Can we just take a moment to appreciate how amazing Across the Spider-Verse is? Like just look what they did to Pavitr! They turned him from this:

They did very comic accurate portrayals of fan favourites like Spider-Man Noir, Spider-Man 2099, and Spider-Punk, but not Pavitr. They completely redid his outfit, giving him his own distinct look and feel that he just doesn't have in the comics. I love it so much!!!

You and PAVITR had known each other for a while, long enough that he trusts you with his secret of being Spiderman with how close you two were.

Now you were on one of the tallest buildings in Mumbattan, swinging your feet over the ledge as Pavitr sat beside you with his hand unintentionally holding onto yours firmly since there was a small bit of lingering fear at the idea of you falling.

"Jeez, finally.. a break." He sighs in relief, taking off his mask with his free hand as you chuckle. "Isn't being Spiderman supposed to be sooo easy, Pav?" You teased, watching him roll his eyes in amusement. "Well, of course it is. But it certainly is busy, and I really just wanna spend time with you." Pavitr answers honestly, noticing how you seemed to be even just a little surprised and he was very entertained by that idea. You can already see his own little smirk beginning to form.

You clear your throat to hopefully shift the topic. "What made you so burnt-out today then?"

It didn't take long for you to see how his face shifts to a frown, and you knew exactly what he was about to bring up. "Miguel.. he's been so hard on some of us recently, especially the new-comers who he introduced the 'canon events' to." Pavitr runs a hand through his hair, his sigh was a mix of sadness and frustration as he recalls the events that occured earlier in the day. "They just want to save their loved ones.. no one can accept that kind of information and simply allow it to happen, you know?"

You nod along with his statement, unable to even imagine the dread those people must feel, just waiting for the people they care about most to die for their own development.

"But that's a sad topic, and today is supposed to be a nice resting day for the both of us." Pavitr smiles a little to lighten the mood, squeezing your hand softly as you take a deep breath. "Mines not been the best either.."

The smile he tries to hold falters at those words.

"Mom.. she's still very insistent on the arranged marriage." You let out a forced and bitter laugh. "I don't.. I mean, I don't know if I want to marry that person when I'm older. I've met them twice, Pav. And in the future, I have to spend every single loving who is essentially a stranger. Isn't that even a little weird in my parents eyes?"

He hated seeing how hopeless you looked, having no choice in who you want to love is devestating and in some cases lonely. Seeing real couples on the street and wondering what kind of innocent love you're likely missing out on.

Pavitr stands up and your head follows him as he does so, watching his determination-filled face as he pulls you up with ease. "Let's not wallow in sadness, yes? I'd much rather see you smile than frown." His hand makes its way to your cheek, causing you to chuckle softly as you lean into the touch and place your hand over his. "Thanks, Pav."

And without thinking, the next sentence you manage to stupidly utter out is; "Gosh, I wish you were the one I married instead."

You can see the visible surprise in his face when you say that, before you realize what exactly escaped your lips. "W-wait..-"

But it seems like Pavitr seems more affected than you, the hand once placed on your cheek immediately pulled back to cover his mouth and the uncontrollable but flustered smile on his face.

"You want to marry me??"

Instead of a mocking or angry tone, he seems genuinely happy that the person he's had a secret crush on for year or so finally gives some sort of hint that he's more than a friend.

"Do you mean it? Like.. really mean it?"

"I mean, yeah! Anyone would want to marry you.."

There's silence exchanged between the two of you, staring at each other in confusion, disbelief and surprise.

"What? Are we about to kiss right now?"

Pavitr teased to ease his nerves, but imagine how much worse they got when you actually started to lean in. He begins to quietly panic, however in all honesty he wants to do nothing else but kiss you at the moment. What if he never gets the chance to do it again? He couldn't risk that.

He finally presses his lips against yours, albeit very very nervously but a kiss is a kiss and goodness is he into it. Pavitr melts into the intimacy, but is very quick to pull away incase you're uncomfortable.

It seems almost impossible how fast his heart is racing when he watches your eyes flutter open and the realization that you actually kissed Pavitr rushes through your head quickly.

A = Affection (How affectionate are they? How do they show affection?)

Pav is very affectionate when it’s just the two of you. When out in public he still has to keep up the role of the best student at his school, so it would mainly be handholding and maybe some cheek kissing. But when its just you two he’s all over you and kisses you all over the place. He’s like a leech with how attached to you he is sometimes.

B = Best friend (What would they be like as a best friend? How would the friendship start?)

Pav is an incredible friend, he’s always open to talk and hang out if he doesn’t need to study or go out as spiderman. If you are another spiderperson you guys would hang out even more, going on patrol together. He’s the kinda guy you can come to for advice, and he might roast you, but will still help you. The friendship could start in many ways honestly.

C = Cuddles (Do they like to cuddle? How would they cuddle?)

He loves to cuddle, he loves to hug and he loves to hold you or be held. If you lay down on your or his bed, or on the couch, expect him to flop down on top of you when you least expect it. Hes a big spoon and little spoon, he doesn’t care which one. His favorite is cuddling into your chest with your fingers running through his hair.

D = Domestic (Do they want to settle down? How are they at cooking and cleaning?)

He would like to settle down one day, though at this moment of time in his life, he can’t imagine settling down just yet. He’s great at cooking and cleaning as he helps his auntie a around the house a lot.

E = Ending (If they had to break up with their partner, how would they do it?)

Depends on the reason you guys are breaking up. If its because of a bad reason he might tear up and break up with you on the spot, but if hes slowly lost feelings he would take a long time to accept that hes lost feelings, and he would sit you down to explain and talk about it.

F = Fiance(e) (How do they feel about commitment? How quick would they want to get married?)

I can imagine him being a romantic so he would like to marry one day, it would take a long while before he would propose though since the idea of marriage is important to him, and he wants you both to be ready.

G = Gentle (How gentle are they, both physically and emotionally?)

Pav is a gentle person, he hasn’t gone through some of the horrible things other spiderpeople have gone through, so he isn’t as jaded. He’s affectionate both physically and emotionally, and is easy to talk too about things.

H = Hugs (Do they like hugs? How often do they do it? What are their hugs like?)

Like cuddling, he loves hugging. He likes to be held because you just fill his senses, and help block out some of the loud noises and impressions he gets through his powers. He hugs you at least once or twice a day, and his hugs feel so nice, and he buries his face into your shoulder.

I = I love you (How fast do they say the L-word?)

Not too fast, he would give it a while, would most likely wait for you to say it first so he knows he isn’t pushing your boundaries.

J = Jealousy (How jealous do they get? What do they do when they’re jealous?)

He doesn’t get super jealous, at least until you guys meet other spiderpeople. Then he might have some issue with other spiderpeople flirting with you, but mainly because he’s insecure about himself and his skill as spiderman. He wouldn’t say it, since he feels like it’s a dumb reason to be jealous, but you would be able to tell. Since Pav is good at communicating, you two would talk it through.

K = Kisses (What are their kisses like? Where do they like to kiss you? Where do they like to be kissed?)

Soft and quick for the most part. He will give you a peck when running past you out the door, or to surprise you. He loves to kiss you on the lips or the cheek, he has a soft spot for you kissing his neck or his forehead.

L = Little ones (How are they around children?)

Pav is great with kids and loves kids, they are also all drawn to Pav because of how kind he is. It’s not unusual to find him hanging out with some of the kids that live on his street, the kids hanging on him or braiding his hair as he does homework.

M = Morning (How are mornings spent with them?)

He wakes up early to get ready for class, so even if you wake up later, he gets outta bed before you. He would make you some tea of your liking, kiss you good morning, and go about his day. You might be able to convince him to keep cuddling for a while if he doesn’t have classes or anything planned.

N = Night (How are nights spent with them?)

When he isn’t out as spiderman, Pav likes to just spend the night with you doing whatever you two are feeling up to doing. That can be watching a movie, cuddling, cooking, anything really.

O = Open (When would they start revealing things about themselves? Do they say everything all at once or wait a while to reveal things slowly?)

He’s open up about specific parts about himself from the start, but it would take a while for him to tell you he’s spiderman if you didn’t already know. He doesn’t like to keep secrets though.

P = Patience (How easily angered are they?)

Pav isn’t easily angered, and it takes a lot to make him snarp.

Q = Quizzes (How much would they remember about you? Do they remember every little detail you mention in passing, or do they kind of forget everything?)

He remembers a lot of things, he makes sure to write stuff down if he thinks it’s important, like your comfort foods or favorite smells, just in case he needed it.

R = Remember (What is their favorite moment in your relationship?)

Probably the first time you met, however you might have met, it has a special place in his heart. And then when he told you he was spiderman, if you didn’t already know.

S = Security (How protective are they? How would they protect you? How would they like to be protected?)

He’s somewhat protective, especially after he learns about cannon and how many spiderpeople have lost their partner in tragic ways, he tries to keep you away from spiderman so you won’t be a target.

T = Try (How much effort would they put into dates, anniversaries, gifts, everyday tasks?)

He puts a lot of effort into your relationship, it honestly makes you feel like you aren’t doing enough in the beginning. Pav ends up telling you that you don’t have to do as much as him, since one of his love language is gift giving and acts or service, but he does appreciate when you do things for him too.

U = Ugly (What would be some bad habits of theirs?)

Pav has definently ranted about the chai tea and naan bread thing multiple times, and always corrects you with sarcasm if you say either. He can get too overconfident as spiderman, which ends up getting him hurt.

V = Vanity (How concerned are they with their looks?)

He cares about his looks but not enough to spend hours on it, he likes keeping his hair clean and pretty, and he always dresses well.

W = Whole (Would they feel incomplete without you?)

Yes, but only after you guys have dated a for a bit. Then he would feel empty and sulk when you arent around, which has become a joke in the spider friend group.

X = Xtra (A random headcanon for them.)

Hes allergic to fur but not enough for it to be a huge bother, plus he loves animals so much he puts up with the runny eyes and sniffles whenever he cuddles the street dogs, or sees other animals.

Y = Yuck (What are some things they wouldn’t like, either in general or in a partner?)

If you are a horrible person, or if you are judgmental towards other people for no reason. He doesn’t like someone who looks down on others and puts themselves on a pedestal.

Z = Zzz (What is a sleep habits of theirs?)

Sleeps spread out like a starfish on laying on top of you, it gets unbearable in the summer since he runs hot. Mumbles in his speak but its never understandable what he’s saying. Kicks the blanket onto the floor, always.

Miles Morales

You watched as your boyfriend paced around his room, occasionally walking up the wall as he ranted about some sort of 'Villain-of-the-week", laying flat on your stomach on top of his bed as he hung upside down from his roof. You chuckled to yourself as an Idea manifested in your head, raising yourself up slightly. "Hey, Miles."

"Huh-...Yeah? You need something, love?" He snapped out of his trance and turned to face you as he dangled from the ceiling. You inched closer to him, analyzing his confused expression as you cupped the sides of his face within your hands, pressing a gentle and loving kiss to his lips at a slightly awkward angle. He may have been there physically in front of you, but as soon as he felt your soft lips on his he was gone. He quickly returned the kiss, gently cupping your face in the same manner that you had cupped his.

When you pulled back, Miles gave a small frown before quickly fixing his expression. He already felt himself missing your touch, quickly pulling you back in before you could even think.

"What was that for?"

"Cuz I love you, Miles."

Hobie Brown

Now Hobie was a slightly different case. He more than likely preferred having two feet firmly planted on the ground, and was more than likely not home. Being Spider-Man and an infamous music artist took up most of his time, so there were some days when he really just...not home. So here you were in the middle of the night, bundled up in his bedsheets half asleep and missing your beloved boyfriend. You heard the front door to his canal boat open as you heard his familiar East London dialect muffle itself at the front door

"I'll see you guys later. Gonna check on the missus."

You heard him shut the door as quietly as the door would allow him, his heavy boots thudding against the hardwood floors. The bedroom door creaked open as I slowly rose up from my comfortable position on my side. His eyes widened a fraction when he saw that I was partially asleep, wasting absolutely 0 time in apologizing for waking me up. "Sorry, lovey. Didn't mean to wake ya." He beamed as he looked down at me from the side of his bed.

"You didn't bee...don't worry" you sighed while simultaneously leaning upwards towards the punk. "Can you do me a favor though? Pleaaaase~?"

"Yeah love whatever you-...No." Hobie immediately knew what you were talking about as soon as he saw your eyes gravitate toward the ceiling. Despite being the Spider-Man of his world, he was very afraid of hanging upside down for longer periods. He said it felt 'suffocating and made him dizzy.'

"C'mon, I haven't seen you in two days I wanna kiss my man." You pouted, turning away from him and crossing your arms against your chest. Hobie let out a long sigh before walking up the wall and standing perfectly still on his ceiling. "There. Happy?" He grinned as he placed both hands over his hips.

"Very." you smiled as you eagerly smashed his lips into yours, attempting to hold the kiss as long as possible due to the possibility of it never happening again.

Pavitr Prabhakar

Your boyfriend, Pavitr is Spider-Man. Now of course he didn't tell you just yet, but everyone in Mumbattan knew. The hair, the clothes, the horrible faux deep voice, it was completely obvious to everyone but him. Not that you minded though, if anything you found his cluelessness cute. So when you sat on the ledge of a rather tall building fidgeting with your phone, In came your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man from above.

"Hey Mer-" He cleared his throat quickly, forcing his voice down an octave before carefully selecting his next few words. "Hey, you really shouldn't be sitting this close to the ledge! I think you might want to move back juuuust a smidge!" he reasoned, the white-painted eyes in his mask narrowing shut, indicating that loving smile you'd see every time he was out of his mask. You scooted back on the ledge slightly, looking up at the slowly spinning spider as he dangled from an even higher ledge. You fought back giggles at his slight hypocrisy, before answering with a small

"Why thank you, Spider-Man! What would I do without you here to protect me!" You joked with a barely concealed chuckle. You reached out towards him, gently taking his upside-down face into your hands. Pav didn't mean to lean into your touch so easily, it was just so hard to keep up the façade of not knowing you. It became clear at that moment that you knew who resided under the mask when you pulled the soft fabric up over his nose, pressing a small kiss to his lips before pulling back with your usual smile. His face grew slightly pink as he watched you walk back into your building, giving him a small wave and mouthing "Bye Pav!"

It was a relatively warm morning as you went for your daily walk on the streets of Brooklyn. Around this time your girlfriend would normally be on patrol, on the lookout for any crime or anomalies. So instead of dwelling on her abscence, you made your way to the nearby abandoned bridge. You made the space as comfortable as possible, kicking away any debris or stones before sitting on the ground and scrolling through social media on your phone. You heard a small thwip noise above you, looking up to see your girlfriend standing en pointe with her arms crossed on the side of the bridge above.

"Hey Gwennie!" You called as she walked down the pillar of the bridge, bringing herself closer to you so you didn't have to shout. "Hey!" She said as she pulled off her mask to reveal that beautiful smile of hers. "What are you doing all the way over here? Shouldn't you be on your walk?" She asked with a tilt of her head.

"Yeah, normally. Just wanted a change in scenery" you shrugged as you stood up, craning your neck to look up at the sideways spider. You beckoned her closer, giving a short and simple kiss as she looked at you with blown pupils and the most furious blush you've ever seen. You watched as she slung her mask back on, covering her face with her hands and webbed away. She was so adorable

"So, did you really make all this stuff?" He asks as he continues to walk around.

"Yeah...I did." I smile a bit at Pav's amazement. He's way smarter than me, yet he's so amazed by the simplest stuff..

"This is seriously cool, Y/N. These web grenades..." He picks one up and before I can warn him it explodes in his face.

Yeah, those were still in progress.

"....are awesome. I need some of these in my life!" Pav excitedly yells, shaking the webbing off his face.

"They're not THAT impressive..." I voice to him as I walk over, rubbing off some of the web that he missed.

He suddenly grabs my hand.

"Are you kidding?! I mean, web grenades with rainbow webs?! What have we been doing all these years!" He shakes my hand in both of his as he smiles.

"Yeah...those were actually Miles' idea. Couldn't have done it without him." I say, and it's true. Despite Pav being my literal boyfriend, the boy that's been in my lab the most is actually Miles.

Crazy, right? "Okay, but seriously. How come you didn't show me any of this sooner?!" Pav fanboys over a bunch of the stuff in my lab.

"Uh...I dunno, it's not that cool." I say, living at nothing on the ground. I invited him here so we could hang out, free of..prying eyes.(she means Miles).

But the entire time he's been here, all he's done is fanboy over stupid spider gadgets.

Maybe I should just venom strike him-

"You okay Y/N? You're quiet..." Pav raises an eyebrow at me, setting down one of my prototypes and walking over.

"Huh? Oh- no I'm fine- I'm okay!" I mentally slap myself for being so awkward. He stares at me for a second while I try to hide my panic.

"Ohhhh, I get it. You're jealous!" Pav wiggles his eyebrows at me. "Um, what?" I ask with the most blank face I've ever mustered.

"I've been spending too much time worshipping your inventions and not enough time worshipping you!" Pav concludes.

I bring a hand up to cover my face.

"Jealous?" I ask with a sigh, knowing he's right but not wanting to straight up admit it.

"I mean, I would be jealous too if I was you. Don't worry, I'll leave your stuff alone!" He smiles at me, taking one of my hands in his.

"Thanks!" I try not to look like a complete idiot in front of him.

"Pft, I'm sorry. It's just so obvious that you're trying not to freak out and it's so cute!" He exclaims, laughing lightly.

Once he stops, we just stand next to each other in awkward silence.

"You know, it's nice being with you." Pav admits. I swear my heart is literally about to explode. But don't freak, it's cool. Say something cool Y/N.

"Really?" Totally blew it.

"Yeah, really. You're like a breath of fresh air from my universe. I love Mumbattan, but there's always..." He trails off, seemingly searching for a word.

"Traffic?" I guess. He lets out a laugh. "Yeah, traffic. But spending time with you takes my mind off the...traffic." Pav shrugs, hiding a small grin that plays onto his face.

"Uh....spending time with you makes my traffic go away too." I mumble.

I want to jump off a building without my web shooters.

"...I'll take it." Pav laughs with a little shake of his head.

After another moment of silence, we both try to speak at once.

"Sorry fo-/I love y-."

"Wait what did you say?" I ask, my eyebrows almost shooting off my face.

"Huh? Nothing. What did you say?" Pav asks, looking equally shocked.

There's a brief silence before we both start laughing.

"You don't have to say it back or anything, I just thought I should tell you." Pav finally says as we're seated next to each other on a blanket.

"I...loveyoutoo." I blurt out. He sits up, looking at me with comically large eyes.

It's almost like he's a fictional character sometimes with those wonky expressions..

"What was that? Didn't hear you!" Pav smiles, urging me to say it again.

"...nope." I shake my head at him while he begs me to say it again.

Suddenly, he places his hand on my cheek lightly and I almost have a whole heart attack.

"You had...your earring almost fell off-." Pav stutters a bit, handing me the earring I was wearing. Meanwhile, his other hand is still resting with no rent on my cheek.

"Yeah, okay." I smile at him, putting my hand on top of his. He leans in slightly and panic mode instantly reactivates.

IS HE GONNA FRICKING KISS ME?!

No, that's crazy! We've only been dating fr 7 months- or do couples usually kiss within the first 7 months?!

This is some marriage type behavior!

But do I want to kiss Pav? Yes! Obviously, is that even a question?! I mean seriously- but what if I'm bad at kissing?

Does my breath smell?

I realize he's getting closer, a little bit TOO close.

Suddenly I hear a loud knock before the door to my lab flies open.

Pav and I back away from each other at lightning speed.

MJ stands there with a hand on her hip.

"Well...dinners ready..."

Cw: no witty title, it's just headcanons about their weather preferences.

MILES MORALES is a totally a spring/autumn kind of guy, maybe slightly inclined towards fall, he likes the cafes and overall aesthetic, drawing on rainy days typa stuff. And he likes the cold weather outfits better, he doesn't get that cold, but his mom definitely tells him to wear more layers of clothing because it's cold and he'll get sick.

Heat resistance: 6/10

Cold resistance: 7/10

GWEN STACY is a summer girl, surprisingly. However, her heat tolerance is very bad, so it's common to her to have a killer headache after a beach day, she says it's worth it, she also sunburns really easily and has to apply sunscreen in copious amounts. She doesn't dislike the cold, but I think her favorite part of winter is the snow, she loves snowball fights (snowball wars, to her) and hot cocoa, she doesn't like spring as much since she became spider-woman, she doesn't have terrible allergies, but she has some, and it gets hard to breathe under the mask.

Heat resistance: 4/10

Cold resistance: 7/10

PETER B. PARKER is also an autumn enjoyer, he loves Halloween, loves the occasional rain, and it loves that the color palette reminds him of Mary Jane, he's cheesy like that. He likes winter too, mostly Christmas (I headcanon him as partly jewish, but he celebrates Christmas, you cannot tell me this man doesn't leave cookies for Santa), summer is not his favorite part of the year, but he learned to love it for his wife.

Cold resistance: 9/10

HOBIE BROWN has no preferences, I mean, he has them, but they're constantly changing. He likes winter/fall clothes better, but it doesn't matter, because this motherfucker has the best heat tolerance ever, he doesn't even break a sweat, it's 40°c outside and he's wearing a leather coat and combat boots while Gwen is becoming a puddle on the floor. He likes to eat ice cream, no matter the season, he also bites ice lollies/popsicles. 💔

Cold resistance: 8/10

PAVITR PRABHAKAR loves spring, he doesn't like that valentine's day is in winter, he thinks it should be in spring!! It's much nicer!! He also likes the festivals that occur that time of the year. He has mild allergies but not enough to make him dislike this beautiful time of the year. He likes the rest of seasons equally, but spring takes the grand prize by a long shot. He doesn't have particularly bad cold resistance, but he likes wearing a lot of knitted items.

MIGUEL O'HARA is a winter person. I think he really enjoyed summers when he had Gabriela, because she was on vacation and they did cool summer activities together. But now that time of the year brings him sadness, and he never loved the summer to start with, he doesn't like to sweat.

JESSICA DREW likes spring, she likes cold strawberry lemonade, maybe a beer after fixing her bike, he likes to get flowers for herself and be gifted flowers. She also strikes me as a morning person, so she loves those healthy breakfasts with fruits and granola. She likes having the summer vibe without the heat. She's another hot cocoa lover, but she wants to perfect the best recipe, and tries every winter, and she's a sucker for maple syrup, and can't wait to spend winters with his child.

Heat resistance: 8/10

Cold resistance: 7/10

MARGO KESS likes winter too, but it'd be most appropriate to say it's late autumn she likes staying indoors, but being able to go for a walk or simply step out of the house without a blizzard, she likes the freedom it provides, it doesn't force you indoors, it just makes it easier. She's adores the cottagecore spring though, but it's mostly the aesthetic, but it does feel nice to have some warmth hitting your skin after winter.

Heat resistance: 5/10

Cold resistance: 6/10

PETER PARKER aka Spider-Noir doesn't have much of a preference, his world doesn't have colors, so he can't fully appreciate spring, winter feels the most natural to him, but he'll pick summer because he likes seeing his Mary Jane in summer dresses. He has average tolerance for any climate, so he's quite indifferent.

Cold resistance: 6/10

PENI PARKER likes summer! She likes going to the pool, eating ice cream, going to convenience stores to buy icy treats, loves summer fruits, summer really cheers her up, spring is a close second though. She still likes winter, mostly the festivities.

GAYATRI SINGH likes spring, this is due Pavitr's influence, she always liked spring, but seeing him so hyped really pulls her heart strings, she also likes celebrating Sikh new year with her father, she has good childhood memories. She does hate something, and that's SWEAT, she hates it, she can stand sweaty hands, but she'd distract the other person and wipe her hands in desperation, and I'm sure she's the type of person who'd leave the bed because Pavitr was sweaty, or who'd take a cold shower in the middle of the night because of this. So summer is not for her, early spring is her favorite time. She also enjoys autumn a lot.

Heat resistance: 4/10

Cold resistance: 6/10

GANKE LEE is a winter lover through and through, he likes the snow, has mixed feelings about Seollal, but loves it most of the time, and his favorite part is staying inside drinking a hot beverage. He loves winter but has poor tolerance to the cold, like Gwen and summer, so he's freezing most of the time, but it's okay (he'll steal all the sweaters Miles doesn't use).

MILES G. MORALES was one of those kids whose nose constantly bled during the summer, he also fainted a couple times, he's embarrassed by it, so he always has a fan near him, and eats a lot of ice cream and cold drinks to lower his body temperature. He can't bring himself to hate summer though, it's his mother favorite time of the year, and he's a mama's boy. His favorite time of the year is also fall, because the weather isn't that extreme and he still gets to enjoy the cold.

RIO MORALES loves summer with her whole heart, she's the mom that makes caldo when it's hot like hell outside, she loves going to the farmer's market to buy fresh fruit, and she loves having a girl's night with her friends during the summer. She loathes the cold, not because she can't resist it, but because she is paranoid about her and her family getting sick. She used to give Miles those weird ass concoctions that claimed to solve every illness, she still threatens to give it to him when he's leaving home without a jacket. She trusts vic vaporub with her life.

JEFFERSON DAVIS is fucking cold blooded, when it's hot outside he acts like a lizard bathing in the rays of sunlight. Obviously his favorite season is summer. He wears so many layers under his police uniform he needs a bigger size during the winter. Jefferson loves Brooklyn and could never leave, but it's SO COLD, he has asked Rio more than once, "honey, do you ever feel like going back to Puerto Rico?" And she's like "Jeff what the hell???".

MARY JANE WATSON loves new year's eve and Christmas, winter really brings back beautiful memories of her youth with Peter, but MJ is a summer gal at heart. She has a (strictly monogamous) hot girl summer every year, she likes feeling sexy and desired by her husband and doesn't want to take the spark for granted. She loves taking Mayday to the beach with her, and buys her the cutest toddler bathing suits, they regularly buy matching ones, MJ wearing a bikini and May on a frilly onesie. Unlike the other snowbunnies in this post, she doesn't sunburn easily, just gets a lot more freckles. She still doesn't leave the sun screen behind, ever.

Pavitr Prabhakar Headcanons Part 3 (School Special)

Hey Everyone, I’m back again with my headcanons and this time it’s gonna be Pavitr & his school life and honestly some of these are taken from my school life too. Again, based heavily on Indian Culture, from where Pavitr belongs.

Is a CBSE Student.

One of those people who focus only on NCERT and top the exams.

The only extra book he has taken are R. S. Aggrawal for Maths & H. C. Verma for Physics.

Does half homework in class because he wants to go on patrol early.

He has been in trouble with the P. E. teacher more than once for his hair. Every discipline incharge wants him to cut it but he outright refuses, no matter how many remarks they write in his diary.

His favorite subject happens to be History and least favorite is Chemistry.

Wants to take Arts in 11th & clear UPSC (like the toughest exam in India taken in 3 parts) and every teacher is apprehensive of this decision because you’re smart Pavitr, you should take Science.

Gets selected to be the monitor (class president) every year but hasn’t been one since class 6th.

Loves astronomy and issues as many books as he can from the school library as he can on the subject. Has written a few analysis on Chandrayaan-II and Mars Orbiter Mission (both are Indian Space Missions) that got published in the annual school magazine.

Takes part in School functions, usually in dances. Once solo danced to Teri Mitti on Independence Day and got a freaking standing ovation.

Eats his lunch in the school ground and sometimes shares with younger students.

Has gotten into fights with bullies during recess but always gets a clean chit because c’mon it’s Pavitr the good boy.

Runs his hand through his hair and ties it up while solving a complex Math question.

Is friends with a number of people, but doesn’t have that one true friend.

Soo....these are just random thoughts jammed together. Hope you enjoyed. This is quickly turning into a series of headcanons, so, does anyone wants to be tagged in them? I’ll tag in the next part!

So i watched the new spiderman movie (like a week ago lolll) and i am finally over it enough to share my toughts so BUCKLE INNN

first of: my baby boy MILES MORALES WHOOP WHOOP

Look at him and tell me he isn't the best. You cant. Ik you cant bc Miles is the best and he needs a damn break man. He is just a kid, like?? He's literally my age (15, i think) and he hit SO close to home in EVERYTHING for me. His jokes, his relationship with his parents, his feelings EVERYTHING. I am very passionate about him. And like, i get it that he shouldn't stop canon events but thats his father that we're talking about. And you can see that miles adores his parents. And given his personality he obviously can't stand back. And miguel had no business saying all that (i'll have more to say about that so bare with me please🙏)

In conclusion: if you don't like miles i do not trust you

the hate she gets is ATROCIOUS. I understand the whole "she betrayed miles" but did she not get a whole group of spider ppl to HELP miles?? Or did y'all skip over that part? What's crazy is the fact y'all hate on gwen and i haven't heard a word abt peter or miguel? Y'all biased as hell!!! She's just 16 and she went through a lot too. And she obviously cares for Miles. All thr hate she's getting is concerning and i will defend her w my life. Miles has all the right to feel betrayed though, I won't argue against that cuz i can't. Ofc, everyone has different opinions, but I feel like she wouldn't get half the hate if she were a man (which is that case with miguel, but i'll get to that, pls don't kill me cuz ik a lot of y'all love him)

He's handsome i won't lie to you, but not rlly my type now let's get into it.

I don't think what he did is right. The way he handled that situation is just wrong, in my opinion. And so many ppl excuse that bc he's 1) hot (which is the case in so many other fandoms, with ppl bashing female characters while uplifting male characters for th same actions) and 2) bc of his trauma. But, heads up, trauma is and never will be an excuse. Trauma is an EXPLANATION. There is a very big difference. He went through something traumatizing and that is awful, but he didn't try to understand miles. Like i said, miles is 15. And i get that miguel was just trying to protect the universes, I understand that. But when he was calling Miles a mistake, that he never should have been bitten by that spider, acting as if it was MILES'S fault?? Not the best way to handle that, which, again, trauma. Not an excuse, but an explenation for his actions. I can't find myself to rlly like him just now. Maybe in the next movie. I can't just like a character bc they r hot. And I know this will make some ppl mad, but AT LEAST try to look at this from my point of view, and at least try to understand why i don't like Miguel. If y'all like him, that's fine. But my boy miles deserved better.

Still, I think Miguel is an intresting character with so much room to grow and I really hope to see that.

CONCLUSION: idk. Maybe you noticed i am mixed abt him

Hobie might be the coolest, and kindest and best character. I don't think he has done a bad thing in that whole movie. He helped miles, he helped gwen and by helping gwen he helped miles AGAIN. I love his vibe, too. His relationship with miles is perfect, like brothers. And his friendship with gwen is adorable, they r similar with similar intrests if you think abt it and i do hope we get to see him again in the next movie, maybe get a little more on him and his backstory, maybe his canon event(?). He's a beauty, what can i say💕💕

CONCLUSIONN: i love him ur honor

Look at this cutie. Tell me he isn't a lil pookie cutie and that he wouldn't give the best hugs.

Given his personality, it makes sense that he's 13-14 but damn given his looks i would think he's 16 (which means he gets the prize for not looking your age since he had half the fandom fooled).

The edits i've seen of him r the best and the "Chai tea scene" was so funny, btw.

CONCLUSION: he's 10/10 if you don't like him or think he's "annoying" i don't trust you.

Let's Talk About Pavitr Prabhakar

Preface: I know nothing about Marvel. I've never been a marvel fan and the only things I know about the franchise is stuff I've gotten second hand from friends or generally existing on the wider internet, with the exception of Across the Spider-Verse. I'm gonna be honest I haven't even seen ITSV all the way through, I just saw the character designs for ATSV and knew I needed to watch it and now I'm obsessed with specifically only the sony animated spider-verse movies.

Further preface: I am only speaking from the standpoint of an angst writer and reader. In addition to this, please understand that the following is typical behavior from me about all my comfort characters, not just Pav. When I get emotionally attached to a character, I want to see them get emotionally damaged and broken down. Don't ask me why, it happens with every character I obsess over.

The potential angst for Pav in BTSV is set up perfectly. P E R F E C T L Y. I want to see Emotional Damage in BTSV bc it is right there, set up just right for maximum effect. Before I get into the actual grit of what I'm itching to see handled in the movie, let's go over the setup. 1. Pav's universe is slowly falling apart at the seams because of the canon break, as far as we're aware right now. 2. The canon event that was interrupted was the one that would set him up to better cope with this. It was the wake up call, the 'you can't save everyone', the 'there WILL be casualties you cannot stop', the 'you are not invincible and all-powerful', the 'this job isn't fun and games'. Pav is noticeably more optimistic than the rest of the characters because he hasn't had his wake up call and thinks he can do it all. He's experienced the joy of saving people without the crippling guilt of being unable to save everyone. He didn't have to come to terms with being unable to save one person he loves. And because of that, because he's still living in this mask of optimism and always being able to make things right, he's going to fall even harder when everything goes wrong. He still thinks he can do it all. He still thinks he's responsible for anything that goes wrong. He still thinks that if he stretches himself thin enough, if he just tries hard enough, he can make everything turn out okay.

I want to see him trying to cope with watching everything crumble around him. I want to see him scramble around trying to save people and fix things all while keeping up that bubbly, optimistic persona we've come to expect from the admittedly very few minutes of screen time he has. I want to see denial, so much denial, insisting that he can fix it, everything can be made right, everyone can be saved. I want to see the situation slowly--or quickly--get out of hand as he struggles to keep up with the deterioration. I want to see him running everywhere, pushing himself to his limits, trying to save as many people as he can. I want to see him have to be pulled away kicking and screaming and crying by one of the other characters literal seconds before what's left of his universe collapses on him. I want to see him on the other side of that portal in someone else's universe grasping on for dear life to the few strands of denial he has left before losing it because he finally comes to terms with the fact that because he didn't get the chance to learn that he can't save everyone, he ended up saving nobody. I also lowkey want Miles to be there to witness that so he has even more pressure behind the fact that saving his dad might cause the collapse of his universe too. I want to walk out of that movie theater emotionally broken.

I also want to see him get back up afterwards. There's definitely not enough time in the movie to properly show even part of the never ending, lifelong grieving process that comes with literally everything you know and love being glitched out of existence, but I want to see him reach out for a support system. I want to see him allow himself to lean on his friends. I want to see him surrounded by all this indescribably heart-stopping loss, and I want to see him take a deep breath and keep walking despite it. Keep surviving. Keep pushing through, keep helping his friends, keep breathing through the anguish and torment.

Why? Am I a sadist? Am I a masochist? Probably. Am I insane? Also maybe, idk, the second psychology referral (after the first one got rejected, fuck you Blue Shield) will take months to get an actual appointment for. But this is what I specialize in as a writer. There's nothing I love writing more than emotionally charged, vulnerable, or gut-wrenching scenes. And I see perfectly before me how wrong this can go for him. I haven't actually had the energy to write or think about writing for so long, but the gears are turning in overtime now.

I would like to note that I do not want him to die. That would be so unsatisfying of an arc... with the possible exception of him glitching out slowly until he fully disappears with his friends around him bc that would be a gut punch. But for the most part, I want him to live through this.

This could also tie in really interestingly with Miles' predicament, between saving his dad and preserving the canon--if that's even a real thing, bc from the get-go Miguel is breaking canon since he wasn't technically bitten, but that's another rant. This could serve as a warning, or as further motivation to find a loop-hole. Or maybe it is a multi-dimensional hole from The Spot after all and Miguel is talking out of his ass, which I wouldn't be surprised by (y'all're simps, but I have been Judging that man from the first minute I saw him).

Ok thank you for coming to my crazy-ass sadistic(?) TedTalk, pls tell me if I'm actually crazy for this bc I think I might be. But also if I don't walk out of that goddamn movie theater crying and speechless I will be asking for my money back. And then I will be probably writing it out myself...
