How about an Oklahoma artist that ISN’T country? 👀 MOTHICA is another really fun feminine rage artist. She’s a staple on my emo girl music binges. The instrumentals are STRONG, the vocals are so fantastic. This woman is an icon, and I can’t believe she’s from my stupid redneck ass state! However, TW for mention of alcohol and OD. This is a song that talks about fighting those demons. In her own words, she won’t be a casualty.

I feel like this song really could fit with her trying to be different from her mother and not let her pain control her despite the rather unhealthy habits she does slip into!

This song, in my opinion, can really suit Yukari and her struggles to rely on and emotionally open herself up and be vulnerable around others. Like how she obviously pushes people away especially potential romantic partners (even more so if it's a guy like her her SL.)

okay i know i am a very typically basic bitch at times and i love halsey but this song does suit yukari to me. not only for the wind motif but also her reliance on herself. she doesn't belong to anyone and she doesn't really fit in anywhere.
