obstacles with their spiral horns. Their unique color comes from the thick layer of oxidized metals and other rare minerals that lodge in their hides over their long lives.

Another - you guessed it - limited color challenge, but this time of Rapunzel. ♥ It's incredible what you can do with three random markers, isn't it? But the colors really suited her and I loved how they created that perfect, golden hue for her hair. *_* (As always, keep reading below to see the pens I used, as well as a close-up photo).

(A late!) Day seven of @usamamoweek2023 : Midnight

Mamoru is celebrating his surprise birthday...after an unwanted umpteenth trip to the underworld (no thanks to you, Galaxia! >.<). With a decadent chocolate cake (with edible roses on the side, of course) and spaghetti* from his Usako, of course!

Behind the scenes: His Usako and their senshi friends (and Asanuma! and Motoki and Reika!) surprised him at his peaceful abode...at *you guessed it* the stroke of midnight! In addition, Chibi-Usa and Diana came from the future to join the surprise party crew!

*Note 1: the inclusion of spaghetti in this illustration is based on our family's (or typical Filipino family's, dunno if this is the same case for other countries, please let me know) tradition of having spaghetti - or pancit or other pasta - everytime there's a birthday/holiday celebration.

Note 2: Two birds in one stone! I did this little illustration in celebration of Mamoru's birthday AND I had to catch up with UsaMamo week prompts. I still have at least two(?) artworks to be posted, so stay tuned ^u^

Materials used: assorted alcohol markers (Copic, Ohuhu, and Zig Kuretake), Zig super black ink, Tachikawa spoon nib, Zig G nib, Sakura gelly roll in white, and Colleen colored pencils on Deleter Type B paper and on Kulelox comic paper

And thus we bring @yearoftheotpevent to an end with prompt 12! Moving in together. I definitely did these in order and this isn’t the fifth one I’ve drawn, it’s definitely not January 28 right now. Prompt: Moving in together. Babs was going to have smaller tattoos on this but I messed it up and went with generic black to cover up my mistake, whoopsies.
