Over the years of traveling, after stabilizing the infinite realms and creating a council to do most of the governing, danny has had quite a few flings and human lives. Every one of them burned bright and brief like a falling star, but he cherishes the memories of all of them. New heroes have taken over the industry, and he’s completely free to enjoy being normal.

So it comes as a surprise when one of his partners from a particularly passionate relationship contacts him from the infinite realms with the knowledge of a child they had together, that’s becoming a hero, and who needs someone to look after them.

Now danny just hopes it’s not too late to be a decent father.

i’m no film expert so i may be way off base here but seeing a lot of ppl repeating this “death of film lighting” narrative about glass onion and like … did we watch the same movie because the way they used lighting was insane!!! movies are allowed to be dark for a few scenes without it being part of this whole death of good movie lighting that suddenly everyone has decided they’re an expert on. like… hate to say it about a netflix production but the lighting was actually very important to the visual story ?? it had a lot of significance?? also the use of practical effects instead of sfx like … you ppl learned about old movie lighting and the death of art in film from tik tok and decided nothing modern can be good or something idk

I feel like Eddie is the type of guy to always have a slide whistle in his pocket and uses it to make incidental sound effects for the conversations that happen around him.

Nobody knows where he gets them all from and they don’t ask incase he takes one out and starts playing with it.

Wayne is so happy every time he loses one of the whistles. He absolutely never tells Eddie when he finds one of the numerous whistles that have rolled under the couch. He has an agreement with Steve to dispose of them secretly and securely.

Except one night when Steve’s driving around town with Eddie, he opens the glove box and there’s a bag full of whistles (seriously nobody knows where he’s getting them from. And in bulk?)

And Eddie is all ‘HEY!’ Which immediately makes Steve tense up in preparation for an argument with his easily antagonised boyfriend about the possible theft of offending musicals instruments.

But then Eddie continues with ‘more whistles! I didn’t take you for a fan dude!!’

And promptly shoves one up each of his nostrils and one in his mouth and tries to play them all at once while demanding Steve watch instead of watching the road.

Steves going to have to think of a new hiding spot.
