What is your current favorite song? I don’t have a current particular favorite. For some odd reason I haven’t listened to music a whole lot this year. According to my Spotify Wrapped list for the year I only listened to like 400 and something minutes of music, ha. Name one youtuber who's bedroom you'd like to have. *shrug* Are you often behind on trends? I am now. I’m so out of the loop. Do you have to take allergy medicine every day? No. What was the first dorm you lived in called? I never lived in a dorm.

What's your favorite Celtic song? I don’t listen to Celtic music. Do you ever listen to country music? Sometimes. How old were you the first time you encountered God? Do you play a musical instrument? Nope. Which school subjects were hardest for you? I always really struggled with math. Which school subjects came easiest for you? English. What's your vocal range? (tenor, bass, alto, soprano, etc.) I have no idea. What color was your graduation cap and gown? Black. Did you keep your graduation cap? Is it windy outside right now? I don’t think so. What time do you normally wake up? Typically before noon, but there’s been a few days recently where I woke up a little later. taeyong had already been observing his friend once he noticed yuta grinning over something on his phone. he nudged sicheng who was sitting beside him, and the two followed yuta’s gaze over to your table. sicheng’s eyes widened and he, too, smiled your way all the while standing to go greet you.

“yn!”

“sicheng! hey,” you laughed, looping your arms over his neck while he gave you a tight squeeze.

“if i’d known you were gonna come here too we could’ve just gone together after class. mind if i steal you for a while? i wanna introduce you to my friends, or you guys could come sit with us!”

right then you felt a weight across your shoulders, peering up, you found it was johnny. jaehyun and doyoung had decided to get up too, standing a little ways behind johnny.

“hey, bub. who’s this?”

“hey, man. i’m sicheng.” he extended his hand towards the taller boy and smiled. “just wondered if you wanna join us. yn’s my classmate, and i just wanted her to meet a few of my friends. you guys are more than welcome to come sit with us, and we could, like, all hang out?”

“yeah, why not? sounds fun.”

sicheng led you guys over to their table, his friends quickly smiled and waved towards you. it didn’t go unnoticed to him that yuta scooted ever so slightly into the center of the booth, subtly making space for you, sicheng guessed when his friend asked you to come sit by patting the seat next to him.

“hey, nakamoto,” you smiled and obliged his request, playfully bumping his shoulder.

“hey yourself. how have you been? have you gotten the results for your paper yet?”

“nope, but i think i’ll be thankful whatever i get. if it wasn’t for you, i wouldn’t even have a paper.”

both you and yuta bust out a laugh, while doyoung nudged johnny with his elbow. johnny nodded in acknowledgment because he, too, already had an idea on where this was headed.

taeyong was the first to speak up and introduce himself. he took the same initiative in introducing the rest of his friends too as he motioned for your group to sit down.

johnny waved and smiled, “i’m johnny. that’s jaehyun and doyoung.” he gestured toward his friends. “i assume you guys know yn though”

“no, actually, i only got to meet yuta that night when i asked him to print the report. it’s really nice to meet you all though. feels great to finally put names to the faces i pass in the halls.”

“it’s good to meet the girl whose unit always smells so good,” taeil started, clearly remembering the smell of freshly baked cookies every coming exam week. “please, i have to try whatever you’re making some time.”

doyoung shook his head and smiled. you wouldn’t make it out of the kitchen alive it weren’t for him. “tsk, i have to help her with those. if i don’t she probably would’ve set something on fire a long time ago.”

he yelped when you playfully whacked his arm.

“yah! you’re being so unfair! i could cook even before i had your help!”

“but you couldn’t bake, could you?” he raised his eyebrows and smirked.

you let out a scoff and crossed your arms knowing he did indeed have a point.

yuta couldn’t help but smile, and he greatly resisted the urge to pinch your cheeks. you looked absolutely adorable with your arms crossed, cheeks puffed, and eyes narrowed as you bickered with your friend. he was glad sicheng decided to invite you over because he doesn’t think he could have done it himself.

taeil and taeyong turned to face each other and exchanged a look. the younger raised his eyebrow and tilted his head towards their japanese friend. they both knew what this meant for yuta and what was bound to happen some time soon.

i watched all 20 episodes of spy kids: mission critical in about a week and here are my thoughts (3/5)
