Hi!! As I was reading old posts in this blog, I saw you briefly talking about Femto makeup and looks, and it catch my interest. I came to know about Berserk as a teen, through some anime magazines, and I remember thinking that Femto was VERY sexy. When I finally watched the anime, my interpretation of his appearance was that it's the first time he can be attractive without being vulnerable, so he embraced it to a extreme, even through his actions. Ngl, he is scary, but still hot to me, haha.
That's an interesting take on Femto's look! It does make sense to me, since a lot of NeoGriffith's invulnerability is pretty pointedly depicted as a contrast to human Griffith's sexualized vulnerability - eg Ganishka and Gennon as parallels in the way they threaten him, but NeoGriffith being completely untouchable while human Griffith was legitimately in danger. Or NeoGriffith having a hoard of monsters lusting after him but totally unable to act on it.
So yeah, while idk if that's the reason behind Femto's makeup job, it makes sense as an interpretation and I like it.
Thanks for the ask!

Griffith's Relationships
The White Hawk. The White Phoenix. The King of Falconia. The Savior. Femto. The Blessed King of Longing. Once, the greatest mortal to ever wield a sword. The bane of the Black Swordsman. The most beautiful man alive. Him with a stature nothing short of pure magnificence. You know him. You love to hate him. I’m talking about one of the greatest characters not just in manga, but in all of fiction: Griffith.
Griffith is one of many examples of how masterful Kentaro Miura was with a pen, be it pressing against a notebook or a panel. An incredibly written character, as complex as they can come, with some of the most complicated, deep, and tragic relationships I’ve ever seen put to any form of media.
Here, I’ll be discussing what is inarguably a core tenet of Berserk: Griffith’s relationships. With two exceptions, there is no dispute that Griffith’s relationships are the singular most important part of the media he resides in, there is no debate over whether or not they are still crucial parts of understanding both Guts’ disposition, and the world of Berserk. Griffith’s different approaches to interacting with those in his vicinity warps the very world itself, and his whims shape the very nature of the conflicts the protagonist engages in.
Here, in 6 parts, we will be dissecting Griffith’s most important relationships through Berserk, how they shaped him, and what they explain about who he is and how he got to where he is now.
Part 1: The Boy, and The Hawks
Part 2: The Governor.
Part 3: The King.
Part 4: Charlotte.
Part 5: The Wings of the Hawk (1)
Part 6: The Wings of the Hawk (2)
______________________________________________________________
Part 1: The Boy, and The Hawks
Throughout the story of Berserk, Griffith goes through many changes, some more drastic than others. But no change is more pivotal than the one caused by a certain young bird who flocked with him and the Hawks when he first started his journey. Before Guts, before Casca, Griffith was no one. He was a commoner, no more than a child, starting his own little group of misfit warriors to become… something. Whatever it was, surely, it must set him on the path to his dream. But to the others, whatever that something was did not matter. It was of no consequence to them whether that mystical something ever came into fruition. All that mattered was that Griffith was the one who was pulling them along with him into the smoke that obscured their immediate war-torn futures.
Among them was a young boy. Younger than Griffith, even. So young, he would even bring his toys onto the battlefield. A young boy who admired him from what he thought was afar, but in actuality could be only a few feet away at times. It was like admiring a star, or, as Griffith puts it, “the hero of some story.” A hero not too unlike the toy knight Griffith found one day in his satchel, no owner left to claim it, as he lay on the ground, blood pooling around him as it soaked through his bare clothes, no armor, merely a tunic and a dream. A dream to serve alongside Griffith. A dream to aid Griffith in achieving his dream, a small dream, a dream to aid another man’s story.
Griffith wondered, as he placed the boy’s toy back on his chest, whether, when he died, he felt comfort from his dream. Or, perhaps, did he die in agony, unable to achieve it? Was death the start of a new dream, or the end of all other ones? Was it even the boy’s dream that he felt as he slipped away? Or was it the dream Griffith imposed upon him? He did not know the answers.
But he knew one thing- that he could no longer idly hope for his dream to be achieved. He knew he could not simply throw enough numbers at the board, have enough fights, gain enough men, and maybe he’d get lucky, and his dream would simply fall into his lap. He would have to take initiative. He would have to work for his dream, would have to devote every waking moment, every sleeping moment, to the pursuit of that dream.
One night, later on, upon returning to the castle, Casca finds Griffith with a man known for… having a particular taste regarding young boys. Later on, she finds him, bathing himself in a nearby river. He begins to quite literally tear into himself, ripping open his arm in a perfect metaphor for how he feels. He claims he has logically reasoned out that what he did was necessary in order to make sure that he gets the funds needed to properly helm a militia the size he will require. But this is only after admitting that he feels that he must be as filthy as those who follow him, because he does not deserve to be clean when his dream is smeared in the blood of thousands who follow his words.
Despite his supposed recovery from this mental break, and despite his claims, the scene of that young boy, dead on the battlefield, with his only belonging encapsulating the lofty ideal to which he held Griffith, broke him. It could have, should have broken any man who would be in the same situation. But it did not just break Griffith. It melted him down, only to reforge him again. That young boy pushed Griffith to do whatever it takes to achieve his dreams, and to accept that casualties will occur. It was a notion Griffith accepted, but not one he fully understood until it was there, laid bare in front of him, forcing him to either confront it, or to give up. And Griffith confronted it. And it warped him. As the story progresses, we see that Griffith is still affected by the death of this young boy, and that his blood still stains crimson all of Griffith’s decisions.
Without this death, perhaps Griffith is content to simply grow the Hawks through skirmishes, through battle, and through battle alone, until another opportunity presents itself. Perhaps Griffith does not sleep with the old man. Perhaps Griffith does not engage in the activities he does later on in the story, assassinating rivals in his chase of his dream of a throne. Perhaps he does not pull Guts as his sole equal in the depravity he lowers himself to for his dream, sending him on an assassination mission where Guts has a realization of equal magnitude to his own. But Griffith does not recover from this spiral. Perhaps, if this child did not die as a result of Griffith’s own actions, perhaps The eclipse never occurs. Perhaps Griffith must work ten times as hard, it takes ten times as long, but perhaps Griffith does not become the false emotional stonewall he acts as. Perhaps he gains a new dream, perhaps he does not, but either way, perhaps he can have that journey with those he loves, he values, to keep him company.
And Griffith loves the Hawks. All of them. Perhaps not to the same degree, but for all of them, Griffith feels this same type of patriarchal, shepherd-esque obligation, with perhaps the exception of Guts, and Guts alone. He takes on the burden of making the hard choices, of putting himself through hell, to attempt to mitigate the harm they can potentially receive as much as possible. He bears the weight of every victory, every loss of every individual, all willingly given for the sake of his dream. He alone bears the cross of being the head of the Hawks, at every step of their journey.
And this makes his decision at the Eclipse all the more powerful. Some may think that Griffith made the decision because he did not actually care about the Hawks, those who would so loyally lay down their lives if he were to so much as ask. But no. The thing that makes Griffith’s decision to follow that through, to sacrifice all of the Hawks for the sake of his dream so sickening, so gut-wrenchingly despicable, is that he does care. He values each and every single life that was lost at the hands of the apostles, and the demons that began to ravage his party at his behest. He has to care. After all, the Behelit requires him to sacrifice whatever he values most in order to give him his chance at his dream.
All this death and mayhem, yet underneath it all, it is the scarlet blood of a single child, barely younger than him, that tinges Griffith’s memory.

I never hated that much a character (Griffith post god hand) in my whole life!! The 22nd volume made me so upset that I cried : people admiring him, the fact that he really is protecting the poor, seeing the new army of Griffith calling themselves 'band of the falcon' and Griffith smiling while receiving love. I hate him with all my guts (lol).

Sorry if you’ve answered this before but you know how you say femto is just the worst darkest aspects of Griffith’s character brought to the surface and the good and humane parts of him burned away, wouldn’t that contradict how the apostles work in general because we see that a lot of them still are able to act good? Or do you think Griffith is also still capable of acting good too? (Though wouldn’t that then make all the bad things he did e.g. what he did to Casca so much worse in a way?)
Enh I mean I think it's a distinct personality change, and one apostles also undergo. It doesn't necessarily literally mean that they're incapable of feeling any kind of positive emotion or taking any kind of positive action, it's more like it gives a power up to their dark side, imo.
I'd probably assume that godhands get it extra hardcore, while apostles likely retain a little more of their capacity for positive humanity. My reasoning for this is that we do literally see Griffith losing pieces of himself as he transforms and finding it odd that his emotional responses are blunted/gone, and the Idea of Evil says his heart is frozen. And on the other hand, apostles have a physical range from nearly-human to full monster, which seems like a solid reflection of their emotional states as well.
It also makes sense to me because these transformations are literal fantasy versions of like, trauma responses to stuff, right? Becoming a monster after sacrificing your loved one who betrayed you is a heightened, symbolic version of, say, the mundane typical human thing of being hurt and shutting people out and becoming kind of a dick in response.
The fantasy metaphor doesn't work as well, imo, if it's just the usual human response + cosmetic monsterism. It's a metaphor for that negative emotional reaction, so in the fantasy equivalent it's heightened, as a magical personality shift that blunts some emotions, like empathy, and makes others more powerful, like rage.
I consider Guts and the berserker armour to be another illustration of this concept. We see from his perspective when the armour takes over, and we can see that Guts' humanity is no longer in the driver's seat, and he's been taken over by his negative feelings like rage. The armour is probably a more extreme version since he loses his ability to reason, but I think it's a good comparison that can show us what happened to other monsters in terms of their emotional capacity, and how they stop viewing humans as fellow people and start seeing them as lesser exploitable beings. Victims, food, servants, etc.
SO basically I think Femto technically had the capacity to not rape Casca, as in he could've just killed her instead, but he's not gonna be consumed by guilt the way Griffith would've been as a human. He's a different version of Griffith, with his positive/empathetic feelings blunted (though presumably not fully gone since he hesitates and lets Guts escape, though whether that's a glitch in the transformation or part of the usual end result is up in the air) and his negative feelings heightened. To blame Griffith for raping Casca would, imo, be the equivalent of blaming Guts for trying to kill his friends while the armour has taken him over. We can blame Guts and Griffith for wearing the armour/succumbing to it and choosing monsterism, but once that happened their human minds and feelings aren't much of a factor anymore.
All that said I definitely do think NGriff is capable of doing good because we see him do it, but whether he's capable of real altruism or only doing good in service to his greater goals is up in the air. I figure we'll probably never find out, since his ambiguous capacity for emotion is probably going to be pretty focused on Guts, rather than on morality.
Thanks for the ask!

honestly i dont think theres really much point in trying to find an in character explanation or "reason" for the eclipse rape. like. as far as im concerned, it only happened for shock value and because miura needed something to fridge casca without killing her and he didnt seem to know how to show that someone was being evil or give a character trauma without using sexual assault for an excessively long time. the question of "why would femto/griffith do that?" doesnt really matter when at the end of the day the answer is "the author made a choice for shock value".

Swallow Up My Flames With Yours | Guts & Griffith
Maybe if they had been more careful, if they had noticed their silent, seething observer, things could have been different.
Although normally so composed, Anya had finally cracked. She only wished Griffith had not been there to witness it. She cared for him and Guts both, but had treaded lightly in their time together, keeping each at arms length. It's not that she did not want them, she just knew both would be destined for more. More than an exiled princess whose right to the throne had been declared forfeit.
It was Guts who found her after she changed Griffith's bandages. The latter could still feel the warmth of her hand on his unscarred cheek. She had carefully removed the helmet that hid his shame, and instead of cringing at his marred skin and disfigured appearance, she had rested a hand on his cheek. All the while she kept her eyes fixed on his, searching for discomfort but finding none. Instead he was rather content, almost relieved that she had not reacted to his disfigured face the same way the others had. For a moment Anya thought she saw a spark of life in his eyes, but it was gone before she could confirm it.
"I'm sorry I wasn't here, that I took so long. But I'm here now."
She shuffled to sit behind him and shifted his head so that it rested in her lap, careful not to brush against his wounds while also searching his eyes for any discomfort. Blue eyes searched her slouched frame questioningly as she gently threaded her fingers through his hair the way she remembered him enjoying. It was short now, yet another thing the torturer took along with his tongue.
Rage began to flare within her, but she was sure he couldn't see it. She made sure that it was contained on the inside, not wanting the fallen commander to know of her pain when he held so much of his own.
All the while he pondered her return. Why had she come, why now? Why did she not recoil from his frail body and mutilated soul?
She had sat there with him for what felt like hours before the swelling in her chest was ready to overflow. He watched as she carefully replaced the crude helmet on his head, and he could not shake the sudden cold he felt as she left. Despite the cloak she had laid over him, her scent still tangible on the fabric, what was left of him shriveled as he watched her get further and further away.
"Sleep now, I will be here when you awake."
Those were the last words she spoke to him over her shoulder, but they were not the last he heard. He had watched from the wagon nearly an hour later as she stumbled into the wall of a man that was Guts. His friend, his commander, his former possession. Griffith could only watch as she collapsed into his arms, and unfortunately he caught every word.
"I don't know what to feel"
Guts said nothing, but wrapped his arms around her to envelop her in a warm embrace. She sighed in relief as she felt the warmth of his touch somehow quell the rage in her soul, and it only encouraged her to speak more freely.
"I was gone for a day. A day was all it took for him to bed another woman. I loved him, I still do. I hate him, as we hated him in the beginning but at the same time I can't-" she choked, tears trailing down her cheeks even as the brunette man attempted to wipe them away.
"I don't want to feel anything anymore. Please, Guts."
Although not the most experienced man, he knew what it was she was asking for. If he had been a better man, perhaps he would have denied her. But the two of them stood intertwined, the fires of their rage coming together as their lips met.
It was a miracle he could still feel after a year such as the one he had experienced. He shouldn't have felt such rage and jealousy as he watched his two former subordinates shift out of view, off to find a more private location to dispel their emotions, to distract each other from their shared pain.
Griffith could not hold back the torturous laugh that ripped its way from his lips, sounding more like a wheeze as it passed through the empty air where his tongue should have been. Of course, he would be here. Trapped in a useless shell of a body, resigned only to watch as they got further and further out of his reach.
If only they had been more careful.

The Planet that is Pluto
Tumblr media
Words: power, control, obsession, the underworld, intensity, intense emotions, intense everything, domination, taboo, depth, sex, repressed emotions, shadow self, the survivor, detective, alchemy, dark arts, superiority, fear, bravery
Astrological placements associated with Pluto: Scorpio, 8th house, Aries
Character I associate with Pluto: Femto-Berserk
Tumblr media
The way Griffith sacrifices the souls of his people to transform into Femto and have dominance over others. What he does to Casca as well. He is the epitome of an extreme Plutonic character.
Honourable mentions: Homelander- The Boys, Laurie- Euphoria, Makima- Chainsaw man, Erik- Phantom of the Opera, Gaara-Naruto
Places: hades underworld realm, chess tournament’s, hell, anywhere with hierarchy aka corporate workplace, government institutions (because of power play/dynamics), caves, underground tunnel, escape rooms, secret society hidden meetings, nightmares,
Random somewhat astrologically influenced things that personally remind me of Pluto: Rigger, black grapes, death by strangulation, wine, babushka dolls, long nails, snakes, a public executor in the medieval ages, chess, cults, BDSM, the colour black, power play
Song I associate with Pluto:
Listen to this while you read it to immerse yourself in Pluto energy and surroundings, also read the lyrics too it’s very much Pluto energy
For you Pluto dominants:
(Pluto 1st house, Pluto 8th house, Pluto conjunct asc, Pluto conjunct Sun, many strong aspects to Pluto & Honourable mentions: 8th house stellium, Scorpio Stellium.)
This is entire post is dedicated to you
Tumblr media
Plutos Traits:
Regenerative and transformative
Think of a snake shedding skin to become anew or when you’ve overcome and left abusive relationships and you’re back in your self confidence. Pluto is a phoenix bird it has a DEEP urge for regeneration and can transform itself from its own ashes into a diamond, Pluto itself is the pressurising machine. Say ashes represent the shittiest moments of our life e.g abuse, relationships, trauma, Pluto has the ability as an alchemist to use this horrible event to make something of more value, it transmutes basic base metal to gold. Transmutes pain and death to renewal. Pluto sees trauma as fuel. Without ashes (intense emotions or experiences) Pluto cannot show up and do it’s thing. Check where you have Pluto in the houses, this may be where you can get hurt most but it’s purposefully for a reason you’re supposed to use those intense emotions and make something beautiful of them
Tumblr media
Eg. Pluto in 11th houser may have intense traumatic social circles or communities that ostracise, diminish, use or control them. As a Pluto 11th houser YOU have dominion here, you guys are social climbers the real life underdogs to Royalty stories. Use their exploitation of you as fuel, motivation and a resources to your success.
(Kylie and Kris Jenner have this placement and we all know how they absorb the drama, publicity and negativity from others like a champ, embody it, all to gain constant relevancy, power, influence and fame in their careers. Scandals make their profits go up like the whole Jordan woods drama and using it as marketing to do a sale on Kylie Jenner lip kit, Kris having their children’s private lives scrutinised and publicly available all so her family can gain relevance and wider opportunities)
Dominance and control
The reason why Pluto is known for obsession is because it urges to have the upper hand, Pluto won’t argue when defied he simply acts unbothered but exacts revenge in a cold manner, it wants to dominate and will go to extreme lengths to do that, it will go at all costs, the obsession manifests in an illogical, ego based way think of Gabriel Agreste from miraculous ladybug- how he prioritises triumphing ladybug over saving his wife, that kind of obsession. In my personal opinion I see Pluto as the second ego after Sun. It’s better if I explain by comparison… Think of powerful and dominating planets like Saturn and Mars, imagine if you owed each of these planets money and were in deep debt with them this is how they would respond:
Saturn: would employ you to do gruelling long hard work for many years, no retirement so that you’d die working on their behalf. If you refuse or die before debts are paid they would simply pass your debt onto your children make them do it to repay the money you owe. (If you’ve seen Chainsaw man, Saturn would work/treat the debtors children kind of like the way Denji was treated he had to pay off his fathers debts; in burdensome conditions where his health was being compromised for repayment.)
Mars: if you owed money to mars and were not able to pay it back, mars would most probably threaten you, beat you up, do a drive by shooting, physically destroy your assets like keying cars, graffiti and bulldozing your house, may be very aggressive think of loan sharks and mafia
Pluto: Now if you owe Pluto money.. Pluto is the kind to go further than mars, he would make you pay for it personally, in a way that can be grotesque/dark think of maybe rue from euphoria. When she owed money she just randomly woke up in a strangers bed and the house being filled with men implying she had been sex trafficked. Pluto is very wicked, obsessive and can be unsympathetic. It would not care if you feel pain and regret for inconveniencing them, it does this to put you in your place and prefers you repay the money with your suffering. Pluto may not even want the money anymore but rather the control and prioritises the debtors torture or will get the losses at your expense. eg. Sex trafficking you, have you wake up on the road after being unconscious and notice your kidneys are missing, hold you hostage, torture you, sell your body parts at an elite auction house, make detestable arrangements behind your back like forced marriage etc. This is how Pluto exacts its power and control.
Tumblr media
Power obsessed
Pluto gets what it wants and exerts control over others while it does. That’s why it’s described as “scary” and associated with fear, a combination of ego and revenge. This is why wherever Pluto is in your houses it can show where you are intimidating, relentless and powerful and what you have constantly been resiliently obsessing over for years.
E.g Pluto 1st housers feel the desperate need to be in control and that they are seen to be dominant. They’re kind to get insulted if you call them “cute” or make jokes about their authority. (Leonardo DiCaprio, Beyoncé, Britney Spears and Justin Beiber all have this placement and came out of being typecasted or known as the “sweet good girl/boy” stereotype to powerful and to be taken with caution.
Tumblr media
Taboo
Pluto is labelled taboo because it inserts itself into light AND darkness. It doesn’t mind and in fact rather enjoys exploring sex, defiance, repressed emotions, any subject that the general public refuse to speak of, Pluto relishes in that. I remember as a child there was a myth that I was told. It was that if you say “Bloody Mary” three times in the mirror you’ll get haunted and a ghost will appear to attack you, while other children may scream and dread in fear to even think of doing such an act, Pluto ruled natives may be the kind when alone to quickly run into the bathroom turn off the lights and try it out alone. That’s why they’re known to participate in dark arts, have interest in disturbing topics, they are fearless, like the challenge and find the minuscule information available on it a challenge. It’s not that Pluto ONLY has interest in taboo topics it’s just that it doesn’t hold as much fear of it as everyone else, talking about sex or death to Pluto is like talking about the weather, it’s no different, after all it’s just another subject.
The reason why they’re so fascinated by such topics and affiliated with them is because they see wasted energy and potential in these dark topics, abandoned resources that nobody wants meaning there’s more for them, and that’s why Pluto wants to explore it. Pluto isn’t wasteful. If Pluto were to kill a cow it would use its meat for food, bones for medicine, skin for rugs and teeth for necklaces, not a part of it would go unused. It gets excited when someone hits them because it means they can hit back.
Tumblr media
Hidden self
Pluto is the hidden shadow part of yourself self you may want to hide and refuse to acknowledge. This is because as mentioned before Pluto loves the darkness and inside the subconscious there’s the good stuff and the bad stuff, our subconscious holds our fears, our beliefs, our desires and Pluto brings out all that stuff as conversation starters and wants to explore it and use it as fuel. This is why Pluto is known to be triggering because to be honest who wants to remember the fact they are afraid of touch and their abuser that caused that? But Pluto does. Pluto wants to remember them, Pluto wants to bring it up, Pluto wants to know who they are, Pluto wants to get revenge on them and put them in their place. Wherever Pluto is in your houses can also show how you can exact revenge so that it hits hard on others.
E.g. Pluto 4th house can suggest native can use powerful resources in their family, or their family has status, control, authority over others and can utilise it against others to contribute to their downfall.
(Megan Markle has this placement and she certainly lives up to it. She’s able to use the traumatic experiences she endured as a royal as fuel against them and is slowly contributing to the downfall of the monarchy by using her name and her affiliation to the royal family).
Tumblr media
How to activate Pluto
Pluto can only transform and use its powers of Alchemy, transformation, control and power if you tap into its energy otherwise Plutos potential will be ignored. The same with any placement really. If you have a Venus 1st house, you want to be a beauty influencer but don’t put yourself out there, it’s energy will never manifest and remain as wasted potential.
The way you’re supposed to use Pluto is by confronting your fears. When you are most afraid, do it anyway.
E.g. Pluto 7th housers when you’re laying in bed and you’re thinking of that traumatic experience in your relationships instead of suppressing it, allow Pluto to remember it and allow that level of disrespect you feel to take action in the way of your Pluto sign.
(Shakira, Cardi B and Megan Thee stallion all have this placement and exacted revenge on their partners in different ways, Shakira and Cardi did it by artistically exposing them in music and making money form it, Megan did it the same way and also by lawsuits, doing public interviews on torey Lanes and pressing charges)
Anything Pluto touches is where you hold the most power in your birth chart. Usually people say how come i’m not good in that area?? It’s because you’ve not utilised Pluto. It’s because you won’t let Pluto explore it and turn your tribulations into gold.
What can Pluto tell us:
The best way of how you can exact revenge for it to successfully hit hard on others.
Where your wasted potential is. Basically where you allow your fears, desires, trauma to lay dormant instead of using that intense energy for Pluto transformation
Where we get excited when someone hits us because it means we can hit back. (Applies only if native is used to Plutos energy, otherwise you won’t be able to hit back. You’ll know if it’s active if when you have challenges under the themes of the house Plutos in you trust you can fight back like you have in the past)
Where you hold the most power
What you obsess over
How you deal with fears, death, change and trauma
Which part of your life you experience extreme transformation and changes
What you like to fight for
I will most likely be making a series that incorporates all of this for each house. However due to the fact that I am unfortunately very detail oriented this may take a while for me to commit to.
Pluto Series:
Pluto in 1st House

kissing femto is nothing like kissing griffith, and you’ve come to accept this.
he looms over you, a hulking, daunting demon, and not even if you could stand on your tippy toes, could you reach his lips. so, when he wants a kiss, he’ll have to pick you up or crouch to your level ( he prefers the former ). at first, it was by your chest plate, until he stripped you of your armor and defenses. and then, it was by the bloodied, white blouse of yours, until his claws shredded the fabric into nothing. now, his large and inky wings will envelop you, and sweep you off your feet into a dark, warm cocoon where only you and him exist in a close, abysmal caress. it gives you respite from the constant harassment of monsters’ jaws snapping, taunting you into remembering the slaughter of your crewmates.
you fit just perfectly in the cradle his wings create, and it allows his hands the freedom he craves to caress you. sharpened claws nip and tear at your delicate flesh, and there’s nothing that either you— nor he— can do about it. not that he would if he could. but the wounds are thin. blood still beads to the surface of some of them, and the others redden and leave your skin perpetually warmed and stinging.
unlike griffith, femto holds not an ounce of tenderness. he doesn’t feel concern or the need to be gentle, not even with a creature so much smaller and more delicate than he, so when he kisses you, he does it forcefully. crimson lips that crash against yours, hold them hostage in a hot and passionate lock. a powerful tongue, bigger and stronger than yours, batters its way through the seal of your lips, fills your cavern in an instant, and explores every inch of it. even rolling itself over your smaller, weaker tongue, leaving his taste everywhere it claims.
his blood-red eyes remain open for the duration of each and every kiss, staring down at his little, human companion, watching the way you react. though you used to attempt to recoil from his kisses, or cry, or beg breathlessly to be released, you no longer do those things. now, you cling to him. your head tilts and your mouth opens more willingly. soft, almost happy whines are transferred into his mouth.
he would kiss you forever if you didn’t need to breathe, but when you start to feel yourself slipping, your fragile little hands reach up to his chest, and push with all your might. though you could never push him away, he can feel every ounce of your human strength attempting, and more often than not he will break the kiss so you can breathe. allowing his lips to hover inches from yours as you sputter and pant. your lips are swollen, aching, and glossy with his saliva.
femto’s eyes are always harsh and unblinking, and when you peek up at him, chest heaving, eyelashes fanning, and lips parted, he takes the hint.
and kisses you again.

The misogyny in the berserk fandom is actually crazy bruh
Like I just saw someone say that a gutgriff amv is all that you need to know about berserk ignoring all of the wonderful characters not named Gut or Griffith. People who've only seen the anime have no excuse either cause Casca is easily the most complex Golden Age character and seeing her turn into a yaoi victim is really disheartening. Farnese, Shierke, Flora, Isma, Luca, Erica. None of these characters get nearly as much appreciation despite their importance and complexity. I have opinions on gutgriff I will not spill here but my main frustration with the berserk fandom on tumblr is the fact that people on here will criticize Miura's writing choices as sexist and then shaft all female characters in the name of a toxic yaoi ship. Worst part is that the same aspect of the fandom with mpreg guts and femto appreciation blogs is the least toxic part of the fandom. Casca I'm sorry girlie you deserve better.
