Let's be real, women get the "lady 'stache" that I think most women, myself included, tend to, especially with dark hair like me. Do you take the stairs or the elevator? I literally have to take elevators unless there are VERY few steps. Going up or down, it doesn't matter. My legs can't handle it. I've crumpled over on stairs before at school. What was the last vaccination you got? Moderna for Covid. What’s your favourite song at the moment? I am preeeetty obsessed with "Cyberhex" by Motionless In White rn. Have you ever been to Germany? I fuckin' wish bro. Are you in high School? I've been out of high school for like, six or seven years. What is your favorite holiday? Christmas. What do you hear right now? FUN FUCKIN' FACT Y'ALL, the hospital staff was suspicious I was lying about being clean because I had to take a drug test, going to the hospital and being suicidal, because the results had evidence of a certain drug component I can't remember the name of. As it turns out, it was from my anxiety med Klonopin, as well as one other I was on. They were both perfectly legal and prescribed to me though, so all was fine. Would you rather have a stomachache or headache? THE LATTER. I canNOT handle stomach pain whatsoever. Do you enjoy sleeping late? No. What was the last thing you dreamed about? I actually don't remember. Do you like to draw? I mean I do, even though it can very easily stress me out because I'm not accomplishing what I picture in my head. I wanna practice more, though. Is there someone you have been constantly thinking about? If yes, who? I've just been really, really grateful for my boyfriend lately. He was so supportive while I was in the hospital and always made me smile and laugh on the phone. Do you sleep with or without clothes on? On. I would feel WAY too vulnerable naked. I mean I slept w/o a shirt or bra back in the apartment when I was actually fit, but I don't think I could ever do even that ever again because I just hate hate hate my body. Have you heard a song that reminds you of someone today? Actually some lyrics in "Cyberhex" really make me think of Girt. Something you’re happy about? I'm just happy to be back home, bro. Meet anyone new this year? Patients at the hospital, yeah. Are you afraid of commitment? I've never struggled with that. Are you scared of growing old alone? YES. Do you get depressed about things easily? I have chronic depression, my man. How did you get your last bruise? It wasn't a bad bruise, but nevertheless I got one the last time I got blood drawn, and my vein decided to hide, which rarely happens. So the nurse had to move the needle around trying to find it until she relented and poked the other arm. Does anyone think you are a bitch? Oh, I'm sure Colleen does. I think the same of her, so whatever. Do you know anyone who is pregnant? I wouldn't say I know her, but one of the patients that came in the night before my discharge was pregnant. I don't think there's anyone I really really know that's expecting? What’s the background on your cellphone? The lock screen is the Halo of the Sun from Silent Hill, and my home screen is a pretty moth aesthetic. Do you like anyone? I love him, a lot. Do you play video games? Not really, but it's a hobby I want to get back into. I watch video games all the time, but I want to stop doing things so passively and instead do. Do you liked grilled cheese? Hell yeah. Are you going to college right now? No, but I'm trying to go back and go easy on myself with one class at a time! If so, what is your major? I actually don't think I'm going to pick a major right away. I want to explore classes I'm actually interested in and just... get a feel for what I want. I'm almost CERTAIN it will be a form of art, but who really knows. Do you like school? I actually have warm memories of the school I was last at, which is one of the reasons I want to go back. Do you watch anime? If I watch TV with someone, it's a pretty good bet. I find they tend to have interesting stories. Can you cook? No. I really should take the time to learn, though... Like it'd be nice to be able to make some yummy things for whenever I move out. Have you ever written a song or poem? Lots and lots of poems since middle school. Have you ever written a short story or novel? A short story, yes. I'm considering being an author... but I'm unsure and somewhat doubtful that will be my true pursuit. Do you like apricots? No. What's your favorite song by Bullet for my Valentine? Either "Your Betrayal" or "Say Goodnight." Can you knit? No. Have you ever vandalized something? No. Have you ever violated a dress code? I literally just got home from the hospital today with a healthier mind, so we'll see how that changes. There's also a decent chance I'll be getting a shower chair, which would help immensely. I am in a serious financial bind. 😥 If anyone is in a position to listen & help or signal boost, pls keep reading...

This is from my apartment complex. I am in low-income housing. I called them & sent them proof I could pay on the 23rd. I told them I could (just barely) put 100 down now & they said that was too little.

They said they would file for eviction on the 16th, which adds $150 to my rent. They will cancel the court date and eviction on the 23rd when I pay.

But that doesn't cancel the $150 filing fee.

Idk where that $150 would come from. Idky they think it's fair that someone who cannot pay should be forced to pay even more??? That makes no sense. I can only just barely afford my rent every month as is.

These are from my energy company. I apparently owe them over $600. I genuinely do not know how this happened. We were on the phone for a very long time trying to figure it out & I was in tears for the latter portion of it because I swear I paid.

I usually keep record of my payments via taking a picture of my receipt since they are electronic, but my dog chewed up my phone (which I have pics of if need be for evidence) and broke it, so I had to get a replacement phone sent to me from the insurance company & nothing transferred from the old phone, so all my pics were wiped.

I found no record in my emails, either.

The meds I am taking to try to go into remission and the autoimmune disease itself both cause brain fog and issues with time warping, so it is possible maybe I skipped a month or something, but I highly doubt I would have skipped up to 600+ dollars worth of payments.

I have tons of electronic and hard copy calendars & they are all synced and constantly updated so that I know when payments are due. I also have text and email reminders sent to me, but I could find no reminders in my email for MONTHS now until they were telling me they were going to shut my power off if I didn't pay this. Idk why I was not sent reminders for months???

In the end, I agreed to set up a payment plan. Paying, like... 50-60ish on top of whatever my electric bill is every month for 12 months. It was the lowest they could go.

I can barely afford my electric bill as it is, so idk how I will be able to do this? They did give me a list of charities in my area so I will be using what little energy I have to call around & see if any of them would be willing to help me pay this. Idk how those work (they're mostly churches???), so I'm just gonna try & see what happens. 🤔

On top of all that, I *think* this is telling me my Medicaid has been cancelled but I'm not 100% sure?????

I'm going through treatment for a very serious, disabling problem that should last ~1 year and rn Medicaid is picking up what my Medicare doesn't cover and some of my doctors/specialists and treatments are medicaid only.

If I lose this, I'm basically done.

I know they'll do backpay if I get it back, but Idk if I *will* get it back. I'll be trying to get it back, but in the meantime, I guess I'll just have to pay out of pocket, idk??? Which I do not have.

I have lost almost ALL autonomy due to this autoimmune disease, which (in a very simplified form) is basically my immune cells "eating" my muscle tissue. I can barely get out of bed. Treatment should put me in remission & give me my life back. I am seeing a rheumatologist, neurologist, dermatologist, PCP, physical therapist, psychiatrist, psychologist, and going to a holistic pain treatment center that does a different kind of physical therapy to bring down pain levels (which I was put into that program by my rheum). All of these are in relation to & necessary for my disease. I am going through TONS of testing almost weekly now & trying out treatments like IVIG and chemo where I am in the hospital hooked up to an IV for 4-6+ hrs of that day and the cost of those things without Medicaid picking up what Medicare doesn't cover is astronomical. I have to sign waivers every time I get my blood drawn (which is almost weekly now), do tests, and do treatments saying I will pay if Medicaid does not pick up the extra.

I already have crippling medical debt; I don't need more. I'm scared they won't let me do any more tests or treatments if they see I am just letting it all go to collections & am not paying.

This could mean the difference between having a life worth living (to me) where I am happy & thriving & autonomous or being bed-bound & living a life of just existing from day to day & miserable & in pain & suffering & unable to do anything for myself. This is literally life and death for me because I wouldn't be able to handle continuing to live in the latter scenario. I cannot handle living like I am now. Knowing my treatments are progressing is what keeps me going. Knowing I can go into remission is what keeps me going. Knowing my future is one completely different from now is what keeps me going. But if I cannot have that and am destined to live in this current state, it's just not worth it. I don't know a person alive who would want to live like this.

Finally, my anger noodle needs to get to the vet for MULTIPLE things. Nothing is, like... life threatening or super immediate like his cancer was last year, but they're things that need to be addressed in terms of preventative care & to make sure he isn't in pain.

He needs his trachea checked, possibly x-rays for that, maybe more...

He needs some medication updates, needs a physical, needs a full groom & nail clip under anesthesia (for those who are not familiar with Echo, he has extreme fear-based aggression & usually gets this done under anesthesia; since I worked with him so much, he had his first non-anesthesia nail clip at the beginning of quarantine, but he has gotten worse during quarantine & with my muscle eating disease, I can no longer restrain him & don't have the physical strength to run a brush through his thicker fur as his winter coat is in, so I can no longer groom certain areas of him at home, so his tummy & back legs are matted & I fear he may need to be shaved... which breaks my heart since you don't shave double coat dogs unless medically necessary.), he needs a full physical, & needs to be checked over for MCT's.

He may also need a fecal test or something else, as he has been having odd bowel movements. 😥 His tummy has been upset lately.

I have been crying myself to sleep every single night & often during the day because I cannot get him to the vet. No, it isn't urgent or life threatening. But he is reverse sneezing more than normal & I worry about tracheal collapse, which is a common small dog thing & even MORE common in pomeranians specifically. Every time he has a fit, I think "Oh god, this is it. This is the time I'm gonna have to rush him to the e-vet & get slammed with a huge bill & he is not gonna be okay..."

It breaks my heart to see his legs & belly matted. He is horrible about letting me groom him coz of his aggression so he only gets a full grooms at the vet, but I do short grooming sessions at home with him nightly. Takes about 2 hours just to do the majority of one side of him (not even all of it; just most) coz he needs breaks & lots of praise every few strokes or he will tear me to shreds & hurt himself snapping on the undercoat rake. 😥

But now that my autoimmune disease has atrophied my muscles to the point holding up my phone without something to prop it up feels like I am lifting weights & tires my arms out with a lactic acid burn & pain, I can no longer groom him with the patience he needs & can only groom in 20 minute intervals at the VERY longest. By the time I have gotten one leg done during the week, his entire other side is matted. 😞 Matting on dogs---especially double coat dogs---hurts them. It's like if someone were to wrap your hair around their fingers & then pull it taut. It's a constant pulling pressure on their skin... it's painful & irritates the epidermis. I feel miserable feeling the matting on his back legs & tummy & now feeling the mats beginning to form on the rest of him. He hates me working them out, even with the detangling spray. I know it must hurt so much...

So he may need to be shaved at this point & that will destroy me. I feel sick thinking about it. But anything to get him out of pain. Maybe it is what's best for him while I go through this year of treatment & get my muscles back. But in order to do that, I need to get him to the vet.

The stress of not being able to get him to a vet is tearing me apart & literally making me physically ill.

He is my world. My everything. My #1. My heart dog. My priority in life. My entire universe revolves around him. I would do anything for him. Not a single person, animal, thing, etc, comes before him. It is KILLING me that I cannot provide proper care for him right now. I always always always make sure to sacrifice for him if need be & his things ALWAYS come first, even if it means I'm not eating or not paying bills or whatever. As long as he is taken care of & his needs & wants are met, nothing else matters to me. And right now........ I feel he is suffering because of my finances & the fact my treatment with building my muscles up is not going fast enough.

I cannot control the latter one, but the first one is something I can at least ask for help for. So that is what I am doing.

So We Had Sex...

The snapchat notification appeared on my screen. I smiled to myself, knowing he would eventually reach out. I didn’t even have to open the chat to know what he was going to ask me.

“Come over rn” he told me.

I forgot what I told him but it was most likely me telling him I couldn’t. He asks for my number and I give it to him. This is the only thing saved in our chat. He tells me his phone screen is fucked up. So within a few minutes I get a text message from his email. I laugh at his email address and tell him it’s funny, he tells me he made it when he was younger. Once again he tells me I should come through tonight. I tell him I can’t and he knows that. He pleads me to make an excuse. That he will Uber me there and buy me whatever I want. This hurts a bit because I’m not that kind of girl. He of course doesn’t know that. I eventually tell him I can only go over during the day in which my parents won’t be home. He tells me tomorrow. I’m slightly shocked. Either before or after, I ask him why he wants me specifically to come over so badly. He tells me I’m cute and seem chill. I tell him I’m inexperienced and not all that, so I can’t satisfy him. He tells me he wanted to mostly chill because I seem cool. Different. Genuine. I almost laugh. I obviously don’t believe a single thing he says but I still give in. I tell him I’m nervous because this is new to me. Meeting up with someone I barely know. He tells me to FaceTime later. I say okay.

After a few hours, he texts me to FaceTime. He’s high. Which is instantly a turn off. That seems to be all he does. Drink, smoke, and perhaps have sex. However, I’m curious to what his voice sounds like so I do call him. He answers and I see his eyes and above. He has pretty eyes. Nice eyebrows. Messy bed hair, which turns me on. He instantly says hi to me. He’s completely different from what I thought. We were actually able to hold a conversation and I find myself smiling the whole time. He is funny. He is cute. I actually find myself crushing. But only on the FaceTime version of him. He tells me I’m so cute and adorable, a small innocent thing. Although he’s high, he seems to function relatively normal. He’s definitely flirtatious. After an hour, he says I should go to sleep. I’m honest and tell him I don’t want to hang up. I haven’t felt this butterfly feeling since Edin. Long FaceTime calls about anything and nothing. Even if this call was only an hour, it went by so quickly. We say goodnight.

The next morning I wake up very early. 7:00 AM. Just to prepare myself for him. I was okay with the thought of sex. But I went in thinking we were going to chill and maybe make out. I’m getting ahead of myself. I did everything in order to feel like someone he would like. I shaved everywhere even though I hate shaving. I washed every part of myself. I made sure my skin was clean and smooth. I made sure to pick out cute underwear and bra, not matching though. Don’t want to make it obvious. I did laundry so I could have every option for him. I did my makeup. I made sure I smelt nice. Made sure my ears looked pretty. My neck was soft and smooth. Made sure my hair was straight and fully washed. I finished early. It was 9:00 AM when I finished getting ready. I text him asking if he was awake. He doesn’t answer because he isn’t awake. Meaning, his laptop isn’t connected to the internet for my messages to deliver. So I lay in bed and watch Youtube. He said 10:15 AM I would get in the Uber. He wakes up at 10:18 AM. Turn off. I end up getting into the Uber at 11:18 AM.

I eventually get there, I’m texting my best friend. I actually came to him. When I’m dropped off I text him. He tells me he has no conditioner, something he mentioned last night on FaceTime when I told him his hair was messy, which I liked. This makes me smile, I tell him “Good.” Through texts, he directs me to his window so he can drop off his pass so I could sneak into the residence hall. I do. He’s short but cute. We walk to his dorm room and I’m nervous. He picks up on this. His dorm room is small, not as messy as I thought it’d be. He tells me I look so scared, he mentions he feels like he’s babysitting. Ouch. He asks if I’m hungry, I tell him no I already ate. Later he asks and I say no again in which he tells me I just don’t eat. He shows me stuff to make me comfortable, including his ID. Wrong move buddy. I read his birthday. It says he’s 20 years old yet he told me he was 19 years old. First red flag. He even told me he was 19 when we FaceTimed. I asked and when he said 20, I was “shocked” and then he said he was just kidding, he turns 20 in August. So maybe my reaction made him scared. Not sure.

Fast forward to me getting into his bed. I’m just sitting and he asks if it’s okay if he can join me. I tell him yes. He asks two more times to make sure. I find this funny and sort of sweet. He asks if I want to watch Netflix. Oh the foreshadow. He plays Big Mouth, many sexual jokes. He puts his arm around me. I get comfortable. A little too comfortable because I find myself softly grazing my hands on his chest and playing with his sweater. I guess we were cuddling. But saying that makes it too sweet and I rather not describe it as that. I forget what I wanted to ask him. But I turn to him to ask when he grabs my face and lowers his head toward mine to kiss me. His lips briefly touches mine before I turn my head to the side, surprised. I don’t remember what he said but I guess I give in. I think I told him I don’t know how to kiss. Which is kind of true in terms of French kissing, which I thought he was going to do. Luckily he doesn’t. We kiss. I feel his stubble and it scratches me but I kind of like it. I’m holding onto his hair which I really like. It’s slightly damp so I know he took a shower. Suddenly, I feel his hands touching my butt and I get slightly nervous. I feel him squeezing it and I get embarrassed because there really isn’t much to grab. His hands move under my shirt and he reaches under my bra and starts playing with my breast. I don’t know if I let him do so. I just know once he starts kissing my neck and down my chest, I stop him. Telling him I don’t like taking off my shirt. He asks why. I have a nice body and I’m sexy. I tell him no. He doesn’t persist much longer before kissing me again. Eventually his wandering hands make their way towards my underwear. I grab his hand and tell him I’m not sure I want him to touch me. He asks if he can just rub it. I say I don’t know. So he does so. Telling me if I don’t like it to tell him and he’ll stop. We kiss and I knew I didn’t like being rubbed through clothing because I get insecure that it’ll make me dry. I remove his hands and he asks if I can take my pants off. I’m nervous again because everything started becoming overwhelming. The whole time I would stop and tell him I don’t know. I would play with his hair and he’d tell me I’m sexy. He tells me that I should let him take care of me. At one point he even talked to me in Spanish. Perhaps thinking it would turn me on. It didn’t. Soon, I wanted him to stop touching me so I pulled away. I asked him I rather not have anything done to myself but rather give. He looked slightly shocked but not really. I don’t want him to see my underwear on the floor so I tell him not to look but he goes toward my underwear. I panic and jump off his bed to get them before he does. He wasn’t even getting them. He looks weirded out. I hit my thigh against something and now I have this massive bruise. It’s scary how big it is. I put my clothes on. He gets in bed and tells me he only has half an hour left before he has to go do something with the lacrosse team. I get on top of him. To make myself feel better about what happened by pretending it didn’t happen. He’s on his phone and I’m playing with his sweater again. I jokingly tell him his hoes are texting because I told him that on FaceTime. Then I tell him he has nice eyebrows and eyelashes. Then measure his forehead with my hand. He asks if I had fun. I tell him I don’t know. He asks if I thought he was an asshole. I tell him yes. He asks why. I don’t tell him why but just say he had me in crazy positions for someone who didn’t know what she was doing. He says that doesn’t make him an asshole just a fuck boy. Either way, both go hand in hand. After a few minutes he tells me he’ll order me an Uber back. So he gets out of bed and goes to his laptop. He asks if I want to hang out again. I want to say I don’t know but I just tell him it depends on whether he wants to. He says he does. I don’t believe it. He suddenly gets a FaceTime call and tells me stay quiet. He answers and its his friend asking what he’s doing. Shortly after he hangs up and apologizes for the wait. I lay there, sleepy. I close my eyes as I wait. His voice makes me open my eyes. “You comfortable?” I just nod my head.

Soon the Uber gets there and he tells me how to get out. I clearly didn’t listen when I didn’t see the car. He texts me to hustle. Ew. The Uber is in the motion of leaving when I step in front of it. This Uber cost $60 and I was far from home so I made sure the Uber didn’t leave me. I get in and doze off until I am near home.

There’s more details I left out but it doesn’t matter. Now he hasn’t been online for about two days? I don’t know if it has anything to do with me but I just want to move passed this mistake. We lost our 5 day streak, trust me I didn’t want one but it just happened. He seems to be stuck in high school. Don’t blame him but I can’t let myself near him too much. So now that the streak is over, maybe that shows so is our (whatever you wanna call it) “relationship.” Maybe he won’t text me anymore, which is fine. I am going to try not to look for any signs of activity from him.
