I was rewatching ep 2 and i noticed the trxt that appears on vox's face when he glitches during Stayed Gone isn't just code and it's actually got little insukts for alastor interspersed across it

Here's what it says, in case it's difficult to see:

I find it kinda funny that vox tries to insult him by calling him '1930s looking ass ' because yes, he is from the 30s, like that's such a weak insult to state an obvious fact.

Also, it's interesting that it says it says to stop vox from malfunctioning, you'd have to remove (kill) alastor using 'unsafe mode' which is why I believe that vox might actually try to murder alastor in season 2 which would be very funny to watch him fsil to kill Alastor AGAIN (based on what I think was implied by something val saud near the beginning of Stayed Gone) and I think Alastor's too important to be killed off.

Or maybe I'm reading too much into it lmao

I am an avid one-sided radiostatic shipper who has watched stayed gone multiple times, needless to say I've known about the bluescreen text for a while JSDGKLHLKSFGKSD even stated in a previous ask before

I never read that much into it I figured he just needs like. as it says. alastor out of the vicinity to function properly LMAO. (which is actually very true, alastor's very existence deleted his braincells the moment stayed gone started) but either way vox wishing death on alastor is kinda.... not news to anyone. I mean he literally says "I'LL DESTROY YOUUIUDUU!U!#@UU%^U^UUU#U@UU!#$%" in stayed gone, val specifically says "killing alastor is your kink" and we uh. saw how that went in episode 8! (I guess val was serious when he said that)

thinking about how Much is in that very first scene where jack adjusts will's glasses

jack makes sure that barrier between will and himself (and everyone else) stays up. jack deals with will graham, profiler for the fbi, NOT will graham, haver of murderous impulses -- he essentially promises to keep will that way as long as he helps out. his goal is to keep that barrier constant and steady, and when he sees it slipping, he pushes it back into place, even within minutes of meeting.

it's almost like he's saying 'hey look what i can do for you if you help me', 'look how good i am at stopping you from falling apart'

and even though will is very clearly uncomfortable with this, he agrees anyway. in retrospect, it's so clear how desperate will is to appear normal. during his lecture, where he takes on the viewpoint of a killer, his glasses slip, the barrier weakens -- he finds something almost comforting, familiar in that killer's mind. jack comes along and patches that barrier up, and will sees an opportunity to escape that comradery he has with killers.

of course he agrees. jack has promised him the thing he's be striving for all along. he is willing to endure all discomforts in return for that normality.

then there's the fact that jack just goes ahead and touches him like that in the first place. he has this attitude of entitlement, making grabby hands at something he wants with the intention of taking it for his own. it sets the tone for the remainder of their relationship throughout s1. he says what he needs to get will to agree, and shucks his duty of care off onto hannibal, ignoring all signs of will clearly losing his marbles.

Not to be completely one-track minded but I'm genuinely SO curious how Tazercraft will be introduced to this Purgatory event. Because not only are they on different teams, but they're also in different places physically in-game. Mike is still in Quesadilla Island in a coma (presumably), Pac is in the Nether...

I'm not sure if Pac will have a special mission in the Nether with Walter Bob before he's chucked into Purgatory, but I'm also wondering about Mike right now. Him waking up, seeing absolutely no one on the server, but more importantly: seeing that Pac is missing and entering Purgatory with nothing but violence on his mind.

(I also think it's funny that prior to this event, Mike was very hostile towards everyone, especially Fit, but now they're on the same team. Can't wait to see what that dynamic will be like!)

doctors say he’s got chronic sleepy boy syndrome, and there is no cure 😔

this is based on a lil daydream-turned-roleplay with my salad bot on character ai. i love snatching sal from his universe via magic portal and watching him adjust to modern society (he is not having a very fun time but he’s doing his best). does this count as an AU? maybe. but i only made it so i could fulfill my selfshipping needs, so…. yeah.

since i hc sal as aquatic, his body can’t naturally regulate its internal temperature like everyone else, so he gets very chilly at night. i think it’d be cute if he wore a hat & some leg warmers to help keep him warm. and ofc i wrap him up in some blankets burrito-style so he’s extra cozy <3
