What about Luna in some AU tackling teen pregnancy maybe? How would her and Chris deal with it?

Welcome to my first event for my sleepover event! This first request is something I haven’t done before so I just want to preface that it did take a lot of thought to be comfortable with this, but @f10werfae is an absolute angel. It’s slightly different to the ask but I hope you all enjoy this sleepover event! - K 🩵

Am I a disappointment? Will he be mad? Will dad disown me?

That’s all that was spiralling found in Luna’s head, she’s pregnant those positive lines staring deep into her eyes like they’re trying to burn and stay forever.

All she can hear is the shouting of her heart pounding in her head, the unthinkable she ever would would happen has.

She was pregnant.

They were careful, they thought her body couldn’t handle pregnancy. Her uterus too hostile but in some fucked up way apparently the unthinkable can still happen.

Happiness hit her like a train on a track, but coming towards her was the suffocating anxiety and unsettling sadness of no turning back. Something that should be the happiest moment of a females life. Her brain was telling her to run so she did with the test in hand and all the evidence to her uncles house.

Luna couldn’t face her dad right now, she didn’t even know if she ever could with this news; she thought Scott would be the rational one in this situation. She needed someone.

Just anyone, because by the end of this her dad in her brain could possibly not be her dad anymore.

Panting she knocks on her uncles door in tears, test in hand ready to break all over again.

“Luns, what - what’s wrong? Come here sunshine” Scott pulls her close concerned at what has his niece so worked up. “Hey sweetie, let’s go sit down Toby is here let’s just go calm down hmm and we can talk okay. He gives her the best reassuring sense he can while his mind runs at a million miles an hour trying to figure out what the hell is going on.

Then the penny drops.

Luna had placed something on the coffee table, he knows what it is without even having told to fully process what it was.

The blue capped, white stick stared back at him.. it makes him think of all those times he’d sit and wait with his anxious sisters for the most beautiful thing to become a reality.

Scott looked back at his niece, who was in a ball next to Toby - with great endearment. She was safe so how could’ve this happened but he’s not one to judge.

“Lou, you wanna talk about it?” He whispered coming in closer to comfort her using her favourite name he has for her.

All she can bring herself to say is “he’s going to hate me, he won’t love me anymore.” A small broken voice vocalised. He didn’t even have to ask who “he” was Scott’s stomach dropped twisting in despair for Luna. His Lou.

Hugging her tighter into his chest, he’ll say the same promise he’s always said.

“Listen to me Lou he won’t hate you - she squirmed in disagreement; I promise he’ll understand. He will, your dad is the most understanding person ever besides me of course.” Letting out a breathy laugh as he says it making Luna start to giggle too.

“Lou you know why he’ll understand?” He asked

“Why scotty, why will he” she tiredly questions

“Because he was the one who supported aunt Shanna when it happened to her.” The look on Luna’s face was the look of someone who was confused but not because of her aunt but because she’d never expected that specifically. She started to cry again.

“Hey I’m serious though Lou - he moves to wipe her tears away with the pads of his thumbs - he would, because grandma was confused and just couldn’t understand why it happened to her so early. But he was there though it all to support her even when she didn’t believe she could herself. He did it for her, he’d do it for you no questions asked. He loves you Luna, we all do.” He finished talking and kissed her on the nose to calm her more like he would when she was a baby; it worked then and it still does.

“Really?” Luna blurted out

“Really Lou, I promise. Pinky promise” Scott finished holding his pinky out.

An hour later, Chris had come over to Scott’s to get Luna. He knew she was there and he knew Luna wanted to tell him something.

That something he had no clue about.

“Bubba, what did you want to talk about?“ he questioned with a slight tilt of his head like the golden retriever he is.

“So you know Brandon, and how we are active and very protective” she whispered scared of what was going to happen. Scott squeezed her hand to let her know it was okay to continue. “Well I thought I missed my period because of how weird they are and sometimes they don’t appear, but I didn’t think much of it until my stomach felt weird, like I would be really tired and nauseous all the time. I thought it was my other meds but I took a test just because we are active and well….” She took a deep breath she was about to change the whole dynamic.

“Positive lines appeared. Bright positive lines” she starts to cry again. Chris stared in confusion but in pure joy and concern. Hell he was nervous but Luna was ten times worse right now. She just needed her dad.

“Sweet girl, it’s okay - she stared in disbelief Scott was right. - I promise we’ll get though this together whatever happens. - he says that knowing her endometriosis could hinder this situation - I take it Scott told you the story about aunt Shanna? He asked his beautiful girl.

“Mhmhm” that’s all Luna had the energy to reply with whilst she was essentially cocooned into Chris’ chest.

So you know, I love you always. We’re gonna get though this together as a family alright, do you wanna go get some curly fries and have a movie night in my bed?” Chris knew she’d say yes, it was her comfort and right now she needed all the comfort she could get.

“Yeah, thanks dad I love you” Luna replied smiling slightly at him

“I love you sunshine”.

I’m not saying I’ll ever do something like this again but it’s not completely off the table, I hope you guys enjoy this. Not only because it’s my first post of my sleepover but it’s my first proper post in months. Thank you to all who have stayed around whilst I’ve essentially ghosted my blog not because I wanted to but because I’m an adult with a life and a very adult job. The baker's eyes peeked from the upside-down comic book floating in front of him. Brown hues not so subtly followed his girlfriend as she walked towards the living room mirror. Every glance she made his way, he'd go back to 'reading' the literature before him.

Harper Williams, childhood best friend turned lover of the young Luna, was trying on new swimsuits. A black bikini (Chris's favorite), an white one-piece (Also Chris's favorite), and finally a bikini inspired by Sailor Moon (You guessed it...Chris's favorite). Her hands pulled down the bottoms, seeing as how it was slowly turning into a thong.

"Hold on...! I can help!"

Chris saw an opportunity, quickly getting up to provide some 'assistance'. Walking over to Harper, the baker's hands snaked their way around her waist. Both hands fondled her perfectly round cheeks, giving them a squeeze and playful smack.

"This is part of the process ma'am, trust me I'm a professional!"

Summary: Eddie and Evan have to go to work, leaving (Y/n) to look after Chris and their sick toddler. But when their daughter gets worse, the boys come home to take her to hospital.

"Baby go to bed and get some sleep." Crouching down, Evan pressed his knees into the edge of the sofa and reached a gentle hand out. He brushed his thumb across (Y/n)'s lower lip and kissed her temple.

She was laid on her side on the sofa, knees pulled up to her stomach, head tucked into a cushion and her eyes half open as she was almost asleep. If she asked him to, Evan would carry her to bed so she could get some proper sleep and not wake up with a crick in her neck or a pain in her back.

"Chris-"

"We're taking him today, he's got breakfast club. Come on and I'll carry you." Evan moved his hand to cup the side of her face, grinning softly when (Y/n) leaned into his touch.

Both Eddie and Evan were on shift pulling a double, but they were starting early today. (Y/n) usually took Chris to school when the boys were at work, but he was starting breakfast club for one week and it began today. That meant the boys could take him on their way to work and he wouldn't be sat alone early in the classroom.

It also meant that (Y/n) didn't have to get up and take Chris. She had been awake all night. Eddie came home off a day shift, saw his family for a while then crawled into bed. And Evan needed to sleep because they were both on a twenty four hour shift.

So (Y/n) had taken the night shift at home of waking up every twenty to thirty minutes to settle their daughter.

Luna had a chest infection. She couldn't sleep, she was coughing so badly she was starting to be sick and she was worn out but she still couldn't sleep as she was unsettled and feeling the effects. It wasn't easy to settle a toddler, Luna was only one. The only way to settle her was to hold and cuddle her. All. Night.

"Luna won't sleep, I may as well stay here."

"Do you want me to stay home, because I will-"

"No, baby you go to work. After tomorrow, the bed is mine and the toddler is yours." (Y/n) leaned up and pecked Evan's lips before she curled her hands around his arm and reeled it into her chest.

Evan had five days off in a row after he finished tomorrow morning. That meant he could spend all of those days cuddling his baby girl and trying to make sure she took her medicine, started to eat properly and nursing her back to health.

(Y/n) was tired, she was exhausted, but she didn't mind. She worked from home and she could plough through her work once Evan was on his days off. And when Eddie had a day off with them, that meant Luna and Chris would be spoiled by both their dads.

"Alright, that's a deal." Evan cupped (Y/n)'s chin in his hand and lifted her head enough so that he could give her a kiss.

A soft hum vibrated through Eddie's chest and up his throat while he looked down at the little girl in his arms. His hand rhythmically patted against the back of her legs while his other hand cradled the back of her head and smoothed over her thin wisps of dark hair.

Tilting his head down, Eddie kissed the top of her head and continued to sway from left to right. He felt the way Luna batted her small fist against his chest like she was trying to tap out a beat or tell him something and it made him smile against her temple. But when he glanced down at the watch on his wrist, he sighed.

He and Evan needed to go before they made themselves late for work.

Eddie didn't want to go. He didn't want to go to work and leave (Y/n) home alone, run down and needing to look after their sick toddler. He knew Luna had barely slept all night and she was only half asleep in his arms right now.

"Alright baby girl, can you go to sleep for daddy, please?" His words hushed against her flushed skin and he moved over towards the cot beneath the window.

He leaned over and very carefully laid Luna down and took a few seconds to unhook her hand that had been clutching his shirt collar for the last twenty minutes.

Eddie brushed his thumb over the back of Luna's small hand and stayed leaning over the crib. But the moment he pulled the blanket over her and leaned up, he cringed.

She began to cry.

Her hand bashed against her nose and reached up as she wriggled around and stretched her arms out for him again. Her legs kicked up and she wriggled to try and roll over to get up and reach out for Eddie. She wasn't going to sleep unless one of her three parents was holding her.

With a sigh, Eddie tipped his head forward before he reached his arms back down and gently eased her back up again. He straightened up and settled her on his chest, nuzzling his nose against her hair as he started to rub his hand up and down her back. He turned away from the cot and trudged towards the door to head out into the hall.

"Poor baby," He murmured softly into her hair as he padded down the hall and headed into the living room where Evan was sat on the edge of the sofa and (Y/n) was laid out.

"She won't sleep?" (Y/n) guessed as she tilted her head back to look up at Eddie when he hovered beside the sofa.

"Nope. I tried, mi amor, I'm sorry." Eddie had gotten a shower and took Luna with him in the hopes that the steam would help her breathe better and settle her down. But the only thing that settled her was being held, cuddled and walked around the house which (Y/n) had been doing all night. Eddie thought if he could get her to sleep even for an hour, it would give (Y/n) a break.

"Pass here over, I'll get her medicine before we go."

Evan held his hands out and stood up, smiling softly when his little girl was gently eased into his arms. They swapped places so Eddie could sit next to (Y/n) and give her a kiss while Evan slowly made his way into the kitchen where Chris was sat at the table, almost asleep.

"Wake up bud, we'll be off in a minute." Evan ruffled Chris's curls before he opened the medicine cupboard and found the small bottle of antibiotics.

He found a syringe on the draining board and leaned his hips back against the counter, shuffling Luna further down his chest. Her cheek was nuzzled into his chest as she snuffled and wheezed. Her eyes were closed and she was settling down but she was still awake, Evan could tell.

"Is she still poorly, pops?"

"Just a bit… come on little moon, here we go." Evan pressed the syringe to her lips and got her to take it before she realised what it was. He cringed when Luna coughed, squeezing her eyes tighter as her nose crinkled and she made a spluttering noise. But Evan kept running his hand up and down her back and kissed her temple, trying to coax her to calm down. The last thing they needed was her throwing the medicine back up again.

"Me and mum will look after her."

A tender smile flooded Evan's face when Chris got up and clung to his side, looking up at Luna who was still snuggled down in Evan's arms, snuffling a little quieter now.

"Thank you bud." Evan kissed the top of his head before he guided him through into the living room. He carefully lowered Luna down into (Y/n)'s arms and smiled as (Y/n) wriggled down the sofa so she was laid down. She settled Luna on her chest with her head just beneath (Y/n)'s chin.

"Call us later to let us know how you all are."

A round of coughing tremored through (Y/n)'s ears and made her lips curl as she woke up. She couldn't have been asleep for long.

Her hand brushed across her eyes and nose before she grumbled and pushed herself up. She flicked the bedside lamp on and turned to her right to see her two kids. Chris was on the far side of the bed, snuggled up into the pillow and his head shifted a little when he started to wake and hear Luna's coughing.

The toddler was laid in between them on her side with Chris's arm draped over her middle. Her knees were pulled up to her tummy and the dummy she had been sleeping with was now spat out on the bed so she could cough and begin to whimper.

"Come here little girl." (Y/n) gently lifted Luna up and leaned back into the pillows. She brought her knees up so she could carefully sit Luna on her stomach and prop her up against her knees. Her eyes darted over her daughter who was still coughing, but now her breaths were starting to come out in wheezes and she was beginning to struggle.

She felt Chris snuggle up into the middle of the bed to be near her side and it made her smile. He had come to watch a movie in bed with (Y/n) to keep her company and try to help look after Luna and (Y/n) didn't mind him sleeping in her room.

She already knew she wasn't going to be getting much sleep tonight with Luna being this ill.

"Oh no," Panic dwelled up in (Y/n)'s stomach as she peered closer at her daughter.

Not only was Luna barely able to breathe, now (Y/n) could see a rash forming on her skin. This wasn't normal and (Y/n) couldn't think of what else to do when she had given Luna Calpol and her prescribed antibiotics and she had taken her temperature which was rising high.

Fumbling her hand out on the side table, (Y/n) found her phone and clicked on the first of her boys to pop up on screen. It happened to be Eddie. She needed some advice because the way things were looking, (Y/n) was starting to think she was going to be spending the night in the emergency room.

"Hey mi amor, how's the little lady?"

"Eddie, we've got a problem, I need help." She had called the boys earlier in the evening to say that Luna hadn't had a lot of sleep and she was still coughing. She had almost heard the pain in their voices when they promised to be home soon and look after both girls.

(Y/n) hated to call them when they were at work but she needed Eddie's medical advice because she knew this couldn't be normal.

"Why, what's wrong?"

"She's got a rash, it's everywhere and she won't stop coughing… a-and she's been throwing up too."

(Y/n) had been surprised when Luna had managed to eat a little more today, but tonight everything came back up with vengeance. Luna began throwing up and wouldn't stop until all she had left was bile and spit. It had been a vain hope that Luna would finally get some sleep tonight and feel better in the morning. Clearly she wasn't going to sleep or get better.

"Fuck, where's the rash?" Eddie dragged his hand through his hair and leaned back against the sofa.

He knew Luna didn't have a rash this morning when he got her washed and dressed. The most she had was flushed skin and very dark red lips from the amount of coughing she had been doing lately. Depending on where the rash was would tell them how bad it was and if they had to go to the emergency room or not.

"Hang on," (Y/n) mumbled quietly as she pulled her phone back and clicked on the video call button. She turned the camera round and pointed it at Luna, propped up against her knees.

Eddie sat forward until he was on the edge of the sofa and he squinted, bringing the phone closer to he could try and examine his little girl. He was pleased when (Y/n) moved the camera up and down and moved Luna's onesie so he could see how it was spreading.

"Oh God… Buck, Buck come here." He waved his hand behind him, knowing his partner was somewhere in the kitchen trying to make a drink.

Moving her phone, (Y/n) held it tighter as she leaned back against the pillow and eased Luna down onto her chest when she began to cough again.

"Yeah babe wh- Jesus what happened?!" Both Evan's hands moved to grab Eddie's shoulders and he leaned down to look at Eddie's phone. His eyes narrowed as he moved his head near Eddie's shoulder until their cheeks were touching.

What had happened to their daughter?

She had an awful rash spreading across her face, all over her cheeks, down her neck and he could tell it had gone down to her chest too. And as a few seconds ticked by, Evan felt his chest tightening in panic. Luna wasn't breathing properly. She was taking awful, gasping breaths and every few seconds she would snuffle and grog and cough like her lungs were full of water and she was drowning.

"Eddie I don't know what to- shit!" (Y/n) closed her eyes and tilted her head back when Luna grogged into her neck and spat. She knew her little girl couldn't help it but it was still a horrible feeling and it wasn't good to know she was trying to be sick even with nothing left in her stomach.

Pushing forward, (Y/n) moved to stand up and cuddled Luna against her chest in her left arm while she held her phone up to look at the boys. When she glanced over her shoulder, she tried to smile at Chris who was half awake, watching her to see what was going on. He could hear both dads on the phone and it made him curious.

"She could have meningitis, we need to take her to the emergency room. Now."

Eddie's words made (Y/n)'s eyes water and she tipped her head back with a frown. She knew this was going to happen.

"Bobby, Bobby we need to go." Evan's hands gave Eddie's shoulders a tight squeeze before he turned and bolted to go downstairs and find their captain. They couldn't stay on shift. Their daughter wasn't well, they had to go home and be with her when she went to see the doctor.

"Y-you're leaving work?" (Y/n) rolled her lips together as she tried to stop the tears but she couldn't help it.

She shuddered when Luna's small arms locked around her neck and she began to wheeze. Her head tilted down and she tried to look down at Luna and rock her up and down to see if it helped but she was just taking in deep breaths and spluttering them back out again.

"Of course we are, mi amor. Get Chris up and ready, we won't be long I promise." Of course they were coming home. Bobby told everyone that family came first and if they had any emergencies that they should tell him and they could leave immediately. And he was more than understanding when it came to Evan and Eddie.

He understood that it wouldn't be fair for one of them to stay on shift and the other to go home during emergencies. If they had a family emergency, Bobby was fine with both men heading home.

"Eddie! Eddie s-she's not breathing properly!"

Eddie felt Evan's arm clench around his bicep the moment the pair of them rushed through the front door. They headed into the living room, scanning their eyes around as (Y/n) bolted over to them.

She had changed into one of Evan's lounge shirts and a pair of leggings and Chris was in his pyjamas with his shoes and coat on and his glasses. Although he was almost asleep in the armchair, curled up since it was half past eleven at night.

Both men almost stumbled back when (Y/n) bolted over to them and held their toddler out until Eddie took her.

Luna's breathing had become worse and worse but just before the boys pulled up, (Y/n) started crying when she realised her daughter was barely breathing at all. She was at the point of wheezing and gasping and right now her knees were pulled up to her tummy and her arms were coiled into her chest.

"Okay, shh baby girl, come here."

Eddie took Luna into his arms and sat down on the edge of the armchair next to Chris. He sat her down on his lap with one hand on her chest and the other flat out on her back. He rubbed his hand deeply up and down her back and tilted her forward so she was leaning down to try and ease her chest.

She wasn't choking but Eddie couldn't see why she wasn't breathing properly. She could be congested or she could have meningitis or some other illness that was clogging her chest and weighing down on her lungs.

He kept his hand up and down her back and jittered his knee up and down until Luna gave a croaky grumble and took a deep breath.

"Everyone in the car."

Evan reached down and scooped Chris up into his arms, letting him curl his legs around his torso and his chin perch on Evan's shoulder. He followed (Y/n) out the door with Eddie right behind him, Luna in his arms and her bag on his shoulder that (Y/n) had packed ready.

Moving over to the jeep, Evan carefully laid Chris out in the passenger seat and strapped him in, letting him curl up. He could have a power nap now and sleep while they got seen by a doctor. It wasn't fair to disrupt Chris like this but they didn't have any other choice. It was far too late to be ringing round family asking if they could wake up and look after Chris. And neither parent wanted to stay home while the other two went with Luna to hospital.

Chris would be calmer staying with his parents and watching over his sister.

Once Eddie strapped Luna in her car seat, he climbed in the front as (Y/n) shuffled into the middle seat in the back. Her head tilted to the left and she tried to smile when Evan wormed his way into the back with her.

"Christ." He muttered under his breath as he strapped his belt on and turned to the right, squashed up between (Y/n) and the door. He leaned on his side so his weight was on his right hip and his right arm spread out over (Y/n)'s shoulders. He moved his left arm out to rest his hand on Luna's chest and his lips pressed against (Y/n)'s head when she leaned her head back on his shoulder.

(Y/n) brushed her fingers across Luna's chest along with Evan and they watched her intently as she started to wheeze again. Her cheeks puffed out, her lips scrunched up and her hands batted around until Evan held her hand and started brushing his thumb across her fingers.

Each of them winced when a round of coughing flooded the car. Luna tilted forward in her car seat and began spluttering like her lungs were clogged and she could barely catch any air.

"Let it out baby," Evan tried to rub circles along her chest to see if a little pressure and motion would get her to take deeper breaths. But all she did was turn to crying and gasping instead.

Eddie pulled up in the closest space he could find and once he got out, he rounded the other side of the car and unbuckled Chris who was almost asleep. "Come here bud," He whispered, looping his son's arms around his neck so he could lift him up out the chair and settle him on his hip. Chris's head flopped onto his shoulder and his legs bound tight over Eddie's hips as he shut the door and waited for his partners to get out.

Moving over, (Y/n) stood beside Eddie and curled one hand around his upper arm while Evan got Luna out.

He settled her down on his chest with one hand on her back and the other around her legs, keeping her in the middle of his chest. Her head tucked into his chest just beneath his collar bone and she coughed into his shirt which she gripped tightly around the collar.

The emergency room was busy. It usually seemed busier on nights than it did during the day, but almost every seat was taken tonight and it made (Y/n) wince. How long were they going to have to sit and wait? How long could they wait with Luna coughing up a storm like this?

Reaching his arm out, Eddie curled his free hand around (Y/n)'s waist and guided her towards the last two free chairs near the toilets.

Eddie slowly sat down and wriggled Chris around until he was leant up on his chest, his head still on Eddie's shoulder and arms still bound around his neck. (Y/n) stood beside him and curled her hand around his shoulder, watching anxiously as Evan stood at reception and reeled off their details and what the problem was.

She felt Eddie's free arm trace around her hips and with a small tug, he pulled her down to sit on his lap with Chris on his other side. There was only one seat free next to Eddie and they left that for Evan as he walked over to them.

He took his seat next to Eddie and leaned Luna back into his chest as she began to cry.

"Shh, it's okay baby." Evan smoothed his hand up and down Luna's back and smothered his lips against the top of her head. He jittered his leg up and down to try and rock her a little to see if it would help. He didn't fancy pacing the length of the waiting room with people watching and being close by. Evan would rather stay seated here with his family.

Turning his head to the right, Eddie smiled softly when one of Luna's hands batted out and landed on his arm. He leaned over and kissed the top of her head and nuzzled his nose against her cheek to try and make her smile, but she didn't. Her wide eyes were still watering and she sniffed, curling her hand around his sleeve and when she coughed against his cheek, Eddie grimaced and pulled back.

"Thanks for that, baby girl." He leaned back as she snuggled further into Evan, but he didn't like the way she began wheezing.

Evan shifted her round so she was sat up on his knees with one hand on her chest and the other on her back. He tilted her forward and bounced his knees up and down to try and get her breathing properly but she continued to wheeze and croak until everyone was looking at them with worry.

"Luna Buckley-Diaz?"

(Y/n) looked across at the boys in surprise. They had barely been waiting five minutes. They must have seen how poorly Luna was to get her pushed through first, and given that she wasn't even two years old yet went in their favour too. She was a high priority, clearly.

They all got up and followed the doctor into the assessment unit and into a small cubicle on the right.

She sat down at her desk while Evan sat down in the chair opposite and settled Luna on his lap again. Eddie sat down beside him, juggling Chris on his lap while (Y/n) stood at his side and leaned into him. She ran her fingers through the back of Eddie's hair, trying to calm herself down as her eyes focused on Luna.

"I'm doctor Allen… who's the father?" Her eyes darted between the three of them with furrowed brows and intrigue in her eyes. She hadn't expected three people to follow her into her office. And they didn't usually get whole families bringing children down to the emergency room.

"We both are." The stern tone to Eddie's voice made (Y/n) grip his shoulder. He wasn't trying to be rude but Eddie wasn't in the mood to run her through their private life. Their daughter was ill and she needed assessing, it didn't matter who was here at the hospital with her. They didn't need an argument in the hospital. They had done enough of that when (Y/n) was pregnant.

"Okay. Run me through what's happened." She snapped on a pair of gloves and moved her chair closer to be in front of them so she could look over at Luna.

"She's had an infection for over a week… we got some antibiotics yesterday but they're not helping." When (Y/n) took Luna to the doctors last week she had taken Chris too just to they could make sure he was alright and that he wasn't going to develop the same infection.

They told her to carry on with Calpol and see how Luna faired, but when she only got worse they gave antibiotics yesterday. Luna only seemed to be progressing worse instead of improving.

"The rash came on tonight and she isn't breathing properly. She's being sick too." Eddie kept his left arm around Chris who was half awake with his eyes closed and his face tucked into Eddie's neck. He reached his right hand out towards his little girl and let Luna take his hand to focus on.

She coughed onto his fingers and pulled his hand close, squeezing tight. When she started to cry and lean back and forth as she gasped, Eddie brushed his finger beneath her chin to try and calm her down.

"Let's take a look at her." She smiled down at Luna and took her temperature before she tried to listen to her lungs which they all knew were crackling from the way she was coughing and struggling to breathe.

When she tried to look into Luna's mouth, the toddler whined and pushed back into Evan, tugging on Eddie's hand that she pressed against her mouth as if to try and hide away.

"Sh, come on be a good girl." Evan mumbled softly into her thin hair while Eddie lowered his hand so she couldn't hide behind it.

"What antibiotics was she prescribed?"

(Y/n) rummaged around in her bag and handed the small bottle over. Eddie had checked it before they first gave it to Luna to make sure it was okay for her as she was really young to be having antibiotics. But it was a small dose and it less percentage, and in liquid form for her to take.

"I'd say she's having a reaction to them, I'd like to give her a steroid injection to see if it helps her breathe any better."

Leaning down, (Y/n) knelt on the floor beside Eddie's leg so she could try and capture Luna's attention. While Eddie pulled his hand out to stretch Luna's arms out near his lap. They needed her attention diverted so the doctor could inject her swiftly without much of a fuss.

Evan rolled down the sleeve of her onesie and took the cotton swab and dabbed it across her arm. He tightened his arms around her and pressed his lips to the back of her head while (Y/n) grinned and held out a teddy and Eddie kept messing with her hands and rubbing his thumb across her fingers to keep her occupied.

Evan cringed the moment the needle punctured into Luna's upper right arm. Her little face contorted from huffed breaths into a tight frown and her lips curved right down towards her chin as she cried out. A long, drawn out whine burst past her lips before she tugged on Eddie's hand and started to gasp.

Spit rolled down her chin and tears flushed her face as she kept taking in very short, laboured breaths to try and cry but the noise came out croaky and muffled like a broken record.

"Such a good girl. I'll find an inhaler and a spacer, I'd like to get some steroids into her lungs as she's really not breathing well."

Doctor Allen stepped out to go and find what she needed and when (Y/n) looked up at Eddie, her face softened when she realised Chris was starting to wake up. He shuffled down towards her mumbling "Mum," and climbed onto her lap with his back against her chest so he could look up at both dads and his little sister.

When another croaky sound burst past Luna's lips, she leaned forward and pulled on Eddie's hand until he took the hint.

"Alright baby, come to daddy." He stood her up on his thighs and stared up at her while Evan ran his hand up and down her back.

Her arms looped around Eddie's neck and she pushed forward onto his chest, bending her knees into his abdomen as she snuffled and leaned her cheek on his shoulder so she was facing Evan. She stopped screaming when Eddie kissed her shoulder and swayed her from side to side while Evan kissed her cheek.

"Here we go, do you know how it works?"

"Yeah," Evan took the yellow spacer with flowers stuck all over the clear middle tube and he held the purple inhaler he was handed over.

Once the inhaler was clipped on the end, Evan leaned back and turned to face Luna. She was settled on Eddie's chest and moving her wouldn't be a great idea right now when they could try and do this with her being comfy with Eddie.

Evan pretended to press the spacer against his nose to get Luna's attention and when she reached out for it, he leaned away and held it out of her reach. "Oh no, little moon. This is mine." He pretended to breathe into it again and when Luna made a grabby hand, he turned it around.

As quick as anything, Evan pressed the inhaler down and held the mask over Luna's mouth and nose. She tried to squirm away but Eddie pressed his cheek against her head and held her in place, humming against her hair. She wriggled, dug her tiny fingers into his shoulders and started to cry, but it made her breathe in the steroids.

"Aren't you a good girl, hm? That's our little lady." Eddie smoothed his hand in circles across her back and shuffled to the edge of his seat so the doctor could look at her again.

His lips smothered the side of her head and he hushed her as she cried out when the thermometer pressed into her ear and made her jump.

"Temperature is high… but she's breathing a bit better now. I'd like to admit her into the children's unit, so we can monitor her on some new antibiotics and get her fever down. If you'd hold her now so I can take some blood samples, we can get her admitted right away and once she's stable, you can all go back home."

(Y/n) held Chris's sides when he stood up and took the rabbit teddy from (Y/n)'s bag on the floor. He held the teddy out towards his little sister when Eddie sat her on his lap. He kept her focus on the teddy in his hand and moved it around to keep her eyes glued to it while Eddie held her chest and her back. And Evan held her right arm out towards the doctor.

A horrible, croaky whine burst past her lips when the needle slipped into the crease of her elbow and she tilted her head back to look up at both dads. Her glare and the way her lips crinkled was a dirty look as if her dads had just betrayed her and it made Evan wince.

When Eddie noticed the frown on Evan's face, he smiled softly and leaned over to peck his cheek. The moment their girl was born, she had them both wrapped around her little finger, even more so when she was ill.

"All done," Chris spoke tiredly and held the teddy out to Luna once the needle was removed and a tiny beige plaster was stuck to her arm.

He turned around and looped his arms around (Y/n)'s neck and she stood up and let him cling to her front until she picked him up. He was getting heavy to be carrying around, but (Y/n) didn't mind. He was her little boy now and they had kept him up past midnight for an emergency trip. The least (Y/n) could do was carry her boy and let him try and get back to sleep.

"Make your way to the children's unit on the second floor, they'll be expecting you."

"Thank you."

Evan hooked (Y/n)'s bag over his shoulder and curved an arm around her waist, keeping her tucked into his side as he smiled softly down at Chris who was looking up at him with half lidded eyes.

"You okay buddy?" Evan lifted his arm up from (Y/n)'s waist to wrap it around her shoulders instead so his hand could rest on Chris's back. He pressed his lips to the back of (Y/n)'s head and kept her in front of him while Eddie walked at his side with their daughter whimpering into his chest.

"Yeah. Luna was brave."

"Oh, she's a brave girl." Eddie murmured as he they headed towards the stairs to go up to the second floor.

He was more than relieved that Bobby had been so quick to let them leave shift and come home to get their family. Neither Eddie or Evan would have wanted (Y/n) to bring the kids down here on her own and juggle all of this and then have to stay in the hospital through the night with the kids.

They both wanted to be here with (Y/n) and the kids and make sure they were all alright.

And the night was far from over.

Title: Lights, Camera, Action!

Pairings: Chris/actor x Reader/actress

Words: ~9.5k

Synopsis: two actors do a kiss scene. [Which later turns into something ;) ]

"What?"

"What do you mean what? You have to do it in order to progress further," my agent, Luna said as she scrolls through her phone and tablet.

"You expect me to do the kiss scene with him?" I ask. "You must be joking."

"But I'm not. If you want to get more roles, this is it, Y/N."

The fuck? "That guy thinks he's all that-"

"Oh, but he is all that. And much more," Luna interjected.

"Oh, please. You just wanna shag his agent," I roll my eyes and bite into the pepperoni pizza.

"Well," she replies, a hint of pink on her cheeks. "Han is rather cute."

I make a gagging sound. "You need better taste in men."

"Oh, I'm sorry. I can't hear you over your thoughts of Chris being shirtless," she states, rolling her eyes.

I groan, pinching the bridge of my nose. "I knew I shouldn't have told you that."

Luna checks her wristwatch before looking at me. "Okay. We have to be on the set in 5. Ready?"

No. I don't want to do any of this. But my career was on the line. "Yeah."

Two makeup artists touch up my makeup and hair before I take my place on the sofa. You can do this, Y/N. It's just a kiss. I watch the staff finish setting the place as I wait for the other actor to arrive. Let me tell you something about him. Chris may look like a god with his sharp jaw, the boba eyes and the dimples. Fucking hell, the dimples. My cheeks warm as I watch him walk towards me with a smirk on his face and takes a seat beside me.

"Alright! Let's try to do this in one take if we can!" The director, Stanley, stated.

I let out a sigh. And Chris seemed to take notice. "Nervous?"

"No." Oh, but I was almost shitting bricks.

"Relax, would you?" He says. "If you're going to be nervous, then I'm going to be nervous."

"Why the hell would you be nervous?"

"I've never kissed on camera before."

"Wait," I say turning fully towards him in my seat. "Never? How about off camera?"

"A few times," he nods admitting.

"Wow. Okay." Now I was nervous. More than before.

The director tells us to get in position as he sets the camera shot. "Andddddd action!"

Everyone goes quiet. I do a quick mental prayer before I turn in my seat. "I saw you with her," I say my line. "I saw you with her laughing."

"Babe." The word alone does things to me. "I was with her because she asked me for advice."

I scoff. "Advice, my ass!"

He rolls his eyes and grabs my arm, yanking me towards him. "Will you stop fretting over every female I talk to?"

"Why?"

"Because I only think about you."

Fuck me, this guy needs to be put in jail for these lines and for the way he's looking at me. "And I especially love," he traces his finger down my jawline and lifts my chin up. "These." His eyes drop down to my lips as I part them.

Holy macaroni. I had to squeeze my thighs because there is no way in hell I'm getting turned on by this?

"Yeah? What are you going to do about it?"

His eyes snap up, his gaze hardening. "I've never known a woman like you, who can make a guy like me weak in the knees. I wanna kiss these lips."

"You're all talk, Mr. Lee."

He growls before crashing his lips on me. And....Oh. My. God. The way his hand is splayed around my neck and his lips. His lips move against mine like a symphony. He lets go too soon.

"Now who's all shy?" He grins when I don't say anything.

It wasn't in the script. This was the end of the scene. But I wanted more. So I fisted his shirt, his expression turning into pure shock and I yanked him closer. "Shut up and kiss me," I whisper and crash my lips to his. He lets out a surprised moan but melts into the kiss as he snakes his arms aound me, holding me close.

The kiss goes on for what seems like forever but only when the director says 'CUT!' is when we pull away from each other. My body is tingling everywhere. "Good work," he says.

"Yeah, you too." Avoiding any further communication, I get up and walk over to my agent, who's got a smirk on her face. I immediately head to my designated room, I melt into the couch.

"Nice touch on the kiss back there," Luna states as she closes the door behind her.

"What the fuck? What the fuck? Why did I kiss him like that? I'm going insane," I rest my arms on my legs, fisting my hair.

"Say," she says as she sits next to me. "Tell me why I saw him walking after us?"

"What?"

She smirks and motion at the door with her head. My eyes widen when a knock comes from it. "Well! That's my cue to leave." She stands up and opens the door. "Ah, Mr. Bahng. What a pleasant surprise."

"Is Y/N here?"

I want to strangle her right now but I'm frozen on the couch. Why did she have to be my best friend AND my agent?

"Yeah, she is. I was just gonna head out to grab food for us two. Would you care for some?"

"Uh, sure," he replied as he walked inside when she stood aside to let him.

"Alrighty. Y/N don't cause any trouble. Be nice to him."

Once she leaves, the air thickens and it's suffocating. "She's something."

"Yeah but she's perfect at what she does," I replied smiling. "Ah, where are my manners? Please, take a seat.

With a little nod, he walks to the couch. The one I'm sitting on and proceeds to sit. My heart picks up speed and I visibly swallow as I turn to face him. "Listen, about what I did bac-" My words die mid sentence when he moves first, placing his lips on mine before he pulls away.

"Fuck," he hangs his head low. "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to do that."

Did he just kiss me?

"Chris, what...."

"Yeah. I know. I apologize. I got ahead of myself. It's just when you kissed me, I didn't want it to stop."

Are my ears deceiving me? "You....you didn't?"

"No."

"Why?"

"Because I like you."

Hold the phone. "You what?"

He smiles. Holy dimples. "I like you."

I could only stare at him. What in the fuck? "Uhm." My hands suddenly seem interesting.

"Look, I know you don't like me. I get it. Who would like me?" He chuckles as I glance at him again. "It's best if you could keep this between us?"

"I-"

The door to my dressing room opens revealing Luna with a bag of food it seems. "Alright. One order of Pho," she hands a small bag to Chris.

"How did you know I liked Pho?" He asked, peeking inside the bag.

She looks at me and I shake my head no, pleading almost. "I overheard your agent talking about it."

"Ah," he says and stands up. "Well, I must be going." He takes one look at me, almost as if saying 'remember out promise.' "Ladies."

Once he's gone, Luna is on me. "So, so! Did anything happen while I was gone?"

I wanted to say yes, tell her that the crush that I had on Chris has come back. I wanted to kiss him. I wanted to tell him I might have liked him too. "Nope." I rip open my sandwich wrapper and take a huge bite of it.

"Seriously? Y/N, he was with you. Alone. For several minutes."

"Okay? And?" I ask, sipping on my soda.

She sighs. "You know what? Never mind. Forget I asked." She digs into her sandwich as I pick up phone to see a message pop up on the screen. Curious, I click it open.

Unknown: hello? Is this thing on?

Unknown: testing 1...2...3...

I knew exactly who this was as I saved the number.

Y/N: if you wanted my number, all you had to do was ask

C: i did ask.

Y/N: who?

C: your agent

I roll my eyes. I take another bite of the sandwich to avoid yelling at Luna.

Y/N: of course she did. Enjoying your pho?

C: yes!

I put my pbone down to avoid any suspicions. But when I look up, Luna is looking at me. "What?"

"Nothing. You don't have a schedule for the rest of the day."

Good.

I knock on the door and wait impatiently outside. I had asked around (more like snooped around) of which hotel Chris stayed at. So with black sunglasses, a black face mask and a beanie, I head out. I didn't tell Luna because I didn't want her to know. Plus she'll figure it out eventually.

The door opens revealing Chris in a white bathrobe, curly hair on display. Holy moly. If this wasn't a dream, then I don't want to know what an actual dream is. "Y/N? Is everything alright?" He asked as he grabs my arm, dragging me inside. "What if someone saw you?"

Taking off my sunglasses and mask, I turn around. "I had to take my chances."

When I went back to my hotel room, I gave a lot of thought about what he had said to me earlier in the day. I re-watched his movie 'Blind Spot' (where my crush for him began) and seeing on my laptop screen I made my decision. So here I was, standing in front of him.

"Are you okay?" He asks, concerned.

"No, Chris! I am not okay! My heart is beating too fast right now."

His eyes go wide and takes a step towards me. "Y/N, sit down."

"No."

"Y/N, please."

I sigh, defeated. "You're thick as it gets," I mutter before I grab his head and bring it down on my lips. I move my lips against his as I feel him relax against my hold. I pull back, breathing heavy. "What took you so long?"

He laughs, his arms going around my waist. "I had to know my girl also liked me back as well."

My girl. My girl.

This time he smashes his lips against mine and I larch onto him like my life depended on it. "I like you too," I breathe against his lips. He smiles as he picks me up by my hips.

Next, our clothes went.

And everything was quick and slow at the same time. He took his sweet time treasuring me, pleasuring me as I did to him. We exolored each other in ways we only knew how. By the time we were finished, he caged me against him, draping an arm over my torso as I snuggled against him. Instantly, his soft and even breathing made me relaxed and lullede into a deep slumber.
