I think there should be more Jade x reader/Yuu fics where both characters are horrible people. Sure, horrible Jade might have fun manipulating and gaslighting someone who’s as innocent as a lamb, but if it’s too easy, I think he’d get bored after some time. Horrible Jade needs a horrible reader to keep him on his toes.
I also think it would be fun if their collective horrible somehow turns into a functional relationship (but only for the two of them). Oh, you want a spot in this course but it’s full? You haven’t even lifted a finger yet and Jade’s taken care of it for you. Never mind that student who can’t look you in the eye. Oh, Jade needs someone to help test his new potion? Before he can twist someone’s arm into drinking it, a student he’s never met before is volunteering with a frantic look in their eyes, begging him to remind you to “keep your promise.” Whatever that means.
If you confront each other about it, it’s through subtle wordplay and double meanings. Of course you know it’s the other’s doing, but isn’t it fun to pretend you’re having a normal conversation while calculating your next move? It’s the thrill that keeps both of you engaged, the anticipation of what horrible things you’ll do next. It’s embracing while holding a knife at each other’s back, holding hands while your nails are laced with poison. Dangerous, but exciting. And you both live for that horrible thrill.

it’s so weird to think that ryuji was only a major character in one canon game. like he’s such a strong character with such a strong personality it doesn’t feel like he was only prominent in one canon game at ALL. he feels almost as ever-present and beloved as someone like daigo and yet he’s basically never even mentioned after kiwami 2. that’s so crazy to me.

ok I have so many thoughts where this is concerned but think about the potential a Sara, Kate, and Alex trio has especially as like a ‘mean girls trio’ kind of dynamic but also imagine how unstoppable they would be as a trio of conwomen reluctantly working together but they don’t even like each other they just work together well like au where those three go after the music box together WHEN. they’re such an odd mix of girlbosses and loserwomen that together their dynamic would just be too powerful I know it in my heart

Top 5 ugliest MCS
1. It Lives in the Woods - So even though I’ve never played this series, these MCs are without a doubt the worst I’ve ever seen. Even if I liked horror, I don’t think I could play this book because of how bad they are. And I’m sorry, but the white one is especially awful. She looks like she farted and is annoyed with herself because it smells really bad
2. The Heist: Monaco - I’ve said this before, but these MCs are just really weird looking to me. I remember scrolling through the faces for so long when this book first came out because I was really at a loss about which one to pick
3. High School Story - These ones look really off to me, and I can’t put my finger on why. And it doesn’t help that none of the hairstyles fit their heads properly. They all look like they just threw $30 synthetic wigs on top of their heads and called it a day
4. Ride or Die - Ok so I don’t find all of these faces ugly. The middle two are actually pretty cute, but I’ve always hated the ones on the ends. They look sickly for like no reason
5. These from TPS and ILB - I was trying to keep it to full sets of MCs from the same books, but I had to single these out because they’re far worse than the others in their stories
And then an honorable mention goes to this MC from Witness
I know this is just one of the TE faces in lipstick, but that’s why she’s here. They really did her ass dirty with that lipstick. I don’t think it’s her color at all. And she looks kinda clownish due to that in combination with her sharpie eyebrows

First one is a line right before Jarvis disobeys some very important safety orders. Second one is Jarvis a while after the Octonauts abandon them and the Gups, not fully understanding cause they thought they were protecting someone. Third one is Polly noting that the Captain broke a very special promise he made. Forth one is the both of them shouting that they never killed anyone (Polly because she never tried and never would, Jarvis because she did try and failed every time).
